Phil's sermon and he will be here in a little bit as he is able to uh we are going to save the confession for later. Uh uh that's coming up where uh I hear that Mr. Sail and Mr. NCR have something worked up for me. >> Yes. [snorts] >> Yes, I do. Yes. So, Miss Touché, how the hell are you after seeing the Glen Cereal video? And yes, folks, Glenn Cereal uh has resurfaced. >> I think he's taking the bus again. And he got off cuz he saw the cherries and berries >> cuz I don't think he to drive his car. Uh any is his car even alive? That's the question. >> I would think that >> the suspension from pressure and the weight >> weight would probably cause his car to break down. Well, remember last time we saw him driving with his father, it was making sounds that a car should not be making. Let's just leave it at that. Uh, it was scary how bad. >> Yeah, that was the 71 when Klein found him. >> Yeah. Uh, when he was drive Yeah. with the he was inside the car and yeah it was bad. >> It was horrible. >> Uh Mr. >> Go ahead. >> I have to I have to ask something and I think the fans of the captain of the night cap will understand this. >> We all know that Glenn likes to ask for money for Taco Bell, >> right? Luna, but do you think he's asking for money for the bus? >> He He could be in fact asking money for the bus. Uh but >> you know, uh Luna hasn't been around either. >> Had to get special insurance after the conviction >> for he fought for two and a half years. He had to get insurance. >> Oh jeez. Jeez. You stop sharing. And now folks, uh, yes, the wheel of Griffy is will be with us at any time. Just do your $10 super chat with the message spin the wheel or just wheel and we will get to it almost immediately. Uh Miss Miss uh Gia will be with us in a bit. She's taking Zoe to dog camp right now. Uh and I am awaiting our first of two deliveries from Door Dash uh that Miss Gia has set up. I am not certain what'll be in these deliveries, but it'll be a surprise. I'll be just as surprised as you are. Would you like >> would you like me to knock out the [snorts] the third and final song? >> Uh, yes. Yes. Uh, go ahead. [clears throat] >> There's nothing more depressing than pine tree gi up with candy canes and balls. Carol up. It's Merry Christmas through my walls. No, I'm no wicked con or nothing, but there's just no holiday I can't stand. It ain't Halloween or Thanksgiving or even April fools. Surely make a fool out of every man. If I ain't drunk, then it ain't Christmas. You know where to stick those jingle bells. If I ain't hammered, it ain't Hanukkah. Oh, you [ __ ] Go to hell. Okay, thank you, mister. Hold on. I have to read it off the sheet. Mr. Dark Lord of the Wild, of the pink winged, of those who flock together, of those who stalk the beachers, those who have darkness in their souls, and consumer of caffeine. Remember, I am keeper of files, provisioner of text, scavenger words, to which the wicked fear, and lover of cats. And we'll be with you until 9:00 tonight. We will be switching over to another feed at 5:00 p. p.m. Eastern. Uh, and the last hour of tonight's show will be Mr. Pope Phil with the cast of the poop shoot crew stew thing. Uh, whatever his old show that's no longer with us and who two of the members are probably have been shot uh for their transgressions against English, the English. So yeah, you can tell it's early yet. Uh, do we feel like another dance by Clash with Bal? >> Dear God, no. >> What? That that's fun and exciting and the kids love it. And it's it's a song that fills your heart with glee, right? Touche, >> not my screen saver. I didn't see it. You didn't see it. Oh, >> I would rather use barbed wire as underwear than >> now. Now, because Miss Touché didn't see it, let's just let's just give another example of what you'll get if you have naughty dance come up on the wheel of Griffy. [music] I b to survive first class [music] in my couture in the sky from Tokyo night [music] stepping out of style. Every city's mind getting burned on my beach. You ain't never going to find [music] a classy little ice through the >> This is a war crime and you know it. [laughter] >> What? What I mean? Okay. So, I've had three hours of sleep. I've I've I've [laughter] Oh, good lord. I've been working >> and y'all could be the KB Glen dance, >> which I can make easily. I can make easily. I I can in fact I have a I have a Mr. Glenn in his underpants, ready to dance along with Clash with >> Yes. Yes, we we could make that happen for tomorrow's show. We can make that happen. And I can pick a more inappropriate song to go with them. So, there you go. Maybe I'll even give them Santa hats to celebrate our festive season coming up. That's right, folks. That's right. Come on. Come on. You You want to spin the wheel and make a deal? Spin the wheel. Make the deal. [laughter] Uh, so, uh, speaking of spinning some wheels, we're going to go to our first drunk girl. Our first drunk woman is a brand new one. I don't think anyone's seen it yet. uh where a drunk woman drives her minivan onto an airport runway. On September 5th, 2025, officers in Washington rushed to an airport taxiway after pilots reported a minivan driving on the active runway. Arriving officers found a woman in a Honda Odyssey who claimed she had simply followed her GPS past the security gates. She says it's a navigation error, but her blood alcohol level is about to tell a very different story. Here's what the officers did next. >> Thank you. >> Hi there. >> Hi. >> My name's Officer Kid. I have to let you know you're being recorded. >> So, what's going on? >> I just got a little lost coming from Ellie's um the restaurant. I'm not familiar with Arlington area. So, I was trying to get back to and I just got a little lost. I was trying to follow my GPS. >> How did you get into the airport? >> I don't know. I just followed >> Yeah. Did you come through a gate? >> I don't know. I just followed the >> Can you turn the car off for me? >> Sure. >> Thank you. Um, and it didn't take you through a gate or anything like that? >> I don't think so. I just followed the route that it said to go. >> Okay. Cuz that's not realistic because it would never take you onto a secured airport lot. Because it say it sounds like when they found you, you were on the taxi way >> where planes drive and land. >> Okay. >> Which is a a big deal that you were on the taxi way. >> Yeah. I didn't I didn't mean to. I'm so sorry. I was just trying to get back home. >> He's hammered. >> Oh, yeah. >> Okay. Get your BAC's inside chat, folks. BAC's inside chat. Uh what do you think? What's her level at? 125.125. Touche, what do you think >> 123? >> Oo, you're undercutting him. Oo, folks, put your your BAC's in side chat, please, and we'll read them out as we go on. Uh, yeah, I don't take part in that, but she's in a Honda Odyssey. Who else drives a Honda Odyssey? That's right, Mr. Chile Diccastro. >> I'm familiar with this airport. There's no way that she got there without going through a lot of um and a lot of signs. >> Yeah, she must have just kept keep going. Uh Parson's in at 690. Matt G's in.169. Uh yes, the G Saleo says yes, the GPS 100% will take you into secured areas or down private roads and he would know. So yes, uh Parson, yeah, the griff started at noon. I put up the notices. I even told you. So uh yes, uh we are live and we'll be going till 9:00 tonight. Uh, we'll be going to about five on this stream and then switching over at 5 o'clock Eastern time. >> Okay. Have you had anything to drink today? >> I mean, I just had a drink at brunch. >> Okay. Do you have keys for the car? >> Yeah. >> Can I can I go somewhere really quick? >> Sure. >> And what time did you >> brunch? I got there around 10:00 and I don't know. >> Were you there with friends? Just one friend. >> Just one friend. Where did they go? Home. >> I think they went to go pick up their child at their school. >> Okay. Will you hang tight for me for just a sec? >> Sure. >> Thank you. I'm going to put your keys on the hood of my car. [clears throat] >> We're actually out kind of near the runway, so you have to come through the gate on the other side. Do you mind stepping out of the car for me, please? Sure. >> What was your first name? My apologies. >> Linda. >> Linda. Okay. Thank you. And we're going to walk right back here to my car. >> Okay. That's perfect right there. Um, so you can look. There you go. Uh, my concern is that you've had something to drink today. That you now are impaired and you're driving on a secured airport property where planes are taxiing and now you're putting people at risk of being harmed because you're driving on a taxi way. Is that clear? >> Okay. >> The end at 129 as Miss Gia's uh first order from Door Dash has come in. Uh, looks like it's a brisket uh brisket Reuben with Parmesan garlic fries. >> Delicious. >> Pretty good so far. I've had some of the fries. So, and I've been craving a Reuben for some time now as we are now off of Arby's. And >> we've been talking about Obies. >> Yes. And since we can't have that until July of 2031, we need a new fix. So, >> by then we'll have Flying Cause. >> Let's hope. >> Hopefully by then GTA 6 will finally be coming out. >> Yes. Uh Becca is in at.17 again. Sail is in at.129. Uh if you want to play along at home, get your get your uh BAC's in the side chat. And yes, Sale, she says that her GPS took her on the taxi way. >> I know the actual No way. >> Yes. And And she has had one drink. One drink today at with lunch. She >> was that one drink from a big gulp cup. >> Yeah. Well, that's a fun airport to go skydiving because of the views. >> Have you actually gone skydiving there? >> Yes, at three different places from Esqua to Arlington to um Snomish. >> Wow. I mean, it's beautiful countryside. Uh, Shriner Sean in with 747. >> Well, you know what? All Arlington is north of Mazeville, >> right? >> Yeah. >> Sorry, folks. Got a mouthful of food. Uh, yeah. Let's go back to this. Let's see how hammered she actually is. >> Okay. Would you want to do some tests for me? Make sure you're safe to drive today. >> Sure. Okay. So, I'm going to we're going to come back here cuz there's a nice there's nice lines on the road. Makes our life a little easier. We'll go stand at the end of this yellow line. Do you wear glasses or contacts? >> No. >> Okay. Have you had any recent head injuries, car accidents? >> No. >> Okay. Perfect. So, for this first test, I'm just going to have you put your feet all the way together, your hands down at your side. Beautiful. >> Can you see my pen? >> Yes. >> Can you see where my finger meets the pen? >> Yes. >> All right. So, with your eyes and your eyes only, without moving your head, can you follow the pen? >> Yes. Okay, there you Blake, sorry. Looks like your eyes are watering. Don't not trying to blind you. So, this next test is called the walk and turn. What I'm going to have you do is plant your left foot on that line. Put your right foot directly in front of it and your hands down at your side. Beautiful. Just like that. So, for this test, you're going to take a series of nine heel to toe steps. Okay. When you've completed your ninth step, you're going to plant your lead foot and take a series of small steps around that lead foot and then do the same thing back in the direction that you came. Okay, you may begin. >> Okay, now you go back three. Just do the test as I instructed. [clears throat] >> Perfect. Thank you so much. >> Wait a second. Yeah. >> Um, so for this test, go and put your feet together, hands on your side, just like >> You said nine, right? She said nine, didn't she? >> Yes. >> And the girl did three. >> Okay. >> Because the >> But they say, but you do nine >> like you're doing. This test is called the one leg stand. So, what you're going to do is raise whichever foot you would like. I don't care. Approximately 6 in off the ground, keeping your foot parallel to the ground. You're going to look down and you're going to count aloud. 1,00 1,002 1,003 until I tell you to stop. Okay? All right. You may begin when you're ready. Code for fields. [snorts] Keep going until I tell you to stop. >> All right, you can stop. Okay. When was your last drink? >> I don't know, like 30 minutes ago. I don't know. I don't know. >> Okay. Well, right now you're going to be under arrest for DUI. Put this head on on top of your head, please. Oh, that hurts. Okay, since uh we have a request here, let me see if I can turn on my wonderful camera without getting my massive gut in the picture. Okay, let's let it focus. Okay, those are parmesan fries and a Reuben sandwich. And yes, I'm drinking Propel to go with it. There you go, folks. And that was at the request of Mr. Person. And yes, I've been starving all day. episode because the darn >> the darn elf on the shelf, that little ate up the rest of my apple pie at 4:00 a.m. this morning. The elf on the shelf ate my apple pie. >> What was that for the >> elf? He can eat what my husband has for pie in the fridge, too. He He ate. But I like apple pie. I was looking. >> Well, that's right. But But I can. And I I wanted the I wanted the the the the apple pie. And that elf on the shelf who is making his return engagement this year because of my 8-year-old nephew. Good lord. Jim, just do what the song said last night. Send a letter to the big No. >> Send a letter to the big man in red and he will retaliate for you. >> Would you be okay if I Is your watch a stretchy band or is it have a buckle? >> I don't want to get hurt. >> What was that? >> Fun to show you have silly string. >> He does not. Okay. >> Okay. I don't want to ruin it by the handcuffs, so I'm going to try and take it off. >> Oh, this is fancy. Maybe I don't know how to work it. Here, we'll walk over here and I'll figure it out. We're going to go right over here. >> Hello, Miss Gia. I say with a mouthful full of food. Thank you, Miss Gia. >> Apple pie. Gross. I like apple pie >> rose baked apple. >> I'm in the middle of eating my uh Reuben. >> Oh, good. >> Which which is awesomely delicious. >> Good. And he was showing food porn. >> Oh, >> yes. I showed my sandwich a minute ago. And we've got a special surprise for Miss Gia later on. Uh >> oh. >> As we will show her the dance by clash with Bow. >> Oh, please. >> Yes. Yes. Yes. And we are awaiting Mr. Pope Phil who has to give a sermon on boobies later today. Thank you to Mr. Griffy for his spinning of the wheel of Griffy. >> I still say that dance is a war crime. Jim, you might get >> cut off to the head. >> Yeah, >> this airport one that I've gone >> and she accidentally ended up on the gate. >> Oh, yeah. We watched this yesterday on Big End. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. She's toasted. She's very toasted. You want to take a seat on the bumper for me? I'm going to read you something, then I'll try and get your watch. >> Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in a court of law. You have the right at this time to talk to a lawyer and have him present with you while you are being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before questioning if you wish. Do you understand each of these rights I've explained to you? >> Yes. >> Okay. Having those rights in mind, do you wish to speak with me? >> Okay. So, I want to get that watch off. I don't want to get ruined by the handcuffs. Oh, if you want to go and turn around, I'll try and mess with it a little bit. >> She have anything on you? Do you have any coffins anywhere? >> Okay, I'm just going to patch you down. Go ahead and set your feet wide for me. Face the car. There you go. Don't keep anything in your bra. Do you have any necklaces on? Just the one necklace. Okay, I'm going to have you hop in the car for me here. I'll hop in on the talk to you in a second. Anything else? Uh, >> I'll ask her. These are her keys. I don't know what she wants. I mean, they're going to have to tow her car off then. >> Have to do that. Well, probably her purse, right? >> Yeah. Let me check her phone, too. >> I'm going to try. I don't think she has a prior, so if I can release her. >> That's right, Parson. Apple pie is nutritious, and that damn elf on the shelf ate my apple pie. this morning. He's in trouble. >> I have a toffee craft pie at my house right now. It's delicious. >> Yes, honey. >> And and you and and he also enjoys apple pie vodka is what we've heard. Is that right? Hold on. Let me read your name. Remember the names are punishment. I mean renames on behalf of Sale from yesterday. So, the former NCR for today is Dark Lord of the Wild, of the pink-winged, of those who flock together, of those who stalk the beaches, those who have darkness in their souls, and consumer of caffeine. While I am keeper of files, provision, provisor of texts, scavenger words of which the wicked fear, and lover of cats. Aren't you glad you missed out on this? Gia, >> I didn't miss out. >> What? You You want to be renamed? [laughter] >> No. >> Oh, missed out on being named. I thought you meant missed out on hearing it happen. >> Yes. >> Do not rename me. I will leave and I will not come back. >> Okay. Uh well well uh we also have apparently I'm going to be hit with my admission will be uh thank you Parson for the $5 super chat uh for the apple pie fund. Oo >> now does this count as my 30 minutes of confession? >> Uh what 30 minutes of confession? >> Didn't you do that thing where I was supposed to answer questions for 30 minutes? Oh yeah, we we'll do that later. We'll do that when uh Phil's on. Uh during when when I'm off doing exercise bike, you'll all get your 30 minutes of confession at one time where they can ask you anything. So >> Oh, then I've never actually had apple pie uh vodka. I do know they make apple vodka and I do know they make uh >> at one point was making a cherry pie vodka, but I've never tried them. I I I am not okay. >> Well, there you go. Yes. Uh we also Mr. Newman will be joining us sometime tonight. I think around 6:00. Uh he's just coming to hang out. He is taking his Taiwanese girlfriend to the mall today for her first Black Friday. >> Oh dear. Why would he do such a horrible horrible thing? >> I don't know. But uh yes, he may be actually eating Arby's as we speak. >> Now, I'm not saying what he's doing isn't nice. I'm just saying why would you want to show somebody the mad house that is the US commerce on Black Friday? >> I don't know. >> That would be great. But I'm going to talk to our social They're in your car. There's Sorry, I know it's super loud. Do you want us to grab like your cell phone and stuff for you? Sure. >> Yeah. Do you want us to take your whole purse or just the cell phone? >> My purse and my cell phone. >> Your purse. Okay. I'll grab it. She's super. >> Yeah. And how she got out here, I have no clue. >> Um I'm going to try and release her. I don't think she has any drivers. So >> I'm going to hope and pray that she'll blow. >> Um they're going to probably tow it, but I'm going to ask because I'm not driving. She drove out here. She can deal with it. >> But I guess we'll be back to the airport. It's going to be a major inconvenience for them and she'll let us move it. >> I'm gonna ask for anything. >> Uh her car. Should I tell the airport that they should tow it or should we see if she'll let us move it? >> We should tow it. >> Okay. >> Yeah. If we just want to tow it. Uh you can let the airport know as well. I can leave the park there. >> I know. as the helicopters try and land. >> No, she was I guess she was on the taxi way and planes are actively taking off and landing and then they got behind her with their like you know airport truck and she kind of like moved to over here is where they got her stopped and she did a great one like stand but everything else was just >> okay >> atrocious. So, I'm going to see if I I'm going to ask her if she'll blow when we get to the PD. And if she says no, >> yes, Gia, you missed uh when she was supposed to take the nine steps forward and nine steps back. She took three. >> Yeah, I saw it last night. >> Yeah, she took >> Yeah, she was all over the place. >> Yeah, she was supposed to go pick up She was going to go pick up somebody's kid. >> Oh, good lord. Yeah, that's what she told the cop. I'm I was going to go get their kid. >> Oh, good lord. >> Thank god she didn't get there. Now, it makes me wonder about growing up as a kid, how many times the people, you know, somebody's mom or dad was actually hammered when they went to pick us up from the movies or whatever. That's good. >> And no seat belts. >> Yes. Yeah. Yes. Let alone how many times my dad probably was hammered, but that's a different thing. Uh Chi-Chi Rodriguez is in with I made some slamming homemade apple pie. Granny Smith is the key and homemade pie crust. Well, and making it with love. There you go. Love is the key ingredient. >> Love makes the world go around. >> I'm just gonna >> That's right. Give it and go to the hospital. >> Will you tow it for me? >> Yeah. >> Thank you. >> Linda, have you ever been arrested for DUI before? >> No. >> You have you ever been arrested at all? >> No. >> Okay. So, I want to get you home today. I don't want to take you to jail if I don't have to. Uh we still have to process you for the DUI. Okay. >> But it'll take a lot less time out of our both of our days um if I don't have to take you to the jail, right? And then you get to go home after all this is done. Okay. Um so what we're going to do is I'm going to take you back to the police department. We have like the breathalyzer machine. Okay. And if you're good to give me the sample, um I'm going to read you some stuff, some paperwork, and then we'll do that and then I can get you home. >> Okay. >> Okay. Does that make sense? >> Yes. >> Okay. I'm going to get you buckled here. You want to lean back if you can? So I don't >> Is there someone we can call for you? Um, I don't think it's necessary. >> Okay, totally fine. >> The other thing is we have to tow your car. Uh, it's on airport property. It can't be parked here. So, we're going to we have to get the car out of here. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, they're going to tow your car and we'll get you the paperwork for that. >> Okay. I have AAA, so it's fine or >> No, we have to tow it with the police department. >> Okay. >> We can't wait for AAA. >> Okay. >> But we'll get you the paperwork for it. Just a second. >> Go ahead. >> This has question. I'm not sure what to answer. >> Okay. about somebody. >> Oh. Uh, up to you, Gia. Do you have any updates to share? >> She had a peaceful night waiting for the doctor to make rounds. >> I talked to the nurse this morning. >> Okay. >> Yep. >> As I'm finishing my sandwich. Thank you everyone. >> Okay, sorry. >> You can step out for me. >> Thank you. And we're going to go through this door here. You want to take a seat on that bench for me? Okay. I'm going to take these cuffs off and we're going to put you in these. If you want to face that way, you can skip to the edge of the bench. Thank you. I'm just a little less uncomfortable than kind of right now. I'll have you scoot that way just a smidge. We just got to put the one on. So, I'll take whatever wrist. Okay. Give me just one second. I want to fill some stuff out. Okay. So, I'm going to go through uh some paperwork with you. It's all pretty standard stuff, nothing crazy. And then hopefully we can get you home when we're done. And then we're not going to take your car. Like I said, can come pick it up for you. That way you don't have to worry about getting it out after this. So, warning, you are under arrest for driving or being in actual physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and or drugs. Further, you are now being asked to submit a test of your breath, which consists of two separate samples of your breath taken independently to determine alcohol concentration. If your driver's license is suspended or revoked, your commercial driver's license, if any, will be disqualified. Do you need me to read any of that again? Would you like to read it yourself as well? >> Okay. I'm going to sign my name here saying that I've read the statement to you and then I'll have you sign that you have had read or read it yourself right there and you're welcome to read it again if you'd like. Okay. Will you now provide a breath sample for me? Do I need to? So, like I said, if you refuse to submit a breath test, your driver's license will be revoked or denied for one year. If you [snorts] provide a breath sample, your driver's license will be suspended for 90 days. And um >> so it's up to you. >> Sure. >> Yes. Okay. [clears throat] And then could you open your mouth for me? Do you have like do you have a tongue piercing? Do you use any kind of like chewing tobacco or anything like that? Okay. Go ahead and open your mouth. >> Lift your tongue up for me. Just have to make sure you don't put anything in your mouth. So, what I'm going to do is I'm going to hold this out. You're going to wrap your lips all the way around the top of the tube. Okay? And you're going to blow long and consistently like you're blowing up a balloon. Okay? So, big deep breath in and then blow when you're ready. You got to blow. You can't make any noise. There you go. Keep going. I don't think that worked. So, you got to go. No noise or anything like that. Okay. Okay, try one more time for me. There you go. Keep going. Just like that. That's perfect. If you keep going, we won't have to do it again. So, go, go, go, go, go. Keep going. You're so close. Keep going for me. Keep going. You can stop. Thank you. That was perfect. Hopefully, he likes that one. There we go. Okay. So, we're going to do the same thing that we did last time. This will be our last test as long as we get a good sample. Okay. And then we'll work on getting you out of here. So, there you go. Keep going. Keep going. You got to go for a little bit. You're doing great. Keep going. I'll let you know when to stop. [clears throat] Um, your husband's coming to get the car. Do you think he'd be able to pick you up from the PD to take you home? >> I think so. I don't know. It depends on the time we have our kids that come they go off on the bus. So, >> what [snorts] time do they get off the bus? M like 4:20. >> Okay. If not, I can always get you right home. Okay. What I'm going to do cuz I have to do a couple paperwork things. Um I'm going to put you in a cell here just for you to hang out so I can finish what I'm doing so we can get you out of here. Okay. So, I'm going to take this off your hand. Okay. I'll have you go in this one in the center here. Beautiful. All right. And I'll be right back. Jesus. You come. You're fine. We're going to go out this door here. We're going to walk this way. I'll have you take a seat. You're being released from custody. We're going to walk around to the front of the pee. Uh your husband's on his way to come get you. So, I just wanted to give you a place to sit that wasn't at jail. So, >> hi. >> If there's anything else we need to do, >> no, sorry. Um she has all the paperwork. She got the citations. She has a copy of her test results. Um and the DO DUI hearing request form. Um so, if she does decide she wants a hearing, she can fill that out and send that. Um >> should I talk to you for a second? Is it possible? Nothing. >> What are the test results? I just don't I'm just confused because I got lost and I DON'T KNOW WHY I'M PENALIZED FOR GETTING LOST. >> Your test results on that page [snorts] right there is part >> we can chat over here if you prefer. [laughter] >> Just for a second. Yeah. I'm not expecting to change your situation. I just trying to understand. So >> yeah. So what happened if you would like to know? We got a call about a vehicle that was driving on the taxi way at the airport. Obviously it's a secured. How she got in, I have absolutely no idea. Um, and when I contacted her, flirted speech, typical behavior, um, that we see when somebody's intoxicated. And so, she was subsequently arrested for DUI. She performed field sprite test for us. Um, obviously didn't provide any issue. Um, she did the breath test and we have the results for that. So, she's being cited for the DUI. >> Okay. I just think there's a mental health thing though, you know, associated with that. Um, again, whatever, but I I know it's not your problem. I think I can have empathy for the situation and to be completely honest that's going to be something that you would want to share with the court. >> That's that's what I was saying is just like talk through that situation. Okay. >> Because we can't obviously >> do and I appreciate the empathy with holding the I [clears throat] appreciate all that. I just try to You're as surprised as I am about >> Yeah. Yeah. I mean, like I said, we um >> we have to do what we have to do, but the court should reach out within two weeks. I kind of explained to Linda, but I'll let you know, too. If you don't hear from them within 2 weeks, I would reach out. It has my information on there. It has a case number. If you don't hear from anybody, you can always give me a call. Um, and then my entire report will be completed today. >> And so, if you guys do want a copy of my report as well, body camera, everything. >> Yeah, it wouldn't hurt to Well, anyway, I just know what you got to do. >> You can do um a public disclosure. You just do it on the city of Arlington website. So, if you do want a copy of any of my report stuff, you can get copy as well. So, but if you feel like you don't have something when you get home that you need, just leave me. >> No, I just we're going to just put things in context. That's our responsibility. No problem. >> Thank you so much. >> The suspect was charged with DUI and reckless endangerment in the state of Washington. DUI, first offense, and reckless endangerment are both gross misdemeanors. [music] Okay, let me see if they actually put the BAC in the description. They did not. So, we don't know. But she was pretty hammered. Speaking of pretty hammered, let's go to the next one. Uh, with Well, let's save that one for next. And then this one. on May 24th. >> She's unlicensed driver. Unlicensed driver fights cousin wrecks her car. Fights cousin wrecks her car. With 2025, deputies in Washington responded to a call reporting that a Chevrolet SUV had crashed into a ditch. Upon arrival, deputies approached the female driver and passenger who appeared to be intoxicated. Here's what the deputies did next. All right. And quickly uh before we jump back into this one, let me tab open. We have updated the wheel. Uh the wheel is now had I think it's got 12 uh spots on it now. Uh, we've got new things like compliment Zoe, rename Phil, and Gia yells at whatever she wants to yell at. So, if there you go, >> I like that one a lot. >> Yes, you get to if we if we land on that one, you can yell at me all you want and I have to sit here and take it. >> Wow. So, nothing changed. And she couldn't get it into, you know, the keys to come out cuz it was locked in the drive. Okay. So I said, "Let's go ahead and put that into the park and then hand me your keys." She handed me your keys. I was put them on the top. And she said, "Hey, let me see those for a second." So I said, "Here, don't put them back in your car." Uh, as you see in the scroll, the uh we're just trying to make the money back on the Pacer bill. If you donate through the GoFundMe, Cash App, or PayPal, uh, for every $20, you get three spins on the Wheel of Griffy. For every $50, you get eight spins on the Wheel of Griffy. You can torment the cast. You can make our life a little easier. Uh, this was unexpected. I'm obviously, yeah, not in a great move over it, but that's the commitment we've made uh to make the f to make the documents available. Thankfully, I have completely cut back over the past couple of weeks on Pacer as there hasn't been many updates. Uh I think our current bill after this is $41 for the quarter or something around that. It won't be as bad next quarter. It was just all of the uh new cases from Chile's multiple lawsuits to all the Newman lawsuits. It's a pain in the butt, but every will survive it. Everything is appreciated and we thank you for helping out as this is a community effort to make sure that everyone can get access to these documents. I wasn't driving my own car. I >> Excuse me. Hey, is there any way you can sign this right here? This is not a bill. Just saying that we came to church. >> No problem. >> This one's coming off. >> I just told my sister cuz she f she fell in accident. I'm here to help. I'm not I I'm going to pay for whatever. >> I'm not trying to get all that. >> But no, your officer is trying to take me to jail. You're you're and I'm black. I'm from Jamaica. >> That has >> No, it doesn't matter. >> I wasn't doing nothing wrong, though. That doesn't have anything to do with Mr. Max. >> I don't get his >> I don't even have >> She'll give him his entire her entire life story, but she won't say which car she came out of. >> Of course not. >> Yeah. Including the upside down car that's sitting there >> in the middle since it started. >> Yeah. >> With nothing of value. >> Yeah. just she doesn't want to go to jail, but she's already in handcuffs. She's going to jail. So, >> and she's on probation. >> Yes. And she's a new mom and all this wonderful stuff. [laughter] [gasps] Ah, good lord. >> I'm a black car. >> No, they're talking about my car. They're talking about traffic. Can you let me go? >> I didn't do anything. >> You're being held because you have been acting erratically >> and I'm bleeding like I'm being everywhere. It's just crazy. >> If you would take a seat and relax. >> I don't want to sit down because I need my sister to be okay. I travel here for work is not going to make a difference. They already took her and she's getting taken care of. >> Exactly. I'll pick her up. I paid for everything. That's my car. Look at the lease. That's my car. That car is 2018. I pay that with crypto. >> I built that tooth. I'm self-employed. >> You bought it with crypto. >> I'm Yeah. >> Or she leased it with crypto cuz she's saying lease. Look at the lease. >> She said she >> Yeah. They're going to be thrilled with you. >> Whoa. And remember, I personally >> I personally doomed uh cryptocurrency by putting $5 into uh Bitcoin. I now have let's see latest update >> $312 >> something like that. Yes. Great investment either. Great investment. Yeah, because anything I get on to the Cash App, which was a $5 donation, I just clicked on because I didn't I didn't have my bank account hooked up to Cash App. So, I just put it in Bitcoin. And yes, my $5 investment is worth $361. So, yes, I've cursed it just like I cannot win on the lottery. Uh, when I turned 40, my mom gave me uh 40 single scratch off tickets for lottery tickets. >> You didn't win anything. >> I won nothing. She had bought herself three tickets and won on all three. So, how does that work? >> I bought a mega millions. I won 20 bucks. >> See, [snorts] there you go. >> Twice. >> Now, now when she's playing the uh computer slots, the the free ones, you know, you don't win any actual money. Anytime I walk in the room, she hits for billions. >> Yeah, I have like I have like 2.4 billion in my slot cash. >> Yeah, but it's not actual money. Oh, yes. >> I think it is, but it's not. >> And she wants to one day to take me to the uh casino and sit next to her to be her good luck. >> Oh, >> you know, >> and I actually have never bought any >> coins. So, I've been playing with their money and I have 2.4 billion. Yep. >> Well, there you go. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. She she tried to take my dad to the casino once, but dad had no attention span even before the dementia. So, you got maybe five minutes of actual playing on the machine while dad was wandering around looking for the bathroom or having to go to the bathroom every 3 minutes. So, yeah. >> Yeah. I played blackjack once where they had a extra bet, >> right? >> Which was 33 to1. >> If you got two twos or two fours or two set, I hit it seven times in a row. >> Oh my goodness. >> Yep. >> And then >> dealer said he's never seen it before. I won $975 in about 15 minutes. >> And then did they come down and say you've been banned from playing? I got up and everybody fought for my chair, >> right? That's funny. >> When I win, I get up. >> Yeah, cuz blackjack now in in uh Nevada or in Las Vegas, if you win for 20 minutes straight, they ban you. >> Well, they literally cards. >> Yeah. >> They have very few single decks now. >> Very, very few. It's multiple decks. >> Well, it's six decks and all sorts of shuffling. And >> you know, they can use those machines to place the cards anywhere they want to >> and they don't have to honor pay payouts anymore. So, I mean, you're at the whim of the casino. Just like on the slot machines, you're at the whim of the casino. They could say it's an error. Like that one woman in I think she was New Jersey won several million dollars and instead got a steak dinner because they said the machine was faulty. >> I had 3500 on a penny slot machine with $20 in >> and I got paid and I signed my tax form. >> Right. >> And I walked out. >> Right. >> Y >> and you're smart. You're smart. I took my friends to dinner. I bought my neighbors a fridge and I bought my golf cart with it. >> Yeah. You You stop when you're winning. >> And I fed the homeless. Yep. >> Yeah. >> My family will not [clears throat] play card game. >> Yeah. Because you've got you've got how many extra sleeves in that shirt? >> Yeah. >> How many extra pockets? Yeah. >> Not that because they all accuse me of counting cards. I count how many times they shuffle their deck and no matter what card game we play, they will not play me. Count my count card. >> Yeah, my ex-husband used to count cards and two-handed blackjack and he always won. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. They say the only thing to play is progressive slot machines in Vegas and uh poker because for poker the casino just rents the table to you. They've already made their money and you know they don't care. >> No. Bakarat no longer they've changed the rules so it's even harder to win. >> Yeah. When we were at Paula for those two days, their minimum was $25 a hand on blackjack. I said, "I don't think so." Yep. >> Yeah. >> No, thank you. >> Well, they're making Vegas into a place where the >> person in the morning it's $25 a hand. And usually they don't do that till like five o'clock on a Saturday night, >> right? >> This was like eight o'clock on a Tuesday. It's like what? They did it on Veterans Day for a reason. >> Oh geez. >> Yep. >> And go ahead. >> Well, that's why I think that's why they did it, >> right? >> Because um veterans got free play of 50 bucks or something like that. So, they're trying to draw them in. They were giving away free meals. They're trying to draw the veterans in and they raise all the table stakes. >> Yeah. >> Right. >> Hey, Rose. Good to see you. Go get some sleep. I know you're exhausted. Uh, Black, she worked Black Friday today at a Publix. Thankfully, not the Publix that Liberty Troll went to. We'll have that story up later on where Liberty Troll was quote unquote assaulted at a Publix on Monday because somebody said a mean thing to him and that constitutes assault. Uh Rose foot bath. I thought you I I thought the dog had taken over the bathtub. That's Yeah. guy. We'll figure it out. And yes, I'm showing my ankles later. Uh whenever Phil shows up, we'll go do the exercise bike and you'll get to see my gams. Oo, >> Ela. Yaoza. >> Not like a scandalist. >> I'm a wife. I'm not a scandalist. My bon is only going to be 250 and I'mma eat y'all the up cuz I want 250. Can I sit down a little bit? You know what? >> You can sit down on the curb easier instead of just sitting down here on a flat surface. >> 250. >> You can go and lean up against the >> the water pole. Can you hold this? >> Go lean up against the water pole >> right here. It's okay. Lucky she's alive. >> So Lori is basically looking up the information verifying >> and I'm good to go cuz I helped my sister at the car. That's me. I own that car. I don't have a license, but I own that car. >> Okay. So car >> My father is Yes. My father is Jamie Lee. >> Okay. So what we're going to do is we're going to get all your information. >> You guys should have it on me. We're getting all your information, verifying it on the computer. >> But regardless, >> verifying it on the computer. >> I don't have a handgun. >> I don't even have a handle. >> Okay. >> I don't have a handle. >> I didn't say you own one. I said >> you said possession. >> I don't I don't like guns. >> Jeff. Okay. >> Forgive me, but I don't believe you. >> All right. I don't believe you right now. So, we're sorting all that out and we're going to verify who you are and then we're going to take it a step step by step. Would you still being detained right now? All right. So, this officer is going to stay with you. You're running, right? You're running. >> No. >> Yep. So, he's going to stay here with you while we sort everything out. >> You guys have 30 minutes because that's the time. >> Ma'am, we have as much time as we need. >> You have 12 hours max. >> As much time as >> they will leave if you want to. driving to prison. That's the time limit. >> As much time as we need. >> That's the time limit. >> Wait, now she's got that up. >> Innocent bystanders >> Oh, baby. I know. >> are just eating at Chipotle. Have no reason to lie and say you had a gun if you didn't. >> Exactly. I >> They have no reason to lie. So, if multiple people are saying it >> Exactly. And you didn't find my car. So, I don't understand what you're talking about. >> Well, because they literally >> cuz I don't have a car. >> Said that you told them to take off. Who said >> they should have pulled him over? >> Witnesses? >> No. >> Well, we can't pull them over if we weren't here yet. >> I ran to my sister. I seen the truck drive her over the road and she flipped and I >> How did she lease a car? >> Yeah, I was thinking that, too. And then she just said, >> "How did she lease a car?" maybe with her and she supposedly owns the other Corvette. >> She can't She doesn't have a driver's license. She can't register it. >> I I feel like the same feeling I get when we watch too much Floyd Wallace. Your brain just goes and with every word she is hurting us all. So, I am making the executive decision to let's go to the end and avoid the rest of her battling, >> please. >> Cuz this this is getting painful. >> Okay. Yep. We're going to take it nice and slow. >> Hold on. >> Okay. What are you doing? >> Okay. We got two officers here. for second or bring anything with you, right? >> One second. >> You want anything on you? I don't want to hold you anything on you. I know. I know. Someone said you had a gun and then you've been acting real. Keep your hands on your shoulders and stuff. Okay. I got on camera. >> It's all good. It's on her shoe right there. Okay. That's just evidence. I just told you it's on her shoe and you wiped it off. Okay. Okay. All right, the next another charge wrap her ass bag on her hands. Couple hours in there, too. >> Yeah, let her put both of them. >> Hey, so you know it's a new crime to expose officers dangerously like that. So >> what is it? >> Here's the thing. You just exposed this officer to the puzzle. >> You just expos Listen to me. You don't control the scene. >> You don't hold up to me. >> Do not swear up to me. >> What is this? Double double it. >> You got any more? >> Yeah. Yeah. Double stal. >> Stop pulling away. >> You're not controlling this. >> I'm not pulling away. >> You are. You're not controlling this. Okay. >> You are about to cut him back. Hold on. She was charged with felony tampering with physical evidence, felony threatening harm on a public servant, felony possession of controlled substance, resisting an officer without violence. Uh on May 15th, 2025, she ple pleaded guilty to felony tampering with physical evidence. All the other charges were dismissed. She was fined $150 plus court costs and fees and was placed on probation for 12 months. I think she should have been charged more because she wouldn't shut up. So, yes. [sighs] Uh let's go to our next one. Another GI pick. One of the most vile women we've seen. Felony purges. All right, we're getting a pressure shot at 33. >> You got my thighs time, my legs time. Like I'm a pig. We ain't roasting no pig, man. DON'T PULL MY WEED, [ __ ] >> If you like arrest content, be sure to subscribe so you miss out on future videos. So, I guess I was already signed up for it. Remember folks, tonight we are going for another hour, less than an hour, about 50 more minutes on this channel. Then Pope Phil will start an hour of Q&A with the cast. Uh, in fact, Pope Phil is joining us right now as we spoke his name. Uh, Pope Phil, welcome to the show. >> Hello. Hello. Hello. >> Uh, Pope Phil, you are required to do a sermon on boobies. A sermon on boobies. as part of the wheel of Griffy, aka the wheel of torture. Uh spins are $10 a spin in Super Chat. If you pay out other through other means, uh it's it's for 20 bucks you get three spins. For 50 bucks, you get eight spins. as we urgently need help with as we just paid the pacer bill that would came in at $312 for the quarter. So, >> thanks. >> Yeah, it was an unexpected gift from the pacer gods of uh Yeah. Yeah. Merry Christmas, happy new year, and please help if you can. >> Do you now understand why I sung today's song? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Any gains we had made were wiped out by that. So, yeah. If you can help, immediate help, uh, sure. If not, uh, stick with the, uh, Yeah. Yeah. It's been that day, Phil. It's been that day. So, uh, we're sticking with this stream till about five o'clock when we will switch over to the other stream and Phil will host as I go do exercise bike and show my gams on camera. Uh, during that time, >> uh, during that time, Phil will not be able to spin the wheel or make the deal, but, uh, if they pile up during that time, uh, I'll do them when when I come back. Also, uh, let's see. During that time, they'll be doing live Q&A with the cast. Ask them anything that was part of a previous grift. And, uh, at 6:00ish, Mr. uh, Randall L. or yeah, Randall Newman, the unhinged attorney, will be joining us for about an hour. Uh, just general hangout, Q&A, talk about his lawsuits or whatever. So with that uh we have a woman a woman who ha is very nimble as she has moved her cuffs from the back to the front at least twice now. Uh the hard way. >> Oh >> in the back of a truck no less. Uh yeah, after she got in a fight with her husband, took his truck, threw all his tools on the side of the road, the husband is also being non-ooperative. And yes, she would be the perfect mate for Mr. Uh, sorry. Now, now Phil, since you're just joining us for today, the man formerly known as NCR will be called Dark Lord of the Wild, the pink-winged of those who flock together, of those who stalk the beaches, those who have darkness in their souls, and consumer of caffeine. While I am keeper of the files, provisor of texts, scavenger of dark words to which the wicked fear, and lover of cats. Now, tomorrow, Phil, you will be rename renamed uh poop Phil. >> Okay. >> Poop Phil. So, tomorrow you will be poop Phil. Uh and I will check your score in a second, Mr. Parson. What? What are we taking the score of? >> What do you want to know the score of? >> Uh, no. Uh, he's checking Discord. Oh, okay. Uh, I will fix that link uh for my Venmo cuz I didn't know how to do that cuz all of a sudden it want when they're doing when they're trying to contribute it's going to ask them the last four digits of my phone number which I will give to person right now but I will figure out how to actually do it so it doesn't do that. >> One, two, three. >> Uh, it's three nothing Georgia Tech. I thought you asking the score. Three nothing Georgia Tech. >> Oh, I thought you were watching the Bears game. >> The Bears. The Bears. >> I was watching uh UGGA. I was watching UGGA. >> UGA >> UG. U >> So we have Mr. Parson has just >> donated through uh one of the cash apps. So, he gets three spins of the wheel of Griffy. Three spins of the wheel of Griffy. So, let me get that back on the screen before we go back to this wonderful woman. Uh yeah, and please folks, don't use Venmo till I fix it. I have to get the direct link for you guys to get out. It's my first time with it, so please forgive me. Uh, let's see. For his first spin, he gets to rename Phil for a second day. >> Oh, [cheering] yes. He's already won that opportunity once to rename Phil. >> I hope it's good. And he now gets a new turn. And then remember, you have to do a sermon on boobies next hour for Parson's second spin. Mr. NCR, will you please tell Mr. Parson a drink recommendation for a fine evening like this? Well, since he made fun of the beloved jugalos, which I'm part of that community, I'm going to recommend another flavor of FGO. Actually, no. I'm going to go one step better. Seeing as we're I am the consumer of caffeine, I'm going to recommend my top favorite flavor of G-Fuel. >> Okay. And what is that? That is the Naruto sage mode. It is >> okay. >> It is white peach and pomala which is a type of orange which tastes just like a a subtle sweet peach. >> Tastes just like chicken. >> It's a subtle sweet peach taste, but you get a really good citrus after taste. not too overpowering. Get it on their website or you can get it in powder packs at GMC's and other stores that sell energy drinks. I have a tub of it on my desk right now. Uh we're going to go to his third spin. Remember, using the cash apps, you get bonuses. So, for $20, you get three spins. For $50, you get eight spins. That is true. >> Oh dear, >> that was close. Uh, thank you to Parsons. Now, uh, the punishment for me and Touche is now September of 2031 to get our food privileges back at all of those wonderful establishments that we've been banned from. August or September of 2031. Yeah, that that Am I wise to do this? really need the money. But >> you know, versus [laughter] the blood orange flavor is good, but the blackberry and green apple, oh, it's to die for. I get a lot of those spam calls, too, because a lot of my doctor's offices come up as unlisted or potential spam, >> right? So, I have to leave that off my uh phone so I can make sure it's my doctors. So, I get a lot of those. So, I've been screwing with them. And I literally got a guy on the phone for almost 10 minutes trying to sell me final expense insurance because I told him I was going to be cremated by the members of the Jedi Temple. >> Oh, good lord. >> Uh, Master Kenobi, Master Wendu, Master Quigon Jin. He's a good dude. He he was going to help me out. He got so mad at me I hit him on the phone and wasted his time. Well, he wast I do it for them, >> right? >> I feel it's only fair. >> Well, I I you know, I would try that. Um I wonder if they would cover my Viking uh funeral p expense. I want to be I'm going to be set on fire on a boat and uh pushed out into the lake. >> I actually got the supervisor >> on one of them by telling them I need to know if it covers uh a proper mummification because I need to be ready to meet the great sun god Raw. >> Oh, >> and they're like, "Uh, hold on, let me check." And they actually got their supervisor to verify for me that no, they cannot cover the mummification. But then how can I meet >> then how can I meet my my lord the the great sun god raw? I already have the pyramid. I got the jars of honey and I got the cats. Just need that. Uh who is joining us? Let's see who is back. I think it's Touche is back as well. That was the whole thing. They called each other their husband and wife, but they weren't actually married. >> Yeah. He didn't know her real last name. [laughter] >> That's at least I kind of know Rose's last name. So, she's got uh 18 aliases. So, >> But you're not actually married yet. >> No. No. But at least I kind of know it and and and all of her her ghost accounts. Yeah. >> So he's not here. >> He's a US marshal, but he'll call fly anywhere. He'll do anything. >> What is your name? >> My dad's name is Darren. She doesn't want to give me her name. Um, I already told her multiple times. I explained to her we're conducting a lawful investigation and that she's required to provide me with an ID. She said no.
