And good. >> Good. >> Good day. Good day. Good day. Yep. >> Yes. Uh uh pants. You never saw that one before? That's our special events opening. We've had that for a month now. Uh yeah. And yeah, that's that's our special events opening. So, I'm glad you enjoyed it. Yes, it is a special day as we're doing some football picks and starting a little bit early even though where the hell is >> Mr. Pope Phil. Mr. Pope Phil is supposed to be here as he and Mr. NCR are joining into a blessed union today. >> Well, hold on. If if I'm becoming affiliated with the pope, then I need a change. Well, well, you better get your change on cuz cuz I will be overseeing your circumcisions. I mean your uh marital aids. >> Oh, >> as you not >> uh as you join into your union tonight. Also, if you notice this the stream at the bottom or the the the scroll at the bottom of the screen, we're still seeking $165 in donations tonight. uh four or $265 total for me to shave my head next Tuesday on camera. And if we get >> if we get the $265, we will I will be punished for the rest of the week by having to be on camera the rest of the week with a bald hat. This is revenge from Mr. Pope Phil, who's got a litany of things that I've done. Hi, Michael. Him off. So, uh, yeah. Uh, we've got tons of stuff, but this week we have Mr. Randall, the unhinged attorney, Newman Esquire, uh, with us to do Pro Bowl picks. That's right. The Pro Bowl flag football for the NFL will be held on Tuesday, and it counts towards our goal. Uh, look who's in chat, Mr. Newman. Uh, >> hi June. >> Hi June. >> Hello June. >> Hi June. Welcome. Uh, >> Randy, you're not going to say hello to your beloved. >> Yeah, I did. Hello, June. I I texted her. Sorry. >> You're romantic fool. >> Romantic fool. >> Romance is in the air tonight. So, yes, the glare from my bald head would be intense if it would happen. Uh yeah, we've got till the end of the night and that'll if it comes in through super chats that'll be paid paid to us uh February 21stish and that'll bring us back from the deficit that we are currently in. Uh we are down greatly from our normal thanks to January. Uh Mr. As another creator, Mr. NCR, does January suck on YouTube or what? >> Oh god, it does. I barely scratched towards my goal for the month that I need. I'll be fine. I'm supposed to be getting some stuff from sponsor hopefully. If not, well, I guess it's back to the salt mines. >> Yeah, they're just hasn't Go ahead. Uh, >> you made more than me. >> Yeah, but you're not monetized. >> I got one follower, I think, this month. >> One follower. I can piss you over like you count. >> Oh, Randy. >> But I like to do that, >> Randy. >> Uh, let's since we are stalling until Phil wakes up, uh, and we haven't heard from Miss Tusha on our pick yet. Uh, Mr. Newman, uh, today Mr. uh, our our most favorite fan, Dr. Dave announced that he is being fake sueded by audit them. >> Fake sueded. >> Yes, fake sedu. Is >> that a term? >> I don't know. >> He said he got documents in the mail from And yes, Pants, he knows we were starting early, but he may be asleep again. Uh, in in fact, he he he even said he was going to tell us uh something about his union. I don't know what that means. Anyway, he was fake sued. He says he got for a form in the mail from Audit Them that was some sort of motion to change an upcoming hearing because apparently audit them is suing them in or suing him in Illinois state court for defam defamation. apparently. >> Uhhuh. >> This was a motion form in order to change an upcoming hearing uh to add new stuff or something to it. Now, have you ever heard of a motion being served by a form distribution? >> Well, don't you have to serve him first before you can do anything? Yeah, that's he's re received no service and according to this uh according to to what audit them was claiming and this this was this this lawsuit's been going on for some time, but he's never with it. And this was a personal uh mail to him from uh from audit them. It went to his personal address from audit them address wherever he's staying. Hello Pope Bill. We'll get to see you in a second. >> Where is he? Where is he uh squatting now? uh apparently his mother's uh care facility or something or >> he's at his mother's care facility. >> Uh we don't know that. That's just me speculating. It was some sort of he he speculated. So, uh it it's not as bad as when Jeremiah Payne did that and got his mother kicked out of her >> Yes. >> care facility. >> That was classic. That was classic. Yes. But yeah, he he implied that it was some sort of care facility. So >> he's in my old HUD >> that do >> Yeah, >> yeah, you can make a couple of of calls and >> Yeah, maybe you should call up the um you know um garbage people you have and >> have some of the pickup. Yeah, do a pickup. Yeah, do a pickup. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> You know, because I'm sure the smell is very nice. right now. >> That's >> uh uh Randy, I don't know if you know this or not. Gia used to date Whitey Vulture. >> Uhhuh. >> So, she's mobbed up. >> She is a mob girl. >> Yep. Yep. >> Uh yes, Tomatoes. We did say Jerry Payne and Jeremiah Payne. Uh his most recent thing was he said his daughter was snowboarding when in fact she was taking a sled down a hill. So apparently he doesn't know what snowboarding is. And yes, I know you want your spaghettiio's and Dr. Pepper. We all >> I'm having Dr. Pepper right now. It's very refreshing. Very refreshing. >> Very, very, very refreshing. >> Ice cold. Very refreshing. >> Uh I like the vanilla Dr. Pepper if you can find it. >> That was pretty good. >> So that was actually pretty good, too. All right. As we have most of our panel here and I'll ask Touche privately for her picks as we there are no animals involved. Uh we're going to make our Pro Bowl picks and I know the Pro Bowl is a laugh of a game. It's flag football 11 on 11, but it counts towards our ultimate football picks. If Randy and I if Randy fails and Gia Wins on both of the remaining picks, our overall uh standings will go to a tie. Now, anyone can change their picks within the first couple of minutes of making their picks. So, we will start with Miss Gia as agreed to by Mr. for Ry's terms and conditions. >> Oh, >> Miss Gia, do you want the AFC or the NFC to win? The Bears are in the NFC. >> Uh, I think you answered your own question. >> I don't know. >> You don't know. >> And >> now, Mr. Randy as leader. AFC or NFC? >> NFC. >> Miss Gia, do you want to change your pick? >> AFC. >> Oh, I want to change mine, too. >> AFC. See, see the rule was supposed to be Jim that that Gia gets to change her pick. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. But he he wouldn't agree to that. That's >> that's why it doesn't matter what he agrees to. Gia owns the station. Folks, remember remember if you want to punish Jim for his crimes against the cast, including Pope II, please see the scroll at the bottom of the screen. Uh we've got until the end of tonight for anything to count towards our monthly YouTube uh whatever. And uh yeah, Mr. NCR just left, so we can't get his pick. Uh Pope Phil, AFC or NFC? Well, I I I would just like to make one one brief announcement before I do. >> Yes. >> NCR and I are forming a union. >> Wait, not yet. We'll get to your union, your union, your blessed holy union after we do the football picks. >> So So, >> uh NFC NFC >> NFC NFC. Uh so Mr. Randy doesn't have to sit through all of that. Uh because I know Mr. Randy doesn't want to sit here through another wedding ceremony. Yes. The marriage. >> Different kind of union. >> The marriage of Okay. So So it it's it's an unholy union since it's between whatever NCR's icon is now, but it's the merging of two churches. The merging of two churches. Uh you're merging on camera apparently. So yeah, uh, Mr. NCR, as soon as you can come back to us, please give us your pick of NFC or AFC. NFC or AFC. >> Personally, it's like >> Christine's at bingo. That's how old she is. >> Yeah. My grandma used to be the queen of bingo. Yeah. >> Seriously. >> Yeah. I used to take my grandma to bingo. I love doing that for her, but it's so beyond boring to me now. I won't go. So, she loves bingo. I refuse. Yep. I refuse. >> Well, for the first year, I worked uh I was the web master, the original web master for Extreme Championship Wrestling out of Philadelphia. Well, for the first year, uh, the place that they held the matches in Philadelphia was literally a bingo hall, and we had until midnight to get out of the parking lot, or else the old ladies for midnight bingo would come and try to kill us all. They would literally run you down in the parking lot. It was actually terrifying and awesome at the same time >> for that first year. >> Uh, Mr. NCR, please come back to us. And welcome back, Randy. You're trying to leave early. >> My internet went out. >> That's I take Randall to bingo. I do. >> See, Randy, >> you know, never met Randall. >> The power of Gia's mob connection. >> I would love to meet Randall someday and take him and uh his beautiful significant other to dinner. I would love to do that. I would love to do that. >> To feed Randy to the fishes. That's what you'd like to do? >> No. No. >> Cement shoes and a cement menu. Is Is that what >> you and June You and June can go on your merry way? >> You take us to the Arches, Newport Beach. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Or Mastros Costa Mesa. >> Yeah. Down with that. I'm cool. I'm cool. >> Jerry Ste Randy. She she beats uh going to McDonald's with uh with what's his name? Liberty Troll. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I see. >> Michael Wyatt. Yeah. >> Yeah. It's right by the performing arts center. >> No, Mr. NCR, it is up to you to make the pick. Do you want the AFC with both Randy and Gia who have 24 hours to change their picks? Uh, >> go ahead. >> Yes, you have 24 hours to change your picks privately to me, Gia. Or or do you want the NFC, which is the home of the Chicago Bears, which is strange that Gia would pick against her home of the Bears because they suck. They suck. >> Can I sell my point if I win? >> Uh, yes. 100 bucks. Give me 100 bucks. Cold hard donation. >> No, no, no. >> Yes. >> Papa over here needs the money. >> No, no, no, no. It would go to us and Yes. >> Well, can I donate the pick then? >> Uh, yes. A 100 bucks donation towards me. Yes, you can cuz I I >> It's not fair. I get I get screwed. Just make your pick. Make your pick. >> Uh, what whatever division Ohio's in. I don't care. Uh, I think they're both in There's one in NFC and one in AFC, isn't there, Phil? >> Both AFC. >> Oh, they're both AFC. >> Well, then the same division. >> Yeah, >> I pay attention to anything in Ohio. >> RC North thing, right? >> Football. Oh, >> then why are the two Texas teams in different divi or No, they're in the same >> No, they're different divisions. >> Yeah, they're different divisions. >> So, there could be an all Texas Super Bowl. >> Yeah, but why would anyone want that? >> And Michael, yes, there were some times with ECW. >> There could be an all New York Super Bowl, too, but it's never going to happen in any one of our lifetimes. >> Yes. And we will have our picks next Saturday for Super Bowl Sunday where the Seattle Seahawks take on Phil's New England Patriots. >> Phil. >> Yes. >> Phil. >> Yep. Yep. My New England Patriots. >> Yeah. Now >> I have been a fan for all of five whole minutes. >> Best team ever. >> Yep. >> Best team ever. Yes. >> Yep. >> So, best team ever. >> Like his socks. He changes every five minutes. >> Yes. >> No, I keep the Red Sox. I keep the Red Sox through everything. >> I told you the Red Sox through everything. >> He is a Bostononian. And if he was given the chance, he would marry a red head from Boston. >> In fact, how do we know his wife is not a redhead from Boston? >> You don't. >> Gorgeous. You don't. >> Gorgeous. Oh, that's why we know because there's no gorgeous women in >> he has said >> he would not trade that woman for anything. >> Yes. >> Well, you know, there's a few things I'd trade for. >> Christ almighty. >> Good lord. So, we will get two Shay's a fan side chat, please. AFC or NFC. Michael says AFC. So, we'll record the one vote for AFC. And remember, everyone who wants to change their vote should uh contact me privately within the next 24 hours. We we have some sort of controversy and maybe Randy Falls. Maybe Randy Falls. And this isn't a lock. Maybe it comes down to the Super Bowl this year. Maybe Randy, >> I would only tie anyhow. You said right. >> Yes, it would be a tie. >> Yeah. >> If she gets everything right. >> We did good. We did good though, Randy. We did good. >> Yeah. >> I know nothing about football and we did good. Yeah. >> Yeah. You're at 11. She's at nine. the potential is for a tie at 11 if she gets them both right. But then you would have one of you would have to go against this mighty Seattle Seahawks in the Super Bowl. That's >> that's Yeah. And break my poor little heart. >> Oh, we'll just steal a new heart for you. >> Yeah, I got a heart. When did he get away? >> Well, uh uh on that glorious note, please remember the scroll at the bottom of the screen. If you'd like to buy me a new heart, I can probably get one with that sort of money. Probably a cat heart, but I don't know. >> Well, I'll talk to my guy. I'll see what I can get you. >> That's >> Hi, sweet wife. >> Hi, sweet wifey. You're the guy for everything. >> So, anyho, uh Randy, do you want to stick around for the chili talk we're about to have? I'll listen to it. Yeah, why not? >> Okay. Chile Castro last night went live from the supposed LA Riots. Uh LA Riots. And this is a mockup of Well, it's what he was wearing, but someone else I couldn't find the original, so we'll just go with this uh magical photo of He was wearing the hat. Uh, and he was wearing Well, no, it just Okay. Anyway, uh, yeah, he was wearing a version of this ensemble. Maybe not this version of the ensemble, but let's just go with it anyway. Window. Uh, this is an approximation of what he looked like last night. Yes. Uh, his name is Chile. If found, call 911. He loves cops. Uh he was wearing the headgear and he was wearing the press hoodie instead. But yes, that was Chile Castro last night in downtown LA. Uh he said he was inspired by the riots that he was hearing about on YouTube. So he went the 10 minutes from home to downtown LA where these riots supposedly happened. He did see the spot where he uh basically was assaulted, he said, by the two men. He did not mention the two girls or the group of girls who scared him. He said it was an assault at the spot. Uh but he did not find any at all any at all riots going on or anyone out of line or anyone out of sorts. Now he added a couple of things last night. He said he's on the keto diet now. He has not had sugar since uh January 3rd. And basically uh yeah, he he he's not going to get tempted. He's going to get down to 180 lbs. That's what he was in college is what he said. I asked I I mouth the word just like you did. College. When was he actually in college? Uh he also let it slip that he was a ad executive or a sales executive in New York City for some time before he became an auditor. So, >> you only go on street corner to give out flyers for scores does not make you an ad executive. Just saying. >> He he says he was an ad executive. Uh so today he went live and today while he was live he did a fundraiser for himself. He's seeking $5,000 to get a consultant. And this consultant is supposed to prepare his witnesses. He's a witness preparation specialist who is supposed to uh prepare himself and his attorney for going to court >> uh on the night. So he needs an immediate n or $5,000. And sadly Mr. Chile was in tears. Oh yeah, he has no witnesses announced so far. So yeah, uh he has no witnesses for the ninth and this guy is supposed to prepare him and Michael me for the court going >> okay >> to >> Yes. He was in tears at the end of the hour and 15 minutes or so because he only made $89 out of 5,000. He said >> for fears perhaps. >> Well, he was in near I'll say near tears. Uh that's sort of like New Coke. Yes, Phil. New Coke. Your favorite thing in the world. >> Yes, that's what that's when you uh snort new print instead of cocaine. That's right. >> No, no, no, no. That's when you snort Argentina Coke instead of Colombia. >> Oh, okay. Well, uh, in fact, let me check his his current total if I still have it. Uh, he currently out of >> he has raised $164. >> Wow. >> So far. >> Wow. >> So far. So there you go. Now, he was also saying that he can raise so much money for people on live streams, but when it comes to raising it for himself, people don't care. >> Oh, Chile, just call me. Call me, baby. Call me. >> Yeah, call me. >> Yes, >> I'll help. >> People just don't care about Chile Dcastro. and he was feeling down about it and uh he cut short. And even Hey, Gothic Sparrow, welcome. Hope you're feeling better. >> I got it, Phil. I'm on it. >> Okay. Uh even uh even the song by Chvy which was was saying that he's the governor of Oregon uh did not bring a smile to his face as he was going away from his live stream. So there you have it. Poor Chile. Poor poor Chile. Uh, will you help pay five grand for his >> absolutely >> consultant? >> Absolutely. >> Five grand. >> I believe I believe I believe. I believe. I have my ra my my arms raised and I'm saying I believe. >> Yes. >> You believe. But will you clap? >> I believe. I believe. >> I believe. I believe. Yep. Will you clap and and and say that will you bring Tinkerbell I mean Chile back to life? They're about the same size. Uh will you bring Chile back to life with your clapping? Applaud folks. Applaud as we thank Dave for the $10 super chat. So he's a little short both in funs and height. >> Uh we are applying Dave's $10 to the tally towards me shaving my head on Tuesday if that is to happen. Uh, thank you. >> It'll happen. It'll happen. >> How's it going to happen? We're not going to make the money. >> It'll happen. >> That's not happening. So, uh, >> I'm pretty sure you haven't checked PayPal in a while. >> Why would any remember it says Goofund me? It says it says super chats. It doesn't say GoFundMe. That's >> It was GoFundMe. It was PayPal. I think you need to check PayPal. >> Why would anyone send me PayPal >> to shave your head? >> Why would you would anyone want to see that? That is not >> Because it's funny. Because it's funny. >> Because it's funny. >> Yeah. >> Why would Let me look. >> Made him look. >> Made him look. Dirty crack. >> You're a rat bastard. But thankfully, it wasn't enough. It wasn't It was only to get me to shave my head. It was not enough for me to be on camera for all we >> That will happen. That will happen. >> I have faith. I have faith. >> Uhhuh. So, folks, we we have a a generous PayPal donation that is forcing me to shave my head on camera on Tuesday by some rat bastard who shall remain anonymous. Yeah, right. Uh, does it even say who? It doesn't even say who. >> Wasn't me. >> It doesn't even say, >> but they called him in the shower. wasn't me. >> Oh, good lord. >> I'm funding I'm funding too much [ __ ] right now. >> Well, you're you're funding us getting that meal with with Randy. That's >> Yeah. No, that's that's my pleasure. That's my pleasure. >> That would be >> That would be a pleasure. >> I heard that about five weeks ago. >> And I'm getting the crab legs. Oh god, I'm gonna get >> Bill. How did the MS How did the misses even give you let you go through with this? >> Somebody had to film it. >> Oh my god. >> You don't know the thing she's into. You think she's all freaking innocent? No, I meant assuming this was from you, why why would the the why would she allow you to spend money, you rat bastard. >> Funny. Because it's funny. >> Good lord. So, if you'd like to see me bald on camera all next week, good lord. Which is not gonna happen. I'll find a way. Uh, we still need a h 100red bucks before the end of the night for that to happen. And then we will have made our money for between that and pants forcing me to shave on camera the other day. Uh, and thank you Chi-Chi for your generous donation that's coming in any day of a new clipper. Uh, good lord. So anywh who uh >> see I need to support I need to support Chi-Chi's artistic vision. What? Of me being bald? >> Yep. Yep. >> But but good lord. Uh anywh who uh I'm complet Oh, that's right. Dearly beloved, we are gathered here tonight to celebrate the union of Mr. Pope Phil and Mr. NCR as the mer wait. As the merging of the churches comes with the merging of their lives tonight, right, Gia, the merging of they have merged. >> I am so jealous. I am so jealous. >> Yes, >> I am so jealous. M >> Mr. NCR's Church of the Dead Apostle or whatever it is. I don't know if he's even awake right now. And Mr. Phil's Church of the Nymphoid [ __ ] from Venus. >> No, it isn't. >> It's the church of Eu. It's the cousin of >> the >> Now I resemortis. We have this holy union in front of us. Randy, you might want to look away. These two lovely men. These these lovely men are were not here last night to consummate their union, but they may consummate their union tonight. As Mr. Phil, what do you have to say about Gia? Why are you saying get the razor ready? >> There is no razor. You might want to check. >> It's not gonna happen. >> Yeah. >> Where am I checking? >> Get it ready. >> I don't I don't know. Text Check. Uh check uh check uh what is it called? What's that called? >> PayPal. >> Go. >> No, I don't know. Yeah, check GoFundMe. Yeah, check GoFundMe. >> Good lord. Holy moly. Have mercy. What the Why? Why do you hate me, Anonymous? >> Why do you hate me, Anonymous? >> Good lord. >> So, folks, we just made our goal. So, on Tuesday, you'll see me lose the hair on my head, on the top of my head. I'm not shaving the beard. You do not need to see me as Norman fell. So why why? >> Because we want to bring back competitive shaving for one more competitive shaving. >> One more run. >> Yeah. Like one more time. It was so much fun watching you at the beard shaving and we had such a great time calling that broadcast. >> Yeah. You you do know that you're going to have to uh you're going to have to host Tuesday night then? >> Yes. Yes, I do. Take over. Take over. Take over. And it will be the first show of our unionized congregation. >> Wait, what? No, you're >> congregation. Unionized congregation. And we're calling it [ __ ] Jim. >> [ __ ] >> What? No, you're not. You can't even say that on the air. That's how the That's how the the uh uh acronym worked out. I don't know what to tell you. >> What? >> Don't know what to tell you. >> Don't look at me. My job is to gather up all the hot goth girls and bring them to the church. >> What acronym is this? >> Fearlessly uniting courageous kin joining and joining inspiring minds. [ __ ] him. [ __ ] him. >> Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Gia, why are you betraying me now? >> I'm not betraying you. I love you forever. I love you big time. >> Randy, are you behind this as well? Are you the legal aid for these idiots or or >> First Amendment, baby. First amendment, too. >> First amendment. >> What you going to do last week? We were really disappointed. >> It was only a trim, you know. >> Yeah, I know. I know. It was a complete letdown, wasn't it? Yes, very much so. >> Good lord. This is Yes. Yes. Uh, pants, we we we do have to cut down on the amount of the f-words, >> Mr. >> Mr. Phil and your potty mouth. >> Yes. >> Uniting courageous Ken joining inspiring minds. >> Good lord. Good lord. Why? Just why? Just >> again because it's funny. >> So, um, technically we raised more than Chile Dcastro did today. So, there's that. There's that. And let me just double check that. Yeah, we were at Yeah. Uh, yes, we still have a little to go. Yeah, he hasn't caught us yet. So, >> what >> he may catch us, but uh >> what did you do? >> Well, some Well, remember we were at 1580. We're now at 16,000 total over the two years donated to our funds and Chile's only made about $168. So, we could beat Chile in the tally for tomorrow. And what about membership with your members now? Your subs? >> Uh I don't know our numbers of members right off hand. Okay. Uh subscribers we hit 16,000. We're a little over 1600 right now. >> Yeah. >> Uh but currently Chile's GoFundMe is at $164. So through your generous donations, uh we're currently beating Chile's uh goal. Anywh who, that brings us to what you really want to watch tonight. That's right. Pulp Phil and NCR making out on camera. So, boys, turn your cameras on and go do whatever you're going to do to each other as I go drink my drink everything away with the mix of Dr. Pepper and Coca-Cola. >> My That's a big tongue. >> Oh my god. >> Good lord. >> Oh my god. Uh, >> oh my god. >> I have a question for Phil. >> Uh, about condom usage, I hope. >> Oh my god. >> Well, there will be no no >> raw dog. Maybe raw dog. >> No raw dog. >> No. The question is this. Since we are uniting our two holy houses, does that mean I can I can be in charge of the hymns now? >> No. >> I got to have something, man. You're in charge of the Vestal Virgins. >> Yeah, I know. But you guys keep >> But you guys keep stopping me from playing the really good music. >> Well, you can play the really good music now. >> Sweet. >> First three hymns in the new church is going to be ghost. Uh uh they have invest virgins though. >> Oh that you >> cannot do. >> Yeah. >> No no no no no. I did the vasectomy. I'm sorry. I did it. Well, well, if he doesn't show up, what's going to happen? >> Questions and then enter an order. >> Yeah. >> Now, now, will there be like an official ruling that day? I If he doesn't show, even if he does show up, will anything actually happen or will the judge just take it under consideration? >> I don't know. It depends what he says if he shows up. >> Okay. >> The only thing he could really say is, "Oh, I didn't know about it." or uh something to that effect. >> Yeah, >> because he's already admitted all the allegations of the complaint by not >> Yeah, he knows >> responding. >> Yeah, he knows. >> So, >> yeah, >> he definitely knows about I sent it. >> Of course he does. >> Him, his business partner. Right. Right. Right. So, so we'll see. >> We'll see about that one. Uh, let's get back to drunk girl because this is a long one. >> Oh, good lord. And for those who missed it, yes, I have to shave my head on Tuesday and be on camera for the entire week with the sh. >> How did that happen? >> Oh, at the very last minute, too. >> Because two very wonderful yet horrible people. >> Horrible. Hi. >> Wake up, ma'am. >> Roll on your window. >> Well, you doing okay? What's going on tonight? >> I'm drunk. >> I'm coming through. Okay. >> Hold on. What's going on? Let's turn your vehicle off. >> Why are you >> What? >> You're like passed out behind the wheel, man. >> Whoa. >> What's going on? >> What was that? >> Nothing. >> Nothing. Are you feeling okay? >> Yeah. I'm try to do this dude. >> You what? >> I can't do this. Don't >> do what? I'm not doing anything to you. I'm just making sure you're okay. >> You right here right now. >> Go on. >> No. >> Because you're asleep in the road. >> Please. What? >> Asleep at the wheels. Great. Uh yeah. >> Do you need any medical attention? No. Okay. Well, I'm officer honey with the Rancho Police Department. The reason I'm out here is because uh somebody stopped out with you and you're passed out behind your vehicle. Do you understand that? Your eyes are really bloodshot and watery. Have you had anything tonight? >> No alcohol. >> Uh-huh. >> Any narcotic use at all? Okay. Then what's going on? >> Do you have an ID on you? >> Somebody called the police. >> Yeah, somebody pulled over to check on you because you're not responsive. I don't believe. >> Okay. Well, where's your ID? >> Okay. Well, where is the person close to me? >> He's right behind you. >> Go and get your ID for me. >> Yeah. Oh, yeah. >> I don't believe it, Phil. You know, I once had an occasion to see a guy passed out in the middle of the street right in front of my mechanic shop at a stoplight. >> Call 911 and while it's on 911, he wakes up and then drives off. So, I give them the license plate number and they chase him down. >> Two days ago, I have everything right now. >> Okay. So, where are we heading to now? home. Where do you live at? >> I live in River's Edge 2. >> River's Edge 2? >> Yes. >> Do you know where you're at right now? >> Yes. >> Where you at? >> Okay. But where in Rancho? >> I have to ask you these questions. Make sure you're okay. >> Well, you and I both know where I'm at. >> Okay. Well, you're not by River's Edge. You're going the opposite way. >> You and I both know where we're at. >> Okay. Why is she wearing a wraparound barcode? It's making me feel funny. Where'd you have dinner at? >> I'm just testing your memory to see if you're okay. >> Oh, you can scan. >> I remember you got dinner. You got some new food right there. So, chilies. Okay. You have any alcohol there? >> Nothing at all. Okay. >> No narcotics or anything at all. Okay. Where'd you crash your car at previously? >> Yeah, it was 2 days ago. I called Progressive at 3 in the morning. >> Mhm. >> Delivered to my house. Go and step out of the vehicle for me. You don't want any uh medical attention. >> Are you going to do this? >> Do what? >> I'm asking you if you want any medical attention. >> Yeah, I do. >> You do? Okay. What's going on with you? >> Like you got >> whenever I refuse to do any kind of >> That's fine. No, I'm asking you if you have medical attention because I have a bad knee. I go to physical therapy for that. I can't do any kind of thing that you want me to do. >> Okay. Well, I'm concerned for your health. I want to make sure. So, you don't want any medical attention on >> Yes or no? >> Is that what we're going to do? >> Ma'am, do you need any medical attention? Yes or no? >> Do you medical attention isn't asking you doing a test, right? >> So, do you want medical attention or no? Like, let them come or not? Okay. I'm just fine. Who is your supervisor? >> Sergeant Martinez. I can have her come this way if you want, but what I'm asking you is, do you want medical attention? >> Bill, do you want her medical attention? I think 22 and she's refusing. >> Yes. Yes, I do. >> Go and step out. >> Clearly not able to drive. >> She's saying that's from a couple days ago. Apparently, >> I already made a claim on it. >> Did it happen with Ranchel? >> Oh, yes. It was with Progressive. She's boiled. Why don't you do a police report? >> I'm not even a cop and I know she >> No, it is a claim. >> Yep. >> You need to do a police report with that much damage. That's the problem. >> Or she's having a metal police report. People don't come out for police reports. >> Oh, yeah. >> So, this is this is my issue. Come over here. Look at this real quick. >> See all this piece hanging right here? >> If you're driving on it, that piece is going to come off. >> Yeah. So, they are going to pick up. >> Yeah. Did she had >> I had few issues with Progressive. They told me they're not going to do anything. They just want to pick it up. >> How's that even driving? >> Well, >> let's come over here, man. >> What she's just saying is the insurance company says it isn't and she didn't have a tow. >> You don't have any pockets. Okay, let's come back over here. >> Yeah. >> So, here's my concern. Okay. You're passed out behind the wheel. Your eyes are bloodshot and watery and you're slithering your speech. Okay. And you're telling me that you haven't had any alcohol to drink tonight? No. Okay. You haven't had any kind of narcotic at all? >> Have you taken any prescription medications at all? No. >> Okay. If you've done none of that, then you should be okay to drive, right? Okay. So, what I want to do is run you through some tests to make sure of that. >> I told you I can't do that. I have a disability on my own. >> What's your disability? >> I have a knee that I go to physical therapy for. I had I can't move it. >> Okay, that's fine. Well, guess what? We can do tests that doesn't require you to walk your balance. Okay. You okay with doing those? >> And where is your supervisor? >> She's on the way. You want her over here? >> Yes. >> Okay. Why do you want our supervisor? >> Because that's what I do. >> That's what you do. Okay. >> So, you're a test that doesn't require you walker balance at all. >> That's how I run, J. >> Okay. I'm not asking you. >> I have a few other tests I can do with you. >> Ma'am, are you listening to me? >> Yes, I am. >> Okay. I have other tests that I could do with you. >> Is your lapel time on? >> Yep. Both of ours are on. >> Oh, good. >> You're not going to cooperate with us? >> What? What do you want me to cooperate with? >> I want to run you through some test. Make sure that you're okay. >> You just told me that somebody was behind me. >> They were I just got here and they were >> So you're going to go off who is like a complete stranger and said something about >> the best way. >> Okay. >> So we're going to go off of an eyewitness. >> Are you kidding me? >> River's edge and you're not going towards River's edge. So that's my issue. Like I said, your eyes are bloodshot watery. You're sluring your speech. So, I have issues with making sure that you're able to drive. Okay. Do some tests. Okay. Perfect. Let's Let's just get through these tests then. Okay. >> Go and send my flashlight here and face me. >> And these tests, you won't have to walk your balance. Okay. Have you ever been diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury before or >> Okay. Um, and you said that you have limitations from walking or balancing, right? So, we won't do any of that. Are you wearing any eye contacts? >> Okay. I want you to put your feet together if you can. Feel the heel touches. Keep your hands on your sights and just stay in that position. >> Okay. You know >> what? >> These are all you have to do. >> Can I get my jacket? This is >> Were you dropping your jacket first? >> Yeah. He'll grab it. Hey, stay right here. >> Where's it at? >> Just pay attention to me. I'll grab it for you. >> Where's it at? >> That's fine. >> You don't want it now? You can look for it for you. >> It's right here. You want me to get it? >> It's literally right here. >> Yeah. She said, "Yeah, >> this is like complete." >> Ma'am, just let us get through this so you can go home. Okay. to do. That's all we're here to do. >> There you go. >> You're interfering with my constitutional right to travel. >> Cool. Just go ahead and stay in that position. Keep your head up. You see the tip of my finger here? I want you to follow with your eyes and eyes only. Just keep your head straight. Okay. >> 1080. You're doing that. >> No, that's not us. >> Yeah. Yeah, we'll get you out of your mouth. Keing it. There you go. >> Keep falling all the way out. All the way out. There you go. >> We're almost done. Keep going. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. M. Let's get through this. Okay. >> Okay. Okay. >> Yeah. 1080. Is that me? >> No, it's not. Oh, >> you sure? >> Yep. >> You know, I know. My dad is a cheaper. >> Mhm. Keep following it, ma'am. Okay. I need you to cooperate through this test and we'll be done. Okay. Faster you cooperate, the faster we'll get. Awesome. Almost there. Right here. That's right. There you go. Almost there. Right here. Almost there. Almost there, man. I appreciate your cooperation. Almost done. >> We're almost done, Bill. Got >> That's really the test you're going to give me. >> Yeah, we're almost done. Easy enough, right? >> Yeah. We need a giant like five California kings together so we can all snuggle. All of us. All of us. >> Almost enough. One more time. One more time. Go >> like a giant pile of puppies. You can all go. >> And in the morning I'm making waffles. >> Yes. Yeah. Yep. >> Okay. So, I know that you can't walk or balance, so I'm just going to do a couple other tests with you. Okay. What's your highest level of education? Have you graduated high school? >> Of course. I have a bachelor's degree. I'm a school teacher. >> Oh, that's awesome. You're a school teacher? >> Yes. >> Which school? >> I work in Bernalo. >> You work in Bernalo. >> Don't get me fired. >> Why would I get you fired? >> Because that's what you people do. >> We're going to try that. These tests should be easy for you. That's what you teach a bachelor's degree. Okay. The cat is back. Starting at >> you giant pile of puppies. The alphabet. Yeah. Starting at G and ending at T. G through T. Correct. Going forward without >> all the dogs and all the people. Yeah. >> Recite the alphabet starting at the letter G and ending at the letter T in correct order going forward. >> C. What? >> G through T. >> What? >> Without singing it. >> That's easy. >> G H I G. Okay, >> there you I see the Afgh to recite it. They're very very big. >> I'm just asking you to count backwards. I want you to start at 72 down to 61. >> So, you want me to go like 71? >> 72 to 51. Yeah. >> All the way back. >> Yes. 72 to 51. All the way back. >> Yeah. >> I don't even ask. >> Hold on. Stop it a minute, Jim. >> I don't think so. Grammar school. Maybe >> Hey, >> 15 more minutes. >> I don't know. And then uh take you that way. If not, I could handcuff you in the back and it's really uncomfortable. >> Okay. >> Okay. That's fine, master. Put your hands to your front like this. You have to have the handcuffs on, but like I said, if we go to the front, it's way easier. Okay. >> What her dog? >> She's been screaming the whole time. >> Uh, >> hi, baby. >> Yeah.
