FRAUDITOR LIA CHARGED WITH 2 FEDERAL CRIMES & LOSES 2 LAWSUITS

What's up everybody? I hope you guys are doing fantastic. In today's video, we are doing a deep dive in Sean's terrible month. Long Island Audit is not doing very well this month at all whatsoever. I mean, he might be doing good in terms of YouTube and revenue and all that stuff, but when it's strictly talking about his mission, I mean, what his channel is about, it's not looking good because he lost two lawsuits and apparently he was also charged with two federal crimes. So, we'll take a look at that. But just before we get into that, a quick update on the channel and what's going on with us. We are expecting our baby next month. That's why I haven't been posting as much. and I'll talk about it a little bit later on, but basically, yeah, we're here for this one because this one is very important. Now, let's start with the two federal crimes. So, I saw this post 11 days ago from Mark Stout, Frauditors Exposed. And I have no reason to doubt the legitimacy of this. Mark Stout is usually very accurate with his information. There's a case number. It it all pans out. So, to me, this looks like it's true. Even though LIA hasn't talked about it, this looks 100% legitimate. So you see there's two charges. There's photographing and sketching defense installations, and there's entering military installation with purpose prohibited by law. Now, let's take a look at these two statutes. So this is the one where it's entering military, naval or coastal guard property and it says shall be fined under this title or in prison not more than 6 months or both. So it's not automatic jail time. It's a fine or jail or both. And we'll talk about in just a moment. According to Merb, it looks like they're not trying to push the issue that far. They're not looking to jail Long Island audit. They say if you want, you can just pay the fine. Uh but if they were pushing the issue, th this could be pretty serious, especially the other one where it says photographing and sketching defense installations. This one is So the other one was 6 months possible. This one is a year. So once again, a fine or up to a year in jail. It can be either or or it could be both. Now, apparently, allegedly, this stems from this incident over here. This video is called I accidentally wandered onto a military installation recording. MPs weren't happy. So, we'll take a look at this video for a sec because I think that Shawn made some crucial mistakes that led to him receiving uh these tickets. And if you take a look at this, I just want to clarify that they did not show up at his house and put handcuffs on him. It doesn't look like they're taking it that seriously. It says here, ticket mailed. So, it was literally just a ticket. And like I said, according to Merb, who has been reporting on this situation, they just want him to pay the fine, admit guilt, and that's it. Now, what's really strange about this is that to my knowledge, like if we go on his recent videos, he has not talked about this. Lia has not talked about this these tickets, has not addressed it. And usually that is what he does because keep in mind the business model is you get arrested, you make a bunch of money covering the arrest, then you go to trial, you make a bunch of money covering the trial. Uh so that's it usually fits in his business model. So why he hasn't talked about it, I don't know. I can only speculate. I'm not sure why he hasn't mentioned it. He mentioned the other two lawsuits getting dismissed. So, it's not like he's hiding his losses, at least not all of them. But for some reason, this one has not been mentioned. Now, let's briefly take a look at the video. Sir, >> you're still filming. >> Get past the side. Pass the secure. Yes, sir. I didn't want to go on like into the base. >> Okay. >> So, I'm just recording just narrating taking some shots from I don't want to go inside past the secure area here. >> All right. So, this is a military base, sir. >> Right. But I'm not Am I in the secure area of the military base? The fact that you're filming the gate is bad. You can't do that. >> But what law is that? I don't want to break any law. Is there a law? >> Yes, there is. >> Taping a military installation access point. You can't do that. >> But I've I've listen I've covered military bases across our country from Florida, New York, everywhere in between. And I've always >> So they go on for quite a while. Um this guy is telling him, you know, you're on the base right now. Shawn refused to believe it. He was asking for that demarcation line. That sounds like that's homework that he should have done ahead of time that he should have done before and that homework was not done. Apparently, this military installation, the property starts right when you get off the highway. That's what they told him. And so, by being there, even though he wasn't past the gate, he's already on the base technically. And they were explaining, this guy was explaining it to him. He wouldn't have it. They just kept arguing and arguing. Let's Let's play it for a minute. >> At this point, you've already filmed, but I need to confirm that you're filming. >> But why? I I filming is not breaking the law. You ever heard of the First Amendment? Didn't you swear? Didn't you swear? >> The usual script, you know, the tired old script from 2020 that they're still using in 2026. >> I mean, I don't see I don't see that as an issue. No, >> it is definitely an issue. >> So, fast forward uh 14 minutes of arguing. Eventually, the MP did show up and said the MP said, "Dude, you're on the base right now." Like, you're on it right now. So, this is what happened. >> Um, I filmed military installations, like the the outside of them, uh, just for my for my channel and just to broadcast it, exercise my first amendment right. So, I was asking this individual like where is the demarcation line so I know where to stand. I just walked over here from the visitor center. I don't know like where >> this is like our jurisdiction right here. It's a federal installation. You can't record or take the footage over here just because it is a federal. >> This right here I thought it was passed here like where >> because this right here is also our jurisdiction. It's in between our lines like all the surrounding areas. So, keep in mind the other um security um off the officer, the cop was telling him for about 14 minutes that he was on the base and he just refused to accept it. Now, he's hearing it from the military police. So, now I guess he's going to believe it. But that doesn't erase the fact that he's been recording for like 15 minutes straight just arguing. So, I think that's going to play against him. >> Okay. Where where does the jurisdiction end so I can go there? You know what I mean? So you would have to be like you'd have to get on the freeway and go. So like even like we get anything like right under this freeway right here, it's our jurisdiction. So you'd have to be >> like there's no demarcation line. Like normally when I when I go to a uh military installation, there's like a demarcation line. >> I mean so you'd have to go off of so like right now this is like since we're like in between like there's military all around right here. So >> you'd have to go like on the freeway and get off like on on the next exit. >> Okay. >> Like not like on our jurisdiction. But this is technically fed. What I'm saying, what you're saying is like this would be like inside the demarcation line of of US property. Okay. I didn't know that. I will leave. No problem. >> And did you have an idea on just because >> So this is very rare. LIA says I'm going to leave. No problem. I didn't know it. This is very very rare. It's very rare that he admits that he was ignorant of the law. Usually he just continues with his nonsense. But let's keep watching. [clears throat] >> We do have to >> Oh, I mean listen, I have nothing to hide, man. Here you go. Cuz I didn't know I was on a federal I I thought that right there. Normally when I go to uh federal facilities. >> Yeah. It's cuz it's base insulation display. So it's like the whole surrounding area >> normally. But you know what I mean. Normally there's like a blue demarcation line over there. >> Yeah. So you see here he gave his ID. He said, "Okay, my bad. My mistake. I didn't know I was on it." So I think if he would have just left it at that, that could have just went away. But then he posted it. So it's one thing to just record it, but Whoops. I don't know what happened there. Let me go back. >> It's one thing to record it, but then he posted it. So that that kind of like escalated the situation. They let him go. They took down his name. >> I guess he thought he was in the clear because he walked away with no charges. But that's the thing with the feds, even the social security uh arrest sometimes with Rogue Nation. It's like you'll walk away with no charges, but then they'll they'll they'll mail it to you, you know, 5 months later, and all of a sudden now you're facing like 12 charges. So, this is what he had to say in conclusion. >> Without further incident, so I know I messed up big time. After leaving the base, I checked the GIS survey, and where I was standing was technically on base, even though it was before the entrance checkpoint. I obviously should have checked the GIS survey before I went anywhere near the base, but I didn't. Yeah, he didn't check the survey before. So, that's a huge mistake. Like, if you're going to do something, do it proper and he didn't do his homework. So, he's also, this is a confession. This is not really smart to admit that you didn't bother checking that you were there. You did a mistake and now you're publishing it. Not very smart. >> And that's completely my fault. Which is why I gave the MP my identification and information because I was in the wrong. I didn't know I was on the base and obviously we do not have a First Amendment right to record on a military base. Now, I could have just never uploaded this mistake, but that's not who I am. I want to be transparent, not only for my supporters, but other activists out there so they can learn from my mistake. I take full responsibility. While I do think the gate guard could have deescalated better and been more clear with his instructions and what he was saying, >> he was pretty clear. He told you multiple times that you were on the base and he told you to leave. you didn't want to hear it. So, what could he have done else? Like, what else is there to do when you're dealing with a stubborn frauditor that doesn't want to listen to reason? I do think the MP didn't escalate and was a good guy who honors his oath, but let me know your thoughts on myself. The >> Yeah, so that was months ago. I'm assuming he thought, okay, well, you know, I stumbled onto the base, you know, whatever. I got no charges. But then according to frauditors exposed, there are charges. And like I said, I have no reason to doubt this. At first, I was kind of like perplexed because I was like, why is Shawn not talking about this? This is a usually an opportunity for him to earn income, say, "Hey, I was arrested by the military. Now I'm facing XYZ. I need money for a lawyer. I need money for this and that, for the billboard, all that shit." There there was none of that. There's just silence. Unless I missed it. It's possible I missed it, but I don't think I did. So, um, yeah, long story short, they're not, it doesn't look like they're pushing the issue that far. It doesn't look like they uh they want him incarcerated or anything like that. But now, here's the question. If he just pays the ticket and admits to the crime and then just brushes it under the rug, he will not be able to say that, "Oh, I'm 5 and0 or whatever number he's at." He won't be able to say that he has never been found guilty during his activism, his activism, because he's been saying for a very long time that, oh well, every time I'm arrested during my audit videos, I get found not guilty or the charges are dropped. He was found guilty prior to his activism. Uh, but he's going to say that's unrelated. But now, this is related to his activism. And if he pays the ticket and admits guilt, then he is guilty. So it's going to be on his record. So I don't know what are all what are the ramifications of such a decision, but I find it very suspicious that he hasn't disclosed this to his audience. Strange. We'll leave it at that for now. And um I'll keep you updated probably through a community post if he makes a video and decides to just pay it or if they decide to escalate the situation and then they want to hold him for a trial. It looks like he does have a court date. Uh so yeah, very interesting stuff. Shout out to Mark Stout for um breaking this story. That's really good [ __ ] over here. Good investigation. Oh yeah, that's uh Grand Theft Auto. It's uh the pre-orders are dropping today. So, this is going to be a really good game. Long time waiting for this one. Uh okay, so we're done with this. Now, there is the lawsuit that he filed against Mayor Alfrey. And he says that he lost the lawsuit, but what's very interesting is that he's confused as to why. He doesn't know why he lost. Now, let's let's listen in for a sec. people as possible. So, unfortunately, I have very bad news. Uh, my defamation lawsuit against the mayor, Paul Alfrey, has been dismissed by the judge here overseeing the case. Um, my overall thoughts are I'm going to appeal. Um, but to get into more specifics, for those of you who don't know, I served Mayor Paul Alfrey with a defamation lawsuit. It's about the downpour here. I served Mayor Paul Alfrey with a defamation lawsuit for stating making the statement the defamatory statement that me him I believe his exact words in the post were him and his followers harassing or harassing me and sending death threats. If you remember the mayor alleged that I sent him death threats without any evidence because I've never sent the mayor death threats. Mayor Paul Alvie. Now, >> so I think this is a confusion um because obviously, you know, there has been death threats sent from Long Island Audits followers, not him. He would never do something like that because that's a crime. You wouldn't want to go to jail over emails. It's stupid, right? To send a death threat, first of all, you have to be completely brain dead. I do believe that it's possible that his viewers have sent death threats because I've received some from anonymous weirdos, you know, but um yeah, so basically the mayor said, "Oh, it was his people, him and his people. Shawn didn't like that." And then he sued him. Now, here's the thing with defamation lawsuit. It's very difficult to win. So when I was talking to my attorney Lynn about um that specific matter is defamation is very very hard to win. It's hard to prove um it's an uphill battle and yeah very difficult. So Sean decided to do this say hey I don't like what you said about me. You're saying that I said death threats which I didn't so now I'm suing you. Well it turns out that he lost this lawsuit because of standing. Now, this is something pretty interesting that I'm not going to pretend that I understand who had standing and who didn't. But basically, there's two entities. There's Shawn Paul Reyes and there's Long Island Audit, his corporation. And apparently, there's a mixup on who should have sued, but let's see what he has to say about it. >> Why would the mayor lie and say that I sent him death threats? To give you guys the backstory is I traveled to Florida to Melbourne, Florida. He is the mayor of Melbourne in here in Florida in Bvard County. And I traveled here because I got a tip that he's a corrupt tyrant who got kicked out of the police department. That's what I was told. He got he was forced to resign uh because he mishandled drugs or he put his canine officer at risk. And I'm told that he retaliates as mayor against officers in the department. These are the reports that I'm getting. Um, and then I was also told that he uses his deceased brother's credit card uh, fraudulently used a fraudulent notary stamp um, from his sister-in-law to stamp some court documents. These are all things that have been alleged that I've been told that this mayor is one of the corrupt most corrupt mayors and in my opinion he definitely is one of the most corrupt mayors. It's between him and Tiffany Henard. But I sued him. Remember, he is the one that I did. I conducted an investigation here in Melbourne and I uncovered that the mayor, Paul Alfrey, he owns a roofing company called Alfrey Roofing. As the mayor, he voted on a resolution that gave $500,000 to a company called to a nonprofit called Habitat for Humanity. So, $500,000 of our money. He voted >> Yeah. He's going to talk about these alleged corruption uh allegations. And don't get me wrong, there's plenty of corruption um you know, in Canada, in the States, especially in Quebec. There's so much corruption over there when it comes to government contracts. So, I'm not saying that doesn't exist. That's not the point of this video. Um what I'm saying is that I don't really believe Sean's the right guy for this. He's more like a sensationalism type of YouTuber, not a serious investigator. So, it's definitely not the right guy to uncover this type of corruption in my opinion. I I just don't take his word very seriously. Um, but let's keep watching. Let's let's hear his opinion about the standing. >> Um, and I will just say, you know, other than the mayor who likes to put hissy fits and be weird in the witness stand, everybody else was pretty cordial and answered the question. The mayor, I'll be like, I sued him for defamation because he's mad. He's what this comes down to, ladies and gentlemen, is that the mayor's mad that I exposed all of his corruption and I'm his crack legal team. That's him, Scott Weiderman. And Scott Weiderman called me and I defamation case was dismissed because the judge said that >> now, now we're getting to the meat and potatoes of why it was dismissed. >> He didn't have standing to bring a defamation case. Now, in this post that the mayor made, he talks about the outofstate New York YouTuber. There's a legal concept in Florida here in Florida when it comes to defamation of and concerning. So while the mayor did not specifically say Shawn Paul Reyes, he said the outofstate YouTuber from New York who was allegedly thrown out of the meeting has alleged that his constitutional rights were violated and we're not going to tolerate his harassment and death threats from him and his followers. Right? So, he's clearly talking about me. And the comments of those of those posts clearly show that everybody knew he was talking about me. Anybody with a brain knows he was talking about me. The judge knew he was talking about me. But every time I'd ask him, "Who are you talking about in that post?" This coward of a mayor, this coward, this idiot. He says, "Oh, I was saying I was talking about YouTubers generally. I was making a general statement." And I was like, "Well, you said YouTuber. Did you misspell that? Did you meant to say YouTubers with an s? And he's like, "No, I meant YouTuber." I was like, "So, do you know the def the difference between singular and plural?" And then I asked him what was his highest grade of education because I mean I don't know. You're going to This is going to get crazy, right? [laughter] It was such a great day. I love this. It's a great day. I >> I mean, I don't know why you love this. You just lost. There's nothing good about losing, Sean. You You got your entire lawsuit dismissed. Somehow you're smiling ear to ear. Anyways, >> love exposing corrupt government officials. I love trying to hold them accountable. But the case was dismissed because I don't have standing. Apparently, according to this judge, according to the judge, I have to bring a separate lawsuit as Long Island Audit because when I talk about myself, you know how in some of my videos I say Long Island Audit here, back again with another video. There's Long Island Audit and there's Shawn Paul Reyes. And those are two different entities. So, once again, he should have done his research maybe. Um, I think he went proay. But let's just But I also have a company called titled Long Island Audit, Inc. Incorporated. That's incorporated in in New York. So hot out here. But the judge is saying, if I understand him correctly, I hope you're watching this judge cuz I really I wish I could have asked you some more questions after you made your ruling because I'm really confused. The jud >> Yeah. I mean, and he was asking for lawyers to explain this to him in the comment section. Uh, it's not a good look if you're asking your viewers to explain this to you. Sean >> match is basically saying that because I went to the meeting as Long Island Audit. I signed in as Long Island Audit. I am Long Island Audit. I was representing Long Island Audit. I came down here to Melbourne, Florida to investigate corruption. He says Long Island Audit investigates corruption. Long Island Audit is an independent journalist and activist. and you were here in that capacity as Long Island Audit. But the what I'm not understanding is is that okay, even if that's true, the mayor, Paul Alfrey here of in Melbourne, he didn't defame Long Island Audit, Inc. the company. He posted the very next day, not even the same day I went to the meeting, he posted the very next day, the outofstate New York YouTuber. That does that does that sound like a company to either one of you? >> Anyways, I think it's enough for this topic. Um, very confusing legal stuff. Tawn apparently doesn't have standing. Now, obviously the judge is saying this is dismissed. He's saying go refile it under Long Island audit so he can restart the entire process, which I'm assuming he will cuz Sean holds on to his grudges. So, we'll we'll see what happens with that. Now, the final topic is this just happened yesterday. Um, he lost another lawsuit. Let's take a look. Apparently, New Yorkers have the right to film law enforcement, just not in the place where law enforcement is the most. For this live stream, please hit the like button. Share this video so this can be seen by as many people as possible. So, I'm just going to come out right and say it. We lost. Um, and technically I lost. It was Reyes v. City of New York. Uh but you know, I we all lost today because these judges decision, which we're going to read and we're going to go over it in detail, um just took away the right to record inside of the precinct lobbies, uh which is what the bill was originally rent was was originally written for. Um that's according to the public advocate Jamani Williams. We'll get to him in a second. Uh, but first things first, let's remind you of exactly where this case originated from. >> I have a law right here. I mean, these lawsuits take so long. I know my screen is cropping it right now, but this occurred in 2023. So, it took three years for the lawsuit to go all the way through the justice system, which is so long. These things take so much time. >> Hey, get off. Get off of me. >> My property. Don't push me. I believe that. Long story short, he got arrested for recording inside a police station. Now, there are very good reasons why you should not be allowed to record the police inside the police station because of the potential victims that walk by that have their right to privacy as they're coming to testify against criminals. So, that's why they did that. Now, looks like it went um it it he filed a lawsuit and that it went to the appeals to the secret of appeal and then >> in debate etc etc. There was this decision over here. So, let's take a look. It says, uh, plaintiff's interpretation of the RTS lead to absurd results. First plaintiff contention that the RTS applied to precinct lobbies implicate significant privacy concerns. As the district court found, the city has shown an intent to ensure that victims of crimes receive emergency social and medical services as soon as possible and enjoy a freedom from intimidation, threats, or harassment. So, this is a very long decision. I will link it in the description, but long story short, he lost. Um, he lost. So he he goes into the decision, but I'm not going to read all that. But this was a pretty big thing that he had going on against the city of New York and it went all the way to the court of appeals and it's over. He lost. So that's it for LIA. I mean, rough month overall for his mission. Financially, I'm sure he's doing just fine with, you know, still getting quite a bit of views on his videos. So, um, yeah, I wanted to give you guys this update. I thought it was significant. Now, an update regarding the channel. So, I haven't been posting as much because I'm getting ready for the baby. The baby's coming next month. Um, if you're religious, you can do a little prayer for us. It will go a long way. I'm sure everything will go well. And, um, I plan on taking it slow on this channel. I have a lot of things I want to focus on, but whenever there's a video like this that to me I think is really important to the community and I'm very interested in, I I'm going to stop by and make a video. That being said, I received one email from a viewer that was explaining to me, hey, you know, I've been a member for 3 years now and you're not posting any more content, so I'm going to discontinue my membership.
