It is a complete banger, but I will quick give you a summarization of what exactly went down that day. Then we'll get into the followup. See, I was minding my business when I realized the town didn't give me my full request. So, I strolled on into the town hall like so, and I walked up and demanded, "Give me my full request. Give me my full request now." Instead, they decided to play games with my public records request. So, I busted out the law. And one after another, I had to smack them all with the law. Everybody in the town got hit with the law. One after another, I had to teach them the law. Then, you know what they did? They called the police. And you know what the police were getting, fam? The law. One after another. A little bit of law, a little bit of law for them, they all got the law. After I served them up with the law, you know what happened the next day? June 30th, 2026 at 8:44 a.m., fam, they filled the FO request. And mind you, we were there. It >> is Monday the 29th. >> In that original video, we are investigating tinted windows in the police parking lot as they give out tickets for that. So, we full requested how many tickets they've written out while hypocritically driving around with that same violation. They attached my original FO request, my appeal, and they attached three tickets, fam. And here's where the real question comes in and the real kicker for you guys. I need your opinion in the comment section. 420, 2026, they wrote a tin ticket. September 19th, 2023, they wrote one. And September 26, 2021, they wrote one. Now, while the Massin Police Department did have two vehicles with illegal window tint in their parking lot, and my question for you is, while other departments were writing 30 to 60 in a year, and they're only writing one every other year for the past 6 years, do you find that they are hypocrites as much or do you find more leniency for the police who might have tinted windows on their own vehicle while other people are getting tickets? or do you still think it's absolutely inappropriate that the police in any way violate the law because well they enforce the law. Leave your comments of what you guys think to be sure that those were the only tickets and I got the correct numbers for Massen. We had to go do a revisit on the town clerk to make sure that number one they complied properly and that was it down here today is July 2nd. Um, we down we came down here and we had to drop the hammer on the uh uppers here with the town clerk and the police department to get our records requests rolling within the law. And the very next day that I actually was here, they started sending some of that full request. So, um, let's go ahead in here and I got a few questions about it. And let's just ask a few questions. I was actually not I wouldn't actually need the tickets. I was just looking for a tally. um like your 2001 one, you know, like 2002. So it's not a lot. >> We actually I didn't think there was any, but when they went searching, they found that they had >> Yeah. Usually a lot of police use those for like, you know, when it they pull somebody over and they're they're extra rude. They just throw everything. Sometimes it works like that. But like you know how it looks with the people if they're writing a lot of tickets. So like a a good example is um I did the same investigation on Webster. Webster wrote like 20 and 20 the one year like 15 the next year and then another like 24. And then this year alone and this was two months ago. This year alone with four months in they already had 64 of them in one year >> for window tint. And that's when I seen the police there. They actually had tinted windows on all their police vehicles. Well, it's it's kind of funny cuz I wrote that video the other day and one of the ads I seen that ran on my video was for um a tin company in Webster, New York. And I and I'm a small business owner. So, um if I was making money to adding money to uh advertisement and somebody was to call me and tell me that the advertisement is working and they seen it in the local area, that'd be great. But I actually called him and let him know and told him what the what the story was about and all that. And he's like, "Oh, I actually installed the all the window tint on all the police and Webster. Somebody did that there and the chief and that made them remove their their tent and uh professionally and with a receipt so they can prove that the tent came off. So um it's it's interesting because you know 60 tickets >> that's a lot >> in 4 months for window tint while they're rolling around window tint where massin looks like every other year. one now they got window tent. Are the people going to be as upset? You know what I mean? So, that's part of the investigation. That's why I want to jump to conclusion. That's why I do the investigation. But, um I just wanted to see if that was the complete full request or if we were still working on it. >> Yep. That was the complete. That's all we've got. >> All right. Thank you very much. And there you guys have it. We did get our full request. We did get it filled. Um I know a lot of you guys in that last um video said that I shouldn't have gave the police officer the full request. We want to hang them. yada yada yada. But at the end of the day, how many police officers have we seen that were total trash? Total egotistical. They won't listen. They won't do nothing. Right? Well, this officer, this sergeant did do something. He did try to make it right. And we allowed him to do that. So all those people who say that we shouldn't have, believe me, I wouldn't have if this guy was a total [ __ ] But that sergeant, he was a pretty cool guy. He did get it done and under 24 hours, they got that full request filled for me after the hammering that we had to come down here and do. Unfortunately, we had to teach them like that and do it, but sometimes that's just the way it goes. So you guys leave a comment in the comment section what you think about that. So, so the driver does, but the passenger does not because the passenger is not involved. They're just a passenger. >> When you're pulled over by police and you're a passenger, unless you're suspected of a crime, you don't even have to ID them. Like if you're a passer and you get pulled over, I mean given there's not like a baggie of coke in the middle, the center council and the cop sees a crime and then you're both sitting there, then you're both obviously, but like in most situations like this, like the only reason he wants your ID is because he's trained to get it so they can run look for warrants, look for anything and everything. And oh the irony that the company Limelife who ad ran through my video about please having window tint and Limelight is a company in Webster, New York that specializes in window tint. And by their reviews, they look like they do pretty good work. And as a small business owner, if I was paying somebody's money to advertise, I would sure like to know that I was getting my money's worth. So I decided to give the guy a call and let him know that his marketing is working in the local area. But through this phone call, we're gonna find the undisputed truth that when the supervisor said, >> tell you that I did speak with Alex and um told him the concerns that you had and he did go down and talk with um uh the chief Dennis and he said that yes, uh the officers are going to be taking the tinting off of their windows. Um, it sucks that uh it sucks that it's the way that it is, but most police officers do not they're not out there writing tickets for it and then getting into their tinted vehicle. So, like the tin law, for instance, my take on that is why do they write it so zero tolerance? you know, like at least be like a state like North Carolina or something where they have a an acceptable level of tin around, you know, 30 or 40%. That uh that at least I can help still protect people. But when you when you write the law with essentially 0% uh you know leniency to it uh you you know my customers walk in they ask me what what they should do and I if I could suggest a legal shade then they might be opted you know they might opt for it even if it's lighter than what they were looking for but when I tell them that there's no legal shade essentially that clear is legal then they just so it's all illegal and they and then they make the decision to go as dark as they want. It's like you're not actually getting people to not tint their windows. We haven't lo We didn't lose business in 2017 when this became an inspection law. We haven't, you know, it's been illegal for 40 years. I still tint 20 vehicles a day. like it's not it's just sad that we're writing laws and not and it's it's could potentially hurt customers or or hurt rather businesses like myself and stuff. But but again like you're the whole idea that you wrote the law was to protect police officers which I'm all for but you know let's make let's be practical about it because the way you're writing it isn't actually making any difference. The only people I have come into my facility and take window tin off and do not put it back on are 70-year-old women that moved up here from Florida. So, your law your laws are only working on it. Law-abiding citizens. And that's, you know what I mean? Like, so I don't I just don't get it. You know what I mean? It doesn't make any sense to me. I got to tell people their car isn't safe because they have tent. How is that a safety issue on a vehicle for the driver? It's not a safety issue. But why do I put it on me? But now because we made them take their tent off, now they're like, "Well, if I can't [ __ ] have it, now you can't have it. So now I am going to write tickets kind of deal." Like now I did it to Greece and I did it to um uh Webster, right? Webster went from, you know, 15 tickets a year, 20 tickets a year, and then in six months 60 tickets a year. They have no freaking room to wiggle. going to say, "Yeah, that's pretty hypocritical." Whereas Greece, they've written maybe two two or three the two two three two one three tickets a year and they're back there. I don't have as strong an argument to call them hypocrites if they're not writing the tickets. So, I usually, you know, if I do a story about that, I'll leave it up to the public. And he actually gave us the undisputed truth that the Webster Police Department are no longer hypocrite pieces of [ __ ] for having window tent while writing tickets for window tint. And we also proved that our supervisor, he ain't just all talk. He actually made them remove that tint.
