So, by now most of you have seen the video footage leading up to my retaliatory unlawful arrest by Lou Savillo, the president of the Suffolk County Police Union. I was charged with criminal trespassing even though the video evidence clearly shows I was continuously making my way to my billboard truck to leave the property. Today we're going to be watching the never-before-seen footage of what happened after I was placed in cuffs and my camera was shut off. Let's get into it. >> I'm the patrol guy. It's a shame because I know there's good law enforcement officers out there. I've met them. This is not good. This is what this is. This is water taking. This is a good one here. You tried to violate my rights. This is crazy. It's so unfortunate. We're making known from the body camera footage these officers did no sort of investigation on this case whatsoever. They showed up. They put me in handcuffs where they at least loosened my handcuffs I was already in and then taking me to the precinct. They did no investigation, no independent thought of their own. They just planned to strong arm and spy on me. This is what they're doing to me. It's whoever I don't know if that's their superior but they just do whatever it says. This is a retaliation issue for me writing to file a lawsuit against the Suffolk County Police Department. And the officers unlawfully detained me. So, after I arrived to the Suffolk County Police Department's Third Precinct, I was handcuffed to a table where I sat for approximately 7 hours, all to receive a desk appearance ticket, which if you're in law enforcement here in New York, you know it doesn't take 7 hours to generate a desk appearance ticket. This was more retaliation by the Suffolk County Police Department via the police union president, Lou Civello. Remember, if they can do this to me knowing that I have a platform that you all have given me to expose their lies to the world, that I have supporters who have donated to the link in the description to assist me with legal fees, and the $1,000 impound fee for my billboard truck, they will do this to anyone. What's a terrifying thought is how many times do they do this to individuals who don't have a platform, who don't have financial support, and are forced to take a plea deal to save their freedom. What we just watched isn't policing, it's tyranny. Lou Civello lied multiple times on body camera. He perjured himself in a sworn statement, and he will face zero consequences because he's the union president and is one of the most powerful figures in Suffolk County, New York. Now, you might ask yourself, why would a low IQ thug with a badge like Lou Civello be so powerful and influential? It's because of the millions of dollars in donations the police union make to politicians, from the district attorney, the county executive, and legislators. The system is corrupt, and it needs to be broken, or these thugs will continue to amass power and influence over we the people. I promise you I will not take any plea agreements from the prosecution. My attorney, Jacob Uriel and I will fight this to the end, all the way to trial. But, that's what they want. The process is the punishment. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like Luis Vilela is going to be coming on the channel, so I can debunk his cop-aganda to his face, because since I peacefully protested with my billboard truck outside of his residence, he has gotten an order of protection ex parte in a secret meeting with the judge and the district attorney.
