Welcome back everybody. A few days ago, I did a live stream where we reviewed Fupa's announcement that he got arrested and that was a lot of fun. A really good roasting session. But what we were missing was the complete arrest footage. And now, luckily, Fupa just posted it. So, I'll be reviewing it and this one is pretty eventful. Usually, there's a lot of dead air in his videos. This one, not so much. Without further ado, let's get started. >> What is going on today, everybody? Today, we're here in Tupelo, Mississippi and we're going to be going around and doing our regular thing, stress testing the First Amendment right to record in public. Seeing how the public and/or the public officials act if they do arrive out here today. So, as usual, thank you for being here. Let's stick around. This should be a good one. Well, all right, everybody. Today, we have The Dab's Cannabis Dispensary here in Tupelo, Mississippi. We're on a pretty busy road right here, right next to North Mississippi Medical Center. So, should have a busy day here today. So, it looks like this building used to be an old bank here. But they closed up the drive-thru section, put the siding over it to cover it. No longer use that anymore. Which a lot of dispensaries usually do when they take over the bank buildings. I find it really cringe when these frauditors try to do these little architectural lessons. It's like no one gives a [ __ ] about that. You know what your viewers want. They have a sick, twisted mind and they want to see citizens getting attacked, citizens losing their jobs, and cops getting fired. They don't give a [ __ ] about your little lessons. I I just can't really hear you with the road noise. Yeah, can I help you? Do you work for the company? What's going on now? >> Are you working for the company? Am I working for a company? Yeah, what are we doing? What What am I doing? Like, do you not know what I'm doing? Yes, sir. I was asking, are we videoing the building? Yeah. Yeah, everything. Okay. Are you a podcaster? Ooh, something like that. I don't really do podcasts, but Okay. Just wondering what was going on. All good? I don't know why he figured it would have went a lot smoother. Obviously, he's here to antagonize and it's just a matter of time before he finds the right one on the right day. And that day is today. So, I have no clue why he thought this would be uneventful. Uh-uh. Get that away from me. Don't be filming me, dude. He literally has tinted windows on his truck and started yelling at me. My owners called me cuz they saw you in the security camera. Just want to know what was up. Really? Yeah. We don't really have people video us. And could you not video me anymore? >> matters. What's going on? Nothing. Just wondering why you're videoing us. >> Wondering why I'm videoing? Yeah. Well, let me ask you a question. Do you support the Constitution? Absolutely. So, this is a trick question. He's asking, do you support the Constitution? And everybody's instant reaction is going to say, well, of course I support the Constitution. But the thing that the frauditors are trying to put in there is that in the Constitution, you have the right to record dispensaries, you have the right to case out banks, you have the right to pepper spray people for absolutely no reason, you have the right to harass people in post offices, and you have the right to harass people in Social Security Administration buildings. None of that is in there. So, obviously, this is a [ __ ] trick question to play little mind games with the people he harasses. All right. Well, what I do is I go around and I try to look for more people like you that support our rights and I exercise the First Amendment right to record in public and I see how people react and respect our rights. >> Okay. Well, >> So, I'm glad to hear you respect it. That's all. >> I do, but I'm just curious as to why. Can you tell me that? I just explained it to you. Okay. I'm going to let you know that my person said they're going to call security if you don't cuz you won't tell us why you're here filming. >> I can Okay, look. Look. Ready? So, I'll explain >> the Constitution. >> Right. So, I can I can explain I can explain it to you, but I just can't understand it for you. So, what what part do you not understand about >> why you're videoing our building? >> So, look. Just so Just so we're on the same page. I'll explain it nice and clear one last time. Just nice and slow for you. >> Okay. So, I exercise and stress test the First Amendment. >> weird. You just told me you didn't understand it. I do, but it's weird and you're taping people. They have to have doctor's appointments and doctor's appointments. I mean, this guy is such a condescending douche. I think she was pretty respectful in the way she approached him and he still managed to make a complete ass out of himself and just be so rude and disrespectful. It's like, who taught him manners? That's what I'm telling you. Oh, it's HIPAA related? >> HIPAA related. >> Can Can you Can you tell me Can you tell me what HIPAA stands for? Yes, I can. >> Go ahead. What What He won't even come here and he's a patient. He's a medical patient? >> Yes, he is. You better take that damn thing away from you. You stomped and goddamn broke it and break it up. You better get your ass out of here. You don't belong here. The damn dogs are on the way to run your ass off anyway. All right. Well, go then. Won't you go before they get here and get you then? No. Oh, you want to go to jail then, do you? You think I'm going to go to jail? What? >> After you threatened and just stomp my camera. What are you What are you talking about right now, dude? Look here. This is the invasion of people's damn privacy. In public? No, it's not. >> No, it ain't. No, it ain't. What I do is my OWN DAMN PRIVATE BUSINESS. YEAH, not in public, though. You are trespassing right now cuz you were >> No, I'm not. No, I'm not. So, now, throughout this video, Fupa is going to claim that he was never told to leave. And that is really interesting because, granted, I haven't heard any of these people tell him to leave, but I haven't seen the whole footage. I've seen what Fupa wants us to see and that's it. He could have edited out. We caught him before making very, very suspicious edits in the middle of conversations with police officers. So, it's 100% possible that he cut out the footage of him being asked to leave and then just decided to, you know what? My viewers don't need to see that because it destroys my entire narrative. What reason did you have to film me when I when I turned my back on right there? Why did you film me when >> Nice. She's joining in. Let's go, baby. Let's go. Let's go. Hey, be careful. She's filming. Whoa, be careful. Whoa. You're the only person that is worried about anything because I I'm I'm worried about things? I'm worried about things? Ain't nobody else has ever filmed me. He's got a camera on him. Yes, which is also illegal. That's That's not legal, is it? It looks like we're both going to go to jail, so No. No. How about that? No. Okay? Sound good? That attitude right there goes with what's lacking in those sweatpants and things. It's cute. See, that that thing right there hanging between his legs, that's his penis. Now, she's definitely getting bonus points for roasting his appearance and saying he has a small Johnson. And let me just clarify, if you ever encounter a frauditor, don't attack them. Don't attack them. It's not worth your freedom. But what you can do is completely roast them top to bottom. Use your words to dismantle them. They're not very quick, so it'll be very, very easy to overpower them with the power of roasting. Just like this woman is doing right now. I think she's handling it perfectly. Trust me, your freedom is worth so much more than the few moments of satisfaction you'll get for sending a frauditor to the hospital. It's not worth it. You can just roast them and it'll have a very decent effect on them because they're very insecure. Now, Fupa might be the exception to the rule. He doesn't really delete that many comments. He doesn't file copyright strikes. But the average frauditor is extremely sensitive. Could be what? She had [ __ ] to do. She had to She's good. She's a mind reader. >> Look here. You can film more people GOING OUT THAT HOSPITAL. FILM THEM and see what THEY DO TO YOU. NOTHING. The same nothing you're going to do. The same exact nothing. The same nothing. You're blocking the way of people. No. I got you on camera threatening me and you're going to wait for the cops to show up. I hope you do, buddy. I hope you do. Stay Stick around. Stick around for a free education. We will. We will. So, Fupa here thinks he's going to get his way. The cops aren't going to do [ __ ] Well, it might be true for a lot of videos, but this ain't it. He found the wrong cops on the wrong day. Now, we are going to time this because this is one of the fastest arrests I have ever seen and might be a world record. I believe the world record was like 13, 14 seconds. So, actually it probably won't, but it's still very, very fast. There you go. There you go. So, she knows it's not illegal. She knows what's up. Doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. Doesn't matter. Not for you. Probably wouldn't. Okay. But it won't be you. But it won't be you. I know that. Somebody, but not you. I know that. I know that. I know. Yeah, I I know. So, calm down and relax and have a good day. Why you so uptight? Just smoke your weed and relax. Oh, I'm bitching. You can't argue with ignorance. Now, I hate to agree with him, but he is right. You cannot argue with ignorance and that's why when I debated him, it was pretty much a waste of time. It was a circular argument. He had an answer for everything even if the answer didn't make sense. And whenever I asked him a punching question, all he would say is "Hmm, interesting." to try to look mysterious or smart or some [ __ ] and it just made it look like he's a complete [ __ ] and he doesn't know what he's talking about. Everybody saw that and that's why he probably backed out of our second debate. And he used the excuse of "Well, I don't debate people that don't show their face on camera." And now that's not a problem anymore because I show my face on all my live streams. So, I don't know what excuse he has now. I guess he realized you know what, he doesn't want to get his ass handed to him two times in a row. I guess I don't blame him cuz he got roasted pretty hard the first time. So, it is what it is. But let's keep watching. The arrest is coming up. And here I am giving it a go. There you go. See? What's wrong with that? No. No. No. No. Don't tell me what to do. Don't tell me what to do. No, I'm watching YouTube right now. No, I'm talking to him. Talking to him. All right, good. Because I'm watching YouTube. Talking to you. No, you guys are talking about me and I'm making sure this dumb ass doesn't do anything crazy. You You call me a rat, but you're calling the police? You call me a rat, but you just called the police. So, this is interesting because the words snitch or rat, in my opinion, applies to criminals who snitch on each other. They snitch on their friends to try to avoid charges or to try to get some type of advantage. Now, if a regular citizen witnesses a crime or is the victim of a crime and they call the cops to report the situation, now I don't think that is being a snitch. That's just being a normal citizen who calls the cops. So, once again, I think he's wrong about that. See if it's the officers that they dealt with yesterday. How's it going? Good. What you guys out here doing? What's up? What you doing? What you out here doing, man? What am I doing? >> Yeah, come over here and talk to me. Come over here and talk to me. >> Whoa, whoa, whoa. Why you Why you going to touch me? Why What's What's going on? >> Come over here and tell You're on private property. You're on private property. Do not tell me what you're not going to do. Apparently, I'm on private property. With this thing. >> [music] >> Yes, we do have a winner. 42 seconds is pretty damn good. Now, usually I stopped the clock when we heard the click of the handcuffs. I don't know if he's handcuffed yet at this point, but we lost sight of Fapa. So, it's hard to tell what's happening. So, we'll just leave it at 42 seconds. Pretty damn impressive. I don't think it's the world record. Next time they'll have to speed it up just a little bit to snatch that world record, but still pretty damn good. >> [clears throat] >> Why are you out here? I'm invoking my fifth amendment right, sir. Do you realize that you've been asked to leave this property? You want to give me a reason why you're here? Where you took me from was public property. I'm going to I'm going to invoke my fifth amendment right to pass that. Criminal order. Sounds good. You can't give me a reason why you're out here. Give me this 1 second. I would check the GIS and make sure that I was on their property cuz where I was standing was on public property before you do this, but Am I being arrested or what? I'm sure the citizens there were laughing so hard because Fapa predicted that nothing would happen and it's the complete opposite. His dumb ass got arrested. Now, he did not show the paperwork so that we can see what are the charges. He made up some word salad about just being trumped up charges, but he refuses to show what he was actually charged with. So, I guess we'll have to wait to see how that pans out. What you got? All of that stuff he's got on that phone to me, I want it took off. Stuff he's invading of my privacy. He's got a right to video. And he's done a bunch of bought the smart mark smart remarks and stuff. And I told him quit filming me and he said I do what I want to do. You don't tell me what I do. I do what I want to do. He's He's a smart ass You You heard him. He is something else. Smart ass You too. Yeah, he's going to jail. We're getting him out of here. I can't do anything. I can't do anything with this. No, sir. All right, so that's pretty much it for the video. The rest is just him having a jerk off explanation of what happened. You guys don't need to hear that because it's just a bunch of lies anyways. But yeah, that's it for Fapa. He got arrested and I believe he has court on Thursday. So, we'll see what happens with it. I'll keep you guys updated. If I hear anything, I'll drop a community post or a follow-up video. Make sure you're subscribed to the channel and I'll see you guys on the next one.
