JOHN FILAX GETS FIRED FROM HIS JOB BECAUSE OF FRAUDITING
Summary
This YouTube video criticizes "Frauditor" John Fealix, claiming he was fired from a new job as a CDL driver because his past auditing activities were discovered. The creator of the video mocks Fealix's age and perceived lack of life direction, suggesting he should pursue sales. The video also touches on other content creators and auditors, including "Targeted Citizen," and discusses legal concepts like public records requests and at-will employment.
Why it may matter: This video is relevant to the research theme as it directly addresses the consequences of "frauditing" activities on an individual's employment and personal life. It highlights the potential for past actions to impact future opportunities and showcases a critical perspective on the "frauditor" community, including commentary on their motivations and perceived character flaws. The discussion of public records requests and employment law also intersects with government transparency and accountability themes.

Good evening, everybody. How are you guys doing? Hope you guys are doing great. We're going to have a really good time. Whoops. I'm playing in the back. All right, get the Crown Royal ready. No, actually today I think it's either going to be rum or cognac. I'm not sure. Um yeah, we're going to have a good time today. I am really tired. Basically had a crazy day. I'm teaching my daughter how to cook. So, we made some kielbasa quesadillas. Then we made an avocado ranch dressing and then we're marinating some shrimps and chicken for tomorrow. So, I showed her how to um you know, take apart the shrimps and get rid of the shell. So, yeah, that was a blast. A lot of editing, so I'm looking forward to chill with you guys and relax. Give me just a second while I get things set up. So, we have two topics today. We have John Fealix and we have another lunatic that I was not familiar with. That the guy is a total nut job, but we'll get to him in just a moment. Uh let me just check something. All right, before we get started I do want to show you this video that I saw that is pretty damn incredible. As a musician, I didn't know something like this was possible. Um so, yeah. Guys. Yeah, Johnny Somalian got 6 months in prison with hard labor. Yeah. Sucks to be him. Okay, do you guys hear this? Did you hear that note? This thing is so weird. It's like um it's an interactive YouTube video where you can play the trumpet with your computer keyboard and someone over here put a uh a instructions on how to play a song that represents John Fealix so well. So well. So, look, this is what you do. You go 5 8 5 6 7 and then you just follow these number and it will represent John Fealix. Let's try it. Hold on. Why isn't it working now? That's so weird. Is it because oh, cuz I was on StreamYard. Okay, the video isn't playing. All right, watch this. So, this is for John Fealix. >> [music] [music] >> This is so funny. This [ __ ] is amazing. Whoever did this is a genius and then everybody is just putting a bunch of instructions on how to play how to play songs. Anyways, that was too funny. I found that hilarious. Uh all right, let's take a look at John Fealix's latest video and uh cuz you know, what he does is pretty much completely un-American. So, it was just fitting that we we play a little bit of USSR for him. All right, let's watch this. I don't Wow, he's lagging already. Thank you so much, Susan Hobbins, for the two. I really appreciate that. Thank you so much, TubeSock, for the two. The company should be ashamed for firing a hero. Yeah, right. >> [laughter] >> All right. As usual, he's glitching. Hard guy, what's up? >> [clears throat] >> This is a public service. What's up? Oh, yeah, this is the intro where he went through the physical, went through the drug testing. So, what's up? So, I don't know if you guys have been following me at all, but I went and got a real job. Right? Hi, Freddy Spaghetti. Angie. Went and got a real job and I started in early March. Um went through the physical, went through the drug testing, passed all that. Yeah, so just to clarify who John Fealix is, he's one of the first frauditors. So, he has 265,000 subscribers, but it's actually pretty funny because um he got that off one or two videos. Like they went viral. At the time there was no competition and I believe he still has them on. Uh yeah, there you go, 7 years ago. Um yeah, this video has millions of views. Now, he got hired for a real job a few weeks ago. He didn't say what it was because he didn't want it anything to happen and I wasn't going to say anything because let me just be 100% clear. I want frauditors to stop frauditing and stop harassing people. They should get real jobs and if he got fired for regular reasons, I would not make a video about it. But he got fired for a very specific reason. Now, when he first got a job a few weeks ago, I was like, you know, great for him. That's fantastic, you know. That that's great. He's done frauditing. He deleted most of his videos. He had thousands and thousands of videos. At first he put them all members only, then he deleted them. He kept his shorts. I don't know I mean, his obsession with Donut Operator is pretty sad, but um he kept his shorts, but now turns out that he lost all of his videos by putting them private. His channel is tanking and he got fired. So, let's take a look at this this incredible story. Went through orientation. March 17th. Johnny Fappa's birthday, the same day I interviewed Johnny Fappa. Uh this was a low-paying job, but it had good benefits and uh a great retirement package. And I'm getting old. What's up, Exposure Report? Vinnie, I believe your name is. So, I work I do the training. It was to be a driver. CDL driver. So, I did the training, training from March 17th all the way up till 4 8 9 10. All the way up till April 10th. Study, study, study. Studied really hard [music] to pass the CDL. And on 4 10, which was Friday, Oh, David Snow. Vinnie is uh Garden State Accountability. Sorry. Looking good, thanks, man. I just turned 50. Uh I'm starting to feel it, man. I'm getting really gray, as you can see. Everything's getting gray. I'm turning into Papu. So, on last Friday, I go to the DMV and I even told my trainer that I've taken these guys to court a couple times and I beat them [music] and they really don't like me. She said, "Don't worry about it. You're with me, you're going to be fine." We go in the DMV. So, I don't know if he's taken the DMV to court many times and beat them every single time because if that actually happened, he wouldn't stop yapping about it. Like I debated him, he didn't mention it. So, I highly doubt that happened. Sounds like [ __ ] Probably a delusion that he made in his head while he was making his next tin foil hat. So, yeah, sounds like [ __ ] I don't know if I believe that. As soon as I walk in there, the security [music] guard starts whispering to the other security guard. And then he went right into the back office where either Mike Fasano, the the tax collector [music] was taking Geo and Dr. Shawn Berry to court right now, was also taking uh J Town Press to court right now, that guy. And I sat in the waiting room. I took all my tests. Out of 115 questions, I only missed two. Out of 115 questions, I almost aced the general knowledge, air brakes, passenger endorsement, all that good stuff. And I got my commercial full learner's permit. Commercial learner's permit. That was Friday. Monday I go back to orientation. [music] I don't want to tell you what what uh where I was working yet because I don't know how I'm going to handle this. Everything goes fine. So, here's a thing. John Fealix just hit his 50s. So, it better late than never. Now, I'm not going to say that he shouldn't get his [ __ ] together and start to actually become a productive member of society. He should. Better late than never, but you you would think like this is a story you would hear from someone in their 20s. Like, you know, I got fired from my job. I'm I'm going to become a truck driver. How is he just figuring out his career at 50 years old? That I don't understand. Like no no offense, John Fealix, but when I was 20 when I was 20, I was working in call centers. I was paid I think I was 19, actually. I was paid 12 bucks an hour plus 15 bucks per sale and I would usually get four to five sales a day. Sometimes our bonuses. Some days I was making like 200 bucks and that was 15 years ago. Like this is the kind of [ __ ] you do when you're a very young adult. Like you you get a a learner's permit, you get your [ __ ] together, you start a career. How the [ __ ] are you doing this like 30 years too late? It's like this guy jerked off for 30 years. He said he built all these very successful restaurants, but apparently they don't exist anymore. And here he is 30 years later finally trying to get his [ __ ] together. It it's something else, man. But uh Anyways, I don't I'm not blasting him for trying to get his [ __ ] together. It's better late than never, but it's it's what he's going is the reason why he got fired. That's what's funny. All right, let's keep watching. Fine. Tuesday I go back to training class. And then that that day goes by. 6:00 at night I get a call from some guy who studies head of operations. And he says this this call's going to be brief. Um you are no longer employed with us anymore. And I said, "What?" And he goes, "You're no longer employed with us anymore." And I said, "Why?" He goes He says, "Because because uh I understand that you want to know why, but we're not going to tell you. We're not required to tell you. Florida is an at-will work state and I'm not going to tell you." So then I tell him I'm recording the phone call. He starts freaking out. I wasn't really recording the phone call. He starts freaking out and I'm like, "Okay, this sounds like a prank call. Tell me your name again cuz I've never heard of you or met you." Tells me his name and then he starts getting angry. He's like, [music] "You no longer work here." He's like, "You're no longer participating in the training program." I said, "I don't know what that means, sir. Does that mean I'm not employed anymore?" And he just kept repeating that and then he finally says, [music] "You're released from employment from this place." And I said, "Why?" And he keeps repeating, "I understand you want to know why, but I'm not going to tell you. This is where the conversation [music] ends." And I'm like, "Oh, okay. That was crazy." So I hang up. The next day I call HR. And I ask what what's going on? Is this even a real person? And the lady's really nice lady. She says, "Yes. That's a real person. He is really ahead of the operations. And I'll see what I can do for you." But she says, "You probably know this. Florida is an at-will state. You're still a temporary trainee. And they probably don't have to give you a reason." So This is like so far it seems like a a regular situation that would happen with employment. Like you got fired, you don't know why. You want to figure out what the hell happened. But now he's going to turn on frauditor mode. And it's like frauditor frauditors are antisocial people. They don't blend in with society very well. They're misfits mis misfits. They're outcasts. And it's like he it shows. It shows. So what I think happened is that yeah, he got hired. He deleted all his videos. And he's like, "You know what? All right, I'm going to do this." And then I I don't know. Maybe he mouthed it off to the wrong guy or maybe he went in and he's like, "You know what? You work for me. I I own you. I that I'm the boss here." And he forgot that he was talking to a private citizen and not a cop. And um and then yeah, he he mouthed it off to the wrong person. Like frauditors are so abrasive that I I don't think he he probably said something stupid or did something stupid. You know the guy can't behave. He has no respect for anybody. He's used to talking to people like trash for decades and decades. And now he actually has to respect the authority above him and follow the chain of command. So that must have been very difficult for him. So I tell her at the end I said, "Well while technically and legally they might not have to tell me why, I said I would expect you guys to act in good faith the same way I acted in good faith when I woke up at 5:00 in the morning, worked split shifts for a month now. Right?" And she says, "Oh, that's that's worded really well. I'm going to have to use that one day." I said, "Feel free to steal it." She calls me later This guy is such a [ __ ] You're not doing them a favor by working. You're just it's a mutual exchange. So they don't owe you [ __ ] besides a paycheck. If they want to fire you, they fire you. Like he's complaining about that. When I was working at McDonald's when I was like 17 years old, they they they were so horrible. They would make you leave at 11:00 at night and then they would bring you in at 7:00 the next morning. It was just like under the legality of what they were allowed to do. Like just above the legality. It was horrible. Total douchebags. So I mean he doesn't even know what he's talking about. Like he was going to have a trucker's job where he just drives and you know, yeah, of course it's hard work. You're driving all day, but you don't have to deal with annoying Karen like him. So yeah, he was going to have it good, but he [ __ ] it up. during the day and she was, "Unfortunately I checked in on him and unfortunately like he said, we don't have to give you a reason why we let you go." And I said, "Okay, since you're not acting in good faith I'd like to file a public records request with you." And she goes, "Well, that's not my department." And I right away I'm like, "It doesn't matter. Chapter 119. [music] Doesn't matter if you're it's your department or not." So I I'm confused what he's talking about here because how do you do a So how do you do a public records request against a private company? So let's see what chapter 119 is. Known as the public record law, mandates all state, county, and municipal records are open for personal ins Yeah, but that's So this is for the public. Like how does this have to do with a private business? So was he going to be a trucker for the government? To me it sounded like it was a private company. So how the hell are you doing a FOIA request on a private business? That makes absolutely no sense to me. Maybe I'm missing something. Like is he that stupid or Like I don't understand what's going on here. This this is so weird. This is so [ __ ] strange, man. They >> [laughter] >> He worked for a private company. Like how are you doing filing a FOIA against a private company? Like Oh my god, man. >> [laughter] >> Maybe he was a mailman. Exactly. Yeah, it's some weird [ __ ] man. It's some like unless we're missing something cuz I just googled that and what that that has to do with private I mean with public. So I don't know. All right, let's keep watching. Next thing you know, she hangs up on me. Then I call like 30 times in a row and they just keep picking up the phone and hanging up. Stalker. Finally one someone named Carrie. I asked for the for the person [music] the first person. She says, "She's in a meeting right now." We all know what that means. They're never in a meeting. They just don't want to talk to you. And then I said, "Well, I just want to file a records request. Maybe you can help me." She's like, "I'll have her call you back." I go, "Ma'am, you're allowed to take my you must take my records request." She hangs up on me. I keep calling back, keep calling back. Pick up the phone, hang up. Then I call from [music] a different phone number and boom, magically they answer to the phone. And finally this woman I don't want to say anybody's name yet or anything cuz I don't know what's going to happen with this. She reluctantly takes my records request. I request all emails, all communications, all text messages between them and the DMV. And I'm going to go in right now and do another records request. What I want to do is go to this place and audit. So yeah, of course you want to get Now he wants to go fraud at his previous employer because they fired him. That makes a whole lot of sense, Mr. Philaxative. He wants to fraud at his previous employer. Now okay, if he's saying that he wants the conversations between his private company and the the public employees. I mean the the people at the DMV. Okay, maybe that makes sense. Maybe, but I was kind of confused with that. That that was Yeah, sounds like retaliation. Exactly. This is like your toxic partner you just broke up with and is now calling down your phone. Yeah, the background checks maybe included social media. Uh so Yeah, yeah, the targeted citizen. That's actually the next topic. We're going to get to him in just a moment. Uh by the way, hit the like everybody. We're close to 300. Last week we were at 300. So let let's try to break 350. That'll be cool. Um so there's two options. Either he was trying to work for daddy government. So if he was trying to work for daddy government, the hypocrisy is unbelievable because he spent decades decades harassing government employees and now he wants to become one of them. Unbelievable. Now if he was working for a private company, now he's trying to retaliate against them and he wants to fraud them. That's nuts. That's also crazy. Hey, thank you so much Collins Mack 1850 for the 10. I appreciate that. Thank you so much, buddy. All right, let's keep watching. But my wife doesn't want me out of this. She's scared I'm going to get arrested again. She's scared that the Pasco County Sheriff's are going to show up at her house again and try to pull their old uh Minority Report policing, something they got in trouble for in 2018. Uh Institute for Justice actually took them to court. They waited till the day before court, 3 years of wasting everyone's time, waited till the day before court and then settled with the victims. So, you guys know that I completely cut my channel off. I've made I took me weeks to make all these videos members-only and private that I have. So, my YouTube revenue is zero and then they completely cut me off right there below my waist. They completely cut it off and now I make zero dollars a month because I what I believe is the DMV saw me there and then they got a hold of the employer and said, "Get rid of this guy." I really believe that. I believe Mike Fasano, Timothy Cowart and his cohorts over there at the DMV made some phone calls or text messages or something and said, "Get him out of there." So, I don't know what I'm going to do. My wife doesn't want me doing auditing. I really don't know what I'm going to do. I don't know what I'm going to do. >> But just know that I appreciate you guys supporting me for the last 14 years. Guys, so 76% of you guys thought it was him playing the music. And that's because I was really paying attention to pause it pretty much at the same time, but no, it it it it's me that's playing the music. I just thought it was fitting. It was fitting for him. But uh yeah, this is really funny because this guy is 50 years old and he's like, "I don't know what I'm going to do. I I I don't know what I'm doing with my life. I just destroyed my channel and then on top of that I Yeah. Yeah. Uh this is um it's called uh What is it called? It's called White Run. It's video game music. Um It's from um It's from What is it? It's from Elder Scrolls, I think. Uh Yeah, so anyways, um so yeah, this guy is like 50 years old. Now he's like, "What am I going to do? The sky is falling. I don't have any money. I they this you know, they fired me and I just destroyed my channel. Like, what's going on?" And and so, you know, what do you think he's going to do the he's going to do the e-begging? And it's like, "Dude, come on, man. You're 50 years old." 50 years old. You're supposed to get your [ __ ] together in your 20s, maybe in your 30s. Like, I actually got my [ __ ] together when I was 24. Uh I was I was somewhat of a degenerate when I was uh when I was younger, somewhat somewhat. Um I I was a party animal and I got my [ __ ] together when I met my wife. You know, she got pregnant. We're like, "All right, let's stop let's stop partying. Let's get our [ __ ] together. Start saving money." And so, I was 24. Now, this guy is in his 50s. It's like, "Bro, it's a little it's getting a little late now. Like, you you know, I don't know if this guy has kids or grandkids, but it's like they they're supposed to look up after their parents for a stability and now this guy's a bum that can't even he you know, he gets fired. He destroys his channel. Like, what's going on here? Anyways, let's keep watching. Yeah, I was really good with the music. Like, I would play it on StreamYard straight away and do and then click here so I'll go. And if you'd be so kind to become a member for 99 cents a month, literally that's all the income I have right now is the 99 cent a month. Pick the heart button. Hold on. I this that was weird, man. There's like this Cuz I got a new mouse and um I don't know what happened. So, I clicked this button and just just booted me out. All right. Let's keep watching. Bless you, bro. I really appreciate that, man. So, that's it. That's the story. So, it looks like Do you guys still hear him? Let me know if you still hear anywhere I try to get a job in this county that that involves driving. I I I don't know. I can show you my permit right now. I literally just went up to Republic I hope you guys can see that. Commercial learner's permit. I think that's good for a year. So, you really can't make this [ __ ] up. Felix, have you ever heard uh That that's funny. That's funny. Have you ever heard of you don't [ __ ] where you eat? Like, this whole time this guy was frauditing in his own city, in his own county and now he's freaking out that he can't get a job. It's like, "Oh, you don't [ __ ] where you sleep." Okay, yeah, yeah, that makes more sense. But uh either way, where you eat, where you sleep, um this guy was literally frauditing his own town. Now, I would never be a frauditer uh because I'm not a piece of [ __ ] but if I was a frauditer, I I would go to Toronto. I would go to Hamilton. I would go I don't know. I I'd go to Oshawa. I wouldn't go in my area. Like, I'm not going to go fraud in my area. That makes no sense. Well, actually uh I definitely wouldn't go to Scarborough. Hell hell no. But uh yeah. So, I I don't understand why he was frauditing where he lives. It makes no sense. But in order to finish it off, it's going to cost thousands of dollars for class. At this point, I don't even know if I want to be a driver, but uh I Hey, thank you so much, Paul Cowart. He was working for FedEx and he thought the word federal meant government. Yeah, that's probably it. You know what? That might be it. That might be it. Thank you so much, buddy. I don't know, man. Being an activist, everyone thinks it's easy, but once you start giving your opinion, everything's political. The DMV didn't like that I took them to court and beat them. So, tried to get a job here in town. They saw me there. Next thing you know, John goes bye-bye and they completely cut me off. So, that's it, guys. Um Instead of driving a trailer, just go live in one. That's funny. That's funny. I can't thank you guys enough for all these years of uh support. And yeah. I'm going to do all the records requests I can. Yeah, guys. It's really I'm really depressed, man. I've been really depressed lately. I don't see the job [music] I was going to do. I was going to do it for 8 years and get the retirement package and be done with it. >> [music] >> The job itself is horrible. The shifts were horrible, 5:00 in the morning till 5:00 at night and you get a break [music] in between. Um I don't know. Maybe become a restaurant manager. I have no idea, man, but I feel so sorry for my wife. The first thing I did start apologizing to her. Even though Aw, man. Uh Uh I I it's kind of getting sad. Like, aw, man. I don't want to be punching down too much. Like, uh might have to stop We might have to cut it short, man. I don't know. I I don't want to punch someone when he's down like that. Like, I kind of do, but I'll make an exception for him, but >> [laughter] >> Yeah. Kleenex is available in the lobby. But that's the thing, you can't feel bad for him because he had 50 years to make the good choices and then now he's doing this. Like, now it it all came to fruition and he's left with a pile of [ __ ] He left He's left with a massive turd of a life. Like, I just hope that his wife is Hopefully his wife isn't a stay-at-home wife and she's actually or stay-at-home mom and she has employment as well. I hope his kids are grown and are out of the house because it looks like he can't even provide for himself. He has to beg for pennies. How is he going to provide for a family? Yeah. Sucks to be him, man, but I mean, this is your bed. You made it and now you're going to lie in it. All right. I guess let's Yeah. Are you a firm believer in karma? Yeah. Yeah, I I love karma. I mean, my whole channels are around karma. It's about people getting exactly what they deserve. Uh who the [ __ ] would marry a frauditer? Now, here's the thing. It's quite possible that she did not marry a frauditer. She married a normal um less than average-looking dude, and he just became a frauditor afterwards. There's a lot of like husbands that they hit 45, they hit 50, they get a midlife crisis, they become frauditors. It has happened so much. So, um you know, like to to John, what I would say is a look, I'm going to stop trolling for a sec, and I I'm going to try I'm going to try to to give him a little bit of constructive criticism, because, you know, I I I I don't want to see a guy not being able to provide for his family, and um let let's try to let's try to analyze this for a second. What skills do John does John have? I think surprisingly, John does have some skills. He's not talentless. He does have some skills. He's a terrible comedian. He's a terrible entertainer. He's a terrible YouTuber. But I think he could be a good salesman, because when he convinced these people to subscribe, he he's selling himself. When you're a YouTuber, you have to sell yourself. So, it's possible he's okay at cooking. He said he was a beggar. Yeah, definitely. But it's possible that he could be a good salesman. Now, I was a salesman. That that was my job before YouTube. I was a salesman, then an entrepreneur, then a YouTuber. And I'm still a salesman, because I sell myself every day when I come up, turn on the camera, and sell my videos to you guys. So, I think he could be a salesman. You know, telemarketing, phone sales, uh even he could be a used car salesman. He could be a snake oil salesman. You know, I'm just kidding, but used car I see a used car salesman right there. So, yeah, the frauditor BS factor is the salesman realm. Yeah. So, honestly, um John, if you're watching this, I know you don't want to take advice from me, but this is honest, straightforward advice. You could have a future as a salesman, and salesman they you know, they work on commissions. If you make a lot of sales, you get a lot of money. Like I was making a [ __ ] ton of money when I was in my early 20s doing telemarketing, phone sales, and you know, just blasting 304 phone calls per day. I was selling Interac machines, where like you know, debit and credit card machines, and you'd get a commission for every lead that you would generate, and then the the the closer would close the deal, then you get an extra commission. So, there's hope for you. Not all hope is lost. But for now, let let's keep watching. One second. I didn't do anything wrong. The poor woman who's been had my back, let me be an activist, let me be myself, let me be John Felix the the American Patriot. She's suffering, too, man, and she doesn't deserve it. So, uh it was guaranteed it was it was targeting [music] I I I guarantee I got targeted. I saw it coming a mile away. As soon as I saw them whispering in each other's ears when I went to the DMV, I knew something [music] was going to happen. People who are donating, man, God bless you. Thank you so much. Uh honestly, I don't like taking money from anybody, but I don't know what to do at this point, man. All I've ever done in my life is see what the what's going on in the world, and what I believe is tell the truth [music] about what's going on in this world, and not too many people have challenged me and have been able to say you're wrong. All right. Pool hustling is not where [music] it's at, even though I'm good at pool, man. There's a way better players than me, especially the ones especially the ones that play a lot. Uh Geo and Dr. Shawn Berry went up there and got trespassed, and I believe they let the what they're doing now is instead of giving you the warning and letting you leave, they just the cops will just say, "Well, they already warned you before we got here, so now you're trespassing." And they charge you under the 810 statute. They just did it to Liberty Patrol in uh Polk County. He went to some school board and was pulling on the doors. One of the doors was unlocked. They told him to leave. He leaves there. Does that make any sense? Some frauditor going into a school board? Like does does any of this make sense? Do you hear yourself? What's next? That you're going to have them fraud at a daycare? Like or or a or a funeral, which actually has been done already by Asamo. Like do they even hear themselves when they talk? Anyways, let let's wrap it up. This is sad, man. This is so sad. Like And some some cowboy cop with literally wearing a cowboy hat who's limping a cop they put out to pasture years ago is [music] working there and completely ignores Liberty Patrol. And then another cop lieutenant says, "Oh, you're fine, man. You're fine to be here." Next thing you know, they show up in Orlando, two two uh Polk County [music] Sheriff's deputies show up in Orlando and tell him and we're looking for him. He calls him up, they say, "We're just here to give you a trespass warning." Which is not what they were there for. They were there to charge [music] him with trespassing, cuz he went in a door that was open already, because they failed to lock the door. If anything, they should be thanking him for showing the security breaches in their building, but instead, he's the enemy. I'm the enemy. People who tell the truth, people who exercise their rights in this country are the enemy. People who have political opinions in this country are the enemy. And there's really not enough of us. How many times can I say cops are corrupt? How many thousands of more videos can I put up to show you who they are and what they do? They're the worst of society. They are scourge on society. And honestly, at this point, I don't know what's going to work, because there's maybe two people in the in our government that are constitutionalists or even close to being a constitutionalist. The rest are bought off by foreign countries and foreign assets and lobbyists. So, May 5th, you got court, Geo? Yep. Yep. Yep. Uh anyway, that's the story, guys. I don't know where I'm going from here. Thank you everyone for the donations. If please, if you'd be so kind, become a member for 99 cents a month. Out of 265,000 subscribers, if 2,000 people got the one or 2,500 people got the $1 membership a month, I could do this full-time, and I wouldn't have to be out checking I just went to uh uh Tampa, and uh went to a it's called Republic Republic is the name of a it's a garbage truck company. They pick up garbage. And I have my learner's permit. And uh I had filled out a resume, and as soon as I pull up and park, I look inside their garage, and they got a giant blue line flag in the garage. So, then I went inside, I said, "Can I speak to the hiring manager?" I told him I applied for a job last night. I saw I heard this company helps you finish your CDL license. And uh I wanted to put a a face with the name. So, I'm got my finest Greg Norman shirt on that I bought at a garage sale. And he says, "Oh, man, the recruiters are going to see that your your CDL's not finished yet, and they're just going to throw your resume in the garbage." And he goes, "Regardless, if you want to get hired on as a as a temporary employee, you have to basically hang off on the back of the garbage truck like those guys hang on the garbage truck. And then, after 30 days, maybe more, we'll [music] let you drive the truck. So, I I can't All right. I think it's time to uh catch up Fapa on what happened here. Uh Fapa, this is most likely what's going to happen to you if you don't put some money away. This guy, let let me explain to you. This guy was frauditing for like 10 years, and now he destroyed his channel. He deleted all his channel. He privated all his videos, and then he started a job as a truck driver. Now, the truck driver's uh company found out that he was a frauditor, that he's a complete douchebag, and they fired him. So, now he has no channel, and he has no job. And he's complaining that he he's completely flat broke at 50 years old with no outlook on life, with no potential possibilities, no opportunities, and he's asking for money. So, that might happen to you if you don't build something sustainable. Oh, well, what happened to you most likely, cuz you're probably going to get arrested first and do some time in jail again. Um so, yeah. Uh Fapa's going to get sued. Yeah, you know, I think that was a troll. That was definitely a troll. But uh yeah, this is what you look up to. This is your future right here. 50 years old, uh wife doesn't like him, wife is disappointed that he can't provide. Pathetic loser, jobless, uh cloutless. It's sad. It's like it's almost difficult to watch this, but it's also karma, so kind of have to. But uh we're pretty much done here. I just get anxiety just thinking about hanging on to a moving garbage truck. Those guys are brave as hell, man. That job is far more dangerous than being a cop, and everybody knows it. All right, guys. Thank you so much for listening to me. Thank you for the support for all these years. And that's it, man. I really appreciate you guys. Much love. I can't thank you enough. Let's see. Let's see what happens in the future. Sorry I didn't get to all your comments. Everybody that donated, man, bless you. You don't have to do that. I'm really not worth it. I don't deserve it, honestly, in my opinion, but it is what it is. This is the only outlet I have right now. This is the only thing I got is my wife and you guys. So, much love. See you next time. We'll see what happens. God speed to all of you, and have You know, I can't even imagine what would happen if this guy would get hit with a federal uh lawsuit like I did, and would have to drop like duh tens and tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket. This guy would go nuts. He would He would break within seconds. He He would break, and he would settle within seconds. Like he he would not be able to put up a fight at all. It This guy has no savings. Now, he's he's flat broke, because he fraudited. And and and instead of thinking forward. It sucks. It sucks for him, but what it really does is it it sucks for his family. Okay. So, I'm almost done here, but I do want to talk about this guy over here. Um I do have to ask, if he was hanging off the back of the garbage truck and fell in, would anyone notice? No. No. Nope. >> [laughter] >> Yeah, I wouldn't want him to fall into the compactor. That would suck. Yeah. Man, I remember I remember when I was working at Zellers, the compactor, that [ __ ] that [ __ ] is dangerous, man. That [ __ ] is dangerous. I didn't like touching that [ __ ] It is not uh It is not something you want to [ __ ] around with. All right. Okay, so why don't we get on with this guy? So, this guy was actually going to be Okay. Uh this guy was actually going to be the purpose of the live stream, but then I found out that Johnny boy got fired, so that was funnier. Uh but uh No, we're not talking about the special ed teacher. Let Let me just say this, okay? Uh this is the only thing I will say that I agree with you. I agree with you on one point, Fapa, only one point, and I'll say this. I I'll say this. That was not self-defense at all. And you doxing him is criminal harassment, cyberstalking. The only thing that I will agree with you with is that a special education teacher should not be using the word [ __ ] willy-nilly. I agree with you with that. That is the only thing I will agree with you. But when he saw you, he probably couldn't think of something else, so that's what he said. That's the only thing I will agree with. Uh but pepper spraying someone with their hands in their pockets, that that's nuts. Like that is insane. Um if you keep going down that road, someone will press charges on you, and um take a look at Riverside County Accountability, what happened with him. Uh you might get a similar treatment. So, um Yeah. All right. Why don't we Yeah, it's um you know, some people don't like that word, and you know, me, words don't really bother me, to be honest, uh but I I do respect that some people don't like that word. And yeah, that guy was or is, hopefully still is, a special ed teacher. He was calling uh Fapa that word. Uh I don't think he should be using that word if you consider his profession, but that's about it. That's the only thing I will agree with Fapa. Um but uh all right, let's let's keep watching. Um No legal number of hits I need to take in order to defend myself, my friend. Maybe in Canada, but not here in in America. Well, yeah, in Canada, it's don't even get me started with the self-defense laws here, man. I made a video on it actually on my other channel, on my streaming channel. Self-defense laws in Canada are a total joke. It is so ridiculous. There's this guy that broke into someone's house, and then he was like a burglar, straight up, and he was armed. The And then the homeowner beat the [ __ ] out of him, and then he got arrested. Like you can be arrested for defending your property in Canada. So, yeah. Uh I don't agree with the self-defense laws in Canada. I have researched them extensively, so I know exactly what I can and cannot do. Um but yeah, so for example, like in Canada, you cannot have a weapon for self-defense that you're not allowed, but you can use a weapon of opportunity. So, that's very very important. So, if you carry something, you know, let's say you have a pepper spray, and you you're walking downtown Vancouver, and you're using it, no, you're you're not you're not supposed to do that. But if you're carrying, you know, bear mace, and you're out in the woods, and it was meant for bears, and then a human attack you, then you should be allowed to use it, technically. It It's complicated, but I I don't agree with it. All right, anyways, this guy is called Targeted Citizen, total nutjob, okay? So, at first I didn't realize how much of a nutjob he was, but uh he thinks that there is an airplane that flies by past his house every single day and takes pictures of him. And And here he's actually praising Hitler. So, uh Yeah. Wow. That's something else. And uh he made a video about me because I made a video about Fapa and other pepper spray rage baiters. And uh why don't we take a look? Hey, you guys. It's me, Most Targeted Citizen. I'm telling you, man, there are so many bootlickers and copsuckers in this country. It is just astounding how many of these freak jobs and wackos come out of the the woodwork when you make a video. It It It's It's sad. These people are literally cheering on their own demise. Who do you think's going to be used to round the people up when the time comes? Who do you think they're going to use? You think it's going to be the Red Cross? You think Red Cross going to come out with the Salvation Army and and ask people to come get in their in on the buses and the trains? Cuz that's coming. FEMA camps are operating all over the country. He says, well, hopefully none of you guys find out where I'm employed to get me fired. You're not employed. We already know that. We already know that, okay? Dude, come on. This is ridiculous. You are not employed. But who do you think the FEMA camps are for? For you and I. The Agenda 2030's own boys. Ain't nothing slowing down. Everything is speeding up. You know what? My bad. That is actually the wrong video, cuz they both had a similar thumbnail. This one was called Bootlicker Breakdown. The other one is 15 Minutes of Shame Troll Channel Defaming Victims of Crime. This is the one we have to watch. My bad. that doesn't know we have the right to Okay, watch this. Hey, you guys. It's me. I sure wish I was able to edit stuff, but I'm not allowed to, cuz I get hacked, jacked, and whacked, anyway. I am so sick of these freaking whiny [ __ ] on YouTube. This channel, 15 Minutes of Shame, he's got this channel, he's got two or three other channels, and all he does is he takes other people's content, he goes online and [ __ ] and whines about it, kind of like I do, except I don't do that. He's like, kind of like I do. Yeah, he's agreeing that this is exactly what he's doing. So, that that's funny. That's funny. At least he has a little bit of self-awareness. 4. But he [ __ ] and whines and makes false narratives about it, and then everybody jumps on the bandwagon. So, in this video, what he's talking about is First Amendment Auditors. These guys go out and Most of this is California Cree he's talking about. I watch these guys daily. Uh Freedom of the Press. Uh Oh, I can tell you watch them daily. I know you have been completely corrupted by them. >> [laughter] >> Liberty Patrol. What's the one in my the good guy in Canada that I watch? I can't even think of his name now. Um anyway, they go out and they film in public. Well, crazy people in California and crazy Americans and a lot of non-Americans, illegal aliens in California, think that if you're recording in public, that you have every right to walk up and attack somebody. But you listen to this douchebag running this goddamn channel. And listen to what he says. It's It's not a first amendment audit, it's pepper spray rage bait. Listen to this [ __ ] he speaks. I'm so And it's a goddamn Mexican. I can tell from his accent it's a freaking Mexican running this goddamn channel that attacks everybody. HE'S MAKING >> [laughter] >> IT'S A GODDAMN MEXICAN. YOU KNOW WHAT? That's so [ __ ] funny, man. >> [laughter] >> You know, um but It's the accent. A GODDAMN MEXICAN. HAHAHA. >> [laughter] >> WHEN I HEARD THAT OKAY, SO, GUYS, WHEN I heard that, that's why I made that thumbnail. So, I made that thumbnail, and I'm like, this picture is going to make a lot more sense on Friday night. Okay, I made >> [laughter] >> This is what he's imagining right there. This is This is what he's imagining. So, when I made this thumbnail, there's this this uh this paint sniffer over here, Jellyfish. She's like, this clown is always acting like he's some sort of gift to society and humanity. It's mighty stupid and ignorant to resort to racism. He or one of other of these loons will say that, "Duh, dum-dum, this has nothing to do with racism." Wow. How is this picture racist? I was saying what the frauditor was envisioning. >> [laughter] >> No. This guy This guy is def- definitely racist. He thinks that everybody that disagrees with him it's is a Mexican, and and he has like the Confederate flags behind him. It's like, this guy is something else. Something else, man. Get all this money attacking people who are being attacked, and then making the ones WHO ARE BEING ATTACKED THE BAD GUYS. IT IT IT IT IS JUST FREAKING beyond me, the the amount of pussification in this country. If I'm out on a public sidewalk and I'm filming, and you walk up to me, and you attack me, I am going to retaliate, whether it be pepper spray, whether it be my fist, or whether I put a hole in you. IF YOU PUT YOUR HANDS on me, and I defend myself, I'm going to use all force necessary to stop the threat. But listen to this whiny Mexican [ __ ] on the whiny Mexican [ __ ] Okay, so the pussification is here. If you go into YouTube, uh the pussification is a term that the right uses uh Look, if you call the pussification of video games, um there's this guy and I'm not making this about politics. This guy has been exposed as a massive [ __ ] grifter. So, this guy called Andy Pants Gaming, he had like zero subs, he had a couple channels, it wasn't working, and then he started making these videos and it's like every single video is the same [ __ ] So, it's like it's like remember when you were in, you know, in the early 2000s how games were like so badass and look look you have Riddick and now everything is queer and gay and it it's the same video every single time. This is what you call a right-wing grifter. Now, I I'm I understand to some extent what he's saying. I understand that. But, the reason why he's a grifter is that um he made one video and it got 3 million views and then he basically remade the same video over and over and over. Look, who killed masculinity in video games? The pussifications of video games. Why are video games so gay now? The pussification of video games part two. Uh why when did games become so soft? Who it's the same concept just regurgitated and these people they're gobbling it up like slop. It is nuts. It It's crazy. So, pussification is a term used by um uh right-wing or not not necessarily right-wing, but it's just conservative influencers, I would say. This channel. Watch all these clips for sake. He's only going And I do want to clarify that there is grifters on both sides. I I I don't want you guys to think that I'm like taking sides or anything or you know, talking about politics. The I could show you 10 grifters on the left and 10 grifters on the right. It It's when there's politics involved, there's going to be grifting involved. I just want to clarify that. in the show a second of the interaction before the pepper spray comes out. Just a second is all he's going Yeah, um Warlock, let before we get back to this video, I just want to say that video games now are really are sometimes just as good as they used to be. You just have to look where. I'm playing a indie game called GRIME II right now that is insane, mind-blowing, one of the best Metroidvanias I've ever played, the best actually. So, yeah, there are good video games. You just have to look. going to show to make it look like that the guy is pepper spraying on the bad guys. Now, once again, count it. Watch the watch the timer. Says 000. Watch. Look, seconds. Seconds. Just seconds. They're just showing seconds of it. Yeah, Elden Ring is awesome. So, this idiot is getting so triggered that I made an intro. Like, does he not understand what an intro is? An intro is something that you play and uh it's just like a couple seconds to give you a glimpse of what's coming in the video. Like, that's called an intro. How does he not understand that is mind-blowing. Uh Crimson Desert is good. I It wasn't for me. Like, I just I I don't I don't like the controls, man. The controls are kind of kind of sus. Uh I don't I didn't like the controls. I I loved the combat. The combat was amazing, but I don't have enough time to explore that massive world. It's too big for me. It's just too big. relatively new YouTubers called Pepper Spray Rage Baters. And one of these It is not called Pepper Spray Rage Baters. He made that up. He made that He's so triggered. It is Pepper Spray Rage Bater Baters, dude. That's exactly what it is. This guy is so triggered, man. Oh my god. made all this [ __ ] up. All this is lies from the stupid Mexican running this god damn channel that's making these guys the freaking bad guys. The damn the damn Mexican run them channel, oh man. They did nothing wrong but defend themselves. This guy right here. This guy here. Name of this channel is Freedom of the Press. They go out and he just films in public. They film at post offices. They film at Trader Joe's. They film at people and yeah, it is it is I guess you could call it rage bait cuz American people are stupid. So, he agrees with me. He's got so tilted that it's not rage bait and then he's like, yeah, I guess it's rage bait. So, you're agreeing. Why are you so tilted then? Stupid. American people are stupid. Oh, thank you so much Colin's Mac for the five Feelax and Fapa are going to be like JC News now and Broken System with extensive criminal charges except the drug charges. Yes, thank you so much, buddy. I appreciate that. Sorry I didn't get to it for a while. I I didn't It just slipped my mind. I didn't see it, but uh luckily StreamYard saved them. All right, let's keep watching. They think it's perfect. Yeah, they took our germs. >> [laughter] >> Perfectly lawful to walk up to somebody with a camera and assault them because they don't want to be filmed. Now, as you see this here, this video came out last week. This guy right here. Supposedly, if this is if this is who he's talking about, he's a lawyer. Well, this lawyer runs up and grabs Freedom of the Press. This I explained very clearly that this guy is not a lawyer. Clearly, the guy didn't watch the video and he wasn't paying attention. microphone set up. Listen, what you don't say about him. This is about a $3,000 camera. He's got this He has to have a 360 camera up above his He gets assaulted so much, he's had to purchase a $1,200 360 camera cuz cops kept kept arresting him for defending himself. So So, literally, you not only have to have cameras in your car to protect yourself from corrupt law enforcement. You have to have cameras, multiple cameras, 360 cameras on your body to protect yourself from cops that want TO PROSECUTE YOU, FROM THE PUBLIC that wants to assault you. You know what? The public doesn't want to assault me and doesn't want to assault 99.9% of every of citizens in general. The reason why they get assaulted is because they're [ __ ] frauditors. Like, he's literally spelling out why this is an unusual situation that like everybody's trying to beat their asses. So, it's like maybe they're the problem. Didn't you think of that? Like, what is wrong with you, dude? It is outrageous and the douchebag running 15 minutes of shame is making money making the victims the bad guys. Guys pepper sprayed the wrong lawyer on the wrong day. Watch what this old man does. sued under a RICO racket. HE'S NOT SHOWING THE INTERACTION, IS HE? HE'S NOT showing the interaction. And he doesn't The whole video he doesn't show the interaction. Watch, I'm going to show you his camera. Just watch. Watch it. Look. God damn it, I didn't get it. So, he says during the whole video, I don't show the interaction. All right. What Why I feel like we're it's kind of pointless, but why don't we cuz let's say what why am I explaining this myself to a guy that thinks that the birds are spying on him. But, uh so the whole video I don't show the interaction. Let's see. Found one of these rage Huh? What are you doing? Shh. So, I showed the interaction. I showed him going to him going shh like a complete [ __ ] douchebag and then I show what happened after. He got arrested and the guy assaulted him with pepper spray. Well, the guy put his hands on him. >> Want to do it again? [ __ ] you, [ __ ] The hell? >> Yeah, I showed the guy being so happy that he was pepper spraying an old man. I showed it, but this guy is too stupid to actually watch the video. It's not called pepper spray rage bater. pepper sprayed the wrong lawyer on the wrong The wrong lawyer on the wrong day. sued under a You see it around his belt? Just watch a second, I'll show you. I'll show you I'll show you everything he has to do to protect himself. Who are these YouTubers? Well, they call themselves Keep watching. First Amendment Auditors and it's very important to All they do is go out and record in public. That's all they do. They go out and they record in public. Hold on. Let me let me let me let me fast forward this and I'll show you. Watch this. Target regular citizens. They target regular citizens. So, this guy right here on this video. This is a teacher. He teaches handicap students. Down syndrome, autism, this that and the other. Well, the name of the channel this is on is First Amendment Protection Agency. Young guy, he just got it just got married the other week. First Amendment uh Protection Agency. He goes around the country >> Have you ever wondered what an average Fapa fan sounds like and what they are and who they are? This is your answer. Some absolute degenerate foaming at the mouth tweaker who thinks that the government is is like spying on him and who who is praising Hitler. Like, this is your average Fapa subscriber. It's It's right here. We're We're going deep inside their shallow mind right now. So, he usually goes to pot shops and he stands outside and he films from public sidewalk. See that big old sidewalk right there? He stands on the public sidewalk and for some reason pot smokers now. Now, when I used to smoke pot 30 years ago, cops were the last people I wanted to see. But, today's day and age, the world is so freaking backwards now that these potheads at pot shops are the most insane people in the world. You record them going in the pot shop. Now, they wear a pot leaf or a pot sticker right there about smoking pot. But, if you stand on a public sidewalk and record them walking into a pot shop, they lose their ever ever loving minds. So, in this video, this school teacher right here, he comes out, he cusses the first amendment auditor, cusses him out, goes inside the pot shop. The The auditor, he sits outside. Johnny, he stands outside the public sidewalk, doesn't do anything. He smiles, he's friendly, he's courteous, he gives you more than WHAT YOU >> COURTEOUS? >> [laughter] >> THIS GUY SHOULD BE A COMEDIAN. This guy just said that Fapa is courteous. Fapa's anything but courteous. He's a massive douche. He antagonizes everybody that comes in contact with him. What the hell are you talking about, dude? You give him He's more than polite to the everybody that is polite to him. Then, this small short little douchebag comes out. Gets in his face. Johnny steps back. Gets in his face again. Johnny steps back again. Gets in his face again. Johnny steps back, says, "Listen, if you come one more step close to me, I'm going to defend myself." Johnny steps back again. Then, the douchebag steps up to him, acts like he's going to hit him, and Johnny sprays him in the face. And guess what? Threat removed. Acts like he was going to hit him. He was walking away with his hands in his pockets. What are you talking about, acts like he was going to hit him? The [ __ ] are you talking about, dude? Threat over with. Got it? Not violate the YouTube >> Well, listen to him. See? So, all he showed was that guy smiling, standing there with his hands in his pocket, and walked up, and that GUY JUST JUST SPRAYED HIM. HE JUST ASSAULTED HIM OUT OF THE BLUE. THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED. >> YOU [ __ ] ME? THIS IS HOW THIS artist 15 minutes of SHAME IS. HE'S THAT [ __ ] DISHONEST. IT DRIVES ME CRAZY. LET'S SEE IF HE'S GOING to show this interaction with freedom of the press and the other guys from >> Yeah, dude, there's a lot more than me that drives you crazy. Like, I think you're already crazy. By the way, guys, I'm going to end the live stream in like 5 to 10 minutes. Uh this guy is a complete quacko, and I I need I need to go on with my evening, and I'm getting kind of hungry. I'm going to make dinner. So, uh yeah. Oh, how many views does this guy have? Uh he got a whole 112 views on on this video. 112, so yeah. >> [laughter] >> From Okay, I'm trying to I'm still I watch his channel every single day, and I can't believe that I can't remember what his name is, what his channel name is. Well, let's see Let's see if he's going to be honest to show this interaction. Now, remember, public sidewalk, you can record anything your ass can see. Okay? If you walk up to me, get in my face, and I feel threatened, that's considered assault. If you assault me, I can defend myself. If you come up, assault me, and then Thank you so much, Braylon Oliver, for the two. Dude needs to lay off the glass pipes. Yeah, you're damn right, man. Thank you so much, buddy. >> You touch me. When you touch me, that's battery. That's called being assaulted and battered. Thank you so much, uh Bree Bigby, for the five. Acts like he's going to hit him. This guy is delusional, 100% 100%. This guy was literally with his hands in his pockets. Like, you can't even make this [ __ ] up. I have a right to defend myself before you batter me. Let's see if 15 minutes of shame the Mets can douchebag is going to be honest and show what happens. [ __ ] He didn't show it again. This guy is literally like >> As soon as I pointing a camera at his screen, like this is high-quality content over here. >> questions you, act like the biggest piece of [ __ ] on the planet. Let's break down one of these rage-baiting scenarios. Then, watch. They stand on the sidewalk, not saying anything. Not saying a word. See that 360 camera on him? He has to have that to defend himself. >> doing? Huh? What are you doing? Look. Yeah, but you don't know if he said something when the guy was walking in. And that's the thing, these guys are not intelligent enough. They don't have enough of an IQ Two level I Their IQ level is too low to realize that they could be lied to by the editing. But, when again Once again, we're dealing with a simpleton, so a simpleton cannot understand that. What happened? You see this right here? Right there behind his back. That's a 360 camera. He gets assaulted two and three times a day on the sidewalks of California because So, he gets assaulted two to three times a day, but yet he's not the problem, right? The problem is everybody else. It's not him. The same way how he thinks that the government is spying on him, and everybody else is conspiring You know, these people have such a victim mentality, it's crazy. It is nuts. Those angry people, like this [ __ ] right here, walk up, scream at him, and assault him. So, what's he do? He literally has to carry multiple vials of pepper spray cuz in California, they're only allowed you like 2 g. It's a real small amount of spray per canister. They don't They don't They don't allow you to have a big one cuz California. BUT, THIS WHITE dude is going to walk walk up and assault this guy. Now, when he When he assaults him, when if he tries to take his property, guess what? That's theft. Yeah, that's theft. That's a felony. So, this white guy with a gray beard and the gray hair is going to assault freedom of the press. But, 15 minutes of shame the douchebag he is is going to make the victim the bad guy. Come on. See? He's walking away. You want me to smash that thing on the ground? There you go. You want me to smash THAT THING. TELL ME WHO'S THE BAD GUY. HE TOOK TWO steps away. All he had to do was continue WALKING TO HIS FREAKING CAR. BUT, 15 MINUTES OF SHAME DIDN'T CARE. He don't give a [ __ ] ABOUT THAT. HE'S GOING TO MAKE MONEY making the good guys THE BAD GUYS. THEY OUGHT to sue him and his channel for defaming them. It's called pepper spray rage bait. It's a new thing. It's called freedom of speech. I know you don't like it, but it's called freedom of speech. And that's was the title of the video originally is that this lens licker or frauditor gets butt hurt over my free speech. Hey, Patrick, how are you doing? Nice to see you here, buddy. Happy Friday to you as well. We're We're just wrapping up here.
