They Called The Police Over My Billboard Truck...It Didn't Go As Planned!

So this is an order protection. It says that you need to stay away from a Luis Sevillo. If you were to violate it, you could be arrested for criminal contempt. >> Billboard truck protest in front of the residence of the District Attorney Ray Tierney. He should be prosecuting thugs with badges, not getting orders of protection for them. The judge who can release an alleged kidnapper with no bail, and then he will hold a secret hearing granting an order protection for a thug with a badge. >> You're a Tommy. >> Why did you say you were going to blow up my billboard truck? You a terrorist? >> Yeah, I'm a terrorist. Yeah. >> Individual said he's going to blow up my billboard truck. >> It's a cool truck, though. >> Yeah, it is a cool truck, isn't it? Crimes that your union president should be prosecuted for. >> One, two, three, four. All for a man with a camera and a billboard truck. >> [music] >> All right, fellow patriots. So we are back again with another peaceful LED billboard truck protest. This time we are protesting peacefully in front of the residence of the District Attorney Ray Tierney, who is currently maliciously prosecuting me based on unlawful charges filed by PBA President Lou Sevillo. We wanted to give the District Attorney an opportunity to drop all the charges and not maliciously prosecute me. He dropped the criminal trespass, but that doesn't say much because the criminal trespass charge requires that the property be enclosed in a manner to exclude intruders. Obviously, the PBA parking lot is not enclosed in a manner to exclude intruders. As you can see, you can walk right onto the property. So that was completely out of hand, but he is still maliciously prosecuting me for a violation of trespass, even though the video is very clear. The video evidence that I was continuously leaving the entire time I was told to leave, and I said multiple times that I was leaving. But it gets even worse because the District Attorney Ray Tierney's office contacted my attorney and said we are going to be pursuing a stay away order protection for this individual, this thug with a badge, Lou Civello, the PBA president. Not only were they going to pursue an order of protection because I peacefully protested with my LED billboard truck. This 14-ft LED billboard truck of accountability is a First Amendment protected activity that I'm engaging in, but yet District Attorney Ray Tierney's office met with the judge in secret over my attorney's strong objection. I was eventually served with the protective order. Let's take a look at the video of the Suffolk County Sheriff's Office serving me with the stay away protective order. >> All right, Mr. Ray. Sorry that took a while. We just got it down from the court. >> No worries. Just your names and badge numbers so I know who gave it to me. >> Yeah, so Sheriff's Office policy is we only give out our badge numbers, not names. Mine is 720. >> I'm 729. >> 729? >> Yeah. Okay. >> And what do you have there for me? >> So, this is an order of protection out of uh First District Court. Um just says that you need to stay away from a Louis Civello. Stay away from his home, school, place of business, place of employment. Don't go within 100 yd of him. Refrain from communication. Refrain from um remotely controlling, monitoring, or otherwise interfering with any electronic device or other object affecting the home, vehicle, or property of the protected person. Um few other, you know, clauses and conditions in here. You can read through the whole thing. Um if you were to violate it, you could be arrested for criminal contempt. So, just, you know, make sure you read it and uh don't violate it and you'll be all set. All right, one of the clauses in here just says that while this is in effect, I'm not allowed to own or possess any firearms. So, I just have to ask you, do you? >> No. >> All right. Perfect. So, that's for you and you're all set there. >> Okay, thank you. Is this like a permanent order of protection or is it like does it have >> be an expiration date down at the bottom. >> An expiration date down at the bottom of this page? >> Yeah, should be um somewhere right in this area, I believe. Yep, shall remain in force until and including [snorts] 7 20 2027. >> So, 1 year. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> All right. >> All right, insanity. People of the state of New York against Shawn Paul Reyes. People of the state of New York are not with these tyrants. I'll tell you that right now. >> After some digging, it turns out that the judge who issued the stay away protective order, Judge Lennick, was featured in the New York Post where District Attorney Ray Tierney criticized the judge for releasing a man without bail who had been accused of kidnapping a 4-year-old girl. So, let me get this straight. Judge Lennick can release an alleged kidnapper with no bail, and then he will hold an ex parte secret hearing granting an order protection for a thug with a badge because his ego got hurt. And then the DA will criticize this same judge publicly, but then work with him in secret to retaliate against the journalist. Sounds about right for the Suffolk County government. >> I couldn't believe I was being served with a stay away order protection 100 yards that I can't go anywhere near this thug with a badge. Lou Civello, the PBA president, the police union president here in Suffolk County, and I found out a lot about him and more is to come. But today is about District Attorney Ray Tierney. And as always, despite what the copaganda machine will tell you, I am not a threat to the District Attorney. I have no ill will towards him. I am not telling you where I am. I'm somewhere on Long Island. I'm not going to be showing any street signs or anything of that nature. So, ever since they started violating my rights, I'm sure they knew that this was going to happen or at least the possibility. So, there are no trespassing signs. They look pretty new everywhere in front of the District Attorney's residence here. No worries, Mr. District Attorney, I have no intention of going on your property, only on public property. So, I decided to keep the video playing on the sides of the billboard truck so the District Attorney here can get a good view of the video and correct his mistake of maliciously prosecuting me if he hasn't seen the video already like hundreds of thousands of other people. But anyway, on the back I did change it. District Attorney Ray Tierney should be prosecuting thugs with badges, not getting orders of protection for them. Let's take a look at all of the crimes the District Attorney Ray Tierney could prosecute based on the video evidence that doesn't lie. Let's see. Let's go through them. I found 10 of them. One, official misconduct, knowingly abused official authority by making an unlawful arrest and depriving a citizen of his constitutional rights. Sounds and looks pretty accurate. Two, assault in the third degree, applied handcuffs so tightly they caused a documented nerve injury. Yep, nerve damage in my wrist because of this thug. Three, unlawful imprisonment in the second degree. Four, perjury, knowingly made a false statement, including claiming the individual refused to leave. He did say that on his sworn statement, and I didn't refuse to leave. The video is clear, and it's clear for the District Attorney. Hopefully he starts prosecuting all these charges. Five, making a punishable false written statement. These are all basically the same, but they're different. They would hit you with all of these if you were a regular citizen, not the police union president. Seven, falsifying business records in the first degree. Eight, offering a false instrument for filing in the second degree. Nine, offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree. 10, coercion in the third degree. Used official authority to suppress a First Amendment protected activity. [music] I'm not a lawyer, and I'm not a district attorney like our friend Ray Tierney here. But, these crimes, based on the statutes, you see the statutes are there, and the descriptions seem to fit these individuals' actions that day. We're going to turn the sound up on this, so that way all the residents can hear, and the District Attorney can hear it. Now, unfortunately, I do not believe that merely peacefully protesting with my 14-ft LED billboard truck in front of the residence of Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney is going to be enough to get him to do the right thing. So, I need your help. I've partnered with change.org to create a petition demanding that the District Attorney dismiss the baseless and retaliatory charge against me and also do his job and prosecute and prosecute Police Union President Lou Civello for any of the number of crimes that I believe are provable in court beyond a reasonable doubt given the clear video evidence. I will be leaving a link to the petition in my bio, description, and comment section. Please sign it, promote it, share it everywhere you can. I'm going to be taking all of the names of everyone who signs the petition and putting them on the billboard truck and personally delivering our names together to the District Attorney in a separate protest because together we are strong. We should We should all be in control of of our own emotions and we should respect constitutional rights in protest. Right. We're We all have constitutional rights. Right. You're the one that said you're going to blow up my billboard truck. You are the terrorist here. Well, you're entitled to your opinion. Exercising your First Amendment right is not communism, sir. You guys you you literally have mental problems. You think I'm a communist for exercising my constitutional rights? How? How does that even make sense, ma'am? Uh you have no idea, obviously. You think it's communism. You think the First Amendment You think putting a billboard truck and protesting peacefully is communism. You think that I'm some How am I supposed to know when he comes home or not? You need to learn how to control your emotions. That's the key here. Control your emotions. There's no need for you to get upset like this. If you were my age, I wouldn't be standing there. You know how to take care of people like me? You know how to take care of people like me? So, it looks like the Suffolk County Police Department is responding. And again, I don't have any issues with the rank and file. It's the leadership of the PBA, the Police Malevolent, excuse me, Association as well as the police hierarchy in the department itself. Appreciate you, man. Appreciate you. Well, again, the rank and file Suffolk County law enforcement officers know how to honor their oath to the United States Constitution. At least most of them. Again, when I was in the Third Precinct, I didn't get animosity I didn't get the feeling of animosity towards me or anything like that. This is ridiculous. They're sending people in my backyard. I'm pretty sure it's them cuz they said they said they were calling the police, so. Yeah, it is a cool truck, isn't it? And in the back over here, officer, has the crimes that your union president should be prosecuted for, in my opinion. >> [laughter] >> But I appreciate it, yeah. Nope, okay. So, the law enforcement officer is going to talk to the individuals who said they were going to blow up my billboard truck and that I'm a liberal communist, apparently. So, that body camera footage should be interesting when we get it in the next 15 months or something, you know, because that's what they do, delay, deny, stall. That's what Suffolk County does. It's a corrupt county. So, we have another law enforcement officer here arriving for a peaceful protest. We have a third law enforcement officer arriving. 1 2 3 law enforcement officers for a peaceful protest. Hopefully, they respect our constitutional rights as well. You never know with these kind of situations if you're going to get unlawfully arrested, retaliated against. It's crazy. So, we have another law enforcement officer for a total of 1 2 3 4. All for a man with a camera and a billboard truck. So far, the officers have been really cordial and respectful of my constitutional rights and respecting the oath that they took to uphold those rights. It's good to see all the neighbors outside. I'm not going to show every single neighbor that's outside. There's a lot of them. So, that's a sergeant right there. But, I'm not going to show every single neighbor. I mean, if they happen to get in the But, there is neighbors all outside. Um including these neighbors here. If they're in the shot, like if they're coming all the way down here, that's a different, but I mean, I'm not going to go out of my way to just film every single neighbor. It's not That's not why I'm here. I'm here for this. I don't know what these law enforcement officers or the neighbors here, for that matter, want me to do or the detractors of the LED billboard truck when the state uses violence against me and lawfare to violate my rights, to take away my freedom. Something that as Americans we hold dear. Take away my freedom, pinch a nerve in my wrist, maliciously prosecute me, all with violence and lawfare and my freedom being taken. Am I supposed to respond with violence? No. That's not who I am, but I'm wrong for responding with a peaceful protest against the tyrants that used violence and lawfare against me to violate my constitutional rights? No, I will always stand up against tyranny. I will always stand up for the people, for our rights, and against the corrupt and those who abuse their power as public servants. Leaving the residence. I am not going to be showing anybody else in the residence besides the District Attorney, so there you go with that, but hopefully they just leave and there's no further incident. We live in a safe county, not a lot happens here, but I mean, the Gilgo Beach murders, but which the Suffolk County Police Department played a weird role in. But I mean, they're leaving. They knew that this is not anything illegal, constitutionally protected. So, we're going to hang out here. All right, fellow patriots. So, we have been peacefully exercising our First Amendment right utilizing our 14-foot LED billboard truck to protest the Suffolk County District Attorney, Ray Tierney, in front of his residence for a few hours now. I did change the sides of the billboard truck here from the video of my unlawful arrest to this image that states, "DA Tierney, the world has seen the video. Do the right thing and dismiss the baseless retaliatory charge against Shawn Paul Reyes and prosecute Police Union President Lou Civello. Hold Lou accountable, honor your oath." And there is a depiction of the mobster thug, Lou Civello, right there that the District Attorney, Ray Tierney, is bowing down to and protecting, which is unacceptable for an elected public servant to defend a thug like Lou Civello. Please sign the petition, promote it if you can, and share it so we can get as many signatures as we can. I will be putting everyone's name who signs the petition on the billboard truck on all four sides. I want to fill this thing up, and we will personally be delivering it to the District Attorney so he knows that we, the people, see the tyranny. We, the people, see the corruption. So, there were a few neighbors here that did not care for our First Amendment protected activity, but that's okay. They can feel however they want. The individual in this residence here called me a communist. And unfortunately, I don't think he understands the definition of a communist. This is probably one of the furthest things from communist, challenging state power. Though unfortunately, just like with our LED billboard truck protest in front of the residence of Louis Civello, the police union president, District Attorney Ray Tierney did not come home, so we weren't able to catch him coming here. So, they're both cowards. They don't want to have to answer my questions. They don't want to have to see the billboard truck in person, but they'll see it all over social media. And I will continue to protest and exercise my rights peacefully. As for the law enforcement officers who came here today, there was four law enforcement officers. They all treated me with respect.
