Day One Fahey Trial Is Over…

with another video. You guys like my tie? Right behind me is the Danielson Superior Court here in Killing Lee, Connecticut. Just got out of day one of my trial that involves the sergeant, the former Sergeant Brian Fehee incident. What a loser and a joke that man is. I swear h it was a it was it was painful because obviously we know that Brian Fehee committed multiple felonies, multiple crimes on that day and you know he calls me he called me in court today a convicted felon. Um which was interesting but he would be a convicted felon if he wasn't above the law. Right. But he's above the law. He can menace me with a firearm. He can threaten me. He can assault me. He can spit in my face. And again, if you're not >> if he wasn't a law enforcement officer, things would have went differently. And he knows it. You know it, Brian. But unfortunately, you know, maybe it maybe I'll get the opportunity one day now that he's not a law enforcement officer, if he ever sees me again, he might spit in my face again and I might get the opportunity to defend myself as any American should in those situations. But you can't do it with law enforcement, can you? But anyway, I digress. So, as you guys know, I'm representing myself. The legalities and certain testimony I couldn't really get into in the trial because he's not on trial. I'm on trial. And I actually said, so Fehee asked me a question while he's sitting in the witness stand and he's testifying. And I said, I'm not the one on trial here. [laughter] And the prosecutor said, "Uh, yeah, you are." [laughter] And I was like, "Oh, yeah, you're right." I I kind of forgot mid-trial >> that I'm the one on trial because it's just it's so bizarre to me that I'm the one on trial here in Connecticut when he's the one who committed multiple felonies. He's the savage. one of And guess what? While he was waiting outside of the courtroom all day today uh with his wife and his and his daughter and they were all giving me dirty looks and you know it is what it is. You can feel how you want. But while he was waiting there, he got into an altercation allegedly. This is what I was told with one of my supporters and he threatened my supporters that he is going to give his license plate number to his cop friends so he can harass him. So, I'm so tired. I didn't get any sleep last night. This was a long day for me. From 10:00 a.m. till now, whatever time it is, 3:30. Day two of the trials tomorrow. Officer Romansky, Officer Mcknne, Sergeant Bedard, uh, Fehee, Mrs. Fehee testified and they testified to the fact that they have private road dead end no turnaround signs posted on their property that their neighbor purchased. They didn't purchase him. their neighbor purchased them. And apparently, according to the state's attorney, John Feahhee here, no relation to Brian Fehee, allegedly. Could be his cousin, could not be, I don't know. But allegedly, they have no relationship. Both of the Fehees here, but they're both tyrants. And you know, so they are related in that sense. They're both they're both tyrants. Um got into a little discussion with the assistant prosecutor here. Uh you know, he's another tyrant. He just It's crazy. They're calling. So, basically, I'll give you guys the case update. What the state pro what the state's attorney's office is basically trying to prove beyond a reasonable doubt is that the private road deadend no turnaround signs are equivalent to a no trespassing private property sign. I don't know about you guys. I think it's pretty obvious that a private road dead end no turnaround signs applies to vehicles and it's just letting them know that there's no turnaround here and that this isn't a public road. It's a dead end. No turnaround and it's a private road. That's what I understood those signs to be. Apparently, senior states attorney John Fehee here thinks that it's a no trespassing sign, a restricted area sign. Apparently, that's what he thinks. So, I don't know what. Let me know. Private, if private road sign equal no trespassing, why was there need for a no trespassing sign? That's what I'm going to say in my closing. In my closing, I'll be able to speak freely uh regarding this the evidence. But when you watch the video, it's being recorded. When you guys watch the trial, you'll see that I couldn't really get them to testify to much other than that, you know, there's a s there was a sign in the bushes, a no trespassing sign in the bushes. Every officer agreed. I got officers to testify that they passed the no trespassing sign many times without seeing it. Um, so how am I supposed to see the no trespassing private property sign if the law enforcement officers who are actively looking for it haven't seen it? The judge in this case, I saw somebody ask about the judge earlier. The judge in this case, his name is Judge Guinari. I believe he's 35 years old. 35 years young because I'm 35. Um, 35 years young. And he seems to be pretty fair. I mean, you know, Fee, he was being a little bit antagonistic. And, you know, I did say that, you know, when I went to go hand him his written statement, uh, the judge had the baiff do it, had the court officer do it, and I was like, "Yeah, it's a good idea so I don't get attacked. I don't get assaulted." And, uh, that was a little quip right there. Um, but you know, FA, he was being combative. He was red in the face. Again, he allegedly assaulted one of my supporters in the courthouse and then he got into a confrontation with Scaloo Photo, which apparently I don't even know. Apparently he was the assistant states attorney, who's a joke, said that he was intimidating witnesses, but he didn't intimidate anybody. I mean, Fehee is not somebody that gets intimidated. He's not intimidated. He's not intimidated. He just wants to uh play the victim and that's what he wants to do. So his wife testified today. I should have called everybody that was there, but his wife testified, but again, I'm limited because this is not his trial. This should be the Brian Fehee trial for menacing for threatening felony threatening felony menacing breach of the peace. We all see in the video, right? And it should be his trial, not mine. But apparently it's my trial. [laughter] I didn't know this. I did not know this. But apparently, again, I said in court, wait till you guys see it. I was like, I'm not the one on trial here. And the state attorney's like, yeah, you are. And I'm like, oh yeah, I am. You're right. So, I just don't judge me by my lawy lawyerly skills or lack thereof, I should say. But what I do know I am is innocent. I am innocent of committing any crimes on that day, July 11, 2025. Please tell me how it went. I just joined. Appreciate you, man. Appreciate all the super chats. Thank you so much. So, basically, it's day one. It's the trial has not concluded yet, right? The trial will continue tomorrow. It will conclude tomorrow. I will be testifying um on my behalf. I'll be waving my fifth amendment right. I was canvased today by the judge that he wanted to make sure that I knew that I had a fifth amendment right to remain silent. But there's really nothing I can say that can incriminate myself because I am innocent. This whole show here, this whole trial, this farce, everything here is because egos. State Attorney John Fehee, he has sworn loyalty to the police department because he has no backbone. And I'll just say uh to watch my language and get a little working on the control, but he has no backbone. The state's attorney here, he is a weasel and he is prosecuting me because he's scared of Fehee. Maybe he's scared of Fehee, you know, attacking him and spitting in his face. I just, you know, if the day ever happened, because now he's retired Sergeant Fehee, right? $100. Apparently Fehee's accelerated rehabilitation isn't working. Time to go, Fehey. Thanks, Billy. I appreciate you. But yeah, I don't think it is working. He was pitch red. He was so mad. He was so mad. He said I said something to him under my breath, but I don't know about that. That's alleged. We'll have to wait for the video evidence to confirm that. But, um, you know, at the end of the day, [sighs] it was interesting. It was interesting. Uh, would I get a lawyer? I saw somebody said, "Would I get a lawyer to do it again and do it again?" No. I like playing the lawyer. Even though I'm not a lawyer, I haven't I mean, I can't do anything to hurt myself. I'm innocent. We We all seen the video. The no trespassing sign was in the brush. It wasn't posted. The private road dead end, no turnaround, is not a no trespassing sign. This is a waste of resources. But guess what? It's not their resources. It's our resources they're wasting. That's why they're doing this. And I am confident, regardless of my lackluster performance as an attorney, that I will be found not guilty in this case. Not guilty. His wife was here. His wife testified. She was rather nice on the stand. She didn't go crazy like uh Brian Fehee. Again, Brian Fehee, he wants to talk about um a bad decision I made 15 years ago on the stand. You're a convicted felon. You're this, you're that. You know, it's always it o, you know, it really opens my eyes and it's it's crazy to me that somebody with such a violent history. I have a video in my possession of Sergeant Brian Fehee taking a man throwing him on the ground and stomping on his head on the pavement. I have other videos where he's assaulted me. I've had other videos. I have another video where he assaulted me again. We have the video in question when I knocked on his door where he pulled a gun on me and spit in my face and committed multiple felonies. But the difference between Fehee and I, and I know you're watching Fehee, because you're obsessed. I get it. But the difference between you and I, Fahhee, is that my bad decision happened 15 years ago. Your bad decisions happen on a daily basis. And I took accountability for my bad decision. You don't take accountability for your bad decisions because you're above the law. You're above the law, but you're not above consequence, right? The next time you're no longer a law enforcement officer. You can't hide behind that badge anymore. So, the next time you spit in somebody's face, and I'm sure there'll be a next time because I was told you've been spitting in people's faces your whole life and getting beat up for it. Um, I heard a lot of things about Fehee. Trust me, he was a correctional officer. He was stalking allegedly he was stalking this girl there and then she started dating a black guy and he started getting really racist about it. There's so many stories I heard. Maybe you already know, but that's alleged. I have no idea. But that's that's a thing I got. But apparently Jill Karanda, I looked her up. I was going to knock on her door. Kimberly Fehee testified. Uh, Brian Fehee testified. You trying to, you know, always trying to blame I, this should have been Brian Fehee on trial, right? Do we agree on that? Absolutely. It is. Apparently, he's a drug dealer. Fehe >> And he was arrested for selling drugs when he was a minor. Not a minor. He was 20 years old. I found a newspaper article where he was arrested for selling drugs and he got a sweetheart deal on that, too, where it never went on his record. So, think about this. He was arrested for selling drugs and then he mysteriously left the New London Police Department because apparently he was selling drugs as a cop. So Brian, when you call me a convicted felon, at least I'm not a piece of because you should have been the convicted felon here, not me. Well, maybe me, but not you, but definitely you [laughter] smug cop. The one that was like >> Oh, yeah. And then officer there the officer Ramansky was there. That was the guy that pulled up. If you guys remember, he's the guy that pulled up when I He's like, "Where's your hand? Show me your hands. Show me your hands. You got any weapons on you?" He was like, >> "Yeah." Private drive sign is generally not legally equivalent to a no trespassing sign. A private drive label indicates that the road or driveway is privately owned and maintained rather than the public. Um yeah, that's that's literally what it means. Private road, dead end, no turnaround. >> It's actually a dead end sign. >> Why did the judge suppress the video evidence? PS, a private road sign simply indicates it's not maintained by the municipality. It does not revoke the privilege or license that the public has. So, what was your question again? What I did get is all of the officers testifying that the body camera footage that the no trespassing there was a no trespassing sign there. I learned after the fact, but there was a no trespassing sign. We've seen in the body camera where they pick it up out of the bushes, right? So, all the officers stated that it was in the bushes and that it wasn't clearly posted. So that sign by itself and I got them to testify that they they literally passed the sign, the no trespassing private property sign. They passed the sign multiple times without seeing it. So that's all on the record. So they passed the signs without seeing it. How was I supposed to see it? If a law enforcement officer who's looking, who's conducting an investigation, who's trained to be observant, can't find a no trespassing sign because it's buried in the in the in the brush, how am I supposed to find it? Doesn't make any sense. That is true. Yeah. No video, but there's a lot of testimony. That's interesting. They dug through the bushes together. No one would have ever seen it otherwise. That is very true. Again, and then the private but the the state's attorney is up there and everybody could attest to this. He's up there putting up exhibits of this private road deadend no turnaround sign like that. He got the smoking gun. Like he's like, "Was that sign posted on your property?" They're like, "Yes, it was." Was it clearly posted? Yes, it was. Like, I'm going to testify tomorrow on day two tr day day two of the trial, which is the last day of the trial. I'm going to be testifying tomorrow and I'm going to tell the judge, "Yes, judge. I saw the private road sign. Dead end, no turnaround." It was clearly posted. I am I'm giving you that. Sure. But I didn't How was I supposed to know that meant don't go over there? I I no one's supposed to know that cuz it doesn't make any logical sense. It's obviously a sign for a vehicle to not pull in to indicate to them that you can't there's no outlet. It's like the same thing as like a no outlet sign, right? I mean, is it no outlet? What's next? A no outlet sign is now the new no trespassing sign. Is that next? >> It's crazy. Have you How is the video hearsay? Because it contains out of court statements. Um, but yeah, I I'm just like mind blown here because the prosecutor is putting on all these all all the photo evidence of this private drive, private road, dead end, no turnaround signs. Like he's like like he's like got the case right here, guys. I got it. Private private road, dead end. Clearly posted guilty. I call them tyrants because they are. Well, when you a private road doesn't indicate I I want to explain something. Private road indicates that the road is private. That's all it indicates. That's it. It's very simple. Private road, what does it indicate? That it is private road. It's not a public road. It doesn't mean that you can't go on it. I If for those of you who don't think I can knock on a door and have a license or privilege, Florida v. Jardines, Hardines, look it up. Supreme Court case. Everyone has a license or privilege to knock on somebody's door unless there's like a gate or something like that. Um, will they charge kids trick-or-treating? Right. I hate this fee. I'll pay whatever fine you get. Let's go. I don't think I'm going to get a fine. I'm going to win. I'm going to win. We're going to win. This fee incident has been going on for how long? This whole fee saga. Three years now. And this is not really the win, right? The win is the win. Let's be honest here. When I'm found not guilty and I'm positive, I'm confident I should say that I'll be found not guilty. When I'm found not guilty tomorrow, that's a win. But the real win is when Fehee sits in his depositions because his lawyer can't object to objection hearsay. Objection irrelevant. Like I couldn't ask him anything about him spitting in my face. I couldn't ask him anything about the gun. I couldn't ask him anything about anything other than the sign. All of my questions had to be about this stupid private road dead end no trespassing sign. That sign tells me go down the road and investigate why that sign is even there in the first place and how long has that sign been there. What date was it placed exactly? So Brian Fehee also did just to give you guys some more updates. Brian Fehee also did testify today that he has he's 90% [laughter] he said he's 90% positive that the sign was up. But he also doesn't know when's the last time he saw the sign that was the no trespassing sign, I should say. Remember, we're talking about two different signs. the no trespassing private property sign that was in the bushes and then not posted and then the posted signs of private road dead end no turnaround when it comes to the no trespassing sign private property he says I'm 90% positive that it's that it was there that day but I also don't know when's the last time I saw the sign there so >> so that's nothing I mean [laughter] So, you don't know basically. So, how do you you don't know the last time? How does this make sense? You don't know the last time you saw the sign, but you're 90% positive that it was there. How does that even make sense? It doesn't make sense. And what did his wife Kimberly Fehee say? She said the last time she saw the sign, she can't remember either. And it's been up there for 10 years almost. And that's it. I mean, no, no one has any evidence that this no trespassing sign was posted anywhere because it wasn't. It wasn't. The only thing this states attorney, this loser states attorney, this tyrant, this >> She also said that nobody ever knocked on her door. >> Oh, yeah. She's like, oh, cuz I was like, does anybody knock on your door? She's like, no, never. >> Witnesses for guys, >> right? I mean, private road signs are not enforced by laws. They're enforced by rules of the property owner. see any indication of rules besides the turnaround. No turnaround. Right. Exactly. So basically what that sign if it applies. So Brian Fe, he also testified today on the stand, which you all will see. You all will see. You're watching me now talking and I know I can't. I'm not that good, but you will see it eventually. Um, he also testified that the sign doesn't it means that the sign means that nobody should go there. So, if I were to take that sign for its literal meaning, private road, dead end, no turnaround. That means as soon as I pass that sign, oh, can't turn around. Can't turn around. There's no turn around here. Can't turn around. I got to walk straight, I guess, or something. I don't know. I don't know. Private drive doesn't mean no trespassing. Well, I hope the judge really comes to that conclusion. Judge Guinari, I hope the judge comes to that same conclusion as every one of us. 90% positive. Leaves reasonable doubts. So he just sh So just find you not guilty. The court will do their very best to protect Fehee. Of course they will. But I got faith in Judge Guinari. I got faith in him. He's going to do the right thing. He's going to be like, "Mr. Reyes, I find you not guilty of criminal trespass in the third degree." about that, how they tried to twist your words against >> Oh, yeah. And then I had do they brought they brought up a live stream that I did where I said that knows where the signs were, but they took it out of context. I didn't say that knew my Taheem Glover is my cameraman that day, the guy who saved my life. Tahhee Glover, I said that he knows where the he knew where the sign was. But I didn't say he knew that day. He didn't. No one saw the sign. This is what attorney Fay, he states attorney Fate, he doesn't understand or he does and he's just stupid and he does and he's trying to do this anyway. Malicious maliciously prosecute me because he has absolute immunity as a prosecutor. You don't got absolute immunity for a billboard truck after this case is over obviously. Every single one of us has a license or privilege to knock on anyone's door. Florida v. Hardines Supreme Court case. Look into it. Will you bring your cameraman to testify on Fehee's character? No. In Connecticut, private road sign generally tells you the road is not publicly owned or maintained. It does not necessarily give the same clear affirmative notice that the entry is forbidden. Of course, it doesn't. Of course, it doesn't. Yeah. Implied license. See, the exposure report knows. you have an implied license or privilege to go to someone's front door. Why do you think so?
