TOUCH ME. DON'T TOUCH ME. >> WHAT'S UP EVERYBODY? I HOPE YOU guys are doing fantastic. In today's video, we'll be taking a look at the arrest of Ancap Cop Watch. So, this arrest happened 5 days ago live and I believe he was held in jail for about 4 days because he was released not too long ago. And this guy is a total total degenerate. I mean, he sees police officers that are doing a SWAT operation. They're trying to get a dangerous suspect out of an apartment complex and this guy thinks this is the right time to go agitate the cops and try to throw a little temper tantrum. It is incredibly pathetic. Towards the end, he gets arrested and it is a glorious arrest. Without further ado, let's get started. >> They're telling uh sneaking sneaking his yard and That's the second flash bang today so far. Huh? Ronnie, good to see you. Exactly. [ __ ] the pigs. Exactly. [ __ ] You'd rather kill the guy. [ __ ] you guys. >> So, you can already tell that this guy's IQ is hovering at room temperature levels. This guy sees the SWAT team trying to diffuse a situation and he sees red because he sees employed people that have a job and are productive members of society, he just goes completely nuts and then his mind goes blank. It's like, dude, let's say there was one of your family members that was being held hostage by a lunatic, would you be harassing the cops? Of course not. So, why are you doing it when it's someone else's family member that's in danger? What a piece of [ __ ] >> Jonathan, in apartment 16. This is the Albany Police Department. Officers are attempting to communicate with you. Answer the phone. >> Second flashbang today. No, this is this is a real uh this is live. It's a it's a real situation. I have no idea, Nick. I've no idea. Irish. Three. That's three. That's three flashbangs so far. >> Jonathan, this is the Albany Police Department. We do not want to harm you, BUT YOU >> [ __ ] >> YOU ARE NOT TO FIGHT the law. Put your hands up and empty and follow our commands. If you do this, we can guarantee your safety. If you remain inside your apartment, force will be used against you. >> Quit lying. You guys absolutely want to harm the guy. Quit lying. >> This guy knows nothing of what's happening over there. He has no clue what's the situation. For all you know, they could be arresting a dangerous chomo, they could be arresting a serial killer. He has no clue whatsoever why they're there. But, because he sees employed people, he goes nuts. And this just shows that we're dealing with someone that is incredibly brain dead. I suspect that he has been radicalized by other frauditors and now he is too far gone. >> Jonathan, come on back to the front door and communicate with us. Keep your hands up and empty. >> Welcome in everybody. Welcome in. I can say I can barely see chat because of the sun, but welcome in. Welcome in. They are detaining a suspect. [ __ ] [ __ ] If If you guys didn't want to harm him, you would not put on all the military gear. Quit lying. I saw you guys kill that kill that kid 2 YEARS AGO. [ __ ] YOU. THAT'S A VIOLATION OF RIGHTS. You can't say that, [ __ ] >> And you're disrupting our community. >> Bingo. That. Correct. Yes. >> Now it looks like there's another dimwit that's accusing the cops of disrupting their community. Well, let me just ask you guys a question. If this guy inside there is armed and dangerous and is obviously doing something crazy enough for the SWAT to be there, is that someone you want in your community? If you do, then you have mad issue. >> [ __ ] YOU. YOU CAN'T SAY THAT. IT'S A VIOLENCE OF RIGHTS. YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MY SAFETY. CASTLE ROCK B GONZALEZ. READ IT. [ __ ] YOU. >> Castle Rock, you're ordered to bottom of 16. Exit the front door with your hands up and empty. Officers, we don't want to harm you. >> New Mexico is in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Castle Rock v. Gonzales was 10th Circuit. It says cops are not responsible for citizen safety. [ __ ] read it. >> I'm assuming this guy got his law degree in a box of Cracker Jacks because one thing with frauditors is that they are able to memorize certain statutes and case law, but they don't know what it means. And even when they are proven wrong time and time again, sometimes with new case law, they still don't get it. >> Castle Rock, you're ordered to bottom of 16. We know the situation may be scary. Officers, we don't want to harm you. >> Uh don't get me wrong, dude. No, it's not uh uh JK, it's not misinformation. Not at all. Not at all. Re- uh JK, actually read it. Cops are not responsible Cops are not responsible for citizen for citizen safety. Castle Rock v. Gonzales. It's not It's not misinformation. I I I I [ __ ] looked it up. The The reason why the The reason why they tried to sue what was because of because cuz because they said that they were they said that the the the the the cops the cops are not being responsible for for the for the for the for the citizen safety, and the and the court said, "Hey, cops are not responsible for citizen safety." That was the ruling of that one. So, yes, it it it says cops are not responsible for citizen safety. Oops. Oops. Oops. Uh First Amendment doesn't include foul language, children and [ __ ] It That's not what it said. That's not what the First Amendment says at all, dude. >> I love that he's having petty arguments with his chat. That is so silly. But at the end of the day, even if cops are not responsible for your safety, what the cops are trying to say to the suspect is that if he surrenders willingly, I'm assuming he's armed, then he will not be in danger because they won't have to shoot him. They won't have to use more flash bangs on him. So, it's probably best for him just to surrender because he's not getting out of there. So, that's pretty simple. I don't know how he doesn't understand that. It's a very simple concept, but once again, these people just want to argue about everything. >> Nowhere in the first Nowhere in the first amendment, nowhere does it say anything about women or children. [ __ ] read the first amendment. Read it again. Ah, the first amendment. Yeah, it uh Warren v. DC on the federal level also says that cops are not responsible for citizen safety. I can't No, Howard, I cannot. He is uh he's down there somewhere under the um under this awning. So, no, I can't. And there's a And there's And there's crime scene tape up here already. So, no, I can't. Uh let's see. Nowhere in the Constitution does it say except for felons either. True. Yeah, I know, Howard. I know. I saw I know. I saw I I saw I I was watching I was watching him before I got here. I know. >> All right. So, this is where it's going to get very, very interesting because this lunatic is behind the crime scene tape. But, now the police have decided that they want to enlarge the perimeter, which is their right. They believe that now they need more space to properly secure the situation. So, they're going to kindly ask him to move behind the new crime scene tape. >> And Bravo 5. These two [ __ ] are going to force me to move because these [ __ ] feelings, I'll bet you. I'll bet you Tweedle Dumb and [ __ ] here are going to force me to move because of their feelings. I'm standing on my rights. You can't make me move. >> I'm Officer found out by the creek, please find it. So, we're going to push our perimeter back. >> No, you're not. >> I am. I'm going to move my tape. So, that means you have to move back behind the tape, okay? >> I'm already standing behind the tape. You [ __ ] off. >> Correct. That's why I'm moving the tape so you can stand >> You don't have to move your tape. You don't have to. >> You can keep yelling at me. >> I can yell at you all I want. My first amendment, right? I don't give a [ __ ] >> Hey, bro. We're moving the perimeter over there. So, you can either move it or you can push it further back. What is it going to be? >> Why don't you two leave me the [ __ ] alone? I'm standing on my rights. This is fine where it Shut up. This is fine where it is. I'm fine where I'm at. >> the perimeter, bro. So, you can either >> Only because you're Only cuz YOU'RE [ __ ] DON'T [ __ ] TOUCH ME. >> EITHER YOU MOVE OR YOU >> DON'T TOUCH ME. DON'T TOUCH ME. >> FRAUDITORS LOVE TO MOVE THE GOAL POST. THEY ALWAYS SAY, "WELL, HEY, if you don't want me to be there, you need to put up crime scene tape." And that's exactly what they did. Now, they needed to enlarge the perimeter and he has a problem with that. He never said he was going to move. He always said he was going to stand right there. So, obviously the dumbass went in handcuffs. Now, I'm sure there's a lot of dimwit lens lickers that will think that this was wrong and that he'll get an easy lawsuit, which is ridiculous because they are allowed to control the scene however they wish with crime scene tape. Even frauditors usually AGREE TO THAT. >> NO! DON'T TOUCH ME! I SAID I WOULD GO! NO! I SAID I WOULD GO, [ __ ] >> [ __ ] you brought the violence first. >> I said I WOULD I SAID I WOULD I SAID I WOULD GO! I said I would go! You're not resisting me! >> This is what we pay you guys for. Hey! >> He didn't do [ __ ] wrong. >> DO ANYTHING WRONG! >> WHAT THE [ __ ] YOU GOT SOMEBODY IN THE APARTMENT YOU WANT to [ __ ] with this guy? >> I didn't do anything wrong! You're breaking my wrist! >> Well, then stop [ __ ] moving. >> Dude, you're a bunch of [ __ ] pigs. You guys are disgusting. >> I didn't do anything wrong! >> Yeah, you did. You didn't listen to them, that's what. >> Thank you, sir. I appreciate that. >> Yeah. >> If you can't follow simple instructions like a grown man, then you can deal with the law, right? >> But, their requests are unreasonable, too. >> You guys are [ __ ] [ __ ] >> One thing that I like to do now is to read the comments to you guys because I find it hilarious, and these are the comments on his own channel. One person said, "There will be no lawsuit." Another person said, "You're a liar, bro. You never said you'd go. You're a coward. Come on, man. You know better than to act like that. That's what you get." I don't know, this camera guy was too aggressive. And then we have another comment that says, "This is a classic example of the police attempting to do their job while bystanders have nothing better to do than to sit around and talk about what the police are doing wrong or what isn't or isn't right. What a joke. Get a life, dude." So, yeah, this summarizes very well how people think about this guy, a total clown. Now, enjoy the jail, buddy. Enjoy your charges. You deserve it. And that's it for the video. Thanks for watching, and I'll see you guys on the next one.
