What's your name and YOUR BADGE NUMBER? >> [screaming] >> FIRST AMENDMENT, YOU EVER HEARD OF IT? BIG NICK SOUTH FLORIDA ACCOUNTABILITY. I'M IN THE city of Coral Springs. Coming out to conduct a First Amendment audit of this cannabis dispensary, Trulieve. We're going to make sure that Trulieve in the city of Coral Springs respects and honors the public's right to record. Let's go, Six. Now, what's interesting about this particular location is that right next door, they have what's called a medical marijuana doctor. So, the doctors have uh partnered with the dispensaries, and it's a one-stop shop. You come here, you get your marijuana card, and you go next door, and you fulfill your order. Uh now, what's strange and ironic about that is that there's people in jail right now for doing the exact same thing that this corporation is doing. You know, but they they get to do it with impunity um because they're making billions of dollars. I just think that everybody's in jail for cannabis needs to be released uh for the sale of cannabis needs to be released and put back on the street if you're going to allow these corporations to do the exact same thing. >> I couldn't hear you. What was that? Now you see they have the frost-covered windows. They have created their own privacy. Um but yet and still they're going to come out in public and they're going to probably talk to me about invasion of privacy. >> This young lady ducked down to get in her car like she squatted down. Why did you do it? I did it because you did it. Why were you recording? Because you were recording. But you recorded me. You didn't have my permission to do so. May I have your permission? Going to hit the pole. She's going out the wrong way. That's why she's having such a difficult time. Okay, look at that. She's going to sit there for a minute. We'll get back to her. Okay, she decided to leave. >> That's how you do it, Cam. Just wave and say hello. That's how you do it, folks. You can learn a lot from a kid. >> [laughter] >> All right, guys. It look like Coral Springs Police Department has arrived on the scene. Um no one from inside the business has come out and talk to me. I don't know if he's actually coming over here, but there is a marked unit that has pulled into this parking lot. So, we'll see. Yeah, cuz no one in from the business has come out and said anything to me, so. They may have called and he may uh be doing what they call a drive-by. But see, I'm on the public sidewalk. Um and they know that I'm well within my rights, so they may not even address the call. But this is South Florida, so you never know. We'll see. So, I don't know if they're going to approach me if they're here for me, but I just saw another one uh turn in on this uh entry way here. So, it's two that's in the vicinity. I don't know if they're here for me or not. Here's a Tesla full of cameras. And we got action boss. >> All right. Now we got the second unit has arrived. So the one unit is parked there. The other unit is pulling up behind them there if you guys guys can see. I'm all right. >> Good. >> Yeah. What's your badge number? >> 1320. >> I'll write it down. >> You know, we we we got calls. You know, I I see you got the camera on. You're allowed to report in the public place. You're not doing anything wrong. Uh I contacted the caller and I let her know that, "Hey, you know, he's in his right to report." I'm sure somebody said, "Hi." Uh we're probably going to get called out here again. It doesn't happen every day where somebody has a camera like the way you're set up. So if you come out again, we'll see you again, okay? >> If they do call you again, will you let them know that they got cameras right there? >> They they got the Yeah, you >> Yeah, they got cameras right there. So they they were on their camera when they called you. >> I got you. >> So, yeah. >> You enjoying your day so far though? >> It's okay. >> That's awesome. >> It's going good. Yeah. >> That's awesome, man. Okay. >> Yeah. I just be, you know, when the corporation that's calling that's selling marijuana call you guys and you guys get here, but then in my community when you guys run across somebody that might be selling marijuana, they go to jail. So, the corporations get a pass by people that just want to feed their families, they go to jail. >> Yeah, man. I can see I can see your point in that. I can totally see your point in that. All right. Well, let us know if you need anything, okay? >> All right. Be safe. >> Thank you. >> And there you have it, folks. The Coral Springs Police Department well educated on the First Amendment, respecting my right to record in public, didn't question me, didn't ask me for any identifying information. So, good job on Coral Springs. And just to let you guys know that I'm a strong advocate for the marijuana use. So, this has nothing to do with cannabis um or marijuana as you may call it. This is strictly about educating the public that the corporations do not run the norms of society. That they're here on the behest of us. We allow them to be here. It's we the people. It's as simple as that, folks. >> Big Nick's out Florida accountability. The city of Coral Springs at Trulieve Cannabis Dispensary. Out. 70 you going to be my YouTube star, remember that. Cuz all you have to do is just shut your mouth and let me do what I do. >> Big Nick. >> Big Nick, you don't look so big, bro. Keep watching. >> I'm a lot bigger than >> your little ass. >> [music] [music]
