The Supreme Court said Friday it will decide the legality of President Trump's executive order that seeks to end birthright citizenship, which automatically grants citizenship to nearly everyone born in the U.S. Under the administration’s plan, birthright citizenship would be limited to those who have at least one parent who is a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident.
