Inmate Lane Myers, represented by Attorney Lane Myers, and backup attorney Mark R. Resnick,
will have his initial appearance in court later today, following his now three-day stay
in the Pima County Adult Detention Center for probation violations.
Myers got a rare win this week as Judge D. Douglas Metcalfe took over the case from Judge Brendan
Griffin, after Metcalfe ruled that Myers successfully used his Get Out of Judge free card under Arizona
law to object to Griffin's presence as a judge in the case.
Josh Gray, Myers' primary supporter, despite conditions of Myers' probation prohibiting
Myers from communicating with him, hailed the decision as a grandiose win for Myers in multiple
live streams on Thursday.
He also promoted the statement Myers has apparently been making about the case against him, primarily
that the prosecution is hanging one of the accusations against Myers on an old video that Myers had
played that featured Gray and YouTuber Reluctant Prophet, who Myers is also prohibited from
communicating with, that showed both men in Myers' on-screen chat room.
Myers presented the idea indirectly again in a conversation described by user BlueLineTransparency
in the side chat of Gray's second live stream on Thursday.

I got a message from Lane after I added him on GTL, but it won't let me respond.
I think he confused me with somebody, trying to figure out why it won't let me message back.
The false allegations, they claim Reluctant Prophet and Fotion were shatting in my live stream last week.
That's false, because their accounts are blocked.
I actually showed an old video, and it showed the chat from two years ago.
They are so dumb, they can't figure out YouTube.
Then they claim I was rude to the judge, have a bad attitude towards public employees, and I was reference my case.
My P.O. will fold when I put him under oath.
He will look the dumbest out of everyone so far.

Gray continued to deny that he has been in touch with Myers directly,
stating that it's been over a year since the two have communicated.
The petition to revoke probation and order was released on Arizona's e-access portal on Thursday.
The document reveals that Myers will be brought before the Superior Court at 4 o'clock p.m. local time,
7 p.m. eastern time, by the Pima County Sheriff.
It shows no other reasoning or accusations against Myers other than checking a box for
is there a history of weapon use as no, and a box for is there a history of violence as yes.
