You bad. >> Where my baddies at? [Applause] >> Where my baddies at? >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Hello everyone. As Parson has asked for the clown show to begin. Well, let's take a look at what the Mr. Clown has to offer for today. Ah, look at that glorious clown in action. That is Chile DiCastro or our version of Chile DiCastro as a clown. And this was a request especially from Mr. Parson. What do we have to say to Mr. Parson, folks? What do we have to say? >> Oh, yeah. And he wants that Batty song every night. >> Yeah, he he he wants the BDY song every night. So, >> I don't know. I don't know. So, how the hell is everybody? >> We address the elephant in the room. >> Yes. >> Did you not just get a massive super chat? >> Uh, I didn't see a massive super chat. >> No, we didn't. No. Host $1,000 USD was me. Huh? >> Because Parson asked how much it would how much money uh to never hear that song again. >> Oh, I thought you got one. I was about to say, >> well, I guess we call it a night for the month. >> Don't have >> No, it would have come up in green. It would have come up in green. >> Uh dog, >> but Mr. Person, that is uh a thousand bucks and I'll ban the song. >> Yep. Yep. Thousand bucks. That's it. >> Which is kind of cheap song if you think about it. >> And USD USD. No Australian dollars. Uh, no, we're not getting rid of the Batty song for $10. I'm sorry. But, uh, yes. Uh, I spent all night learning to animate further so we could do some changes to the newscasts and the news stories. Basically, the long and the short of it is the we have pants now and I don't need to pay the $120 program for the for the program that has the AI voices in it since you all hated the AI voices and you love pants. >> Yes. So, I ditched it. Uh, I'll be ditching it as of 4 days from now when the subscription expires. Uh, that means I need something new to actually produce the videos with, which of course I've always had Adobe Premiere Pro as part of the Adobe package I pay for every year or every uh month. 60 bucks. All their best programs. Premiere Pro is still the most advanced uh video thing in the world. I need to learn Premiere Pro. So, I decided to learn Premiere Pro. But instead of just having a static uh thumbnail for the entire video, we've decided to add some animation. So, today uh the two videos we put out had animated backgrounds. Now, one of them may have been nightmare inducing to poor NCR News Network. >> No, no, no, and no, and no, and no, no, no. >> What was it? >> Oh, you don't want to know. >> What was it, Jim? You should >> We should You want to see it again, Phil? >> No, you should. >> I will show you, Jim. I I am talking to the lawyer. Which lawyer? R U uh RSN? >> No. The best litigator I could get my hands on. >> RSN? >> No. Someone even better. >> Ah, damn it. >> Landino. >> No. >> Now, I don't see why this should scare you in the least. Even his eyes blinked >> cuz I read it. It's like looking into your soul. >> He's very orange. >> Well, uh, that's your screen. He's red. Uh, >> okay. >> He's red. Remember, cuz his his logo is the Irish Demon, the red guy with the green hat with the horns on it. >> E. >> Yeah. Uh, so yeah. Uh, >> I like the baby shorts. I like the baby. >> I know. And I gave him the bicycle just for you cuz we I if you want to actually donate tonight, I I need donations towards getting him his actual Harley because I don't have any uh props. I think I have police motorcycles. >> It's not the incentive you think it is. >> Uh anyway, uh yeah, I >> What are those things called? those scooters. Give him a scooter. >> I just got off the phone with my lawyer. >> And I don't have a scooter apparently. I thought I did. I used to. I can't find it. >> What about a tricycle? >> I gave him the pink girl's bicycle for right now. But if I can find the scooter, I'll use a scooter. But if anyone wants to donate 20 bucks to go looking for a uh >> Yeah. >> I'll go looking for a scooter or a Harley or something. I do have a couple of police motorcycles, but those are for police and he's not a copper. Not a cop. >> Well, he's not recovered yet. I heard he's just he's very fragile. >> He's very >> wounded. He's recovered. Is >> because remember he he supposedly fractured every rib in his body. >> Everything. Yes. >> Everything. and and he has got a hole in his foot >> and he can't open his email or did he? >> Yeah, he Yeah, he >> collapsed one. Yeah. >> Yeah. And uh Yeah, his his email that he can't open so he can't see that he was served by Chile. Convenient, isn't it? Isn't it? Uh what poll do I need, Griffy? And yes, Griffy, if you send me a photo of your face, I'll make a giant Griffy to do whatever you want. >> He's so cute. >> I'll charge you 10 bucks. >> Very handsome. >> But anyway, uh today was pretty much I'm out of it. So, because I was up all night animating and you saw the fruits of our labor this morning and thank you all for your feedback. Most of you hated it. So, we're going to continue doing it with some tweaks. >> Yes, >> because it brings him joy. >> Yes, because it does. I mean, I I >> uh I love it. Yep. >> We we had a major uh Yes. Subar. He's got a hole in his his foot where the uh where the pedal hit his foot and went through or something. >> Uhhuh. He says, "I don't know. >> Uh, I'm not a do I'm not a doctor, >> not a surgeon. I've watched a lot of ER >> and the pit, >> but wouldn't they have sewn that up and it up and made sure it wouldn't be an open wound, especially on a vital part of the body?" >> Yep. >> Uh, he says it's healing, but he also says he can't see anything. And yes, he's having problems with his email. So all that email service which was also Well, it couldn't be mailed because they don't have a valid address for him. Yeah. He's not seeing all the email. >> Yeah. >> From now. >> Uhhuh. >> Yeah. >> Never saw it. Never saw it. >> Yep. Yep. >> Yeah. >> I buy that. >> But anyway, I was out of it today. So, Pope, do the uh Griffy incantation, please. >> Oh, no. the Griffy and your lovely soon to be bride. Welcome to our chap. We are so blessed to have you amongst us, mere mortals. We are forever changed for the better because of your presence and wise wise wisdom. Joya has Gia has a fake toy dog. What? >> What? >> Thank you, Phil, for your attempt at the incantation today. Uh because I screwed up. Griffy Tuesday is now Griffy Wednesday this week and all the namings that we did on Saturday will be delayed one day. And remember, we are doing a mini marathon on Saturday where Gia is picking most of the drunk people that we're going to watch. So, it's Gia Suggestion Saturday. >> It is. >> Uh, yeah, I told you five times now. Gia Suggestion. Gia Suggestion Saturday. So, we're going to go from noon Eastern till 900 p.m. Eastern or a little after cuz that'll include this show. And uh we're going to have some fun times. My nephew may or may not be in the room in the room the whole time because after I uh found out that I that or I committed to this, I also found out that uh my sister is coming for a visit. >> Oh, >> for a week and and that uh Yeah. So, >> oh, another mouth to feed. How convenient. >> Well, she won't be here till well after our show's over, thankfully. >> Okay. >> But, uh, yeah, it'll just be me, and him during the day. Well, for lunch, it'll be me, him, and my mom. Then dinner is just me and him. Though, I may have to ask you to get something special from Perkins for his birthday because his birthday is coming up and we'll just do an on air celebration of that. Okay. All right. on Saturday. >> Yes. Yes. Because part of his present is he gets to pick what uncle's going to eat for the day from uh >> Oh, >> Miss Gia. >> Call 911. >> I know. I know. I I told him we are not doing chain restaurants. We are doing >> the special restaurants. We've been doing the local restaurants. But he can pick. And he's like, "Do you like fish? You don't like fish, do you? Like, I'm gonna murder you. And he's like, >> "Yeah, you don't like fish." So, >> yeah. >> Oh, boy. >> Uh, >> he doesn't control what I order, so he can tell him that. >> Well, see, that's part of the deal for his birth part of his birthday present is he he he can put the orders in. Yes, he gets to pick. Now, what shows up is out of his control, but >> uh >> yeah, it's going to be one of those birthdays where >> uh he turns eight this year. So, >> uh anywho, we've got uh LIA today was back in Grten to annoy the mayor. What the hell did he do in Grten this time, NCR? Oh, well, starting off strong, he came in with a group of frauders. Three that I can name off the top of my head being LIA himself, Leroy Truth Investigation, Scazoo Photo, and a new auditor to his Mley band of auditing idiots, a gentleman out of Boston. And I double checked he was not a redhead. He was not. He did have an example, but he did not but he did claim to be a journalist. So you leave that one to you guys. >> I'm still not seeing anything dis positive. >> So the incident with the first time they went there with the spitting on the chair, the gentleman from Boston accused the mayor of doctoring or making the whole thing up. at at at a later point. LIIA then took the mic where he then said to the mayor that he will be filing a federal lawsuit against her and the city council before failing to accept or give him a response to his demand letter. >> Okay. >> Surprisingly, no accusations of adultery this time. >> Okay. Maybe he learned that he could be sued for that. That's >> I don't know. He's still doing it. He's just not doing it at this time. >> Right. >> Then >> to put the cherry on top of this [ __ ] Sunday, >> Leroy Truth takes the mic >> where he then asks the mayor one important question. What's her favorite color? orange or blue? Or how about something transparent? So there will actually be transparency for this video when you are arrested. [Laughter] >> He ends his speech and I shoot that by saying, "Hold on. This is a private phone call. You shouldn't be hearing it." And calls the FBI. >> Oh, okay. Yeah, cuz Leroy Truth is the most sane person on earth. Good lord, they're just getting worse. They're just getting worse. Uh the other thing we had Chile Dcastro, yeah, Chile being Chile. Uh, we've got a whole wonderful video up on Chile, including pants reading Chile tidbits from the last half of the video. If you want to watch that, it's put up from earlier where you can see some of the wonderful animations. Some of the wonderful animations. They're wonderful, aren't they? >> Wonderful. Wonderful. Fantastic. >> Never better. Never >> better. So, so what would we like to see of those anime? Oh, look at that. How'd that happen? >> How'd that happen? Uh, that one goes out to Chi-Chi Rodriguez in our side chat. That's right. >> He's a little slow. >> Yeah, he's just looking around. >> That's not the PC term anymore. You're supposed to say he's special. >> He's a little slow. He's a special boy. >> Well, there you go. This one is making person's dreams come true away. >> What? Phil >> to be a gym. >> I'm a pretty butterfly. I'm a pretty butterfly. To to be fair to be fair to Jim here, >> Jimmy did say he was a dancer. >> He used to be a dancer at a nightclub for gentleman's. >> Yes, >> gentleman's. >> I know. >> So, he's just showing us his old moves. >> Strike. >> Okay. >> Oh, boy. >> He's just striking a pose. So, >> there you go. Uh, don't go yet. >> Well, well, person, he's got the the knees of an 87y old. Remember that. Uh, tonight. That's right. Tonight, what were we supposed to Oh, we've got drunk girl. That's right. We've got no court updates for some reason yet. Uh, there was apparently an extension in an agreement or something. So, a fraud troll has till next week to respond to uh the lawsuit from uh DMA. And there's other stuff going on uh this week, which I think it's the deadline for Benson versus somebody is this week. And I'll check that out. But otherwise, the courts have been quiet this week. I have no idea why things are so quiet. Uh, we also have Yes, Whale Vomit. You're here for another live. Welcome. Uh, uh, >> we don't really have much bedroom in his video. >> Did you see his bedroom? >> I did not. >> Oh my god. It looks like a 12year-old boy's bedroom. >> Oh, good, good, good. Because He's got used to >> puffy pillows and squishables or whatever those freaking things are called. It's like a child's bedroom. >> Cuz back in the day for him in in uh for thumbnails, we used to have him in a little girl's bedroom with a dollhouse and everything. And I may revive that one because I don't think I have a little boy's graphic. He is He is dwarfed man in adolescence. He really is. >> Well, he's almost 50 and >> I know >> it. It's surprising. He just doesn't know. You know, life has passed him by. Sweet Tea is the love of his life. He thinks he can get better, but we're not seeing him with better. That's so that's just a little scary. >> He's got like he's got like children's posters and squishy pillows and it's just bizarre. It's bizarre. It's just Well, it's not bizarre. It's troubling. It's troubling. That's what it is. >> Well, it's not the Wii, I tell you. It's not the Wii. >> I don't know. No, it's not. >> There's something wrong upstairs. Yep. Yep. Not the weeds. >> Well, I don't have any squish mallows on my bed. I'm sorry. >> Okay, as my internet is dying here, Phil, get ready just in case I pop off. We're having heavy rain right now. >> Oh, good. >> Am I roboting or am I normal? >> You're normal. You're normal robot. No, he's not normal. >> He's a normal robot. >> He's not normal. >> Okay. Okay. I'm not normal. Okay. Uh so remember this Saturday we are going to have our very special mini palooa uh for well cuz we're having one and uh from noon till 900 p.m. on Saturday. And we know Carson won't be here because he's watching WWE, but WWE is gonna suck anyway. So, >> yeah, >> we're having it because Gia whined like a baby. >> Well, she said we're having it, so we're having it. Now, speaking of whining like a baby, we go to Athens, Ohio for the latest woman in the life of person. How far is Athens? NCTR. >> And yes, I forgot to put everybody up on the stream. >> Well, >> I know it's know it's South Ohio. I think she's perfect. >> We haven't seen her yet. >> Going by the hair alone, she's perfect. >> Fake dog. Palooa. How dare you? >> Gia, would you like me to introduce you to my lawyer? >> Your lawyer? Uh, Gia, are we calling it Corgi Palooa? >> No. >> Are we calling it Corgi Palooa? >> Yes, we are. >> Okay. He says Corgi Palooa. So, we are having Corgi Palooa 1 on >> Fake Dog >> Saturday. You don't want to talk to Ali? You're just mean. Real mean. >> She's real. I tell you, she's real. >> I say you talk to Ali Gator. My My real >> Good evening. My name's Officer with the Athens Police Department. Reason you today is you don't have any headlights on. >> Oh, I'm so sorry. >> Do you have your driver's license insurance with you? >> I do have my driver's license. I just have to find a key. >> Okay, go ahead. >> Okay, tomatoes, you are the deciding vote here. NCR says that this woman should be going to Parson. Parson says this woman should be going to NCR. You decide who she's going to >> and you can vote for yourself. [Music] >> Yes, you can vote for yourself. Uh tomatoes, that's up to you. You make the water vote. [Music] >> Oh god. >> Where you guys coming from tonight? >> Add tomatoes is said >> dearly beloved. >> Yep. >> Dearly beloved. >> Throw an alligator at all of you. >> Yep. We're gathered here today for alligator throwing at a wedding of our dear dear friend Florida man Enzio and this lovely woman who can't drive uh who is not able to turn her headlights on when she drives cuz yes she is that kind of woman. >> Yep. >> That kind of woman. Do you take NCR to be your rightfully wedded husband? >> I do. >> And Florida Hidleman, do you take this woman to be your lovely wedded cave woman and to have her bring you into modernity? >> No. >> I do. >> Caveman talk. Go go go. >> By the power invested in me by the automobile company may pronounce you you wife. You may >> throwing confetti on the screen. >> You may lick the bride. >> They're They're throwing confetti on the screen. There you go. Thank you. So, >> you're just jealous cuz we own that river and Michigan never will take it back from us. Besides, let me object. >> Have you had anything? >> Objects. >> There is no objections. >> You haven't had anything. >> I say we marry Jim. >> All the objections. >> I'm already married off. >> All the objections. >> Well, I haven't got paid for the ceremony yet. Until that happens, I don't believe it. >> My license on my phone. Oh, he didn't use you. >> Got a copy of it on your phone. That's fine. >> Step back to the sidewalk for me. >> Yes, sir. Answer you for me or no? >> No. >> Okay. I'm on the sidewalk. Who came up on the scene? Did she call somebody? >> I don't know. >> Why do people call somebody? It's like >> it may >> Yeah, it's not the passenger. So, >> yeah. I mean, that's not going to help. It's just going to complicate it. Get away from my traffic stop. >> Let's do this. Michelle, I'm going have you hop out. I want to make sure you're okay to be driving. Okay. Okay. Okay, let's see if you should be driving. >> Back to the front of my car for a minute. >> Yeah, just stand right just off to the side just a little bit so we're not in the street. Right. Like right here where my flashlight is. That's great. I'll turn off some lights so I'm not so blinded here. You turn off the overhead. >> We watched one today on big >> one step towards me >> and this drunk lady called her husband her son. >> Are they in right now? somebody else and her husband walked out with a cockat on his arm. No, >> he came to the scene with a cockatu. >> Oh, okay then. >> Okay. >> All right. Are you blind in either eye? >> No. >> Okay. I'm going to have you do stand with your feet, heels, and toes together just like this for me and have your arms straight down to your side. Okay. I want you to stand just like that. I want you to look at the tip of my pen right here. Do you see that right there? I want you to follow that with your eyes and your eyes only. Don't move your head for me. Okay. Are you able to follow that? >> Yeah. >> All right. We're going to do a few more passes. Just keep following it for me. Okay. >> Sorry, I can't I have cuz of my prescription, my peripheral vision is really bad. >> Okay. No, I don't want you to look at your peripheral. Just make sure you stare straight at it for me. Okay. Don't try not to move your head. Just move it with your eyes. Just keep looking for Okay. So I see my contacts are drying out. >> Ready? Keep staring for me. Just keep your head straight for me. [Music] I'll get it sent to me for Saturday. Okay, Jim. The one with the bird. >> The video with the bird. I'll get that. >> I'll get a a link for that one. >> Okay. >> Wild. >> He's a little boring right now, so let's jump forward. >> Yep. Face towards me, please. >> Yep. All right, I'm going to explain this to you. I'm going to put you in a position. I'm going to explain the test to you. Okay? So, I want you to imagine a straight line running out in front of you. Okay? >> I want you to place your left foot on that imaginary line and place your right foot in front of it just like this. Touching heel to toe if you could, please. >> So, left foot on the line, right foot in front touch toe. I want you to stay just like that. >> Can you go? Yep. Go back and just stand like that for me. Okay. I want you to stand just like that with your arms down your side. Do not start until I instruct you to begin the test. Okay? You understand what I'm asking? >> Yes. >> All right. So, don't move from that position. Don't start until I tell you to do so. When I tell you to, you're going to take nine heel to toe steps down this imaginary line. It's going to look like this. One, two, three, until you get up to nine. When you get to nine, with your front foot on the ground, take a series of small steps to turn around just like this. Go ahead and get back to that position. >> Okay? >> And you're going to take nine more heel to toe steps back down the line. One, two, three, on up to nine. Okay? Do you understand what I'm asking of you so far? >> Yeah. >> All right. While you do this, I want you to watch your feet. Count your steps out loud. Make sure you touch heel to toe. Once you begin the test, don't stop until it's complete. You have any questions for me? >> Can you make him stop filming me? >> Unfortunately, as long as he's in the place he's allowed to be, he can film. Okay. You understand everything I've asked of you? >> Yeah. >> All right. Go back in position. When you're ready, go ahead and begin. >> One, two, three. >> Sorry, I'm not. It's >> okay. 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 that >> Yep. >> That's pretty good. That's pretty good. >> Two. >> He's doing pretty. Missed that one. Missed that one. >> Got that one. Got that one. >> All right. And come right up here. This is a little bit better than the other one. You're face towards me. Okay. Take one step. I don't want to crack there. >> Oh, sorry. >> All right. This next one stand >> of We did First Amendment Auditor. We talked about Jose first half of the show. We are now doing some joint girl with your feet heels and toes together just like mine. Arms down to your side. Okay. You said you can stand on your left foot. Is that right? Yeah. >> But not your right. Okay. So, what I'm going to say when you do this, you can choose whichever foot you'd like. Okay. When I tell you to, you're going to raise whichever foot's most comfortable for you, approximately 6 in off the ground. You're going to look down at your raised foot. You're going to count 1,00 1,002 1,003 and keep counting like that until I instruct you to stop. Okay. >> Okay. >> You understand what I'm asking of you? >> Yep. >> All right. While you do this, I want you to watch your raised foot, keep your arms down to your side, and count out loud. All right. >> Hold on one Hold on one second. All right. Sorry. >> Okay. When you're ready, Michelle, go ahead. >> I'm ready. 12003. [Music] >> Pick your foot up. Continue for me. >> 4005. >> Heather is a lady of the night. >> Continue for me. >> 6007. >> Okay. Can you continue anymore? >> Yeah. >> Maybe he got some. >> Never know. >> Never know. be the first this decade. It's >> been a while for him, my bad. >> 2015. >> Okay, you can stop. >> I don't like that thought. Okay. >> E. >> All right, Michelle. At this time, I do believe you're too impaired to be driving a vehicle. All right. So, what's going to happen is you're going to be placed under arrest for operating a vehicle while impaired. All right. We're going to go back to my office, do some paperwork. Once we're done with that, I'm going to release you from the office to somebody to come pick you up. Okay. So, I need you to face towards the car for me. I am going to place you in handcuffs. Okay. [Music] >> Yes, I do. >> Can I get my I have to call somebody to give me >> I'll get your phone and I'll get all your stuff. Okay. Is anybody in the car sober enough to drive or if if not, my option is to go ahead and just park your vehicle for you so I don't have to tow. Is that okay if I do that? >> Why is everybody giving me [ __ ] all of a sudden? >> Because I observed indicators of impairment while we did our test. Okay. 's being person. >> Just ban me. >> I can't ban you. >> Get off my ass. >> Parson, be nice. Parson, be a nice boy and we might not marry you off on Actually, what was the record again? What was the >> 32? Was it 32? >> 31. 32. >> 32. 32. >> Okay. 32. We We might be able to beat that. >> I don't know. >> Are you telling me that you want to break Parson's record again this coming Saturday? If he's not going to be >> That's what we want to do. If he's if he's not going to be nice to Gia, we might uh we might do his especially because he'll be gone for most of the day because he'll be watching uh WWE in Saudi Arabia. >> Uh as the wedding coordinator for the marathons, may I make a suggestion? >> Sure. If at least two members of the panel agree that Parson should marry any individual in the videos, I say it should happen to make sure we break the record. >> Okay, we we may just break the record. >> I agree. Jim, do you agree? >> I think that we need to break the record. Hey, Rose. Welcome, hun. Gia, you agree to these terms? >> Just want people to believe me alone. >> Yeah. Parson, stop being mean. >> Yeah. Yeah. Pick out her fake dog. Don't pick on Gia. >> Yeah. >> That's part of it. >> All right. Because you are under arrest, you do have the right to remain silent. Anything you say cannot be used against you in the court of law. >> Uh, sorry. This is going to be directed directly at Rose. Rose, get the little man if he's around. It's time to go to bed, Mr. Taco Bell. You've got to go to sleep so you can be up early to go to school tomorrow and annoy your teachers. you can annoy them as much as possible tomorrow. So remember, just a little bit of sleep and if you wake up before 500 a.m., more power to you. There you go, Mr. Taco Bell. >> Do you agree, Phil? >> Taco Bell. Taco Bell. >> There you go. right to speak to an attorney before and during any questioning if you wish. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed to you by the courts at no cost. You can choose to exercise these rights, not answer questions. You understand those rights, Michelle? >> I understand that. >> Okay. You have anything on you I need to know about? You don't really have pockets, do you? >> I don't have anything on me. Everything's in my car. >> Okay. So, let's have a seat in my car right here. Okay. >> Yep. Sit back here for me. 17 happens. I have one female 21 for 19. Okay. Can you slide your feet up in there? >> How exactly can I ask to pick you up? >> Whoever you want to pick you up. If the ladies in your car with you are okay with walking to pick you up, I can take you. They can come and walk and pick you up. Again, if my question is, do you believe any of them are okay to drive? Remember Taco Bell, you've got to sleep first and then you can do whatever you want tomorrow. >> Whatever you want. >> If you can dream it, you can do it. [Laughter] >> And by which I mean if they've had anything, I don't want to put them in the car to to put them at risk of that. If you're concerned about that, and that's fine. My option, if you're okay with it, would be to park your car in this parking lot over here so I don't have to tow it. Are you okay if I move the car so I don't have to tow it? >> Why do you think I'm too bad at your job? >> Okay, we're not going to sit here and argue about that. My question >> I'm not arguing with you. >> My question is, do you Are you okay if I move the car so I don't have to tow it? >> I >> I don't I have to ask them. I have to ask them if they um are comfortable. It's my car. That's why I >> Well, they're not going to be allowed to stay in it. I would have them exit the vehicle. >> I have to ask them because it's my car. They're allowed to stay in it >> because none of them can probably drive. I I believe I saw your group out at the bars earlier. Everybody's wearing like a matching t-shirt. Is that right? >> We're not all wearing matching t-shirts. >> But all right. Are you Do you want me to park your car or not? I don't I have to ask my friends if they're uh feel comfortable driving my car. >> Is my car >> are they sober? >> They just um >> find out. >> I don't know. >> So, right now for OVI, >> okay, >> for driving while I'm impaired. Has everyone else been drinking? >> Yeah, she picked us up from the bar. Okay. >> So, we cannot take her car and we're not insured under her car. No one in this car is going to drive it under my watch. >> Okay. >> Sorry. >> Not you. >> Uh, we got to drop. We We're headed home. >> What's that, Gia? >> The car is insured. So, she's under arrest for driving while in So, is she going to >> She's going to go back to the office with us and then she can call someone to come pick her up from there. Is anybody in here like >> No, I've already talked to them. >> Okay, that was going to be my question. I'm trying to find out if she wants me to park it or not. And she's was going to ask if you guys are comfortable driving, but I don't want you guys to even risk it if you guys have been drinking. >> If if she allows me to, I can. But yeah. Yeah. It's going to be up to your your driver is. She has to give him permission to park it, right? Does that make sense? Like I'm willing to do it. She has to tell me yes. >> Yeah. Just tell her we will not do it. >> What's What's up? Oh, >> so sorry. >> So, she's going to your guys. >> So, she's going to your guys' office. Will she be released today? Tomorrow. >> Yeah. We just need to know. >> All right, Michelle. None of your friends uh feel like they're okay to drive right now. >> They are going to walk over and wait on you to be done at the police station here in about 30 minutes. >> If you tow my car, dad. >> Yes. But I'm going to ask you for a breath test today. All right. If you were to give a breath test and be over the legal limit, you would be placed under an immediate 90-day suspension. If you were to refuse that breath test today, you would be placed under an immediate one-year suspension. Okay. Do you understand those two differences? >> Yes. >> With that in mind, do you wish to give a breath test today? >> Yes. >> Okay. I have you come on out of there. Take that back. Once all that's done, it's going to test itself to make sure it's operating correctly still, and it's going to give us a print out and tell us uh where we're at. Okay. All [Music] right. Can I have you take a hold of this? You'll take a real big deep breath. They call my dog that little piece there. You're going to blow real hard. Totally out of breath. Okay. Keep that on quite long. He does have used to have an AI chili. We've just got an animated chili now. >> All right. Ask for your signature right here across this line. Again, you are not admitting guilt.
