How? [music] [music] >> [music] [music] >> Heat. Heat. [music] Heat. [music] Heat. [music] Hey, Heat. [music] Heat. Heat. [music] Heat. Heat. Heat. >> [music] [music] >> Hello. Is this thing on? Hello. Hello. >> Hello. Good morning, evening, afternoon everybody. We are with you as we have uh uh we we have a special guest tonight and a special guest is Miss Rose who is the birthday girl tonight because >> because she is the birthday girl, she gets something special from Mr. Pope Phil. Take it away, Phil. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday dear Rose darling. Happy birthday to here. >> Happy birthday, Rose. >> Happy birthday. >> Happy birthday, Rose. >> Happy birthday, Rose. Uh, we're not going to ask how old you are other than you are legal in >> 57. I'm 19 years younger than you. I'm legal. 57. >> Obviously not old enough to know better because she's dating you. So there's that. >> I'm legal. Sorry, I have a seven-year-old. I'm legal. >> Yes. Yes, she has a seven-year-old. She's legal. That's all that matters. So, uh we we've got a lot of news to get through this to uh today. Uh good lord. Let's just start with James Freeman. Uh Freeman is still in jail. According direct, he does not have a lot of support in the Arizona auditing community at this point. And [laughter] this is uh domestic violence arrest. Uh >> yeah. >> Yeah. Uh basically James Freeman was picked up on charges. Well, he evaded the police. That's a big one. Thank you, DJ, for the $5 super chat. Happy birthday, Rose. Uh, Freeman was in the hospital portion of the jail yesterday. He's been put in general population today. He's facing a $40,000 uh cash bond or a $4,000 sur bond where someone would have to put up some sort of major collateral or using a bail bondsman. Uh the bondsman would have to take uh good care of that. He was supposedly having mental problems that we can't say on YouTube and hopefully they're treating him for those problems. But right now, he is still incarcerated and no one's put up the $4,000 bond. If he gets out, he cannot go home because he uh reportedly uh shoved his 14-year-old daughter and or 15-year-old daughter and there was an incident in front of his children. So, he's been told he can't go home. Um Mr. Uh, NCR will have more on this one, but uh, Rean Benson's uh, cohort, Mr. uh, what was his name? >> Lewis Johnson. >> Mr. Lewis Johnson, aka uh, real constitutional upholder, was shot by police Sunday morning after he allegedly shot someone else in downtown Denver. He is currently in the hospital. So is the person he allegedly shot. Uh basically he's facing from reports are sketchy on this one. There are there are two charges floating around. Of course uh Google AI is claiming he's facing both. One of the charges carries up to 34 years in jail. The other carries up to 42 years in jail. seeing that only what I read in one of them is attempted murder from what I read in >> Yes. >> attempted murder was one and then there was another one that he's facing. >> Uh basically he's 24. If he's convicted on one or both of these, he ain't getting out anytime soon. Even if it's first offense, >> this is very serious. Uh he's best known as being a Second Amendment auditor. He open carries because in Colorado it's legal to open carry, but he also pushes the boundaries of open carry. So he's gotten arrested a few times. He was convicted last year. I forget what he was convicted of. We did a report on it. Uh that was >> obstruction and I believe uh interference. >> Okay. So the same two things they got Jill for. Uh basically he's screwed if if things are going this way. >> Meet you in a minute. I promise. >> Uh this is no way. And of course, Rean Menson, who is being uh sentenced on Friday to her own charges of doxing a police officer, went on a mini rampage yesterday in downtown Denver. She found a police car that had was blocking a lane of traffic because they had a suspect in the back. They're waiting for a witness to come identify him. Uh she started screaming at the police officers and the guy behind the wheel of the police car kept honking his horn anytime she started screaming. So that just enraged her further. But it was hilarious to watch cuz honk honk and then you couldn't hear her and it was glorious. It was the best reconvincing video ever. We'll have that up on really cool uh site.org tomorrow. uh when we when this story comes out. Mr. Pants is asleep right now, so once he reads them, we'll have those stories up later. Uh uh Mr. Yesterday, I don't have today's update on Dr. Dave. Uh thank you Dave for the $20 super chat. Dave, remember that you've earned yourself a veto for that $20, so you can veto part of the show tonight. Uh remember Miss Gia is sitting on five vetos herself. Uh so if I do something like oh remind you what Chi-Chi uh or CC Dcastro looks like. Uh you can use your veto to ban CC Dcastro photos for uh tonight or even Mr. Bal photos or Reanbenton photos. That's it. Regent in photos or even Chile Dcastro himself, the angel sent from heaven >> death. >> Chile Castro. That's right. You can use your vetos to change the show. Uh Rose, you haven't seen the veto yet. Uh and in honor of Rose's birthday, you know what we're going to do? >> You know what, Phil? >> What? We are going to do part of Rose's birthday present is a chance to torture me. >> Oh. >> And we're going to do a spin on the wheel tonight. Uh in honor of Rose's birthday. So, let's do this. Share screen. Main wheel. Uh Rose, tell me when to spin. >> She left. If you're still with us, >> do it now. You big muffin. >> She left. >> She's still here. I think >> she's made a sandwich. She's making a sandwich. >> Oh, chat. >> Uh, well, no, I don't. Not normally. >> No, the private chat. >> Uh, uh, we are going to [clears throat] spin the wheel and when she gets back, we'll tell her what she she's won. Uh, remember, you two can spin the wheel. I believe it's 20 bucks for a 20 bucks super chat. We'll get you in the wheel. This is a Oh my god. [laughter] Uh in honor of Rose's birthday, tomorrow I have to do an extra mile on uh the exercise bike. >> Perfect. >> One mile. >> Wait, what just happened? In honor of your birthday, >> your sweet boyfriend decided to give you the ultimate gift, a spin on the wheel of torture gym. >> I was taking out the trash. >> Well, you won. Uh, I have to do an extra mile on the exercise bike tomorrow. >> So, yeah. So, after I do 30 minutes, >> do it live on air. >> Yes. No, I can't do it live on >> the workout from the 60s. >> No, we might do that next week because one week from tonight is our two-year anniversary and we will be live from noon to 8:00 p.m. uh with with our monthly marathon where Pope will be taking over the show for at least an hour and I will be doing exercise bike during that time. Yay. >> Uh, if anyone would like to help us with our pending bills, which we have one more big one to go, and I'm so broke right now, it's not funny. Uh, yeah, one more big one to go next week that I planned it out. Uh, our GoFundMe is scrolling at the bottom of the screen right now. Any donation helps. Uh, it also gets you anything donated is also qualified for vetos or spins on the either the wheel of torture or the uh super wheel of torture which uh has bigger prizes on it. Bigger tortures of me. In fact, let's take a look real fast. Uh, super wheel. The super wheel like I have to be on camera for one week or I have to cook meals three weeks or I have to let's see there's a rename a cast member which we still have not heard back >> trying to kill us. >> Uh, who's trying to kill you? >> You guilt our week. Who is trying to murder us? >> Oh, that would mean I'd have to use the air fryer three days a week. So, >> who is trying to kill us? Well, there are >> that. >> Don't look at me. I'm still sticking with voodoo. >> There's also three slots here that that punish me severely. And one is no chips for a week, no ice cream for a week, and no burgers for a week. uh in our process of trying to make me healthier, I guess, or brainwashed or whatever it is. >> I've been doing that trying to do that for two years. I tried to do with NCR. Total failure. >> Total failure with you. >> Done. I'm done. >> I know. >> I told you to take the cone off me and let me get to the kibble. >> And I'm down 27 pounds. And both of you suck. >> Suck. Well, I'm trying still. I'm still trying. >> Do the Hollywood diet. >> So am I. But that's not the point. >> I'mma go on Oopic. >> Uh folks, we are going to get on to drunk girl after we go to the news, the rest of the news of Mr. NCR. Mr. NCR, take it away. >> Yes. To further add on to the incident involving Mr. uh Lewis Johnson. Uh the reports I've been reading and the information I've been gathering have stated the following that at 2 a.m. on May th May 3rd, police were called to the corner of California and 16th Street where the he was identified as a suspect by people who were there pointed his direction. And I know that we've been hearing a lot from San Juan King Valley and Rean that this was an unjustifiable shoot. The reports are stating that he was told multiple times to drop his firearm. He did not do so and put the officers in the fear of their lives. Now, the entire shoot is being investigated by three bodies of uh law enforcement, the Colorado State Patrol, the Colorado uh Bureau of Investigations, and the homicide unit for uh Denver. All of them are currently investigating this, and with more [clears throat] information coming out, he may not have been able to even possess his firearms. which does kind of go with his belief structure because I did actually debate him at one point >> where >> Go ahead. >> I I thought he got his guns back after the the last conviction was either overturned or whatever or was appealed. I think it was dismissed >> right on appeal because remember he got convicted of the one thing and then he immediately appealed it. So why what would prevent him from having firearms? >> I believe he actually got another charge similar to the one that led to the first arrest. >> Okay. where they did uh issue the order of protection. >> Okay. >> Now, he is one of the [gasps] How can I phrase this without offending people who love guns? He's one of the people that make gun nuts looks sane. >> Yeah. >> [laughter] >> like th this is something that we had a discussion about uh when I debated him should felons get their second amendment rights back. He's like as long as they've gotten out of jail, they should get their rights back regardless of what crimes they may have committed or about to commit or will commit due to their past and history. Give them back their guns. >> Oh, okay. uh doesn't follow gun law to the extent that somebody who should be an advocate for the Second Amendment would >> and has no issue with people staging confrontations using the Second Amendment. >> Okay, >> so with that information, we can only assume how this actually played out. >> Let's add this information. He also uh walks around in a his with his firearm uh prominently displayed. He's got a uh bulletproof vest on. Whenever he's with Rean Benson, he usually has the the vest on, the full military uh flack vest or whatever the hell it is now. He just I mean he's always armed and he's especially when he's with Rean Benson because he's serving as quasi security for her. Uh [laughter] I I I just had a horrible horrible thought and I might be giving Jim something to work with. >> What are are you saying that he's Rean Benson's bodyguard? Uh he has he has been used in that role. Yes. And in fact if you I can I can make you physically ill right now if we want to go there. >> No. >> If you remember >> last year when she was demonstrating sexual positions on a live stream. He was in the background so embarrassed that he had to walk away from her. walked out of the room and came back in. What in the world is going on on this train? >> Uh, last year when Rean was in public demonstrating various positions. Yeah. Lewis was with her. He was so embarrassed he had to walk out because she was making noises. >> Why? Why? Why? >> Yes. >> Phil. Phil, is Sister Diamond able to comfort me right now or is she still busy with the other clients? >> Yes. Yes. Yes. We will make her available uh right away. Yes. >> And and folks uh just think of the scene from the movie when Harry met Sally, but with a 53year-old woman gyrating during it. That's all I can say. >> Okay, I need to put bourbon in my coat. >> I'm so glad I've never watched that movie. Yes, that's that's [laughter] Yeah. Yeah. Regan on camera doing that. Yeah. Uh >> you know, I'm just straight bourbon to the head. >> The the night frights did not leave for a while. So, yeah. Uh folks, I'm sure it's available still on her YouTube channel. I know we have a link to it in our uh in our uh uh website. So, yes, if you want to torture Parson with it, go find it and send it to him multiple times since I didn't see Parson in the room tonight. >> I was going to say, you know, maybe we can possibly try to recreate that scene from the post or the bodyguard, but what you just did, Jim. >> Yeah. You're welcome. >> You're an evil, evil man. [laughter] >> We're just now learning that. Yeah, Rose, I've learned that I I just didn't think he would use his powers for evil. I thought he would use them for good. >> That's all he powers for is evil. And then Karma comes back and kicks him in the nuts because he's six from a 5-year-old again. >> I don't know. Eight-year-old. My 8-year-old grandne nephew. Yes, I've had quite the day. It started out with my ear making clicking noises and then it was fizzing and then my stomach decided it didn't want to keep anything down or inside >> drinking. Stop. It's almost dinner time for some of us. >> Please stop. [laughter] >> Just stop the stomach issues. tomatoes. >> It's wooden oil bourbon >> sent to me by our beloved Touche. >> There you go. >> Bourbon that I married and is my strongest relationship I've ever had. >> Until this next video we're going to in just a few minutes. >> Why must uncomfortable? >> NCR will fall in love yet again. Why? >> How much we make you uncomfortable? >> Because we're your friends. >> Yes. And >> that's your definition of friendship. >> Yes. >> And NCR needs >> I'll tell you what, men have weird weird definitions. >> Yes. Yes, we do. >> NCR needs this woman. She's 27 years old. Well, she is Florida. >> Yes. So, we're gonna go live to this one or or semilive from September of last year uh to the latest woman who may be Mrs. NCR. >> Nice tomatoes. Nice. [snorts] >> Yes. >> It's good bourbon. >> What's up? >> Looks like Sierra Charlie Delta Mike 88. >> Tag lights. You got no lights. I had to eliminate your tag. That's probably why you were like wildly so close up. Do you have a dog on you? >> No. >> Oh, it must be over there then. Uh, copy. Yeah. Tag lights. You have your ID on you? >> Yeah. You know, >> I know. I know you. >> The lights do. >> Can she get off the bikes? >> We don't. >> Woof. Woof. Woof. Wolf wolf. >> I love wolf wolf. >> Do you have ID on you, ma'am? >> And Gia, you know you can use one of your vetos to shut me up. You know that, right? >> I know. >> You can veto Jim completely. >> We're trying to mute Jim. Why? There we go. >> Oh my god, I just realized the hair >> the hair it's shaved and then there's a ponytail on top of it. >> Looks like she's wearing a fizz. >> Okay, so technically when you're on the motorcycle, you're supposed to wear proper equipment and proper gear, i.e. eye protection, you know, all stuff like that. So you don't have that. >> You haven't done anything wrong. Well, yes. It's a traffic stop. Okay. So, you're not wearing the proper equipment. You're the passenger. So, what's your first name? >> The look on that one's face. >> Wait, who was saying she objects? >> Yeah, I know. I don't know what she's objecting to, >> right? I got her information, but like I said, >> oh, so he's asking of this woman. This this woman on the right. You're the passenger. Give me your information. So, she's a bit confused. They both needed to be wearing head gear. Uh, on a motorcycle. >> I'm going to get my ice cream. This requires sugar. >> Yes. >> Passenger on a motorcycle. >> You're not wearing the proper equipment. You can still get a citation as well. So, what is your first name? >> What is your first name? >> Sarah. >> Is that s i e r r a spell it? Or c i e r r a. >> C i a. >> Uh, Virgo, hurry back. Hurry back. Virgo. >> L. And >> your last name? >> L. >> Huh? >> L. >> Your last name's L. It starts with L. >> Okay. What is your last name? >> I just said where does it start? >> You got a warrant. >> What is your last name? >> She's got a warrant. >> You're making this much more difficult than it needs to be. >> Yep. She's got a warrant. >> She's got something. >> Yep. >> Teacher. >> Huh? >> Ker. >> So, it doesn't start with an L. Spell your last name. >> The L is silent. K E I E R. >> Huh? K E I E R. >> K E I E R. What's your birthday? >> My say this right now. Publix got a new limited time edition ice cream. >> Why are you acting like she or something? >> Caramel turtle cheesecake ice cream and it is good. [laughter] >> That sounds good. That sound good. >> Got little chocolate turtles. >> Oh, >> it kind of sounds like uh the the Jollie's uh Mudhens ice cream that we can get up here. It doesn't have the cheesecake though. It's got everything else but not that. Because if you give me a fake name and a fake I we're going to start over, okay? And you could talk to her >> because she knows me. We we know each other pretty good. So if you give me I'm the most easiest person you could work with, okay? If you lie to me straight to my face and you give me a false name and a false birthday, I will hook you up and I will take you to jail for providing a false name. So do you want to start over or do you want to continue with the fake name that you're giving me? I'm going to give you one chance. >> Keep with the fake name. Keep with the fake name. >> Huh? >> Spin the wheel. Spin the wheel. Make the deal. >> What is your name? Pal Tech 948. Are you nearby? >> Huh? >> He's on. Why am I being stopped? Why do I have to get up right? >> Okay. What is your What is your first name? >> Sir, I already said it. >> C I A R A >> Told you. >> Yes or no? You're making this way much more difficult. We would have already been gone. But now >> and you you send back. >> Okay. So, spell your first name for me. >> Spell your first name. C I A R A is what you gave me. You gave me a middle initial of L. Is that your middle initial? >> Yes. >> Okay. And what is your last name? >> Bae. >> Smith Johnson. >> Do you have >> No. She's got to go with El Bay. She has to go with this. >> I shouldn't. >> You shouldn't. >> Yeah, cuz I have another >> Okay, but listen. I told you and I explained why. Okay. you're not wearing the proper equipment that you need to have when you're on a moped, motorcycle, any type of riding device, >> you're making this a lot much more worse than it needs to be. >> But if you give me a false name, right? Okay. And it turns out that you don't have a warrant, guess what? You're going to go to jail for providing a false name to me, >> which all could have been avoided. >> So, I'm going to give you one last chance. >> K E I E R >> is what you gave me. K E I E R. Yes or no? >> C H E R. >> What? >> Teacher. >> Okay, spell it. >> K R. >> K E I >> C H G R. >> And what's your birthday, Sierra? >> I see. See you real soon. Okay. What? >> Why? Because we like you. >> Do you think you have a warrant? Is that why you're acting like this? >> I shouldn't have your name because I didn't do anything wrong. Why would I have >> Well, typically people who sit there and can't provide their name. >> I know what my name is. >> What? >> I know my name is >> Right. But you giving me different spellings. So, stop. You giving me So, so Right. But you gave me You gave me an improper spelling of your last name the first time cuz remember everything's on camera. You said K E I E R. And then you're acting all nervous. I'm not nervous. >> If this was me and Christine, >> you are. This is me sitting on the bike. >> I'd have turned around and said, "Dumbass." >> Give him your name or I will. >> You would have probably hit her on the back of the head, too. >> No, I'd have said dumb ass. Give them your name and birthday or I will. >> There you go. >> This is where I think water balloons should be perfectly legal and useful. uh equipment to convince people to answer your questions. >> There you go. >> Not cause harm. >> There you go. Uh yeah. Uh >> so are billy clubs. You know, billy clubs should be legal again. >> Billy clubs will hurt people. Water balloons will not. >> Never. Well, if you freeze a water balloon long enough, >> if you're the wicked witch of the east, it will melt you. >> Melting. I'm melting. >> Melting. >> We are not. And we are definitely not made out of sugar. We are flesh and bone and skin and organs. >> I mean, [clears throat] we don't know what our viewers are made out of. >> Yeah. And we know we know Chi-Chi's not sugar and spice and everything nice. >> Oh god, no. She's got a torture chamber in her basement. That's that's that's >> quality work at a discounted price. >> That's That's I don't know. Uh let's go back to the video. It's a long one tonight, folks. a long one tonight. >> This isn't my This isn't my first day working. Okay, >> Phil, shut up. >> You probably >> Okay, >> that's what Gia said about me. >> This isn't my first day working. >> Okay. >> Well, you'll either beat it or beat it. >> Shut up. >> So, is this going to be the correct spelling? Alex, bro, >> your correct birthday. >> Correct birthday. Yeah. >> Correct birthday. Is this the correct name? I'm going to give you one chance. You give me a fake name, I'm taking you to jail. Is this your correct social that you gave? So, if I go to my computer right now and I pull you up by your name and stuff, you're just going to be just like that on that's how it is on your driver's license. Cuz right now, this is your one chance. I'm about to walk to my car and if this name doesn't come back and this birthday doesn't come back, I'm putting you in cuffs and I will take you to jail. >> Putting me in cuffs for white and you're sorry. will take you to jail, Jim, >> because you're over here. >> Anything wrong? >> Can we just get a citation? Cuz I really haven't done anything wrong. >> I'm not asking. >> Yeah, she wants to be. >> Yeah. >> All right. This is your one chance to be honest. >> Well, why are you giving him fake information? >> Wrong. >> Are you giving him fake information? That's all he's asking. Do you have a warrant? Are you on probation? Is that what it is? You're going to have to handle this some at some point. If you do, you're going to keep on living your life. If you have a warm look behind you, >> the hamster wheel is moving, >> but the hamster is dead. >> Am I afraid of the key? >> Yes. >> I mean, let's see. >> I'm asking you if you provided him the right name. >> Can I >> It's not worth going to jail for a law enforcement officer. Take me. Don't back up. Get the back. Stop. Don't tense up. >> Don't tense up. >> Don't tense up. Stop. >> Don't tense up. >> You're going to get blown on the ground. >> Stop. Please stop. >> You're going to catch resistant charge. >> Stop. >> Ow. Seriously. >> I can't see. >> You keep it up. You're >> I'm not doing anything wrong and I'm not respecting and I don't know who that is. >> You ma'am. >> I really don't know who you are. >> Okay. So, you give me a fake Stop. Cuz she's with me. So, listen. You give me a fake name. You give me a fake social. Are you a black female that lives in Vero? >> No, you're not. >> I didn't hear you, sir. >> You said something about Verau. >> How dare you? >> What the hell? >> So, hold on. Thank you DJ for gifting the five gifted memberships. Uh level not eligible to marry NCR. Uh RSN in Thailand is not eligible to marry NCR. >> Oh, my heart is broken. >> Uh Theia Dank is not eligible to marry NCR. Linux Guy is not eligible to marry NCR. A Robbie not eligible to marry NCR. and Ron Bazad not eligible to marry NCR. Uh DJ has earned a [laughter] >> DJ has earned a veto for his donation tonight. So DJ, remember you've got a veto power for giving us uh five gifted memberships. remember because I don't I don't keep track of anything but Giaz vetos because V Gia is holding on that to them to one day take over the show herself. >> Yes. Yes. Yes. That's >> that's my plan. >> Probably >> during the uh the marathon next week. >> Yes. All corgi 247. All corgi all the time. No rotties. None. And >> remember the veto if used early enough will go the complete 8hour marathon. So it's like eight times the power of a normal veto on next Wednesday. [sighs] Good lord. Good lord. We're in for it now. So if you use them early and often, you can torture Jim all day on Wednesday. I don't know. >> I'm going to give you this one. >> You're being accurate. >> Put your butt against the car. >> What is your name? You lie to me again. >> What is wrong with her? >> You already got resisting charges and now you have providing a false name. >> I haven't done anything wrong. >> No, I haven't done anything wrong. >> So, we're we're going to have a Okay. Okay. Okay. They are not even answering the cop's question automatically. I've done nothing wrong to end up in this position. Lady, you had to follow simple instructions. He informed you what was going to happen if you did not follow the simply instructions. This is like kindergarten. You listen to the teacher. You do what the teacher said or you've done something wrong. >> But she won't let us play with the good finger paints. >> Yeah. >> Oh, so for a reason. >> NCR, you want to finger paint with this girl? That's what you're saying. So, >> no. I'm saying the teacher won't let us have a good finger paint. Dearly beloved, we're gathered here today for very special occasion. A fingerpainting wedding. >> We have never had a fingerpainting wedding. >> Woman who wants to have her body finger painted by NCR with all 10 fingers all over different colors. >> Yes. Do you take NCR to be your lovely wetted canvas to do with it to mold with him as you will? >> I do. >> But NCR, do you take this lovely piece of canvas to mold and shape and get all 10 colors of the rainbow all over her body on your wedding night? No. Wow. I hell are you talking about? >> He makes me tingly in all the right areas. I love you guys. I love this hat. >> Marius Marius. >> By the powered in me by Skittles and taste in the rainbow, I now pronounce you you buzz and wife. You may do weird freaky hippie things to her. >> Sorry. Take colors of the rainbow. >> Uh uh. Tomatoes vetoed the wedding. >> No, it was my best one yet. It was my best one yet. >> Tomatoes the wedding. >> Actually, it was DJ. It was DJ. Sorry. It was DJ who Sorry. >> You're getting You're getting some movie pics. Hit me up on Discord. >> Orange. >> Yeah. You're getting leftover Easter candy. That's what you're getting. >> Yeah. The Bad Batch. >> Yeah, it is great. That is a great one. Yeah, I like that. >> And The Bad Batch was a good Star Wars cartoon as well. So, yes. >> Okay. Okay. I am lost. I am lost. Did you say 10 colors of the rainbow? >> Yes. >> Uh, yes, he did. >> Okay. Well, he said 10 colors cuz I'm only coming up with seven at max. It's his fingers all over her body. Rose. >> Yes. >> All eight fingers and two thumbs. >> I thought you meant actual colors. You were driving a crazy and a different color. >> A different color. over here counting out the colors of the rainbow and it ain't coming out to 10. [laughter] >> And and Rose, uh, that old slogan, taste the rainbow, also would have applied had DJ not vetoed the the wedding. >> Yes. >> Yes. Yes. Kane Hutter would approve. >> I don't like Skittles. >> I can't eat Skittles. Well, I just can't leave the red ones. >> Why not the red ones? >> Strawberry. >> Oh, okay. >> I don't like strawberries. I actually ate strawberry the other day and my coworker looked at me so [screaming] so confident. She goes, "You don't eat those." I said, "I know. I don't like them." She goes, "Why did you eat it?" I said, "Cuz I'm hungry and there's nothing else to eat here. >> [laughter] >> Uh, good lord. >> You don't like you don't like them. I can't eat them because I'm allergic. That's It's kind of ironic that I'm being tortured by a man who's >> allergic to grapes. That was the only other thing that they had was grapes. >> Grapes are delicious. >> Yeah. She can't have alcohol either. That's That's her her weird allergies. Uh, >> weird. Remember That's the Her weird allergies are almost as bad as mine. >> I veto that we move on. >> She uh That's one. She's used She's got four left. We're going back to the video. >> You're losing me. >> We R O W N E L Y L. >> Yes. What is your birthday? >> What? >> I already gave it to you, sir. Uh, we're going to almost the same day as this one, but we're going to Gia's old stomping ground. >> St. Charles, Illinois. >> Yep. Yep. Y >> Charles. Uh, yeah. So, this is a noise complaint that turned into a battery investigation. >> Nice. something that they won't allow me to do. >> What's that? Hey, ma'am. Come here. I gota >> Hold on. I gota We got to talk to you. So, you can't take a walk over here. Come here. >> Oh, this is the nosy neighbor. >> Ma'am, I'm talking to you. Come here. >> I'm telling you. Just sit tight here for a second. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Can you tell me what's going on? Why are we here? >> Because they're provoking me. That's >> what What does that mean? What does provoking mean? >> Hold [snorts] on. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. You're make they want to make me the bad guy. >> I'm so I'm I'm talking to you and you are not free to leave. Okay. So you can't walk away from me when I'm trying to investigate if a crime occurred in my house. >> No, we are here right now. So you chose to walk over here. >> Mhm. >> I am now addressing you out here. Okay. >> Okay. Fine. >> So can you tell me what happened right now? >> Last Sunday between 4:30 and 5:30 they were making this obnoxious noise. As you can see my deck is straight earshaped. Where do you Where do you live? >> I live right there. >> What's What number? What house number? >> 56. >> So 56 and they live over here. So a couple hundred feet away, >> I guess. I don't >> sure. Okay. >> Yes. >> So what happened? Yeah. >> I came over and told them that there were some rules in the association about making that noise. They said, "You're new here. You don't know what you're talking about. We've been here 30 years." Great. >> Basically, they could do whatever they wanted. Thank >> uh and we know it's not you on screen, great granny. >> Okay. >> Allegedly >> I even with my windows closed, I could hear that machine. >> Sure. This is all on Sunday. >> Sunday night, >> right? [snorts] Dinner time. Can't be out on the deck. >> What >> part of the day Tuesday? On Tuesday, we had a board meeting. I spoke to the president of our board, told him about this. I asked him, "What could I do >> on a Sunday evening like that?" He said, "Call the police." Well, that was not something I wanted to do. Okay. >> So, when they started up again Sunday at 5, >> now does that sound like they were intentionally trying to aggravate me? >> I think so. >> I came over to talk to her. She wouldn't turn off the machine. >> Let's slow down. So, what do you mean when you came over? You talked to her. >> She was on her deck >> making noise. >> Where did you go? >> On this side of the deck fence. >> Okay. >> I said, "Can you turn that off? Can I talk to you?" >> Did you go inside her house? >> No, not at that point. >> I was trying to You were talking essentially outside where we were originally. Okay. Then what happened? >> She wouldn't turn off the machine. >> Okay. >> She completely ignored me. Pretended I wasn't there. Okay. I went onto the deck. I tried to grab the machine. >> What do you mean you went onto the deck? How did you get into the deck? >> There's an opening right in front of those. >> So, there's a door to the to the unit. >> No, there's [snorts] How You ask your companion how you got on the deck. There's a gate. >> You can't You can't at 5:00 onto the deck. >> I went onto the deck. I tried to grab the machine to get her to stop and listen to me. >> She started yelling, "Don't touch me. Don't touch me." >> The dog was barking at the door. The inside door was open. I knocked knock. There was somebody sitting in there. She saw me. I knocked knock again. She ignored me. I opened the door. I don't remember if I walked in. I said, "Can I talk to you?" Something like that. And then she started screaming at me. So, I came out and I called you folks. And I went over there to tell them I'm so upset. I went over there to tell them that the president of the association told me I should call the police and I did not want to do that. >> Okay. That's why I went over there. >> Okay. >> But here we are anyway. >> When you grab the noisy leaf blower. >> No. >> Did you just grab the leaf blower? Did you grab her? >> I had no idea. I was so annoyed and aggravated. >> So you were grabbing something? I was trying to get her. >> Do you remember if you grabbed anything though? Like did you physically hang on to something? >> I touched something. I didn't. >> So, you did grasp at something is is what you're saying. You grab >> I tried to. I don't think I actually grabbed anything though. >> Do you remember grabbing her arm at all to prevent her from trying to blow >> the leaf blower? >> She was pointing it at me. So, I may have done that. This isn't the HOA. This is a neighbor. That's what this is. >> Yeah. This is This is psych. >> This is not the HOA. This is somebody who doesn't know the rules and thinks you can't blow her at 5:00 on a Sunday evening. It's not a valid noise complaint. It is not. >> In September. Yes. >> Yes. In September. >> Yep. Yep. >> Yep. Then I guess I grabbed her. >> So you grabbed her arm. Okay. With my finger. The big issue we have here is number one, >> my broken finger. >> Why would you go into somebody's home and confront them like that? >> And number two, >> I wasn't thinking straight. >> And number two, >> do you think it is all right to grab somebody in their in their own home on her deck like that? >> As I said, I wasn't thinking straight. >> I'm just asking, do you think that's okay? I think if somebody's ignoring me. >> No, no, no, no, no, no, no. Do you think it's okay? >> I did not go over there with the intention of grabbing her. >> But you came over there to confront her about the loot. You didn't >> I went over to tell them I didn't want to call the police. >> Okay. And then what happened? But you said after she ignored you, >> stop and listen to me. >> But then you went onto her deck onto her private property. I did. >> So does that kind of does that make that okay? Where are we going? Where are we going? We aren't going anywhere. I am stopping to talk to you. >> I need a drink of water. >> Yes, there's lots of Karens in HOAs. There are. >> Yes, >> we have quite a few Karens. I got called They called the police on me in my golf cart because I look suspicious. [laughter] >> Well, you you were topless at the time. So, >> well, like I'm like I'm casing the neighborhood with my dog. >> Yes. At 87 years old, I was I was uh suspicious >> and I had stopped in front of my neighbor's home, who's the ex motor cop, the guy I was talking to the other night, and the police pull up >> and he's like, "Somebody called me on you." I'm like, >> we all started laughing, >> right, >> immediately. >> Oh, good lord. >> Yep. Yep. Yep. There's some people who just don't have enough going on in their lives and they need to go find something to complain about. That's all I got to say. Yep. >> And not leave because we are past the point here right now. >> I confess. I confess. I went up on her deck. I tried to grab something to get her to stop making noise and listen to me. If I grabbed her arm, I grabbed her arm. >> You can't do that. >> Okay. I can't do it. >> You absolutely cannot do that. >> Fine. I agree. I can't do it. >> Absolutely. Do you have your driver's license, lady? >> No, I don't. >> Okay. I'm gonna need your basic information. Okay. >> You're 95. >> Let me get her first. Okay. >> 95 years old. >> So, I did have a conversation. >> Not right now. >> Um, after talking to her, she did admit to going onto her property and attempting to stop her. She did say that she grabbed onto something and she did acknowledge that she obviously entered her property without that consent. So you do understand that you can't do that regardless, right? >> Mhm. >> Okay. So you committed a battery. Okay. >> And criminal trespass >> and criminal trespass to you cannot grab somebody. >> Okay. Fine. >> And you can't touch anybody. >> I got it. I got you got that. Okay. >> I got it. >> If your hands behind your back, you are under arrest. Okay. >> For heaven's sakes. >> We are past this point, ma'am. Okay. >> For heaven's sake. He must be loving this. >> What happens to Betsy? >> Oh, I am getting Phil that outfit with the flowers on the back. >> Y >> he is going to look so good when he's about to nude grill wearing that shirt. >> Oh, yeah. >> Yes. >> And a bonnet.
