I'm walking into the city of Waco City Council meeting that starts in the next 15 minutes. As you'll see in a few minutes, they've got a sign up 30.07 sign. And uh we're going to see how they react to me coming in with open carrying a handgun. My intention is to not be arrested, but uh to see what they have to say.
