And the answer is that I didn't. Though the video was used as evidence, the government claimed that it wasn't what I did in the video that was a crime. It was what I did with the video. The government said that because I published this video along with the phone number for the government building in Clinton, Indiana, that I was legally liable for other people calling that number and expressing their frustration with the Clinton City employees. With that in mind, please do not call the Clinton Indiana City Hall. Apparently, I could go to jail for it if you do. I am appealing this conviction and did a live stream on the details of my appeal.
