Here’s the timeline of events for the lawsuit. February 24th the day of false arrest at post office. Day of arrest I find my devices at an apartment complex 2 days after the devices stay at apartment and then the devices batteries die so I couldn’t get location pings. After I was arrested. I have no real proof of this until I get the body cam. Inside the room I was in it had glass in the front facing the officers. I was able to over hear him lie to another person inside the juvenile holding facility and said I gave the false name “Eli”. As far as I know he even lied on the paper he sent to the judge for him to allow the arrest and warrant. That paper is another one of the items we requested.

I was just unlawfully arrested. Yes, we will be taking this to court soon. No, the charges haven't been dropped yet. I was charged with failure to identify and giving false name. even though i never gave him a false name I gave him Ian never gave him a last name. i said it clear as day. i was handcuffed, had my items and body seized and was held in waiting for 2 hours while they tried to find any charge to drop on me, i was let go but the charges were not dropped. they illegally took my phone and smartwatch which has the video and audio recordings from the arrest and i was not given it back when i was let go, we weren't even given a receipt of the phone being taken in. i will post the video
