Jose Chile Diccastro was arrested on Fremont Street in Las Vegas after refusing to get out of the street as directed by a police officer. Diccastro went live Saturday afternoon after spending 16 hours in the city lockup and claimed that he had been savagely attacked by police in the arrest with damage to his left shoulder and promised that he would be filing his third lawsuit against the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. The dimminionative YouTuber claimed that Fremont Street had been blocked off at both ends as part of a First Friday festival in the area that is held the first weekend of the month. According to Diccastro, he had the legal right to walk in the street as it was closed off and that when a police officer commanded him over a loudspeaker to get out of the street, it was an illegal order. That officer stopped his vehicle, which was now blocking the road, and started to walk away from Dcastro. Diccastro protested loudly and began to follow the officer trying to argue against the officer's command. In a YouTube short later released by Dcastro, who was recording the incident, the officer said, "Don't you walk up on me." Then grabbed Diccastro. Multiple officers joined him and Dcastro's phone fell to the ground during the seconds it took to handcuff the YouTuber. No savage attack was observed in the footage. However, the camera was lying at the ground and its field of view was obscured by legs. Diccastro was booked on the following charges. Walk in roadway when sidewalk provided. Traffic 48482971. obstructing false info to a PO criminal 10210. The obstruction charge, according to Dcastro, came when he refused to give his social security number to an officer as he was being processed. He would later criticize the female officer handling him for wearing false eyelashes while explaining that he believed that police had no legal right to ask for a social security number. He was released on his own recgnizance after what he claimed was 16 hours in a holding cell. You've got bail.ai AI was not mentioned in the course of the video. Diccastro shared a harrowing story of being arrested while having to urinate, though he couldn't urinate with other men watching him. He also complained that the transport vehicle hit several speed bumps on the way to the lockup, making his predicament worse. He promised a lawsuit and said that he would have the attorney who handled getting the charges for his Valentine's Day 2024 arrest dropped before trial would be handling getting the current set of charges dropped. The failed Power Ranger said he didn't want to hold a conventional fundraiser and directed his fans to buy his merchandise in order to support him. He later said that he would be forced to create a new fundraiser to raise $10,000 he claimed he would need to fund the lawyer. No new fundraisers were created overnight. Angel Kansas City Accountability Moses won the day with a $50 donation to his justice for unlawful arrest in Ohio campaign. Apparently answering YouTuber Lane Meyers's accusations that Diccastro was on pills. Tecastro stated that he was off THC because he was going to be traveling the United States to doing new audits and didn't want traces of THC in his system when he would be urine tested for drugs after new arrests. He said that after events of the last day, he may indulge at the use of THC to calm his nerves. Dcastro also resurfaced his old idea of creating a new political party. He stated that it was time for a new constitution and he asked his followers to help him come up with a name for his new party. He warned, however, that if his new constitution gained popularity that they would assassinate him. Diccastro did not specify who they were before ending the broadcast. Both charges that Diccastaster received are misdemeanors and he has vowed to fight both in court. This is a breaking news story. Free range grandmother and occasional homeless outreach specialist Rean Benson held a homeless outreach event on Saturday in conjunction with Project 5280 in a park in Anglewood, Colorado in celebration of the nation's 250th birthday. The sparsely attended event was featured for 2 hours on Benson's YouTube channel, featuring one of the only actual organized homeless outreach gatherings Benson will hold this year. Wild homeless outreach has taken a backseat to Dubenson's other efforts, including exposing vast conspiracies against her involving the police forces of Denver, Sheridan, and Englewood. Benson was back in action on Saturday, interacting with members of the community. Volunteers from project 5280 cooked smash burgers and offered attendees root beer floats, food plates, and desserts while Benson walked around handling little details of the event and running raffle drawings. An ugly moment came when Benson was approached by an individual who she kept out of sight of her camera, approached her and asked if no one won a raffle for a bike lock if she could just give it to him. When she replied that she would not, he said that he would just go steal one. Benson became enraged at the man, saying that his stealing items made things worse for everyone else in the long run. She would later recount the incident, stating that the man was well-dressed and had a bicycle that seemed more expensive than anything she could afford. Finances have become an issue for Benson, who had previously associated herself with wealth on a level more than middle class. She recently announced that she had to take a third job at Knights in order to help pay for her legal representation in her ongoing lawsuit against Englewood and her appeal of a conviction for doxing a police officer. Benson also admitted that her attempts to crowdfund and use an Amazon wish list to provide items for the gathering had failed and that project 5280 has stepped in at the last minute to supplement her supplies for the gathering. At the same time, Benson announced that she would no longer be using Walmart as a supplier following an incident on Friday night. Benson said that she had great difficulty in obtaining multiple lastminute gift cards from the store. She said that the incident was her last straw and that while she was frugal and that frugality often led her to shopping at Walmart, she would no longer spend money with the chain based on her treatment on Friday night. Other than the ugly incident with the person who said he would steal the bike locks from a local store, the event itself seemed to go well for the free range grandmother. The event ended early due to rain in the area, but was otherwise considered a successful gathering for all involved. Benson is expected to live stream again later this week. in what has been called by many a desperate cry for attention. Joseé Chile Diccastro live streamed from downtown Las Vegas early Monday morning, attempting to punk police officers, running in the street, spinning in circles, forgetting his car, and of course calling it the best stream ever. The stream began, innocently enough, with Dcastro across the street from a DUI stop where police were doing field sobriety tests with a black man. Diccastro watched as the police brought the man over to have his blood drawn in a police vehicle before calling an officer over to appear on camera. The officer identifying himself as Lieutenant Ficklin politely answered to Castro's questions about the process of a DUI stop along with the policies backing up the legality of such stops. He calmly explained that Nevada gave up on DUI checkpoints as they were like fishing expeditions. Nevada replaced them with better training to identify possible drivers driving under the influence. Diccastro mockingly asked if the officer could tell he was high from doing a test of his eyes. The officer explained that he couldn't determine from one test, but from the roadside testing as a whole. Moving on, Diccastro asked about the charges he's facing from Friday night and pretended to be concerned about their outcome. The officer explained that he was more than likely not going to get any jail time for the charge of walking in the street, but was unsure about the obstruction charges. On the obstruction charges, Dcastro unsuccessfully tried to go the officer into agreeing that he would not give his social security number to a police officer during the booking process. Diccastro's story changed from a previous tale that it was a female officer who asked him for his social security number during the booking process. Now it was his arresting officer who asked for it before catching himself and reverting to the previous story. Lieutenant Fickland left Diccastro to go answer a call and Diccastro decided to follow the police cars down the street, running full speed and screaming at pedestrians to make a hole to get out of his way. Dcastro ran for roughly a minute, but claimed it was several minutes while he huffed and puffed, and observers felt like he was going to have a heart attack on camera. The YouTuber eventually gained his breath, interacting with the subject of the traffic stop. That person was a current prison guard on a motorcycle who didn't want to be recorded. Dcastro assured the man that he was there for his protection and that the man had no choice but to be on camera. That man would eventually leave along with the lieutenant and other officers, leaving Diccastro alone to drop his nice guy facade and reveal that he was pretending to be nice. He was overjoyed that he had played the officer into proving that Americans lived in a police state. Addressing his viewers, Diccastro proclaimed that the live stream was the greatest live stream in the history of his channel, adding to those fans that the officer would go viral and that it was definitive proof of everything that Diccastro ever wanted and needed to prove about the dirty coppers. Dcastaster's eyes were pin pricks as he began to walk around in search of his car. He said that he wasn't paying attention as he ran earlier despite running a few blocks in a straight line from where he had been. He began to interact with other people on the street, jumping into the street at points, walking against the light while screaming he was free. In the most bizarre portion of this strange video, Dcastro began to spin in circles while shouting that he was free in an apparent statement to the world. Eventually, he would come down enough to remember where his car was and end the live stream. Footage of the live stream is still available on his YouTube channel. The lieutenant has yet to go viral as of press time. During the stream, Dcastro again announced that he would be stating who his lawyer was to fight the two charges he picked up on Friday night. He also begged his fans to buy his merchandise instead of setting up a dedicated GoFundMe campaign. He would later announce that he would likely do a GoFundMe later this week, but had not as of the end of the live stream. Diccastro's other active GoFundMe campaign did not benefit from the overnight exposure or his please for funding. Our own ongoing expenses campaign won Monday with a $500 donation. It was followed by a $5 donation to Lane Myers's Give Go campaign. No other campaigns that we follow received donations for Monday. Overshadowed by Joseé Chile Diccastro's Friday evening arrest, YouTuber Robert Harvey Freeird Harvey himself was arrested in Galveastston, Texas on Saturday when police found that he had an outstanding warrant for harassment. Harvey was traveling down a street in his truck with YouTuber Truth Be Told Audits, planning to spend the evening watching fireworks and police officers. During the course of their duties, when they were pulled over for Galveastston Police, offering little resistance, Harvey exited the vehicle as instructed by an officer and was immediately placed in handcuffs and informed of his outstanding warrant. Truth be told, audits remained in the vehicle, addressing his own followers before a second officer instructed him to exit the vehicle. When it became apparent that police would be taking Harvey to jail, Truth Be Told Audits asked if he could drive Harvey's vehicle home. He was told a flat no. Yes. The officer had already called for a tow truck. He protested that he was now stranded and was told, "Welcome to Texas." Before the initial video ended, Harvey indicated that the warrant was for a complaint filed by Lamar, Texas city Councilman Joseph Lowry. Lowry and Harvey have been sparring for months over Lowry's attempts to get a so-called Halo law enacted within the city. The proposed Halo law would provide a buffer zone around police officers, first responders, and paramedics in the course of their duties. If a citizen is ordered to back away a set number of feet from the protected professionals in the course of their duties, that citizen could be cited with a misdemeanor offense for failing to comply with the lawful order. Harvey was taken to the Galveastston County Jail and was held on a $1,000 bond. Truth Be Told, audits got a ride from another auditor to make initial contact with jailers and discuss conditions of Harvey's release. Truth Be Told, Audits was told that Harvey would be held overnight as he needed to see a judge in the morning. The police worker also informed him that the judge could not change the bond amount and that if the auditors returned with the money, it would be held to be applied to Harvey's case and would expedite the release process the next morning. The pair apparently did this, indicating that they had a donor who had promised the $1,000 before ending their second video. They posted a third video Sunday morning as they went to pick up Harvey from the jail. Harvey seemed to be in good spirits, but indicated that there were bond conditions that he needed to abide by, which included not mentioning council member Lowry on a YouTube video. Harvey also indicated that Lowry, without mentioning the councilman by name, flipped everything upside down and told the police that Harvey was the aggressor, when in reality, Lowry was aggressively harassing Harvey. No further details have been released about Harvey's bond amount or further bond conditions. No court dates have been released as well. This is a developing news story. YouTuber, free range grandmother, and sometime activist for the homeless, Regan Benson was briefly detained Monday night on trespassing charges at the Anglewood, Colorado Civic Center, where she was attempting to address the Anglewood City Council during the public feedback portion of their city council meeting. Benson herself had noted that an Anglewood Police transport vehicle was in the parking lot of the Anglewood Civic Center on her way into the building. As she made her way into the building, she yelled the question of who's getting arrested tonight. The free range grandmother noted that she was on a time limit as she had to get to work and could only stay until after public comment. As she signed up for public comment, Benson asked if the rules had changed and displayed a placard with the current rules of the meeting that included video recording only in the back of the room in the al cove where the media table is set up. That same placard read in highlight, "Please note anyone violating these policies, municipal code, or other applicable law regarding public comment signup or during the public comment portion of a city council meeting is disqualified from speaking at public comment for 60 days thereafter." A new rule had been added that banned the use of signage and placing signage or props on seating. The night itself was devoted in part to city manager Shaun Lewis, who recently announced his retirement. Benson had previously live streamed her displeasure with Lewis and his tenure as city manager in a live stream last week. Before the meeting, Benson also again checked in with Police Chief Jackson to see if a complaint she had filed last week would be addressed. He said it would, and she said it was good news. Benson waited patiently through the meeting until she was called to speak. From Benson's perspective, her phone's audio was garbled as she was speaking over Mayor Oonial Sierra, who was clearly asking her to put her phone down on the city's broadcast of the event. The freeranged grandmother continued to speak over Sierra, attacking city manager Lewis as Sierra then temporarily adjourned the meeting, and most of the city council left for their private chambers. Police Chief Jackson consulted with Englewood Tamaran Niles with Jackson having one of his officers approach Benson who told her that it was time to go as the green light was off and her time had expired. Benson protested and demanded the statute that made the command the lawful order. Several more officers approached along with the security for the building. Benson continued to refuse to leave and stated that she had not received a trespass warning. She was taken out in handcuffs and placed in an Anglewood police vehicle. Benson's camera continued to roll during the time she was in the back of the squad car, where she would randomly scream that she had to urinate and lash out at everyone who attended the meeting. Eventually, Benson was released with two citations, then took time to call the officers on the scene traitors and demand clarification of which parts of the property she had been trespassed from. Benson said she was charged with thirdderee criminal trespass, CRS184504, and has been banned from the building for 90 days. She would drive to a nearby restaurant where she said she had a second charge of public building trespass and interference CRS189110 along with a property exclusion notice. She is scheduled for a court date on August 24 in Arapjo County. She went on to complain that she lost two previous jobs because of her previous interactions with police and would likely lose her current job as she was late to work. This is a breaking news story. Meyers started the weekend with his new channel, Lane's Law Office, which has 113 subscribers and two videos as of press time. The description of the channel reads, "Welcome to Lean's Law Office. This is the official YouTube channel for Lane's Legal Consulting. Lane Meyers is a prosay litigant with extensive experience in proay litigation in state and federal court as well as both civil and criminal litigation. This channel is intended to provide free legal advice to prosay litigants, discuss access to justice for prosay litigants, provide stepbystep instructions on how prosay litigants can advocate for themselves, dos and don'ts of prosay litigation, break down successful and unsuccessful prosay filings, plus much much more. Meyers has identified himself as an attorney in phone conversations to Merbeast, though would later claim that he only plays an attorney on the internet. The new channel would be an interesting experiment as Meyers is indeed not licensed in any state. The long- winded YouTuber also stated that he was seeking ways to make money off of YouTube as he currently was spending most of his money on filing multiple lawsuits and filing motions against various targets. However, it is unclear if possible monetization of one or both of his channels will allow Meyers the freedom to continue in his current format while retaining monetization. On Monday, Meyers filed an amended complaint to his recent state level New Mexico lawsuit over what Meyers called the campground incident. While we have not seen the amended complaint, brief screenshots from Meyers indicated that Meyers added the New Mexico Department of Public Safety to the lawsuit. Meyers also filed for a change of judge in his attempt to modify his bond conditions from a plea deal he took last year when he was found guilty of a single charge of aggravated harassment. The filing was done under Arizona's rule of criminal procedure 10.2C1C, which generally allows each side in a criminal case one change of judge as a matter of right. While Meyers did not include his reasoning for the change of judge, he did indicate that he wanted his hearing moved up from its July 24 date and avowed. Mr. Meyers hereby avows that this notice of change of judge is made in good faith and not for an improper purpose or delay. In fact, Mr. Myers wishes this hearing was much sooner so that he can get his rights back and stop being unlawfully restricted from matters of public interest and talking to his own friends. Judge Griffin had previously ruled against Meyers in a case made famous by Merbeast's review in a video entitled Happy Caesar Chavez Day. watching and commenting on Lane Meyers's hearings. Judge Griffin had denied on Monday a motion by Jason Jensen to file an amicus brief in the case after the motion was opposed by both Meyers and the prosecutor's office. Griffin noted that the rules of the court do not allow for the filing of an amicus curier brief at the trial court level in his denial of the request. If Jensen's name sounds familiar, he famously attempted to file a similar amicus curier brief in the early days of Joseé Chile Diccastro's first lawsuit against the Las Vegas Metro Police Department. He was also unsuccessful in that case. Meyers did two live streams at the first part of the week where he seemed to focus on Elizabeth Burton Ortiz, the executive director of the Arizona Prosecuting Attorneys Advisory Council. During Tuesday's afternoon live stream, which Meyers has since removed from public view, Meyers called her office and was told that she was out of state. Meyers told her assistant that Ortiz had 20 minutes to contact him or else face his wrath. She says here, the defendant used his smartphone to broadcast to his YouTube channel after only giving notice. The defendant's use of technology made it difficult to maintain the integrity of the court proceedings and ensure that proceedings did not result in further harassment to those participating in them. Through his weaponization of technology, the defendant effectively targeted and amplified his harassment towards numerous participants in the proceedings resulting in the defendant being found guilty of two felony offenses. Jose Chile Diccastro, renowned thought leader, followed through on his recent promise to never go into a criminal case again without being represented by the best attorneys. by hiring the firm of May and Associates to handle his charges of molesting a police vehicle in Oklahoma. Jock inventor Diccastro was charged last year following an incident in Duncan, Oklahoma, when he filmed himself pulling on the door handles of police vehicles in the Duncan Police's private parking lot. Dcastro said his powers as a first amendment auditor gave him the right to test the vehicles to see if he could access improperly stored weapons within the vehicles during the incident which was live streamed to his nearly 700,000 followers. He was not arrested at the time of the incident and later filed suit against the Duncan Police Department and District Attorney handling the case when he received his notice that there were three warrants for his arrest in December of last year. Diccastro originally filed in California court asking to suspend the charges against him until the civil lawsuit was resolved. The California court rejected that proposal and eventually would move the case to Oklahoma at Diccastastro's request. While that lawsuit has been fairly quiet with Diccastro offering no proof of service to any of the defendants and receiving an extension until June 15th, 2026 to serve the defendants, which he missed. Defendant Susanna Heath Smith responded on her own to the lawsuit with a motion to dismiss. That lawsuit is currently waiting on the judge to rule on Dcastro's motion for leave to file a sir reply to Smith's motion to dismiss. On the criminal side of things, Dcastro had been representing himself in the matter and failed to appear at an in-person hearing in June to handle various motions he had filed with the court. He argued that he was improperly notified and that he could not afford travel costs, then demanded that the court suspended proceedings until such time as it could accommodate his request for a Zoom hearing. With his Zoom hearing request denied, the court held his requested hearings without him and ruled against him. Diccastro had been promising that there would be major developments in his Oklahoma case for some time now. Benson's first live of the day saw her in Englewood showing off the fact that her SUV was filled with bagged lunches and water bottles to hand out to homeless individuals in the Englewood area. Despite never showing this part of her work before, especially in the Englewood area, Benson explained that she was working with Movement 5280, who provided her with the lunches and would be handing out lunches in the area that afternoon. She made a point that she could not take the lunches to Anglewood's civic center, her previous base of operations, due to it containing both the local court system and library along with the city council chambers due to the fact that she was banned from the entire building for 90 days. At the end of the 3-hour live stream, Benson gave an impassioned speech about how if anything happened to her husband, she would likely fall into homelessness, as her current job was not enough to support herself and maintain her lifestyle. She shared that she was not accepted previously stating that she was fired from two positions as she did not pass criminal background checks due to her recent conviction for doxing a police officer. Benson indicated that this was the type of problems homeless individuals face as they often have minor criminal convictions on their records related to being unhoused that prevent them from being hired to a lot of jobs in the area. She praised her current job for standing by her and noted that she had permission to be late Monday night due to her ongoing activism. She vowed to fight against the charges despite being financially broke. The grandmother also shared her imagined story of how she would likely fall into alcoholism and drug addictions should she become homeless and be another life in turmoil without anyone to turn to on the streets. Benson's second live stream went a more merciful 19 minutes and featured her going live from a police encounter with an unhoused person at a bus stop in Englewood. Benson's microphone did not pick up her remarks to the police officers for the first 6 minutes of the live stream and remained distorted for the remainder of the video. The YouTuber said the subject of the video, an unidentified homeless man, supposedly told Benson to get the expletive redacted away from him before he was given a ticket. According to Benson, the police were responding to a warrant the man had for missing a court date earlier on Wednesday. Benson ignored complaints from her chat that she was having severe audio problems during the live stream by blaming YouTube for purposely distorting the audio of live streams. It is noted that her audio was not in sync for her earlier live stream. The live stream abruptly ended before the 20 minute mark. Benson would go on to share on her YouTube community page Thursday morning that she was not selected for a position on Denver's Citizen Oversight Board or Cobb. Douglas Metaf took over the case from Judge Brendan Griffin after Metaf ruled that Meyers successfully used his get out of judge free card under Arizona law to object to Griffin's presence as a judge in the case. Josh Gray, Meyers's primary supporter, despite conditions of Meyers's probation prohibiting Meyers from communicating with him, hailed the decision as a grandiose win for Meyers in multiple live streams on Thursday. He also promoted the statement Meyers has apparently been making about the case against him, primarily that the prosecution is hanging one of the accusations against Meyers on an old video that Meyers had played that featured Gray and YouTuber Reluctant Prophet, who Meyers is also prohibited from communicating with that showed both men in Meyers's on-screen chat room. Meyers presented the idea indirectly again in a conversation described by user blue line transparency in the side chat of Gray's second live stream on Thursday. Quote, I got a message from Lane after I added him on GTL, but it won't let me respond. I think he confused me with somebody trying to figure out why it won't let me message back. The petition to revoke probation and order was released on Arizona's EA Access portal on Thursday. It shows no other reasoning or accusations against Meyers other than checking a box for is there a history of weapon use as no, and a box for is there a history of violence as yes. Diccastro rallied his fan base for funds, stating that he can't borrow the money he needed from his family like he did to help fund his you've got bail.ai project because this was a legal proceeding and not a business related transaction. His efforts have apparently paid off as the dimminionative YouTuber brought in another $1,127 towards his $15,000 goal on Friday, bringing his total to $2,690 for the campaign. Lane Meyers placed second with $247 in new donations. Sean Paul Long Island Audit Reyes tied with himself to place third with $50 donations to his support the fight against tyranny and corruption and detained for my rights continuing the fight for our rights campaign. Diccastro is fighting a 2-year statute of limitations for that suit, which has run out over the past two days. Turning his attention to his products, he claimed that all his current products were sold out due to high demand from his supporters. He said that he hadn't shipped products since June 22nd and that he would soon be catching up on shipping orders. Diccastro also stated that he would be running as a collective for governor, reducing his choices of states to California, New Mexico, Arizona, and New York. The YouTuber is expected to go live later today. The saga of Lane Meyers's prisoner took an expected turn on Friday as Lane Meyer's attorney was unable to secure the release of Lane Meyers the Experience from the Puma County, Arizona adult detention center as the collective will be held without bond until at least August 6th, 2026 when Meyers Meyers and Meyers are scheduled for oral arguments on his motion to change his probation conditions. Meyers was convicted last year of one count of felony stalking and one count of felony aggravated harassment via a plea deal in exchange for dropping nearly a dozen other charges against him. and he received three years of probation for his crimes. As part of his plea deal, he agreed to the following terms and conditions. Do not contact the victim or her family. Do not go to the victim's home. Do not go to the victim's place of employment, meaning the building where she works or where she parks her car. Do not encourage others to contact the victim, go to her home or place of employment. Do not engage in activities that would be reasonably expected to cause others to harass or contact the victim or her family. Remove all videos that mention the victim or her family or include identifying information about them. Allow probation full access to your YouTube channel and any other social media to determine whether you are abiding by the conditions. Do not associate or communicate directly or indirectly with Joshua Gray. New Smyrna Beach, Florida, YouTube handle, This is a public service. Meyers, by his own admission, abided by these guidelines for most of the year since his sentencing, only changing his behavior after he allegedly consulted experts in First Amendment law and the West Law online legal research platform. Based on his research, he filed to modify the terms and conditions of his bond on June 14th, 2026, which challenged the conditions that limited his association with Gray and Kelly, forced him to remove all videos from YouTube and social media that mentioned the victim and her family, block him from posting information about the victim or her family on YouTube or social media, and engage in activities that would reasonably ably be expected to cause others to harass or contact the victim. A hearing was initially scheduled for July 24th, 2026. However, after Meyers filed to change judges in the case, that hearing was cancelled due to scheduling issues. According to Friday's petition by the state to revoke his probation following his filing, Meyers engaged in a series of extended live streams and other behavior where he allegedly violated the four conditions he had disputed. Meyers was taken into custody by probation on July 9th, 2026 for allegedly violating his probation. A motion to revoke his probation was filed on July 10th, 2026, and Meyers had his initial public hearing on July 10th. Our reporter, Judy, You Got This was in the courtroom for the hearing and reported that despite Meyers's claims that there was intensive public interest in the case, besides herself, the only people appearing to watch the proceedings were the victim, her husband, a victim's advocate, and an unidentified gentleman who did not take notes and left almost immediately After the proceedings, Meyers was represented by advisory council Mark the Shark Resnik and had to be reminded at times that in the proceedings he could either act as prosay council for himself or have Resnik handle his defense. A hybrid system where both would argue on behalf of Meyers would not be allowed. Judge D. Douglas Metaf ruled that Meyers will have oral arguments for his motion to change his probation conditions on August 6th, 2026, and the state will have their hearing to revoke Meyers's probation on August 13th, 2026. Meyers will be held without bond in the Puma County Adult Detention Center until at least his hearing on August 6th. Meyers himself allegedly stated that the proceedings will come to an end on August 6th after the judge rules in his favor and drops his probation. He also allegedly announced that he will be suing Puma County for the balance of the fees he paid to probation after it ends on the 6th. Deputy County Attorney Styles indicated that the state's filing was based on a prepundonderance of evidence gathered by the state and by the probation department that Meyers had indeed violated the terms of his probation between June 14th and July 9th, 2026. This apparently included new police reports about Meyers's activity during that time. As part of Meyers's plea deal, Styles confirmed that the probation department had full access to his YouTube channel and social media accounts. Resnik offered little in Myers's defense as he had not seen the evidence against his client. He did contend that Meyers has not been in direct contact with Joshua Gray and had instead offered that the men had been in communication through an intermediary. Due to budget cuts, Pimac County will no longer provide audio streaming of its court hearings. Judge Metaf has taken Meyers's request to stream future hearings under advisement. The campaign to raise money for his own attorney has outpaced his previous live stream to raise funds for the patent for his you've got bail.ai, raising almost as much money in the past week as the previous campaign made in June before Dcastro suspended the campaign. He would eventually have to take a loan from a family member to cover the remaining balance he owed a patent attorney. Diccastro's live stream was fairly successful in those efforts as he made $1,635 for the day to his help me defend my constitutional rights GoFundMe campaign, bringing its total to $4,345 out of its $15,000 goal. Joshua Gray, who has served off and on as a mouthpiece for jailed civil libertarian Lane Meyers, appeared in Dcastro's side chat during the event and begged for help for his friend. Diccastro directly pledged that he would put money on Meyers's books each week while he was being held in jail. This is unusual for Dcastro as he disparaged other auditors who have said disparaging things about him in the past. Meyers famously accused Diccastro of being on pills before mocking Diccastro's efforts to overturn the Terry v. Ohio Supreme Court decision and writing Diccastro's live streams off as commercials. Despite claiming to be broke and pledging that he will use his fans money to fund his future lawsuits and defense against criminal charges, Diccastro took time to mock people in his side chat, claiming he made more than they did in revenue each month. Dcastro took a shot at the website the public documents of Joseé Diccastro run by friend of really cool news P Docks claiming that the site contained information on anyone named Joseé Dcastro and that he has no valid criminal records. The dimminionative YouTuber was vague on his latest lawsuit, which he claimed to have filed on Friday, stating that he paid $45 for the federal civil rights lawsuit believed to be against the Clark County Detention Center, where he was briefly housed in 2024 for charges of obstructing an officer and interfering with a crime scene. Dcastro was released from the facility after winning an appeal of his charges. The inventor of the jock again mocked his trolls, stating that he would not detail the lawsuit and that the trolls can download it once he is posted. On the subject of trolling, Diccastro complained loudly that his Instagram account has been targeted by pigs who have been trolling him in the comments area of his latest videos. He asked his viewers to go to Instagram and defend him from the trolls during this live stream. The YouTuber was parked in his car during the broadcast and had taken the time to put a blanket over his rear window and angle his camera in order to block observation of his location through his driver's side window. He occasionally moved the camera to inadvertently reveal that he was parked under what looked to be an overpass. Dcastro is expected to continue his fundraising efforts later on Saturday. Lane Meyer's supporter Joshua Gray went live to his YouTube channel Saturday morning while driving to an undisclosed location and addressed Meyers's arrest, accusations of retaliation on the part of Puma County, Arizona, and to make a plea for funding as Meyers has $1,000 due on a credit card in the next few days. Gray is one of the two people that Meyers is prohibited from directly or indirectly contacting during the course of his probation after he took a plea deal last year that resulted in his conviction for one count of felony stalking and one count of felony aggravated harassment. Gray, who says he was provided notes by a person who was at Meyers's court hearing last night for his initial appearance arraignment for a probation violation, denied all allegations that he has been in direct or indirect contact with Meyers. The frantic Gray further told his audience that he would prove that he was not a moderator on Meyers's YouTube channel later today by posting on Meyers's channel, then looking for his comment with a sock account. When the post does not appear, it will prove that he has been completely blocked by Meyers on YouTube. YouTuber Gray admitted that most of his information about the hearing was second or thirdand had not been verified. He complained that Pima County does not allow streaming or personal audio recording of hearings. Gray also stated that he made a request for the audio recording of the hearing. Gray believed that Meyers's next hearing would be an evidentiary hearing on August 6th for the motion to withdraw his probation, which would be followed by sentencing on August 11th. This information was incorrect as August 6th will be a hearing for oral argument on Meyers's motion to change the conditions of his probation with the evidentiary hearing for the motion to withdraw his probation on the 11th. No sentencing hearing has been scheduled as of press time. Gray implored his viewers to make donations to Meyers's Giveandgo account as Meyers allegedly charged his filing of lawsuits to a credit card that his girlfriend stated that Meyers has $1,000 due in the near future. Our own court reporter has added that Meyers directly said at last night's hearing that he had charged $1,000 for court transcripts to his credit card that was coming due. According to Gray, despite Meyers being held at the Pimac County Adult Detention Center, he is not eligible for commissary as he is in the wrong part of the facility. Meyers himself stated during his detention last year that there was one tablet per pod of roughly eight people. The Puma County Adult Detention Center reportedly made changes to policy last year after Meyers used his phone privileges to appear on live streams while incarcerated.
