He reveals in the video that he received a 2-year restraining order from a woman at the DMV who claimed that he was recording her tit. This is what she wrote on the affidavit. Oh, goody. Now, it may not be the precise way to do it, but I like I said in the video I made on it, she was just using a common term that almost everybody would understand. Yes. But in the courtroom while he was uh cross-examining her cuz apparently he went pro se, he made the comment to her, "At what point did you have your titties out?" Oh, good lord. Pissing off the judge something fierce. Oh, yeah. The restraining order was issued originally for 1 year. He when it came time to refile, she refiled, he did not show up and told the court that he would accept another restraining order. He made several misogynistic comments towards the woman saying claims that he would not fornicate with her using her husband's appendage or even if she was the last person on Earth ending in a derogatory term for a woman. >> [snorts] >> He is >> I under I'm just commenting on Pants. Well, of course. That is all for us in the auditing world. Yeah, yeah, nothing. I went through all the lawsuits today. The only thing we had was the update on the Cordova case, which was no real update at all. Uh we've got the uh in the lawsuit where Angry Vet is suing the judge who Why do Why do we have a deja vu here? Why do we have a deja vu here? He's suing the judge that convicted him. Uh he asked for a delay of the case and the judge and the defendant said, "Well, there's no reason to. You got nothing else going on." So, we'll see what happens there. I wanted Phil on the panel to discuss the uh uh John Felix situation. As Felix Okay, so Felix pretty much shut down his channel. He made everything private. He had gotten this job uh uh CDL. He was getting a CDL license. He was going to drive trucks. Uh it had He said it had horrible pay but good benefits and uh basically he got to the point where some What was it? A test or something? I didn't write it down, but they had to go to the DMV and he had audited that DMV and they remembered him. And all of a sudden, he was fired from that job. So. Boom. Boom. Boom. Yeah. All of a sudden, he was fired. So, I don't know. He actually was trying to go straight and his wife is saying, "No no more auditing." And uh yeah. Again, this is what happens when Phil disappears. Now, I I don't want to kick the man while he's down. I don't want to do that, but maybe this is a sharp reality wake-up call. That all this frauditing, even though you may not get arrested, you may not end up doing prison time, it will affect you in the long run. Well, and the other thing is don't be an ass. I call him a dear friend. I felt he did cop watching right. Right. And I may not like Direct D's style, but I get why he did it. I I I respect his mission aspect of it, you know. And I I can separate, you know, him from his channel. I mean, I've I've I watch some of his live streams every once once in a while when I can catch him, but I I I think with a lot of these auditors and we see it happening now more and more, the the cost of the audits are coming back to you. Well, yeah. Uh I'm sure if he hadn't been an [ __ ] to the people at the DMV, they wouldn't have reacted made it clear that he's never getting Now, I'm sure he could do something legally and he could fight, but is it worth it? Uh he was like, "I'm going to do an open records request right now." And it's like, "Oh god, you're Just accept defeat. Find something else to do. You're not going to get licensed." And even if he did, they would find everywhere in the world to punish him now that they know he's on the run. Uh he would get I- If he got a full-time CDL, you know that they would be checking him. Yeah, Camidowit tried to get one. Tried to go to trucking school. >> that's what he was doing, you know. >> Hysterical. Now, the the the trucking school he was in was going to provide him with a a job in a CDL, which Yeah. Very expensive as well. A lot of money to do that. Yep. Unlike just going to a school to get your CDL, you know, you you know, these places they do extensive checks because you know, they might have contracts involving the government. They might have contracts with you know, companies that have very strict social media policies. And And yeah, it's any job, you know, when you're an auditor like this it and he was smart for hiding all his videos before he went looking for work, but I mean, any job you have to let them know of any activism or even this, you know, I had a couple of of job stuff going on over the past couple years and you know, yeah, I do a show at night that I'm not giving up. So, will that be a problem? And I never hear back after that point. Uh so, maybe I should change tactics. I don't know. But uh yeah. Uh He already had to change his content because of his new job. He wasn't going to He wasn't going to, you know, get in trouble with work because of his content. Right. >> it's just too important to do. Yeah. I mean, I I've made the change to my content as well because of my sponsorships. A lot of them do not want to affiliate with body cams, so I have to move away from that. Yeah, he had to He had to move away from the court stuff and the body cam because he's an attorney. And now he just does South Central stuff. I mean, he does, you know, cuz it's relevant, but he didn't want to create a conflict for anybody to come after him, which was smart. I mean, if you're going to make social media your life, if you're going to make that a career like I am attempting to do now, I I have to be careful with what I post. I have to be careful with, you know, what companies I work with because they may not let me do certain things. Yep. And I rely on that income from them. Right. I I I Like I said, I think this is a hard reality lesson for all auditors, not just John Felix. I I I don't wish bad for the man. I I you know, I hate to hear that he's lost his job. I'm human. I mean, I mean, I don't like what he did, but I don't want to see him, you know, lose his job, lose his home, lose his family. I don't want to see anybody go through that. Right. Uh yeah, especially when he was trying to make it make it. Uh make it by going straight. And I think this is going to be a problem more and more as some of these people try to uh go on where, you know, the the auditing's not working and the auditing is going to get harder, especially for the Florida ones and the Texas ones. Uh the Tennessee ones where there are Halo laws and they are risking a lot by going crazy. Now, folks, I've asked to Pope Phil to try to come back. Uh we will try it with his microphone. On July 30th, 2025, she pleaded guilty to an amended charge of non-aggravated driving while under the influence, first offense. All the original charges were dismissed. She was sentenced to probation which it included the requirement to complete the DWI school, perform community service, and install an ignition interlock device on her vehicle.
