Get on your feet, these sides to sea Rolling hills or city streets Ocean to ocean and all in between It's out there just waiting, all you and me Take it in, we got no plans Get things gone to those who can Live moment to moment in all you took It's out there just waiting, all you and me So look alive cause while I was waiting for you Paradise is on the other side of the road We don't know, take it away You and I were born and born We don't know until we go We don't know until we go We'll make a home out on the road We'll always keep confiners, we'll make our own way We'll leave all our troubles yesterday Look alive cause while I was waiting for you Paradise is on the other side of the road We don't know, take it away We'll make a home out on the road We'll make a home out on the road Ohhhリ!リ!リ You ain't ever but a goal. You ain't ever but a goal. for very long today as they're expected to come in, send the jury on their merry way, and then go back about their business while the jury deliberates. I'm Jim. He's Hank. How the hell are you, Hank? I'm doing alright. I think we're going to get a morning today. I don't know. I'm sort of glad that they spent the first day actually doing stuff, but it may also be a sign that this is going to be a long process. We have a shortened week because they're off for Juneteenth on Thursday and Friday, so I don't know if they're under pressure to get this done today or tomorrow, but it's not the most advantageous for someone waiting to either get justice for the relative or find out their fate. What do you think? Uh, I don't think it'll make it all the way to the weekend. Do you think it'll be done today or tomorrow? Quite possibly. I mean, she did. She admitted that she would not normally drive under the conditions and would not be safe driving on the highway due to her intoxication. Well, that would be it's an easy decision for for me because my opinion is biased towards I've got much more information than the jury is privy to. right. So my biased opinion is it's a slam dunk case against her, but going off of just what they've got is not that solid of a it's not still I'm still saying this should be found guilty, but I'm not going to be surprised if she's not right. Uh, I think it's a better case this year than last year. I think there's easy last year. Yeah, easily, uh, better, but it all depends. All's it takes is one juror to hang them. Right. Well, yesterday, Turtle Boy was giving out descriptions of each juror and of course his thoughts on how, which one was pro Karen, which one was anti Karen and which one they manipulate and yada, yada, yada. yes. And that's the reason why that motherfucker needs to be in a goddamn jail cell. Well, it's a little better this year. He wasn't in the courtroom every day. He didn't get through to the jurors like he did. They let him do last year. Well, I still don't understand why they are so fucking let him do what he wants in that. Right. And manip um Here you hear you all person having anything to do before the honorable Beverly Tononi the justice of the superior court hold it in Devon within and for the county of Norfolk. Ronan give your presence and you shall be heard. God save the commonwealth of Massachusetts. This court is in session. Please be seated. Good morning counsel. Good morning Ms. Reed. I have to ask you those same three questions. Were you all able to follow the instructions and refrain from discussing this case with anybody since we met yesterday? Everyone said yes or not and affirmatively. Was everyone able to follow the instructions and refrain from doing any independent research or investigation into this case? Everyone said yes or not and affirmatively. Did anyone happen to see, hear, or read anything about this case since we left yesterday? Everyone said no. So Mr. Foreman with that we're going to send you back out to deliberate. All right. Jimmy. Jimmy. Follow me. Okay we'll take a look here and see if they do anything afterwards like we'll normally do these mornings. Then we're probably going to get out of here early. There's Karen Reed herself. Looking tanned. She is quite red this morning. We had a good session. I've been sending a note in at four o'clock so I would like counsel here at four o'clock. All right so if you just plan on being here at four o'clock it would make it easier in case the jurors want to go home. Perfect. All right. Ms. Dianetti it wasn't until I was here that I noticed you were not in the courtroom. They held me downstairs your honor. I think the jury was being brought in so. Okay. No one told us otherwise either. All right. Thank you. Great way to tell Dianetti that he's not significant enough for her to realize he's there or not. Yeah. Yeah. Well folks we're gonna get out of here. As they said if nothing else is going on then we'll be back at four o'clock Eastern. If they come back with a verdict we'll be jumping in immediately with what we can. I'll be sitting here all day watching the fan. Literally uh law and crime network has the fan on for the entire time at least they did yesterday during the deliberations. So I'll be watching Lieutenant fan uh as we await the jury. Keep working on it. You'll get it one of these days. I know that's the closest I got to it this ever so I'm working on it. Uh yeah tonight eight o'clock if there is a verdict we'll be talking about it. If not we'll be uh talking about the day's news and doing some drunk girl reaction videos. So please plan on being with us at eight o'clock tonight Eastern time. Hank got anything for the people before we get out of here? After a lot. Bye-bye. Okay folks we'll talk to you in a little bit. Thank you.
