[music] [music] Snow falls, blood spills, night turns red scream. >> [music] >> The rise on the floor Christmas chaos [music] the legend is Heat. Heat. [music] We kiss the heat. [music] [music] >> [music] >> night will take charge a holy mind [music] a weapon to wheel [music] my house [music] like flash The stage war Christmas tree [music] I just kiss the rest. [music] Heat. [music] [music] Heat. >> [music] [music] >> Heat up [music] the Oh, the free wild [music] and free kiss. Break the chains. Feel the pain. Yes. Yes. That's what I'm talking about. >> Yep. Yep. Yep. >> Yep. Yep. That's our new That's our new Christmas. This will be running for a couple of weeks. Uh I'm with you, Lynn. It hurts my head, too, but that's because I'm too old to be head banging. >> Yes. >> But I can't help it. But I can't help it. >> Do not headbang. >> It hurts so good. >> Old age. It's not >> so good. So good. >> So good. Hey, Christine. Nice to have you. >> Hi. I'm happy to be here. >> There she is. There's my girl. >> I don't see her on the thingy, though. >> I know. >> And now that she's And now that she's free from the clutches of Gia. She can just be herself. >> Yes. Yes. >> Doesn't have to. Doesn't have to have Gia muting her mic going, "Shut up. Shut up." >> Or pinch her leg. Yep. That's right. [laughter] >> Hey, a horrible, horrible. >> Yes, NZR. >> Horrible. >> Can we uh pass the collection plate around a couple more times? I short on singles right now. >> Oh, the strippers got you again. The strippers got you again. >> I support single mothers. What can I say? [laughter] >> What's single? What's single? >> Uh, I do have one. uh brief announcement uh that I was >> apparently uh contractually obligated to make >> uh and gotta find out. Got to remember what it was. I gotta remember what it was. Um >> Oh, it was it was um coming up Christmas Eve. Christmas Eve. We're going to have a fantasto Christmas brought to you by Sriy. So, we'll be releasing uh some new content related uh to it on Christmas Eve. So, stay tuned for that. Brought to you by Jim. The rest of us had nothing to do with it. Nothing to do with it. >> I never have anything to do with it. yet I get blamed. [laughter] >> Uh NCR, you got any news for us today? >> Yes. Uh LIA did a live just a hour ago. Well, a few hours ago actually where he was doing a police training seminar in the state of New Jersey. making the claims yet again that he is never been convicted for any of the arrest involved with his audits. >> I think people would say something else about that. >> Hey, got it. >> Also misqued another state law in the state of Florida. They recently passed a new state statute about license plate covers and uh border frames. >> Okay. >> The state has now issued that you cannot have a tented cover or the border of your license plate cannot cover up the identifying markers or the or the part where it says what state the plate is from. If >> you know we we have that too because your uh your tag is in the lower corner. So the like the license plate frames like from the dealership cover that up. You can't have that anymore. >> Well, >> it's pissed off a lot of dealerships >> with with this new uh state statute. They've raised it from being a noncriminal traffic offense to a seconddegree misdemeanor where the could be anywhere up to 60 days in jail or up to a $500 fine. >> Misquot that and then introduces us to the stupidest cop ever. I was telling you about this, Phil. Yeah. >> Can you ask Gia the question I asked you? >> Uh, I don't remember the question you asked me honestly. >> Gria, >> what did he want to know? >> Ask her NCR because I don't remember the question you asked me. Okay. >> Did we lose NCR? >> The answer will be uh no. I have no idea. >> Sorry about that. Sorry about that. Take care. >> Sorry. Uh, so this cop says his former partner, who's now retired, told him that, this was a few years ago, that there was going to be a protest on Black Friday at a Walmart and the manager, one of the protesters arrested if they came onto the parking lot. Would the manager be within his authority to order the police to do so? >> Yes, he's in control of the property. Gia, what's your thoughts? >> What does he want to know? >> Okay, so this cop who is teaching these new recruits who've been sworn into this uh police department that no, Walmart doesn't own that property. They lease it. So they h they can't have people trespassed or arrested for protesting on their parking lot. >> Um I don't I don't think Walmart rents any buildings. >> No, they usually buy the land. It's their property. >> They buy the buy the Yeah, they buy the building, >> right? But even if they didn't Right. Even if they didn't, even if they leased the property, they're in control of the property. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. >> So, the manager of the store can have somebody trespass from the property. >> Absolutely. Of course they >> that they control. >> Not according to this cop. >> Yep. [laughter] If they lease it, they can't do it. >> Then made the stupidest statement of all time. He says if they go to a post office, there's a sign next to the window. It's poster 7. I think you should read up on it. Mind you, this is how he sounds from Jersey. >> You can read up on it. It says they could film the employees. I don't know what it says, but it says that [laughter] >> I don't understand the whole thing with post office to begin with. Really, people? Really? Well, well, well, that's the thing, you know. Yes. The postal grounds are considered federal property. >> Yes. >> They don't get federal funding like people think they get. The majority of their money comes from the sales of priority mail, certified mail, uh stamps, >> stamps, >> gift cards, envelopes, packing supplies. That's where the majority of their money comes from. >> Yeah. I don't understand people's ability to have so much time in order to >> film a post office. It well it it it comes from usually it comes from uh it is a lowrisk target, right? You're not going to get a lot of push back. You can, you know, fast talk the employees there, right? And they think not a lot's going to happen to you. What's happened now is that the post office has decided to change their policies and started posting signs that says you can't film past here. Right. So, keeping with their poster 7 which states that you have to have permission in order to post in areas that are not designated, you know, public, you know, it used to be you could you could film to your heart's content in the in the um mailbox area, the post office box area, right? And then uh they had issues with you filming uh customers and uh customer information at the window. >> Well, well, the whole thing was they weren't getting the reactions they wanted for filming in the letter box area. >> Yes. >> So, they started going to the counters. >> Yep. And to buy a stamp. They're going to buy a stamp. They're they're their customer. >> Yep. Yes. Yes. I go I go to the car wash, I get ignored. I throw muffins at people and you know bags of chips. Nobody ever says anything. It's like >> popless joy rides in the golf cart. [clears throat] >> Yeah. Whatever. You know, >> you know, if she gets her t-shirt wet, washing the golf cart. Yeah. No reaction. No reaction. >> Pays any attention. It's like, lady, just shut up. Yep. >> Yep. I've tried. >> She's gotten a nickname, NCR. Do you know what it is? >> No. >> At the car wash. Wet saggy boobs. >> Yep. Yep. That would be it. [laughter] >> SGB. [clears throat] That's me. [laughter] That's me. Oh, here she comes again. SGB, [laughter] >> man. She just had her car washed yesterday. >> Give her the muffins. Free. [laughter] Yep. >> Uh if auditors are getting dumber and dumber by the day, >> no, they've always been dumb. >> Maybe my sense of patience. >> They're just desperately dumb. >> There's a difference. uh you get, you know, you you start out, you get a little bit of reaction and then you get, you know, fan interaction and it becomes bigger and bigger and then pretty soon, you know, the post office stuff is boring and people don't want to watch it. So you have to do more and more different stuff, you know, and a lot of them now are taking to um basically becoming a prank channel >> and baiting people into reactions and then filming the reaction acting like it was, you know, >> like Gutterman when he sprayed the sock store owner. >> Yeah. a sock store owner gave, you know, an interview talking about what all he did in order to harass him. Well, it's not a Gutman's Jason Gutman's video. >> No, of course not. >> Well, why why would that? Cuz that would show him being an [ __ ] >> right? >> Does he still do anything or No, >> I have no idea. I haven't really followed. To my knowledge, he is he has a travel vlog channel now. >> Well, that's what they've always claimed to be. But anyway, yeah. >> Yeah, I haven't seen any audits come from him or his son in a long time. >> Yeah, the walls dried up. >> It will. It will eventually. Yep. >> Hello, Tina. >> Hey, Tina. >> Tina. Hi, honey. Good to see you, hun. Hope the bath is warm. >> Yeah, >> warm and bubbly. >> Hey, Sue Bear, bestie. >> I still got to make those t-shirts. >> What t-shirts? Uh, I don't think Tina would mind me sharing this, but she told me in Discord in a voice chat that she loves the Tub Time with Tina ads from the podcast. [laughter] It's a t-shirt. I'm like, "Okay, when I start getting merch, I'll put those out." >> Yeah, you should. >> Oh, Kina. >> Oh, no. No. [laughter] If you send 10, if you send $10 super chats after YouTube takes their 50% and we make our 40%, we'll give the other 10% to Tina for her bathtub. Uh >> oh, breaking news. [laughter] Tomato says breaking news. >> I didn't break a chair, so it's not that breaking. Yeah, I missed that one. I wish I'd seen it. Heard it. >> I wish I'd heard it. >> All you would hear is me swearing. >> Oh well. >> I'll send you a link to the video where you can hear me do it. >> Please, please do >> cuz I've never seen it. Uh, Sue Bear, we don't ask those kind of questions in uh polite parliament. >> Yeah, we don't. That's personal, Pam. >> Whoa. [laughter] Well, well, you know where that comes from? That comes from some lady who's like spews her life all over YouTube and then somebody asks her about her husband's disability and she goes, "That's personal, Pam." [laughter] >> Well, I I I can share this to you and Christine. Uh Justin Blueidge, you know, because we you know, he's been around. We've all He's a good friend for my 500 subscriber celebration. Wrote a song about me breaking the chair. >> Yes. >> Uses the foot uses the footage and the audio from that chair breaking in the video. >> Oh my god. >> But here's the funny part. I played the song for my mom and she looks me dead in the eyes and says, "I think that's my favorite song of your friends. [laughter] That's why we love your mom." That's why we love your mom. >> Not the fact that you can manipulate me using her to manipulate me to do anything you guys want. That's not right. It's not a manipulation. She's a willing participant. >> Offer suggestions. >> Quash has been denied. [laughter] >> Oh, merry Christmas, Chile. >> Oh, big surprise. Yeah, big surprise. >> Merry Christmas. >> So, he still has his warrant. Man, >> Sue Bear, she is. And I can tell you this, Phil was part of the reason why I had a dress as a [ __ ] flamingo. >> Yes. Yes, I was part of that. Yes, I was part of it. It was a group effort. It was a group effort, bastard. >> Um, no one's really surprised. tomatoes. The Chili's motion to uh quash got denied. Shocker. Um wrong venue. Uh hasn't even been charged. Uh hasn't it even gone to court yet? Um >> to formally be charged. Uh yeah, not not uh not a surprise at all. >> Governor material. Governor material. Yep. >> You know, he tried it in Nevada, right? He he he tried it in Nevada and Nevada turned him down because again he hadn't really he hadn't even you know been uh formally charged in court and hadn't really gone through any processes. So and the federal court in California has no jurisdiction over a state court uh in Oklahoma so on criminal charges. So yeah, not >> to his theory of Gavin giving him a pardon. >> Yes, because he has ethnic Yeah, because he has an ethnic name. There you go. >> Okay. But again, well, that was Gavin wouldn't uh let him be extradited. >> Yes. Yes. >> He's going to prevent him from being extradited. Yeah, we would prevent it immediately because Chile is a big deal. >> Well, he would assume Chile was illegal. >> Yes. >> Because of his name. Yeah. >> Yes. Yep. Yep. >> And therefore, they would move his wife. >> Uh, who does that? Chile. Chile does that. Now, he did go to federal court in California. But again, Dave member for 16 whole months. The level of my blessing. My blessing. >> And the feds don't mess with state issues anyway. Yes, that is true, Dave. That is true. They're not going to get involved in a state misdemeanor crime. >> No. [laughter] Nope. >> With you being charged with a state misdemeanor crime. >> Yep. Yep. >> Yeah. Kelly reminds me of Horseshack. [laughter] >> You know what I mean? He's got his hand up. He's screaming. you know. Well, >> now I need to work that into my novel. >> Oh, nice. >> Well, I I have an idea because my love of trashy slasher films. >> I was going to do one where fraudtors got dispatched by a slasher. You know, >> I had a I had a thought of I had a thought of a novel of a serial killer that only went after First Amendment auditors [laughter] or annoying women at the car wash. >> No. >> No. Well, the thing is >> No, he that that he has a thing for for uh wet soggy uh low hanging fruit. Yeah. >> Yeah. Wow. Okay. >> Well, because GR [laughter] thing with Horsejack, I'm now thinking of the sixth installment in the Friday the 13th series where he actually was in that and Jason ripped out his heart. [clears throat] So maybe I could work that in my script somehow. homage. >> Yeah. He was playing with uh he was molesting car vehicles. He was hand he was diddling the door handles trying to >> didd in the door handle. >> Yeah. Was looking for AR-15s or something. >> Yep. Yep. I guess. I don't know. >> Okay. Now, >> no. Well, the No, the officer had an AR-15 in the car and then uh um according to the story that Jim posted, he went up to and said, "You could just jiggle the handle and open it up and steal the AR-15. He's going to show you how to do it." >> You know, I would love to see him >> go to trial on this and just the prosecution just trolling him. >> Well, he admitted it. Lisa, that's a great idea. [laughter and gasps] >> Is it strapped to the dash? The AR-15. >> Usually there's like a a locking system. >> Yeah, it's locked. It's locked. >> It's locked to the dash or it's locked in the trunk. It's not like sitting on the seat. >> No. >> Yeah, exactly. >> It's in a car. Yeah, it's in a carrier. Locked in a carrier. >> Yep. Yep. But I I would love to see this go to trial and the prosecution speaking to the cops. >> Now, can you show us on the Hot Wheel car where Mr. >> Yeah. >> touched the vehicle. >> Tell us how it made you feel. >> Yeah. >> Your honor, I'd like to call in that Toyota Tacoma to testify. >> Yes. Gothics. He was giving the car a handy. >> Yep. >> And the car didn't think it was very dandy. >> Nope. Yep. I've seen some nasty videos of what men have done to cars and [laughter] I really I really have. I really I really have getting caught doing things to cars. Well, the problem is he was holding on loosely. >> Oh god. His grip wasn't tight enough >> and he didn't let it go. >> Yep. Yep. Y >> Okay, I think we'll move on to uh somebody who has equally as much problems. We have a soft set. >> Yes, >> we have a soft set. Christmas Eve 2024, a routine traffic stop in Ssbury, Maryland turned into a unique encounter. During the morning hours, a deputy with the Wcomo County Sheriff's Office was on patrol and had pulled over a 2011 Mazda 6 on Walston Switch Road and Campus Drive near Warwick Community College due to speeding and vehicle registration violations. Watch how this interaction unfolds. >> Hi, I'm Deputy Suka from the sheriff's office. Everything's auto vision recorded. >> You know why I stopped you today? >> Yeah. >> Right. So the speed limit is 40. I lost the switch. I got you going 60. It also looks like your plates are expired. 11 of 24. >> I'm sorry. >> 11 of 24. >> You got your license on you, sir? >> Huh? >> You need a license to drive? >> You don't? Why don't you? driving. >> Okay. >> UC, >> huh? >> UC travel. >> Okay. >> Driving is not required. A license is not required. >> All right. State of Maryland, you need a license to drive. >> Do you have any ID on you? No. >> You have the registration on you? Hey, Victoria. Hey, B. Barnes. Sir. >> Yeah. >> ECC code requires that you not have a driver's license to 62. >> Okay. So, you don't want to give me anything? >> I'm giving you the law. >> Okay. 260 to 62. All right. Start my way, please. All right. So, you don't want to give me anything. What happened? Did it freeze? >> Yeah, I think so. There we go. All right. Not to be not to be uh combative. Not not being combative. >> I'm not being combative with you either. >> I know. I know. >> But >> I'm just telling you, but in the state of Maryland, you need a license to drive. >> I understand that's and and I understand what you're saying. >> Okay. >> However, what I'm what I'm informing you, sir. >> Okay. is that code requires that we do not have license. We do not have to have license commission of Bill. If you're talking, we can't hear you. Damn it, I bounced myself. >> Can you hear me? >> Yes. >> Okay. Okay. I was just reading a little extra info here. Sovereign citizens believe that they have the right to travel freely without the need for a driver's license or vehicle registration. They argue that the right to travel is a fundamental constitutional right and that driving is a privilege that should not be subject to governmental regulation. >> Boy, I believe it. >> Car license. This is personal vehicle. I'm traveling. I have the right to travel from point A to point B uninterrupted. Right. >> Uninterrupted. >> Now, here's my question. Suppose they ran out of gas in between point A and point B. >> Uhhuh. >> Then how does that affect their right to travel unencumbered? >> You get out and you get out and walk. Well, who's to blame in that situation? No, >> the the idiot that didn't put enough gas in his car. >> Well, not according to him. He has the constitutional right to travel. >> He can walk or he can bike [laughter] or he can hitchhike or he can Uber >> or he can horse and buggy. >> Now, now what what if he ran over a bunch of trash in the road and crashed this car? Does he get to sue the person who left it in the road because they interfered with his right to travel? >> Yes, he does. I wish him luck. [laughter] >> Yep. >> So, >> all right. But I'm just saying how it is in Maryland. And >> well, this is this Well, Maryland is under the federal government, correct? >> You need Maryland is a privilege to drive. All right. No, this it's not a privilege in Maryland or any other federal district >> under >> any other federal district. >> Federal UC. That's what he's going to say. >> Well, he is. >> Yeah, he did say that at the very beginning. UC Y >> and and now it's any federal district. Do you know the only federal district there is? >> Uh Washington. >> Yes. District of Columbia. Yeah. >> Only federal district there is. >> Yep. >> States as in the United States of America >> control >> are their own sovereign Yeah. are their own sovereign entity. >> Yes. >> And get to make up their own laws. It's called the 10th amendment. >> Yes, they do. >> Yes. UC don't want to give me any information? I'm The law does not require me to give you. >> Okay. But it does. >> Okay. >> It does. Yeah, it does. >> All right. So, you don't want to give me anything at all? >> Law does not require me to do that. >> I am asking you to give me your license registration >> and I am telling you that the law does not require me to do that. >> Okay. All right. Just give me a few minutes. Okay. >> Oh, super. I'm sorry, sweetie. >> What? I missed that. She's in pain. Subar's in pain. She's She's in pain. She has a high white cell count. She's going to the doctor tomorrow. Yep. >> Good. >> Yep. I hope everything's okay. >> Yeah. Let us know how that turns out. >> Yeah, please do. >> We will light the healing candle here Vatican West for you. >> Yeah, please do, Phil. >> Yes. >> We'll send We'll send some goth girls over to you. >> No. >> No. And no. What? Always make me feel better. >> No, no. And no, that's not helpful. >> They have alternative medicine to give her. >> Uhhuh. [laughter] I smell a lawsuit. You don't do that. >> I smell You smell weed? >> Yeah. [laughter] Yeah, I smell weed. Yep. I smell really bad skunk. That's what I smell. >> I smell skunk. >> Yeah. you on the phone? >> Yeah. >> Sovereign citizen. >> Yeah, exactly. [laughter] >> I guess you aren't around, are you? >> Exactly. >> I'm coming. I'm going to mill it with >> All right. >> Yeah, this uh >> this surgeon is great. Yep. Now, now remember this is on Christmas Eve. >> Yep. Yep. >> Now, I can't I can't imagine what it would be like uh to uh call Mrs. Pope uh from jail and say, "I've been arrested because I got a right to travel." >> And I think I know how that conversation's going to go. [laughter] >> Uhhuh. Phil. And you have a right to sleep there tonight. Yep. Enjoy Christmas there cuz we're moving on. [laughter] >> Presents will be out on the curb. >> Yeah. Just in case. >> You may take my bed, but you won't take my >> Did you get They give you any documents? >> No. Nothing. No. What they say? >> They saying I'm a traveler and >> they can't they can't keep a straight face during these idiots. Yep. >> I can't find him. I tried. There's only one guy been pulled over, Troy Smiley, but I don't think that's him. Oh, Super >> Sorry. Is that him? >> He's in pain. Yeah, she's in pain. We're sending love and positive vibes. >> Yeah. I wish I live closer. I'd be over giving you giving you snuggles. >> Yep. >> I'd throw an alligator at your enemies for you. But I do that anyway. >> Yeah, that's right, Matt. Yep. She hangs out with us and she's sick. Aren't we all sick in the rain? >> It kind of looks like So, this is his Jenny license and this Maryland permit. That don't look like him. This kind of looks like him. It's got glasses on, so I can't tell with the eye. >> What are you talking for? >> 60 and a 40 expired registration. Smoke. You're smoking a cigarette right away. >> Do you want to figure it out? >> Not yet. Waiting for Rean. >> Probably not coming out. >> It's going to go one of two ways where he I don't know. >> Obstruction said it was closed. So >> I can't It's here. >> Huh? >> Right there. I can't find nothing. I don't know who he is. Um, it won't give me anything. Said he's a traveler. >> This guy's awesome. >> Federal code. >> Oh my god, he's awesome. >> It don't look like him, though. I I looked him up in the tubes. >> Okay. All right. >> Explain the law to him. I said privilege in Maryland to have a license and you need to have a license to drive. >> What's up with the tags? >> Expired. I had pulled them for 16 to 40. >> Hey sir, can you open your door for me? >> No. >> All right. Well, you got to get out of the car for me. >> Why? >> Because you're not you're not acting right. Come on. >> Why? >> Hop out of the car and we'll talk about it here. I understand you're a sovereign citizen and all that. Okay. My name's Corper Rig. I'm the supervisor. You've been all this recorded. All right. >> Okay. >> Go ahead. Hop out for me. >> I I'm in fear. >> Listen. You listen listen to hop out of this car. >> Yes, there is. Because I'm telling you to in the state of Maryland, I can tell you get out of the car. So, you're going to get out of the car. You're going to go to jail. I'm going to tell you one more time. Get out of the car. Do you understand me? Do you understand me? Get out of the car now. >> What's your probable cause? >> I don't need probable cause. >> Bam. >> Whoa. Barehanded. Barehanded. Bam. >> Wow. >> Yep. I wish we all did this. >> Let's watch this again. >> Yeah. >> And do you have the in He's filming it, too. So, you have like the, you know, inbox out of box thing or cuz the guy's filming it, too. >> Yeah. The state of Maryland. I can tell you get out of the car. So, you're going to get out of the car. You're going to go to jail. I'm going to tell you one more time. Get out of the car. Do you understand me? Do you understand me? Get out of the car now. >> What's your probable cause? I don't need probable cough. >> There we go. >> Okay. [laughter] Pause it. Pause it. >> Gia. >> Yeah. >> Do we hear wedding bells for for it for you right now? >> No. No. [laughter] >> I make it look at require I require a little more IQ. Just a little. >> I'm talking about the cap. Um, >> make it make it a little bit moist. Just a little bit moist. >> Nah, give them to Christine. >> I'll take [laughter] >> Oh, Christine, >> she'll take them. >> Christine, who do you want to perform the ceremony? Me or NCR? >> Which one? >> You choose. Gia, choose. >> No, you choose. >> No, you choose who performs your ceremony. Me or NCR? [laughter] >> Either one. I don't care. >> Yeah. You want to do it, NCR? >> Sure, why not? >> The very first official Christine marriage. >> Oh my. >> Right here. >> I got tears. >> It's a Christmas miracle. It's a Christmas miracle. >> I got tears. I got tears. Dearly beloved, we are gathered here on this fine fine Monday night to wed Miss Christine to this fine nononsense tall drink of water. >> Christine, do you take this man to be your loftly wed husband to honor, cherish, and obey, and to have him smash all the windows that she needs smashing? >> I do. Oh, and y'all drink of water. Do you promise to take Miss Christine to honor, love, cherish, and obey? Take her to all the Bears game. Smash windows for her as long as you both shall be wed and use them handcuffs on the wedding night. >> I do. As long as she comes to the Raven games, too. [laughter] By the power invested in me by the state of Nevada's Department of Gaming, sanitation, and lone sharking, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride. Here's $25 in casino chips, and your parking will be validated. >> Wow. [laughter] >> God, that was so beautiful. >> And in growing rice or blowing bubbles, >> will everyone gather for the for the ceremonial window smashing? I'm [laughter] so happy. I'm so happy. >> My first marriage. [laughter] >> His first marriage. Thank God. >> And there's a ceremonial breaking of the window. Get on the ground. Get on the ground. You need more cops like that. >> This is crazy. >> Just open windows. So >> arrest for obstructing identify cars being towed. >> Wow. Okay. Roll over. Roll over. Now, I will give the softset credit. He at least didn't put up a fight. A lot of them, you know, resist and struggle. He got on the ground, put his hands behind the back. He didn't melt off. >> Yeah. He was dumbfounded. He's like, "Holy [ __ ] they called my hand. They called my hand. Can't believe it." >> Would you be dumbfounded, too, if all you see is just that? [clears throat] Just window smash. >> Somebody finally called his hand. The only time the only the only time I was dumbfounded is um I once uh had a guy who uh decided to do some road rage and so he sped up in front of me and started breaking and at one point I tapped his bumper. I didn't smash into his car, right? I just tapped his bumper. We get up to the stoplight. Then he he refuses to go. Goes through several signals, right? I'm honking at him and all this stuff. And then uh we he decides to go around the corner. So he goes out wide. It's a two-lane road. He goes out wide. And so I take the inside lane to go past him. I'm like, "All right, I just go past him on my way to work." And he ends up uh turning into my truck. So we end up heading. So we stop in the street, right? We stop in the street. I take pictures and all of this stuff. And uh uh he then starts to he feels like he needs to show his ass in front of his girlfriend and starts calling me a punk ass [ __ ] and do I want to make a move and all of that stuff and I just kind of ignore him and I'm kind of standing there and he's running his mouth, you know, and I'm like, "All right, you know, take a swing, you know, and he's like, you know, punk ass [ __ ] and all this shit." He's got the puffy jacket, you know, the Parson's puffy jacket and the gold chains and the pants down to his ass. You know, it's a white guy. [laughter] I'm just laughing because I think it's funny. >> I Yeah, he was Yeah. Yeah. He was too funny for a white guy. It was actually kind of funny. >> So, we're we're the police come. pull the vehicles off into a parking lot and I'm sitting off to him and and they have us aside and he's running his mouth to the cop and the cop is pissed off and he comes up to me and he says, "I should just take you both to jail." And I go, "For what? I didn't do anything." And he's like, "Disorderly conduct. you all this not. I'm like, he's the one yelling. I'm standing here smoking a cigarette, minding my own business. What are you taking me to jail for? He's being disruptive. Take him to jail. And then the officer on the scene comes in and and she kind of restores order. Now, what pisses me off about it isn't really all of that. It's that the guy was driving. The woman gives me her insurance information. So, we exchange insurance information, everything else. I'm late for work, so I'm concerned about getting to work. I don't really make note of it at the time. And then when I'm leaving, it occurs to me, they gave me her information. He was driving. So I called the officer in charge cuz she gave me her card. And I said, "Hey, you know, he was driving." So you gave, you know, she gave the insurance information. Maybe the cars register her. I don't know. But I don't know why she gave her he was driving. And the officer says to me, "I wish you'd have told me that at the time. I would have loved to taken him to jail cuz I bet he doesn't have a driver's license." And it turns out they actually not don't live too far from me. And so I would see him in the grocery store every once in a while. And I started calling him Pab for punk ass [ __ ] [laughter] So [clears throat] I go, "Hey Pab, how you doing?" you know, and he would never talk to me. But anyway, that that's like only similar story to this of being like utterly surprised. I was shocked that the cop cuz that guy was running his mouth wanted to take me to jail for disorderly conduct. I'm like, I didn't do anything other than get into an accident with a jackass. >> You know what you did? Pay up your car. I have my hat back, please. Yeah. >> Is it your car? >> My daughter's >> Okay. What's your name? >> My name is Troy. >> Okay, it's not that hard. Now you get to go to jail. Goodbye. Can I have my cigarette, please? >> What cigarette? >> Right here in the >> right now. Bar is unsecure. Oh, they're even putting him in the front seat. Those jack thug pigs putting him in the front seat so he can see everything that's going on. >> Yeah, I don't know why they do that. I think officer discretion, I guess. >> Yeah, I guess. >> Scan it. >> Yep. >> Um, that is >> Yeah, just pat him down. Make sure he's got nothing legal on him. >> I think it is Troy Smiley. >> Huh? >> I think it is Troy Smiley. >> Like based on that picture. >> I know. He's bad off. manage. Now, I would just like to point this out. Do you notice how the cop is like looking at his hand? You can see the blood and everything. He's like, "Oh, yeah." You know, there's a, you know, almost every time there's a a window smash, they're always crying. You're coming in with glass. You cover me with glass. Like here's a go like Oh yeah. >> That's a good possibility. Mrs. Tom, but I don't think I don't think he's a K9 unit. But yeah, too much crap in the back seat. Really? >> Can you watch him real quick? >> Yep. any further where you got >> should be in that black bag or something. >> Shirt still in there. I pulled it out. >> All right, hold on. I'll do the same. Get blood on me. I'm just going to sit around yourself. >> Wear gloves when you pull out a window. >> Yeah. >> Yep. Yep. Yep. >> You good? >> Yeah. You go back. >> Have Jake go back with you. Okay. >> Um and I'll have somebody meet you back there. I'll have um I'll have 30 21 meet you back there. camera still on. Okay. All right. We'll >> cut up. Mhm. Got glass on the shirt. Oh. All right. You >> got it. Right. Go in and turn right. Just stare at that storage. Keep walking. Stop. Keep walking. Keep working. >> Hey, I have an idea for Chile on his next audit. You want to know what it is? >> Oh, break the law. >> No. No. Go to the police sally port and see if you can get into the lockers where the handguns are [laughter] and see how well that works for you. >> Citizen. So yeah, >> what's your name, sir? >> Okay. >> Is that all in all caps or just G? >> However you want to say. >> All right, then. All caps. How old of God. >> All caps. Yep. >> 10:40. All right, God. Well, let me search you rest of you first. >> That's fine. >> All right. Go. Stand back up. Got to take that blue. Take that off. And then I see you got wire those shorts. Um, you have to take those green pair of pants off. Leave those white on that off. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Now, Gia, is this where they look up his butt? Cuz that's what Chile says. They always look up your butt. >> I don't know. I've never been to jail. I don't know. >> You've only been to prison. You've only done the hard federal prison. >> I have 364 warrants. Um because of >> from Vlad. Yeah. From Vlad for stocking. Yeah. >> Yep. They still haven't caught me. So >> Nope. They still haven't caught me. So, I don't know. Is that what they do? Is that what they do? >> I don't know. That's what Chilly says. That's what Chilly >> Okay. All right. Okay. All right. >> Like this? Like that? >> He's cold. >> Get your blanket. >> He's cold. >> Because you're not for a policy. Just getting in the cell. >> Oh, poor baby. >> Get your blanket. >> He's He's cold. Oh, that is one job. >> He needs a big dog. Any stitches or anything? >> I really looked at it and it wouldn't stop bleeding. >> So, what happened? Hey, sorry this pants. >> Poor baby. Poor baby. >> Stop breaking the law, [ __ ] I >> I need him to to see. >> Okay. Uhhuh. tastes good. Okay. Right here. [music] shut door. Okay. Just put it with the There's a step to your right. Why doesn't >> Because you are an individual contractor. >> Is that right? >> For your for your department. So you violate my rights. Which which first did we violate? >> All of them. >> Which ones? >> All of them. >> All of them. Wait, which ones though? >> Now I I'm waiting for the day when when some police officer when the guy goes, "You voted all of my rights, ask him, you know, does he have a soldier staying at his house that was forced upon him?" It could be a violation of the Third Amendment. And if all of your rights were being violated, that would be one of them. >> But get behind the blue line. >> Y'all y'all open yourself up personally >> for whatever consequences and whatever. >> What may that be? >> You're not backed by your police department.
