Okay, we're gonna wait for a couple people to get into the chat. Hello everybody. I'm Let me distribute >> uh let me distribute the link. Uh we are now live. We have a verdict. Uh let's get a couple people in here first. Uh welcome Pope Phil. >> Wait a minute. You need to do it. You need to do it dramatically. We have a verdict in the Chile. have a verdict. Uh yeah, in the Chile Dcastro case. Hold on. We have one person watching. So, let me throw this out there and get some people in here before we go any further. >> Uh and Miss Gia is joining us as well. >> Hello, Miss Gia. We are live on the air right now. Just waiting for a couple people to filter in >> uh to talk about the mess we just saw. >> Oh, >> and add her to the stream again. >> Uh we're up to nine people. I guess I can share it. Chilly just posted to his Instagram. They lost. IT'S OVER. >> [laughter] >> AND EVEN WORSE, the woman, he was complaining all day that the woman who was married to the retired cop was still on the jury, that this woman was abused and she was she would never vote his way or anything like that. And guess what? She voted as what? >> She was the jury foreman. >> Foreman. That's what. >> So, yes, she was the foreman. Uh, >> poor Chilly. >> Yeah. So, >> there's a lot more going on with Mr. Chile right now. There's a lot of news today, so we're just going to dive into some of it. But yes, Chile can appeal to the Ninth Circuit. He has been uh saying he was going to appeal to the Ninth Circuit this whole time. I mean even before the >> Now that's what I call confidence. >> Yeah. Even before this even, you know, came forward. Uh he was saying last week that he was appealing to the Ninth Circuit. >> He's facing an uphill battle because this was a jury verdict and they tend to not want to upset a jury verdict. And uh yeah uh hold on one second folks. Oh god. He didn't seem surprised in the Instagram. Uh we are awaiting the notes the things making it official. He also had said this morning that he had a big surprise every for everybody that he pulled out of his hat for a Friday the 13th surprise. He announced this surprise later in a video after we had already announced it, after Merb had already announced it, stating that today was was uh Valentine's Day and he was announcing his his uh his uh uh new lawsuit against the LBMPD exactly as we had called it for the Valentine's Day 2020. 24 incident where he crossed police tape twice and confronted police officers on the scene of a fatal uh car crash. >> Uh he is stating that he was arrested for filming cops. No, he was arrested for interfering in the crimes. >> Yeah, for us. Yeah, >> here we go again. >> And those and yes, uh Dr. DRK Dirk Lantern. Uh he already filed it. We are waiting for it's been filed, but the uh the complaint has not been scanned yet. So, we'll have that tonight on either hopefully it'll be here in time for our 8:00 show or I'll just stick it in the news article tonight uh along with the other documentation. >> You know where you can stick it, Jim? >> Yeah. [clears throat] Yes. >> Stick it, Jim. >> Uh really coolsite.org. really cool site oneword uh.org. We any our text files carry all of the documentations for uh everything that we have. Yes, I do. Zoe uh D7E I do want to thank MV for giving us a shout out earlier and for telling people to give me and Pock some money for our efforts last night. >> Another Zoe. Yeah, I I did not realize that uh they suddenly started charging me 30 cents a refresh on this case instead of the normal 10 cents. So, I was >> refreshing quite a bit last night. So, any donations help. Uh we also will be announcing our our grift that goes until uh the end of the marathon on Monday. We are looking to kill the uh kill or Mr. Griffy is leading the charge to kill the automod on our discord server. >> I have I have posted the bribe amount and if you guys come up with that bribe amount uh through super chats or through donations or whatever by the end of the marathon on Monday, we will let's see kill the uh kill the automod. We will give powers to Chi-Chi Rodriguez. We will make Chi-Chi Rodriguez the personal slave of RSN. And we will probably Oh, I I also have to give Griffy his own area and give him a personal greeting every day. And we will probably fire Gia for one month as she's requested for years. >> Yes. >> Yes. We will fire Gia for one month should we hit the $350 goal. >> Yes, >> you won't be banned. You'll just be fired. >> Yes, she'll be fired. Uh thank you Shriner Sean for the $5 super chat. Thanks for bringing us breaking news. Excellent coverage. Thank you so much. We've been working hard this week. >> Uh I do want I do want to address one thing for internet god. Uh I don't know that me is an appellet attorney. So he is not >> likely he would not uh stick with him through the appeals process because he's not an appellet attorney. >> Uh this is why me did not stick with him in the criminal case when he appealed it. He got a specialist to do that. A high powered specialist too. >> Uh Chile has next to no no way of Well, he may get it accepted by the Ninth Circuit, but yeah, >> I doubt it. I doubt it. >> I doubt it. You have to have reversible error first off. And I don't know that Chile just because Chile thinks it's reversible error of law doesn't make it reversible error of law. >> Well, again, >> again, a jury verdict is hard to get overturned. You have to have some bad jury instruction. Um, you have to have some error of law that the judge gave the jury. You have to prove that jury used some faulty thing. And it's just it's extremely difficult. >> Juries were all were all bribed by the police department to vote against him. >> Yeah, >> that's what happened. >> Now, >> this is this is not impossible, but it's hard. What Chile is saying is that last week the judge granted and didn't grant some of the inlim requests by the defense. Uh this included >> keeping away uh some of the uh sorry uh I just got documents. So we'll have documents up on Merb's Discord and on our Discord in a few minutes. They are trickling out here from this case. Again, if you were just joining us, De Castro was was not successful. Uh he will be >> to the Ninth Circuit. Yes. >> Well, I know I know he's upset over some of the unlimited things, but there they don't have anything to do with his case. Well, they do sort of because okay, throughout throughout this the proceedings here and throughout the whole case, the judge has said that if it comes down to uh what do you call it? Uh uh I'm going blank. What do you call it? The the not RAZ, but the other thing. I'm literally would just went blank. Uh >> probable cause. >> Probable cause. Yes. I'm sorry. I'm having an elder moment here. If it came down to probable cause, the probable cause found in the criminal case on a state level is a different standard than probable cause on a federal level. So, >> but a federal judge already looked at it and determined there is probable cause. So, I you know, it would be a losing in issue for him anyway. A federal judge looked at it and said that. In fact, this federal judge looked at it and said it, but gave Chile another shot at it because he was found innocent. But he told them that, "Okay, you you can look at it or he was found not he was the the guilty verdict was overturned on appeal, but he >> said, "Okay, you can look at it, but it's not coming into trial." He's been saying that for two years now. Two years worth of this stuff. >> Right. >> And then but Jill's Chilly's case is a damages case, right? He's suing them for damages, which has nothing to do with your criminal issue. Has to do with were you injured by the police using excessive force? >> And he didn't show that. He >> No, he didn't. He didn't show [laughter] anything. He just said it. >> He He literally had no evidence that he was injured. I mean, >> you know, you know what I think the defense should have done? I think the defense should have played the car ride to jail, >> right? >> Because he never once brought it up. [laughter] They >> uh they played enough of it of of things on the scene that it he was complaining about that. But he was also saying LVMPD, sorry. Uh he was also saying that uh he was fire on the stand. He everything he did was perfect. >> Mhm. everything and and absolutely no sense of self-awareness. Nothing. None. >> Yeah. >> None. >> Yeah. >> None. >> And that everything he did, he wanted to get AI >> AI actors. >> Yeah. >> AI actors. Yes. >> AI actors. >> That's a thing. That's a thing. AI actors. >> AI [laughter] actors. This guy is getting worse as he ages. I swear to God, he's losing his reality. >> Brain is is mush. >> Yeah. >> He want He wants his AI actors to recreate the crossexamination. And >> so everyone can see how it was just like in a movie. >> Uhhuh. >> I mean, >> yes. Yes. AI actors. Actors. >> Yes. Yes. That's like the real things. Yes. >> Now, mind you, the next thing he has to do is is well, they have to compile the record. They also have to pay for the transcripts, >> which you don't get them for free. And that's going to be another five grand. So um he had said that he is going to open up uh he he's going to open up another GoFundMe or extend the current GoFundMe in order to uh facilitate his appeal to the Ninth Circuit. And if the Ninth Circuit rules against him, he is going >> uh all the way to the Supreme Court. >> All the way. >> Yes. Yeah. >> Yes. all the way to the Supreme Court. >> Now, >> wasn't this always about his injury, >> his his massive injury >> and how he had to have surgery and he couldn't work and all the money he got out and where where the hell did all that go? >> Well, not on his owner nerve, but he got punched in the nuts. >> Yes. Because he he said you could hear it. He said, "You hit my nuts." But otherwise offered no other uh no other signs that he was injured. So he was hit in the nuts to the point where it caused debilitating injuries on the level where he should have had uh uh a million dollars granted to him. >> Yes. for his pain and suffering. >> Yes. >> And >> well, that didn't happen. Uh, so we've got the jury instruction. Sorry, just download jury instructions, the exhibit lists, things are trickling out quickly here. If we have more, I'm going to stick those over on our site. Now, the other thing that happened today, and again, if you're just joining us, uh, Mr. Dcastro did not win. he lost at trial. And the woman he has been de uh campaigning against, the woman who was married to the retired cop was apparently the jury foreman. So he is quite upset about that. He is swearing up and down that he will be going to the Ninth Circuit with this. >> Okay. >> So >> yeah. >> Okay. Uh, >> now I just I would hate to to point this out to you, Chile, and I I don't want to rub salt to your wound, but you could have had 10 grand. >> Yeah. >> Yes. >> They offered it to All you to do is take it. >> You could have had money. You could have had money. >> He He could have had uh this could This didn't have to go to trial. This did not have to go to trial. He was offered a settlement way back. And hey, Touché, welcome. uh he was offered a settlement way back in September of $10,000 and he basically told them to f off to the point where uh the magistrate judge who was handling it said um um they're so far off that we're not even going to have any more settlement talks. It's done. >> It's done. F this. I think he should have to pay his sanctions before he can file any more lawsuits anywhere. >> I wish that was a rule. >> Well, unfortunately, and we are sticking our GoFundMe and Pedox's buy me a coffee inside chat. Merb had talked about them on the air today. If you want to fund us or you want to fund uh the public documents, please, please, please. Uh this is getting expensive lately, so please help out if you can. Uh anything helps. Uh basically today he filed a new lawsuit. He filed against the LBMPD again >> and the little roulette ball landed on Judge Gordon. Boink. >> Yes. So he has Judge [laughter] Gordon in three cases. Well, now three one's resolved. He has it for the case against Clark County where he missed the deadline. And this will come into uh this will come into play in a couple minutes, I promise. He missed the deadline to serve the judges in the Clark County case by 11 days now. He has not served those judges. That's the third time he's had an extension and he has not served the judges in their personal capacities. Now, he then filed today in his uh in his he was he was touting it the Friday the 13th surprise. I >> um he is again, for those joining us, he is now going to sue over the Valentine's Day case where he went through police tape twice to confront police at a fatal crime scene. got arrested for it. They ultimately did not follow through on the charges. I mean, he he was arraigned. He he had an ROR bond and he went about his way without paying anything, but he is suing over that one. Uh we don't have details yet. We'll have details in the paper and details uh in uh hopefully by by the time tonight. Sorry, I'm the wrong I have the big reader one up. They they violated his rights by putting up do not cross. >> Right. >> So, uh he says he was arrested in that one for filming the police when again they said we don't give a [ __ ] that you're filming. You're just in the crime scene and we can't have you here right now. >> They tried to direct him out of it. They tried to get him to move out of [laughter] the scene. Now the problem is you have to not only be able to read, you have to be able to comprehend. >> Yes. And there is no sign that that in our opinion he knows what the hell he's doing about anything at any time. >> Did he do something in Oklahoma, too? >> That's what Dirk Lantern is. And this is where uh his um let's say his ability to miss a deadline is now infamous. So in Oklahoma today he filed paperwork. Basically it's been a day past what he says the Oklahoma Hey Facebook Aaron. Uh the Oklahoma Okay. in Oklahoma he is being prosecuted. It's a civil uh it's a criminal case >> for his molesting of the police cars back in September of last year or his alleged uh molesting of the police cars last year. >> I believe they have DNA. I believe they have DNA from that from his molesting the police. >> Uh I don't know. I don't want to know. [laughter] Don't want to see his little DNA. Uh >> is the car an Andy or an Audi? [laughter] There were three cars. So it was a formal >> war women watching. So >> yes. So what he did uh well what he did in today's filing is he's trying to say that it's been 20 days since he filed his motions and nobody replied. So under Oklahoma law, they can't reply anymore and everything he's wanted should be granted to him. >> Unfortunately, he's quoting Oklahoma civil procedure. >> Yes. >> In a criminal. Oops. Oops. Now, as as you would learn from my Monday show when we watch Saab Sense in court, civil proceeding doesn't fly in criminal court. >> Yes. >> And and we thank Merb for pointing this out. Uh Merb was just like he's a [ __ ] idiot. So, [laughter] >> uh and I believe that's that's a quote over from Merb server. He's a [ __ ] idiot. He he doesn't understand. Uh I don't know >> that sentiment is is uh very loud in Oklahoma as well. He's a [ __ ] >> The thing is Chile is like we just said 12 days late in serving those judges in his case in California. 12 days. He had been 30 something days late in responding in that same case to the motion to dismiss. In his uh Iron case that he filed in Las Vegas but is now back in Ohio. He was like three months late in responding to a motion to dismiss. He was also in that case almost six months late and even attempting to serve anybody after he had gotten a month extension of service. So this even if the rules were proper in the Oklahoma case, he gave them one day before filing a default against them. One day. one day when he's had so much leeway in every other case. So yeah, uh >> well, okay, but if you can't if you can't get right in the in what court procedures you're in, of course it makes sense to you, >> right? [laughter] >> You're not even following the proper procedure. >> I I am boggled right now. I mean, we're just chilling. Uh, thank you, Touche, for gifting uh a membership. Not uh Yeah, it's going too fast. Sorry. Give me a sec. Let me The cat is sitting on my mouse right now. So, >> yeah. >> On your mouse. On your mouse. >> That's what you call it now, huh? >> Uh yeah. Thank you to Shay for gifting five [laughter] gifting memberships. They went to Bad Rooster Studios, Marky Roth, Bazinga, Sue Exponte, and what you gonna do. Uh, and Mrs. Tom says, "Touche, you sound fantastic." >> Thank you. >> You do, D. >> Oh, uh, again, those joining us, Chile lost. We are waiting for the paperwork. uh he's vowing his appeal to the Ninth Circuit. We don't have much more for you than that. We'll be back with you tonight at 8 o'clock Eastern where we will be going over everything we have. I will be posting I think I just got the jury instructions and the exhibit lists. Uh we'll be sticking those up on our uh Discord server. If you want to uh donate, we I put the donation link inside chat just a few minutes ago. It's scrolling on the bottom screen. >> Of course you did, you bastard. >> Yeah, of course I did because I have to pay bills next month. So yeah, let's see if I still have it. Uh I'm going to put it inside chat one more time. Don't just stop at us. Please give uh pedox who is he runs the public documents of Chile Dcastro uh he's taking a tremendous risk because Chile is quite latigious when Chile came at us last month he was actually looking for Pox when Chile decided to uh decided to prosecute us uh for whatever reason >> persecute persecute us >> us Yes, you will never find him. He is in my basement. >> He is safe. >> Vlad >> drinking coffee >> and typing furiously. He's safe. >> Is he watching over Vlad for you? >> Yes, he is. He is. He's Vlad's buddy now. They're both doing fine. Don't even look for him. >> And there's an invite to our Discord server. You'll go to the Chile Dcastro fan club. The Chile Dcastro fan club started over at Kate Peter's server. When she went down a couple years ago, her server was demolished for whatever reason. We took it over on our server. Uh most of the folks from her server went to our server. We aren't trying to steal from her. She's got her own Chile server over there right now again, but uh and we didn't give it back. >> Yeah. Well, ours is taking most of the heat from Chile. Uh, let's go through a couple of these. Thank you, Tube Sock, for the $2 super chat. Uh, Chile has won the $5 million. Yay. [laughter] $5 million. >> Yeah. Big party in Vegas, everybody. Go to Vegas. Go Vegas. >> He won the He won the lawsuit. He filed for Floyd. >> $5 million. >> $5 million. Uh, yeah. We'll get to that in one second. Parson says, "Super chat $2. Was Chile wearing a puffy jacket?" No, he was wearing his suit jacket. Uh, we do have a couple of notes on that. Last night, Chile was deject Well, well, he was a mix of elation, dejected, and what looked to be to me, my opinion, he was high out of his mind, and he got worse. He did half an hour on YouTube, then he went to Instagram, and the Instagram feed is the one you're going to want to watch. I haven't linked to the news story on reallycoolsite.org from last night. Uh, basically he got weird and he got trippy and between the two he admitted that he should never have put a dollar amount in any of his lawsuits because he gets hit with the accusation that he's only out to make money, which is a dud to all of us. Oh, >> if you're filing a lawsuit for damages, you have to put a dollar amount in it. >> Yeah. [laughter] >> And then him saying he won't stop then he says he won't stop and he's going to cost them money by refiling things. >> Yes. >> Yes. Uh he also explained last night that it was a mistake to name so many goddamn cops and that the failure to intervene charge was uh thrown threw him for a loop because it added four cops to the witness list who all basically got a chance to refute his statements and basically uh say what great people the the cops are. Uh to recap for Virgo, who just came in the room, Virgo, long time uh Virgo Wraith, long time uh listener, >> long time listener. He's never called in. He's never called >> in. That's right. >> A long time. Never called in. >> Virgo Chile lost and the woman he was bitching about was the jury foreman. So there you go. Uh he has also filed his new lawsuit against the LBMPD over the Valentine's incident two years ago almost to the day where he was arrested for uh interference in a crime scene. I thought control. >> I thought he was a law. >> Hey, dick bag. >> Thought he was. >> Well, well, he gets to show that off because he does not have a lawyer in any of these other cases except for the Irish demon one where he is Newman >> and you know, so he's going to get to show his skills off. >> He already has >> in court as his own. Uh he gets to cross-examine people coming up. >> Oh, that'll be hysterical. >> Any of these go to trial. >> He doesn't know how to. And when he got that that driving ticket in Arizona >> and he was on that Zoom with the judge, >> he kept testifying as he was questioning the cop. He got corrected about 50 times to stop testifying. >> Okay, Touché, go ahead with your question. How long before we gofundme for ro gain? >> Uh I don't know. I might need it too cuz my hair is not coming in so fast up top. My beard is coming >> for those who missed that. Griff, we uh Yeah, they bribed me to sh >> We shaved his head. We shaved his head. >> Well, he lost. >> I lost. >> Goatssworth. Nope. He he lost uh basically yeah uh dickbag patrol. He is now claiming that Brandon Bourke committed perjury and that the judge said that Brandon Bourke committed perjury >> which the judge did not do. >> There's been no finding of perjury but everyone despite Chile repeating it, despite Chile's uh focus, >> he said it on the stand, too. Yeah, he he he tried to say it on >> cleared the courtroom. Shut up, Kelly. >> It was a The defense tried for a mistrial, did not get it, but they are preserving that. They had preserved that in case they lost, the unlikely uh the unlikely event that they lost. Chile has put up a number of Instagrams today. Also, uh, he filed his new lawsuit against the LVMPD for the Valentine's Day incident and he filed a new >> massacre. >> Yeah. Massacre. Yes. Uh, he filed a new filing in the criminal case in Oklahoma trying to hold the Oklahoma folks to civil procedure. >> Civil law case. >> Well, no, he thinks he thinks he is doing it correctly. >> Yes, >> that's the problem. He thinks he's doing it correctly. um because he filed a motion uh for the uh their uh lack of response to be taken into his credit and these things should be taken care of, >> right? >> And the problem is he's facing a criminal trial and they don't have to do that, >> right? Oh, yeah. and the Oklahoma the Oklahoma website is so screwed up and we know this for all the times that we've dealt with it trying to get information on both Floyd Wallace when Floyd Wallace before Floyd Wallace was arrested in Brazil and on Jason Dalahhide. Uh yeah, that that they could have filed a response. We just never see it because it'll never pop up. Uh Oklahoma's just like that in their court. Thanks. Uh Jack Begley, thank you and welcome. Yeah, Chile uh the other day Chile said that they were trying to put he was upset that they had called him a vexacious litigant in the opening statements. And then he said literally says on his Instagram that he is not a vexacious litigant. He only has eight outstanding federal civil rights lawsuits. >> None of them none of them work. But yeah, he's not vexacious. >> Yeah, he >> all of them are [ __ ] but not >> uh also giving an update because we're going to get out of here in about five minutes and then we'll be back with you at 8 o'clock tonight. Uh I know Tomatoes wants us to stay. My voice isn't going to hold up for this. I I got to get some cough syrup in me because I feel like [ __ ] Uh but And he's coming down, folks. You don't want to see him on his golf. That's bad. >> Yeah, you don't want to see me. Uh yeah. Plus, I I made a mistake yesterday when I had the the uh cuz I wasn't feeling well when I placed the order, and for some reason, I chose honey mustard uh [laughter] sauce for my for my nuggets. I thought it was hot mustard. And I am deathly allergic to honey. Yeah. So yeah, good job, Jim. And I ate it too without thinking cuz I was sitting here on the ears so we could see you going into anaphylactic shock. Damn it. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I didn't die, but I've got the after effects now. Anyway, but the point I wanted to get to, my my my famous ADD is is with us. The point I wanted to get to is today or last late last night he announced that his uh the lawsuit against Blue Bacon was still in appeal. The trouble is we can't find any record of that. He announced [laughter] the appeal. He did tell the court he was appealing but he never he never file took the next step which was enter the appeal. Have to actually file the appeal. Well, it's even worse than that. You have to file the compile the record is step one. Compile the record, get the transcripts, take this transcripts to I think it's the second circuit in California second circuit. Uh I'm probably citing that wrong, but it all has very very strict deadlines that he had to follow and he didn't even compile the record. He is like I think he had like 45 days to do that and now that's like 45 days since he should have done that. So even [clears throat] the the California Appeals Court is a no [ __ ] court. >> Yes. >> They're not going to give him a second chance here. So that case is all but dead unless he gets a miracle. He still owes Blue Bacon $15,000 uh in sanctions. >> Now, you could have got 10 grand to pay that off, Tilly. You could have got 10 grand to pay that off. >> He could have. And he's gotten like over $13,000 from his GoFundMe over the past week. 13 grand. That is more That's almost more than what we've made in two years with our GoFundMe. if he sits if he gets his $16,000 goal, he's, you know, a couple hundred uh behind us, but he made that in three weeks. And what is considering any anyone considering giving to Chile, please give to us. We'll put it to better use. >> Yes, we will put it to better use. Uh, seriously. Uh, let's see. uninstructed injury to Okay, so there is some presiding juror total damages zero. Everybody put in zero for the damages that they're awarding Chile. Uh let me actually look in these things before we go because I I just >> It's one of those days. >> Zero. >> Zero. We He didn't even get He didn't even get the obligatory Well, we agree with you, but we don't think you proved it. Dollar, >> right? Keep talking, Phil, while I take a look uh at one more document. Dom, >> I know I can't help it. I I have a a uh serotonin uh dopamine boost here. This has just made my day. My day is a little brighter. >> Okay. Okay. >> We have the minutes. I am downloading the minutes of the procedures right now. Uh court minutes and we have the jury verdict, the actual verdict. We've got that. Uh downloading now. Uh okay, I will bring the verdict on the screen. Uh you're Oh, goody. You're going to love this, folks. You're going to love this. Uh we have the juror's actual verdict sheet. I'm not making this up. Uh, let's make sure I get the right one before my voice dies. Here we go. Can you read that, guys? >> Well, I'm on my phone, so no, >> I can read it. We, the jury, and the above, titled action, having fully deliberated in this matter, unanimously find the following. False arrest claim apparent uh against Bourke. Did Bourc have probable cause to arrest? Oh, sorry folks. >> We made it. >> Uh, sorry. I'm I'm just sticking our our things up. I'm the only one on uh someone's asking. I'm the only one on on panel that has a YouTube channel that active right now. >> Did Bour have probable cause to arrest Jose for obstructing public office or resisting arrest? Yes. >> Yes. So [laughter] that Bour had probable cause. >> Probable cause. Yep. which was at the heart of this. Uh, let me get back to that, too. Sorry, I got to the wrong tab here. If you answered no, how much it award? Uh, skip down to number three. Did Brandon Bourke violate Jose Dcastro's right to free and unreasonable searches? Again, we're skipping that one. Excessive force. Oh crap. Did Brandon Bourke batter or ex or or use excessive force against Joseé Diccastro? No. Uh, excessive force and battery claims against Sandival. Did Sandival batter or use excessive force against Jose Dcastro? No. Uh, skipping down. Skipping down. There is Did they fail to intervene? Uh, apparently they didn't have to answer that one. Going down. Going down. Going down. Two. If you answered yes to question one, did defendant BL Brandon Bourke arrest plaintiff Jose Dcastro when other similarly situated individuals not engaged not engaged in the same sort of protected speaker. Typically not arrested. No. So he could not prove that other people got special treatment. >> Yeah. >> Selective enforcement claim. Did Brandon Bourke selectively enforce the law against Jose Dcastro based on his filming or speech? >> No. >> This is a new >> 0000 [clears throat] nominal damages. >> How much should you award Jose Dcastro? Zero across the board. Zero from anybody. Punitive damages. Is Jose Dcastro entitled to punitive damages against any one of the following? >> No. No. >> To quote something. That would be a no. >> God, look at all those arrows. This is his life summary. This is it. >> As I instructed you, Jose Dcastro cannot recover damages more than once for the same injury. What is the total amount of damages you are awarding to Jose DiCastro on the following claims? False arrest, zero. Improper search and seizure, invasion, priv privacy, left blank because it it doesn't come into play. Excessive force battery, zero. First amendment retaliation, selective enforcement, zero. Nominal damages, zero. Punitive damages, zero. Grand total, zero. >> Zero, zero. Zil zero >> zero. >> Now, >> go ahead. >> My response to Lisa's comment is that's the fact, Jack. >> Yeah. >> And I I'm sorry I can't see your comment right now. So, uh, >> all those zeros are a thing of beauty. >> So, I have to call stripes. That's the fact, Jack. >> Yep. Yep. Uh, let me get back to our window so I can share the court minutes. Uh, hold on. I I could have done it from the minutes themselves. Yes, this is me without cold cough syrup on a day like this. Let's go to the court minutes. Minutes of proceedings. Can you guys see that? Because I can't see my screen right now. >> Yes. >> Did the Okay. >> I can't read it, but I can see it. Well, it's on your phone. So, uh, >> I'm old and I have old man eyes. >> Yes.
