Life too short to play on speed only get one no option to rewind too high to reach down the earth's car race from say Jesus say the living in the moment I ain't worried about none back against the wall to a lost way for only children on my head the future missions whatever I'm feeling I'm vict Cool with no ceiling. Sunshining on me, boy. I'm different. Go. Yeah. Yeah. Come on. Come on. Come on. Let's go. I don't know. But I can't I myself walk away from the pain. This feeling is brand new. This is the moment of break. I really keep it. I'm a homie. I can wear it all in the market like you as I saw you with a target like a metador. Come on, I'm ready to go get it like a labor. All days done and I'm tired of the tug of war. Off the leash and I ain't going back no more. I' been better after like more reset living in the matrix. Use the sequence. I crack the code, pop out the sub. Walk around like I found a 20. That's a det in the moment. Did you notice that enough? You can put the pressure on me. I ain't dropping one. Stretch heartbeating like a drum set. Rest. Let it go. Everybody need a refresh. Go. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Come on. Come on. Come on. Let's go. I don't know, but I can't I feel myself away from the pain. This feeling I'm feeling is brand new. This is the moment I break. I don't know what comes in but I couldn't care. I refuse to push myself and the my walk away from the pain I've been through. This feeling I'm feeling is brand new. This is the moment I break through. >> Good morning, evening, afternoon everybody. As you can see, Pope Phil wed out on the nude grilling as it's apparently negative something outside. And he said he would not get frostbite on behalf of the show. >> That's true. >> Protect those nipples. >> I did. >> Those nips. >> I did. I did. >> Yeah, those nips. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Yes. He He What a horrible horrible horrible development here, folks. >> Horrible horrible horrible development. Oh, horrible. >> Yes. Apparently, he has he I mean, there's supposedly snow on the ground. And hey, Becca, over on the other side, uh, Miss Gia's internet is out, so she can't watch the game until >> Phil cut the cord, cut my telephone wires, >> disconnected everything, so I'm basically isolated. I'm pretty sure it was Parson because he was laughing about something earlier. Phil paid him off again. >> Yeah. >> Well, Phil probably dissolved the latest marriage so Parson could be free again. >> As you notice, Parson is not with us tonight. Hey Dave. Uh >> yeah. So >> that's what's going on folks. The game has not started yet. The Rams game is still going on with the Rams taking uh let's see the Rams currently >> up. >> Hold on. Carolina third and three from about the seven. Touchdown Carolina. >> Yes. Uh for those who were not with us last night, Phil is the only one of the panel and the fans to pick the Carolina Panthers to win the game. >> Yeah. So >> yeah, >> uh there's about 2 minutes 39 seconds left in the fourth quarter and the Panthers should not be in this game like this. Uh they're 8 n an 8 and9 team taking on the 12 and5 team that dominated the NFL for most of the second half of the season. Uh until Seahawks beat him and then boom, they started to fall apart. Uh, I don't know. I believe the winner of this matchup goes on to face the Seahawks next week. So, >> I believe you are correct. >> The Seahawks may be in for quite the battle. Uh, I if the this holds up and the Carolina Panthers uh come through. So, >> Stafford Stafford's uh you know, almost a sheer luck for MVP. So, I would not put it past the Rams to come back. Right. But as of right now, they are down by four points and my screen is not refreshing, so I have no clue what's going on. Uh, in other news, >> uh, Mr. >> Okay. Well, Mr. NCR is out sick tonight. I have not seen Miss Touché yet. Uh, we will be doing drunk girl until the end of the cheese curds versus the mighty bears game. Even if Miss Gia cannot see the actual game, she will be participating and screaming at Phil anyway. >> Yeah, give him an example. >> That's like that's somehow new. >> It's just another day. It's just another day until she gets her coverage back and then she can just start throwing stuff at Phil. It's >> Yes. >> Yes. Uh I do want to thank Miss Gia for the lovely dinner tonight. Uh it was a new Mexican place that I've literally never heard of before. I didn't even know this existed. uh talk and then it has a little symbol at the end or talk lo or taco lo with a little symbol at the end of a a skull which is supposed to be this the O at the end. >> So yeah, Taco, I guess. >> So >> I don't have internet. Mrs. Mrs. Tom, >> I don't have any internet. I can't watch it on Prime. >> Yeah, Mrs. Tom, she's on her hotspot now. She can either be with us or uh listen to the game. It's one of the two. >> She's under hormone therapy. She's having hot flashes. >> Yes. >> She's got to kill somebody. >> So long ago. >> That was so long ago. >> Yes. The 1970s were >> I lit I literally skipped down the tampon aisle now. >> Suckers. Suckers. suckers dance. Y >> Hey, from I got it at 10 and it didn't stop till I was 52. >> There you go. >> 42 years of tampons. >> There you go. >> Yes, I was done. >> There you go. >> Yeah, it's okay. I can check the score. >> I just have to, you know, open another window. But I can't go like watch the game. I'll lose audio here. Then I gota, you know, I don't know the pain in the ass. >> Gonna be cheese cheese. There's gonna be cheese sauce all over the field. It's gonna be messy. It's gonna be really messy. >> And we've got literally about an hour till the other game starts, but we will be watching Drunk Girl all night. We've got a whole series that Miss Gia picked out. So, we are good to go. Um, >> good to go. >> Good to go. We're going to go at least three hours. Of course, your donations are much appreciated. We will do wheel spins. If you want to do wheel spins, tell me. I will throw them up there. Uh, including on the wheel, the real wheel of Phil, not his concoction. Uh, >> yeah. >> Yeah. Pansy ones. >> Yeah. His is >> Phil is wonderful. Rodies are perfect. >> Yeah. So, yes, anything you do to to support the channel is is great. And yes, this is where Tomatoes tells me to put the chat up on the screen, which I forgot to do. >> So, there we go. Uh, yes, Bad Company. It it it we're waiting for that. So, uh, yeah, it hasn't hit yet. So, it could be an interesting three hours. I I may have to go get some of my old my my father's old uh adult uh >> uh what plastic underwear. Yes, adult plastic underwear just in case it hits during the show. But it was good. I had the uh >> the carne del whatever nachos. Uh >> yeah, carne asada nachos I believe they were. >> Yeah. I don't even know what carneasada is. So, >> it's uh meat. It's meat. It's beef. >> Yeah, it's just beef. >> Okay. It's beef. Okay. >> Yeah. I I don't know. But because Taco Bell never has that stuff. >> That's Taco Bell doesn't have that stuff. Uh Mr. Tom, good that they have good meatloaf. I could go for a good meatloaf. That's I could go e >> I like meatloaf. I like meatloaf with scalloped potatoes on the side. >> I like it when it's a bat out of hell. >> I make I I used to make it for my husband and write ick on the top of putting tomato and ketchup. >> There you go. >> Cuz I hate it. >> I I like it enough. But yeah, the uh scallop potatoes have to be out of the box. You know, the the the craft scallop. >> Oh my god. >> Yes. >> God. >> Yeah. They're a step up from from potato chips. That's >> You're poor child. >> Yes, that's that's what we live with. We're poor. That's it. >> I know. I get it. >> That's uh got a minute 36 left in the uh the uh Rams versus Carolina. Looks like the Rams are about to score and put this thing away. So, uh, remember everybody everybody, uh, picked the Rams to win except for Phil, who picked the Carolina Panthers. And with a little under a minute to go, uh, we'll see. We'll see what happens. They're second and 10 on Carolina 30 the last time I saw a an update. >> Yeah, but they have to have a touchdown, though. They're down by four. Yeah, they have to have a touchdown. So, uh, first, so we'll see what happens there. I don't have the game on because I do not have Fox right now. Uh, yeah. I don't know what to do without without uh without Sunday Ticket. I don't know what game the Fox is carrying, you know. Yes, I'm making so much sense right now. But, uh, folks, we'll be going into drunk girl in a few minutes. Uh, other things going on. Like I said, NCR is not feeling well. He'll be back with us tomorrow night. Looks like we just lost Phil. Uh, we have no updates on any situ. It looks like uh, Chile Dcastro backed down from his threat to sue now uh, Pedox as he was informed that we are not pedocks. So yeah, and that's one the main reason why he backed down. Uh we've got stuff coming up. I've got to catch up on some articles. So we'll be writing tomorrow. Uh on LIA LIA is the only one making money. Uh Tomatoes, where is your Floyd news? Point it to me. I didn't hear anything uh lately other than news now. Lisa was defending him apparently. Uh, the Rams are up 33-31 with 38 seconds to go. So, there you go. 3431. Can Carolina tie this game with a uh with a field goal? But it looks like this thing's put away. Uh, tomatoes hit me with whatever you had on Floyd cuz I didn't see it. Oh, that was the News Now, Lisa thing. Okay. Uh, yeah. News Now Lisa, who was Floyd's girlfriend at one point, is apparently defending Floyd. >> E. >> So, yeah, she was a living girlfriend. They had a big falling out, >> but Yeah. Yeah. Well, >> yuck. >> Well, let's see. >> Can't imagine that game almost over. >> Well, anybody with Floyd is it cuz Floyd is insane. Uh, no bad company. Uh, field goals are three points. So, they they get a tie and then they force it to overtime. Anywho, uh let's go to our first drunk girl till Phil gets back. Uh this one Miss Gia picked out. Let's see if I can get the right screen. A drunk mom, no car seats, and a scary ride home. >> One, do you need police, fire, or an ambulance? >> Uh I need police, please. I am following a car that the person is clearly impaired. They are crossing over the center line multiple times. >> Okay, ma'am. Where is this at? >> I am on Graze Airport Road in Lady Lakes. >> Okay. Do you have a cross street with Graves airport? >> I just passed Edwards Road and I I believe this would be Lake County Sheriff's Department and I do have a tag number. >> Okay, maybe you can go ahead with that. What a >> Hold on one second. >> I'm the same way. >> Cameron will call on you. >> C as in Charles W. William G 777. It is a white >> uh Bad Company saying that Zoe needs to be fed early. So >> uh no way. >> Yes, she needs to go off schedule. >> No. Uh, is that a >> 300? >> Come here. >> Okay. And is that out of Florida? Is that a Florida tag? >> Hi, my love. >> Yes, ma'am. It's a Florida tag. And we are >> We are going around now on Graves Airport Road toward uh Eagle's Nest Road in Footland Park. >> Okay. And which way are you traveling on Grace um airport? >> We are south on Grace Airport. >> Okay. Oh my god. >> Yeah, go ahead. What exactly is he doing? What's going on with the vehicle? They're just >> He is absolutely all over the road. He's crossing the center line with oncoming traffic >> into grass. >> Okay, >> we are now on Leot Road and Graves airport. And actually, I'm at a house passing a house where there are two sheriff's deputy vehicles, but I think they're off duty. >> Okay. And so they're driving off in the grass and driving into the other lane. >> Abs. Absolutely. Multiple times. >> Okay. Now, are you guys right behind them? >> We are directly behind them. Yes. >> Okay. >> And they are now coming up to Grace Airport at Eagle's Nest. >> Okay. >> And I'll tell you which way he's going. He did stop at the stop sign. Um they are go oh they are continuing on to we're going to keep on following. We're going that way anyway but Graves airport. Um now he is on South Graves airport. >> Okay. South Graves airport. >> Yes ma'am. And he will eventually make his way around to 441. >> So he's going on to 441. >> No, not yet. I'm saying this portion of Graves airport south Gra airport within a mile and a half or two miles to be if they continue on the same path will be on 441. >> Okay. Just let me know if they turn at all. Okay. Oh, they're pulling up. >> Yeah. Uh, Miss uh, Miss Lightfoot is trying to sit on my keyboard now. I think it's an indication that she wants Zoe to be fed as well. >> Well, that's fine. But she >> Miss Lightoot Miss Lightfoot doesn't usually care about the show, so there you go. >> Yeah. Uh looks like they have been paused on the game. The Rams at the Panthers. Uh Rams are up 3431 with 12 seconds to go. >> She's getting a nice shot. There she goes. >> She's in nice shot. She sat perfectly perpendicular to me so she can see me. Now I'm getting the face. getting the face. Pretty soon the will start >> and it's over. Rams beat the Panthers. So, everybody but Phil. Uh, everybody but Phil gets a point. >> Yeah. >> So, >> Randy gets a point, Gia gets a point, Ducha gets a point, NCR gets a point. Uh, the fans do not get the point. the point the fans uh had picked the Panthers. So, >> wow. >> That's one less chance for the fans to abuse Mr. Phil. So, first game goes to Gia. Gia is winning. >> Why? >> Cuz you picked the uh the Rams to win. >> Yeah, but everybody everybody picked >> I know, but we can use it against Phil when he finally gets his butt back here. >> Oh, okay. Okay. Okay. You are beating Phil right now. You're up one to nothing. >> Okay. Yeah. Always. >> Yes. Yes. So, there we go. Uh yeah. So, the Rams beat the Panthers 34-31. Let's go back to this. Uh our next game is the Cheese Curds versus the Mighty Bears. Uh which with the opportunity to uh go up two to nothing over Phil. >> Yes. >> Off the road. Do you want us to see if they need help or something or leave it be? >> No, that's okay. Just leave just let me know. Did they pull up on the side of the road? >> They pulled up on the side of the road. It's a black female >> with braids. >> Uh long long just parked in the grass. >> Okay. >> I just see the officer. He just now he's >> uh Thank you Dave for the $10 super chat for FYI. I did the exact same thing twice. Got someone behind Got behind someone impaired. Call 911. Got it all on my dash cam. I will drop a dime on a drunk driver in a heartbeat. >> Yep. Yes. >> Yep. >> Yes, you should. >> Yeah. I was behind a lady at the grocery store who was so drunk. >> You stole your parking space. So you called the cops. Yeah. >> Barely barely stand up and they sold her alcohol. I called 911 >> and gave them her license plate number. I almost said something at the check stand like, "If you sell that to her, >> you should lose your job. She is drunk off her ass." >> Right. Yep. Yep. >> Uh so, Mr. Phil, uh Miss Gia is beating you one to nothing in the football picks. One to nothing in the football picks. Miss Gia is winning and you are losing. >> Oh, okay. >> One to nothing in the football picks. >> Yeah. One game. >> One game down out of six. You are losing. >> Yep. One game. One game. So, Gia, how do you feel about being a winner while Phil is losing? >> Exactly. Exactly. >> What? She had nothing to say. >> Nothing to say. Nothing to say. >> I'm here. >> What? >> How do you feel about being a winner while Phil is losing so hard? Oh, just another day. >> Just another day. >> I'm used to it. >> You heard it here first, folks. Just another day. >> Yep. No. >> So, our next game starts at 8. Well, technically it says it starts at 8:00 Eastern, but we all know it probably won't. Uh, we've got Green Bay at Chicago. They have to do all the pregame stuff anyway for the national anthem and all that. as Miss Lightfoot is sitting on my keyboard. Remember folks, we are intended to be here until the end of the cheese curd head rotten whatever versus the mighty Chicago Bears tonight. Uh that's the purpose of this. So while Miss Gia and Mr. Phil yell at each other and you already saw Mr. Phil disappoint us all as he was not nude as promised going out to cook. I didn't I said weather permitting. Jesus Christ. >> He did. He did say weather permitting. >> Yes, but we know that he is from the north and weather permitting means if it was a blizzard and 85° he might put shorts on, but no. No. So, no. Let's go back to the drunk girl. Let's see how this game starts. >> Going to go up. Yes, ma'am. We have a few units out there. So, thank you so much for staying on the line with me. Okay, >> that's scary. Thank you so very much. >> Thank you. You have a good day. >> Byebye. >> I'm so You've had not one about >> No, I actually got off to work this morning. I have a female a 7 p to a 7 shift. Um, she decided not to show off there >> and so are you in the process of moving or something or how? >> She's got a 78 shift, but thank god it wasn't a 67 shift. 67 >> Tuesday >> 67 >> surgery >> coverage I can't >> what's that >> Mrs. Tom is saying Tuesday, Gia. And I don't know what she means. >> She's going to get you on Tuesday cuz she's taking my side. >> Bring it, baby. Bring it. This is Tom. We're a BFF and he's absolutely >> uh and thank you to Miss >> just advanced us >> 110% without doubt cuz they they gave us directions all the way to you stopping right here roadways and everything description of the vehicle the whole nine yards. >> He was passing on double yellows running off the road. >> Oh, I have not passed anything. I can say that 100%. >> I haven't even passed yet. >> They said you were swerving over swerving over the lines. >> No running off the road. >> It wasn't no swerving or running off the world. None of that. Um I actually let Visa was passing. That's why I pulled over because it's actually a SUV in the back of me. It was a color like Escalade white. Um that was running up only. one and only. >> That's right. >> So, how come your speech is so slow, lethargic, it's slurred? I can hear you slurring. >> I am tired. >> I mean, just shoot me straight. If you you're drinking today, >> I'm No, I'm telling you 100%. >> You're not making any eye contact. Like I just I worked at 700 p.m. >> The girl didn't show up. Dennis on coverage until 2:45. >> So you know where you are right now? >> Oh yeah, I know. I am on >> I am on >> I came from the job. I always say cuz we have all that construction. >> Mhm. >> On that 441. I know. I always take the back road. Mhm. >> Eagle nest and take this road all the way back. >> Mhm. >> Around the name of this road though. >> Um Oh, no. I can tell you this is Okay. The church is right there on EMS. So that cross section is What is it? Oh no, it's another road and I take it all when I come back out to 441. >> Thank you. Congratulations. Hopefully >> stoping a new job on Tuesday. What happened to Gia's pool? >> Gia got rid of her pool. Remember? Home Depot paid for it. Remember? >> Is that where you buried uh Vlad the First? >> Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh. Okay. That's That's not where Vlad the First is buried. >> No, no, no. We were on Vlad Vlad 17 was the last time I heard. >> Vlad 17. >> And it and it certainly isn't that state contract for all that concrete that was diverted to her house either. >> No, no, no, no, no. >> Mhm. >> Take it out. >> Okay. Another thing I see one kid is in a seat, but the other one's not in a seat. Actually, it doesn't look like either one of them is in a seat, are they? And >> okay, >> where's their car seats at? >> Yeah, whatever. >> Yeah. Okay, you got me. >> Whatever. You just >> Yeah, I see it. You just got a lot going on right now. So, uh, going to jump right back to this >> wonderful drunk girl. >> No killing. >> All love. >> Yeah, it's the same one. >> But is that where you live or No. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Oh, yeah. >> Who's a car belong to? Yeah. Uh and questioning Chile's uh power or Chile's ability to influence things. I think it was telling that when Chile uh dissed us and threatened us the other day, we lost no subscribers. We picked up about 10 subscribers. >> However, when uh Dr. Dave threatened us twice, >> we lost 11 subscribers, but ult ultimately gained about 300 subscribers. So, we're in this odd world where Dr. Dave with under a 100,000 subscribers has more influence than Chile Castro. >> So, congrats. >> Yeah. Congrats, Dr. Dave. Uh >> yeah. Uh you you have more influence than Chile. >> Yep. >> Yes. >> Y >> I'm sorry. >> You're fine. I'm just have you know >> step up here to my my push bumper. Okay. >> I'm sorry, Helen. Yeah, I'm sure that's what he wishes. >> He wishes. >> Wow, look at the stadium. >> Oh god. >> Whoa. >> Yes, that stadium's going to explode with people. >> There's going to be rocks thrown and cars turned over and set on fire when they lose because they're such sore losers. Yeah, but let's face it, there's going to be rocks thrown and cars on fire if they win as well. So, I mean, it's a bear. >> Yeah, it is Chicago. >> That's Damn, >> that's >> Come on, Phil. >> He's got to get He's stuffing his face with food, but he's still aggressive. Uh, >> hey, by the way, Phil, if you and wifey ever come out, ever come out? >> Yeah. >> The chicken wings I buy are as big as my hand. >> Oh, >> yes. I had two today. That's how big they are. It's a Mexican grocery store near me and they are unbelievable. And I will make you wins. >> Oh, nice. >> Yeah. Monsters. Is this where your ID is? >> Yeah. >> Is there anything in there? >> Okay. >> Where do you work? >> How much you had to drink, man? >> Anything else? Now, if Mr. Phil were to win, this would put a tie on the record as he he lost last last game to Miss Gia and everyone else except for the fans and now he would win this game along with the fans. So it would be one to one. >> Yes. >> So So yes. Uh but tomorrow for Bills Jaguars, everybody is saying the Bills are going to win except for the fans and only Miss Gia has taken the 49ers to win tomorrow's game. Uh so she could go back up on Miss >> I will gladly I will gladly lose. I really want the 49ers to win. I just think the Eagles were going to do it. But >> yes, >> I'm actually reading for the 49ers. >> So, Miss Gia could be ahead of everyone tomorrow afternoon. >> I'm a widow. >> She could be >> three times over. Figure that out. >> And and she mysteriously lost her boyfriend 16 times now as she's on Vlad 17. >> And I have no expect anymore. >> And a pool that's been filled in by concrete. Figure that one out. Yep. >> Yes. Yep. Yep. >> Yes. by the teamsters. The teams somehow >> Teamsters filled in her pool. >> Yes. Had extra concrete miraculously >> had the extra concrete. Yes. I was literally right on her passenger door. Hers. Yeah. Never move, never clutch. I waited for y'all to get here cuz I knew better than try to knock on windows. >> Yeah. And you got you guys got a pretty pretty loud horn, right? >> Yeah. How how long would you say they sat through the uh how many cycles in the light so far? More than five complete cycles. Yeah. Turning red, turning green. So, where you coming from, bud? Where's work? >> Well, so I I got off of work early. Okay. And um I I was given the option to go home or just help out my situation. What situation at work? >> Okay. >> Nothing bad. I said just Okay. Where's work? Where were you working? Eore City in Eore. We had a club down there. I'm just asking questions, man. Nothing nothing uh trying to hit me up or anything. As far as questions that kind of get, you know, um, >> so you got to incriminate >> 1:30, 2:00. When did you start work? >> Um, at right about 8 8:00 p.m. Um, >> did you work prior to that? >> No, sir. >> So, you didn't work anywhere? >> I did. >> I did. Um, >> from 700 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. >> I'm already welcome >> for USF. >> So, from 7 till 4, I went home, took a nap at USF. >> What do you do there? Security. Okay. Do >> you understand why we're out here, man? Like everything that's going on. Um, obviously you and I'm assuming this is your girlfriend. >> You both were passed out. You know, you passed out behind the wheel. >> She's passed out. Um, you know, our concern is y'all safety to make sure that you are able to operate a vehicle. Um, he's luckily got got in behind you, you know. Um, blew on the horn. You guys need to move, man. You know what I'm saying? So, um, let me go talk to my partner real quick and and we'll go from there. Okay. >> What's up, man? So, he sat here. He said he's blowing a horn. I mean, you know how loud these horns are for a minute, intermittently, sat around, probably through five cycles, he said. >> Okay. >> We got here, this gentleman was driving, shooting the back completely out. Did you all see him? >> Yeah, we saw him. >> Okay. Um, he's a security guard. Um, you know, he had a gun. We took it off. So, I'm not really concerned about that part. Patt him down real quick. Nothing else on him. Um he said he worked at 7:00, got up at 6:00, took a nap at security UCF, USF, came down, worked at 7 and from got off about 1:30, started at 8. He said he hasn't, you know, had anything to drink or he doesn't smoke, but his motor skills are a little slow. So, okay. I don't know. Alcohol or anything? >> Not that I can tell at this point. >> Okay. Phil, >> originally he was trying to go into a bag. I asked him for his ID. He said he was in a bag, but it was in his bed. >> Just stay over here, ma'am. Just Yeah. Yeah. >> I can't. I'm >> You have to You have to go sit on the bed. >> I can't. >> Just sit on the bed. Just don't make this murder has to do because I can't put this on his record. >> Her uncle is director of cyber security. >> That should mean something to them. >> No one's doing anything. >> Put it on my record. >> All right, we will put it on his >> No, don't put it on his >> Hold on. >> Be careful. Hold on. >> I'm okay. >> I just want you to hit the board. >> No, it's okay. Don't put it on his record. Put it on mine. >> Ma'am, you're not going to go over there. You're not going to force me. >> Oh, yeah. Unless you keep disobeying me. >> Okay. Well, then >> Okay. We'll see how that goes for you. >> I know it's not going to go on, but I can't let him. >> You're not letting him do anything. He's a grown man. And you're going to be impeding this officer's investigation, and we can't let you do that. >> Do you have any medical conditions? >> No. I'm wearing glasses or contacts or anything like that. Be a diabetic or anything? No, sir. Just overworked. That's all. Sometimes I just need to relax. I I overwork myself. >> I understand that, >> you know, but trust me, I get >> just like stopping in the middle of the street. I totally understand. >> Which is totally suspect. >> Yeah. >> It's just called spade a spade. Okay. >> What I'd like to do is I would like to check your eyes as part of field to make sure that you're okay to operate a motor vehicle. You all right with me doing that? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. >> No. >> Yeah. No, that's too far for my >> because he has to do a better girlfriend. >> Stand at the corner. >> Yeah. Yeah. You can stay on this side. >> Can you not body me? >> Then listen, babe. >> Don't bother me. >> Then listen. >> I'm not trying to be difficult. >> You are being very difficult. >> Okay. But if your wife was in this situation and it was your wife looking out for >> Wouldn't you want her to be difficult, too? >> No, because she's going to get in trouble. You're going to get yourself in trouble for no reason. >> Stop being difficult. >> What do you have to do? >> I can't help it. I can't help it. >> Can't help it. Back to the police car. >> I've been in there. >> Okay, but do you want to go back in there now and wait? Then then stick here and watch him. You're watching. >> You are watching. >> Then stick your watch back. You're going to impede that officer's investigation and I can't let you do that. >> So, I'll stay right here. >> Perfect. That's all I'm asking you to do. >> Stop yelling at me. >> I'm not yelling at you. I've been very nice to you. >> I know. And I've been really mean to you. So, I'm very sorry. >> I I am sorry. I just want to make sure that he's okay. The >> good thing is you didn't guys didn't get into an accident. Nothing happened. >> He You said he what? He fell asleep. >> Yeah, he was passed out. We had the fireman had to wake him up. >> You know, he works 95 hours a week. >> Then that's just that's what he's going to >> Therefore, he should go because I seen that on TikTok >> in the street. Yes. >> How does these go? >> It goes the second they pull him over >> that you guys arrest, >> right? We didn't pull them over. Fire was here. They were here for a medical call. This gentleman here says you guys went through the life almost five times and nobody knew. How do we go through the same light almost five times? >> No, it kept going and you guys didn't move, it cycled five times. >> They said the second that tik tok said the second that you guys >> believe >> if he was in handcuffs then >> listen listen to me. >> I see he works security down in >> Eore. Yeah, he works 90 plus hours. >> That's a lot of work. >> It's my fault. I got us kicked us out of my last place. I didn't mean to, but he has to go and he has to make up the hours to pay the deposit, the security, and everything on a new place. It's not his fault. >> I don't I got >> I got I cut my tendon on accident. So, I just >> I was cooking dinner. >> I cut my tendon and it all up, but it's not >> cooking dinner and I cut my tendon. >> Whatever it is, he's just trying to make ends meet right now. All right. If he's not being pulled over, arrest you on the street. All right. Go ahead and stand comfortable. All right. So, you told my other officer that you didn't have anything to drink. All right. How much have you had? Sorry. Um, a couple cider. >> Couple cers. Two. Is that by what you can buy? Anything else? Any pills or anything like that? >> I I I normally don't drink like that. I was just I was given the option. So, I felt a little bit comfortable. >> Okay. I understand. Based on what I'm seeing, I'm going to ask if you'd be willing to take some additional field exercises. It's a walking turn and a one leg stand. You will want to do that. That's that's just um it's like walk here. >> I'm going to demonstrate everything and I'm going to explain everything. Okay. Based on the totality of events and you know let's talk about the totality of events. I I totally respect you're a working man. All right. I get it. I work all the time too. >> I totally respect that. I still >> definitely should not be drinking and then driving. You're at you're in a car that's running with your foot on the brake. What >> are we doing? A donation. >> Uh, whatever you want. >> Well, okay. What I was thinking was like total the score. >> Whoever wins, the other guy gives times 10 to their favorite charity. Is that work or is that too much? >> So like right now it's Yeah, it's 21 to three. That'd be $2,400 or Yeah. >> Oh, no. Well, then times Well, >> well, no, it' be $240. Sorry. >> Yeah. >> $240. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> So, I say ASPCA or the ALS Foundation and whatever you want. So, whoever wins this the final score times 10, I will donate to whoever you want. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Yeah, that sounds good. I mean, that's fair. Yeah. Just let me know who. >> Okay. >> Okay. All right. Okay. But remember, we could take points off because the the the cheese heads are lying, stealing. >> NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO. >> LYING, STEALING. >> NO. >> UNFAIR. >> NO. It's about the charity. It's about the charity. >> Unfair. Unfair. >> Unfair. >> It's about the charity. >> All those incriminating photos filled up. >> It could be. It It could be um >> Oh, yeah. OH, >> GOT IT. Got it. >> Damn it. >> It could be um >> Damn it. >> A fund that helps elderly victims that are bit by uh Rottweilers get medical care. >> Yes, it could be. >> So, the charity you started >> Well, yeah. Well, sort of. >> So, so yes, it it could be that or it could be >> that the cheese heads are lying, stealing horrible people. >> And >> no, it'll be ALS, which I lost my mother to, or ASPCA. Either one. Those are my top two. >> Yeah, I have a dog shelter. got the paper rotty from. >> Yeah, that would be good. That would be good. >> There we go. >> Yes. Yes. >> Yeah, that would be good. >> I think Christine's happy she's not in the room with yelling j. >> See, >> I I'm I'm cheering touchdowns. She is ch cheering a first down. >> That's the difference. >> Oh, stop. Stop being mean, Bill. Bill, put a one in the chat if Bill's being too mean. >> What? >> You You need to unionize the vest of virgins. >> No. >> Yeah. Teach him. Teach him to wear a bra on when it's when it's over or when it's under 30°. >> He doesn't need a bra. No, the girls do. The girls do. >> Oh, the girls. >> No, they don't. No, they don't. No, they don't. Free show when it's below below freezing. >> That's >> We get our best donations. >> Separate lights with an air horn on those things. It's super loud. All right. When I'm talking to you, you know, I'm not not even worried about what what they are. When I'm talking to you, I can smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage that becomes more pronounced as you speak. As you're standing, you're swaying. All right? When I'm looking at your eyes and we're doing the horizontal basmus, I can see indicators or clues of impairment. So, that's why I'm asking for you to participate in these additional field, which again is a time and a light stand. >> Okay. All right. So hang out right here for a second. I'm going to get a piece of tape and put it on the ground. All right, just sit tight. If he's just tired, he's tired. >> Okay. If he's just tired, then we're okay. >> As long as he's not um >> But he's been working. >> Let's help somebody else. >> A good ride. >> He works at USF Morani help and then right through the night time and then right back in the morning again. And I'm ready to go. >> Ow. >> Run. Oh, nice. >> You got a wife. You're married, right? >> So, look what how how would you feel if then he said so he passes everything and he's going to go home and now you ran away and didn't listen to directions. >> Honestly, >> how do you think he'd feel? >> Honestly, >> I don't know how he would feel. I'd be upset if my wife did that. >> As a wife, >> I would be okay with it as long as I knew that he was okay. Wait till he's not okay to go. >> I just everything right now freaking me out. >> I watch Tik Tok. Tik Tok. I watch Tik Tok all the time. >> Tik Tok said the second that you're out of the car. You're done. >> For the 13. Are are they going to go for Oh, well drunk. Oh, the cramp. >> I'm the one that was >> got a cramp >> because I'm the one that's You know, >> I actually think your vape is at a cramp. >> Can you help me? >> You can just go get it. >> No, I don't. >> Let both of your hands just fall naturally to the outside of your pockets. Take your right foot. Put your right foot directly in front of your left foot. Heels touching toes. Both feet on the line. Just like that. >> Oh no. >> Position while I explain and demonstrate the exercise. Do not start the exercise until I ask you to. Do you understand? >> Okay. >> I mean, that's possible. And that's >> my name's Elise. I'm going to be honest. I'm >> slightly >> Yeah. >> Wait, what is that pumping? >> That's my golf clap. Do a golf clap. Golf clap. >> Okay. >> Cuz it sounds like you're doing something else to yourself. Sounds like you're self abusing. So >> I am selfus. I am self abusing. SELF. >> We know you're very excited about this, but for God's sakes, Phil, turn your mic off when you do that. >> I'm not mad at you. >> I'm also not driving. >> That's fair. And you fell. >> Seriously, I'm going to turn your mic off for you. >> Stop, Phil. God sakes. >> Yeah. >> 21. So, you're >> So, here's the thing. So, the the officer over there specializes in in that stuff. Okay. >> Yeah. But Tik Tok told me that >> that's the problem. You guys Tik Tok. >> Okay. >> Less than me. Tik Tok's not necessarily how it always happens. >> You guys pull someone over >> is what? >> You're going to go and press them charges. >> He doesn't every time >> they said the second vehicle. >> So you believe what Tik Tok says? >> Yes. I don't know anything else. I've never been pulled over. >> Maybe you need to learn your life skills a little. >> I need to get pulled over more often. >> Not necessarily. >> I'm just worried. He just worked, >> right? But that officer specializes in what he's doing. So if it's 80 hours cuz I'm tired, >> we're going to know that. >> You promise? >> But I'm not doing the the exercises. >> But >> okay. No. I got up. Nope. >> I should have seventh and grove, too. >> No, I went to go pick him up. I wasn't drinking at the time. I went to pick him up and then he got out of work and so it was like, "Hey, it let's go get a drink. And so we went and got a drink and I don't know if he drank anything. I don't think he did. >> But there was this girl film. >> There was this girl that just kept she was like, "Oh, let me buy a drink." I think she's trying to get with my man. >> My man. >> No, I know. They always do that. And you probably They always do that. >> Nah, no, no. They always >> He was my ride home and she just kept >> my man. Uh-huh. She just kept doing some real like whatever. But then Oh, >> go home, darling. >> I'm going to watch him because I'm concerned about him. >> Almost 500 a.m. >> Go home. Go with my man. Yeah, Christian is good. I'm good. Okay, then he's okay. But it's at the same time they said the second that you have food out of your car, you're dying. >> Be careful. >> No. Right here. I'm coming right here. >> Getting closer and closer. He's going to get upset and it's not going to be good. >> I've been nothing but honest and nice to you. >> I know. >> So, I don't want to see you get in trouble. >> Yeah. Are you all right? We started. All right. Yeah. cuz we started way over there and I could have been I could have been a jerk and put over there. But I'm okay with you watching and being this close. >> So all righty sir. Thank you. Come on right here. Thank you sir. Now so for this next exercise is going to be a one leg stand. What I'm going to ask you to do is stand with your feet together and again let your hands just fall naturally by their side. So when I ask you to begin I'm going to ask you to raise one foot of your choice in you have a preference your left foot or your right foot that you would like to raise. >> Um you want to raise your left foot. So when I ask you to begin you're going to raise your left foot. Keep your hands down by the side. Look at that raised foot. Okay. So, when I ask you to begin, hands down by the side. Take that raised foot. Raise that foot six inches. Notice how my toe is pointed down. It's not pointed up. It's pointed down. 6 in off the ground. And I'm looking at that toe. And I'm counting out loud. 1,00 1,002 1,003 so on and so forth until I ask you to stop. Notice how my hands are next to my pockets. I'm not swaying. I'm not hopping. If I accidentally put my foot down, pick it right back up and continue counting. 100,00 1,002 1,003 so on and so forth until I ask you to put your foot down. Do you have any questions for me? Okay. So again, hands down by the side. Don't sway. Don't hop. And do not put your foot down. Any questions? >> All right. If you have no questions and you feel you understand, please begin. Oh, you already failed. Point your toe. Point your toe. Point your toe. Point your toes. Point your toes. All right, go ahead and put your foot down. All right, I'm not going to have any choice but to place you under arrest for DUI. So, what I'm going to do No, stay right there. I want to take this watch off because I don't want to pinch. Put your foot hands together. Let me slide that off. Hold on to that. You got it. >> Yes, sir. I do. >> We're early in the morning. >> I know we are, sir, but you're impaired right now. May I have your other hand, please? All right. Listen, it's going to be a little tight for a minute, but I'm going to adjust these cuffs with some different ones because you have broad shoulders and I don't want that to pinch. Okay, come on over with me. Release. >> Yes. Oh. >> Hey, watch out. No. >> Back up. >> Right now. Back up. Back up. Back up. >> Don't back up. >> You're going to get yourself in trouble. >> Here she goes. >> He didn't do that. >> This is how to get yourself a felony, folks. >> Police, you're going to end up going yourself. Listen, >> you're going to end up Listen, >> you're going to end up going yourself if you don't stop. >> I don't care. >> Okay. >> I'm being the same with him. I love you. >> Stop, >> bro. I It's a court issue at this point. >> No, that's why it's a ID's on the ground. >> I don't care. That's fine. My camera's been on the entire time. >> He didn't do anything. He didn't do anything. He didn't. I knew it. >> I knew it. The second y'all bring somebody out of a vehicle, >> y'all are >> as soon as you bring him out of the vehicle. Yo, >> pathetic. >> He works 80 hours a week. He works more than you. He works more than you. He didn't do anything wrong. >> He did it. >> He didn't do anything wrong. >> He didn't do nothing. Let him go. >> No, >> he didn't do anything. >> He didn't do anything. >> Call somebody to come pick you up. >> No. >> You and you. >> He didn't. >> Yeah. >> You're going to need a ride. >> He didn't do. >> Oh, for what? >> Just go. >> No, I'm not leaving you. >> Please. >> Okay. Fell. >> No. Yes. >> Can you admit this is a different Bears team? >> Well, they're playing better than the second half so far. Yeah. >> No, I mean this season. >> Oh, well, yes. Yes, they are. >> Can you just do that? >> Much more improved Bears team this season. >> Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. >> It's all I want. So, Phil fully endorses the Bears and says that they're better team and that he is only winning because the lion cheating, stealing cheese heads, rotting uh uh moldy cheese heads have somehow come from behind and are are are obliterating the field with with with 13 men on the field. Uh, crooked referees and of course the curse of the hoodoo. Curse of the hoodoo. >> Yeah. Yes. I I admit all of that. I And I don't care because we're winning. So >> Oh, >> curse of the hoodoo. >> It's been >> 216. 216. >> It's been many years. I'm I'm happy. I'm good. >> I'm Yeah, I'm happy. says, "Every loser everywhere. We We've been winners this season." >> Okay, I'm I'm gonna >> We get participation. We get a participation trophy. >> Phil. Phil told it. You just made her leave, Phil. >> Oh jeez. She'll come back. >> See, you made her cry, Phil. And now she's back. I've been fair. >> Yes. Yes. And she bought me dinner. And >> dinner. >> Yeah. >> And I I >> And and and Phil his dangling participle got so tiny and she didn't even say anything. And and and all of that. Yes. >> Yep. She said, "Oh, baby." Yeah, baby. >> Oh, baby. Yeah, baby. >> That's it, baby. >> And and and now we have to go back to tick tocker trying to save her boyfriend. >> The up. I already got your badge number. >> Oh. Oh, no. You got the badge number. You could wipe the floor with any of their mother. >> Yeah. >> No. >> Who's going to come pick you up? >> You How much is his bail? >> I don't know. >> I'll pay it right now. What is it? >> He has to see A JUDGE. >> HOW MUCH? Oh, you're so scary. You're so in charge. >> Tic Tac rocks the brain. Tic tac. >> I'm going to get you fired and you fired. >> You fired and you fired and you fired. >> Cuz my dad's in cyber security. Yeah. >> And I cannot wait to see your badge on the table. >> Me neither. >> Yeah. >> Me neither. >> Police. At least they're doing their job. >> Not the table. So, so the drunk lady in handcuffs wants the cop to go home because she's cops prejudiced uh after she was calling for white officers and the cop doesn't know how to do their job. The lady in handcuff >> need her to get into. I'm not letting her walk away from me. >> I ain't I don't have to. I'm 44 years old. My older THAN YOU. YOU'RE AS OLD AS MY DAUGHTER. You're as old as my daughter. >> You are 40 I'm 44 years old. I'm old enough to be your mama. >> She going to go to jail for >> what? For lunch. >> Okay, let's go. >> I got to pee. >> Push, mama. >> I need to pee and change my car. >> Okay, but I got to pee. Okay, let's go. What are you waiting for? >> Yeah. Well, it's too late for that because we asked her to leave. She refused to leave. You >> What are you waiting on? What are you waiting for? >> I'm waiting on my supervisor so you can come take. LOOK, I GOT PISS. I was literally I know it is cuz you're prejudice. >> Just h >> okay I know I'm call like y'all do prejudice. >> That's right. >> Okay. So she's in a bar. Okay. >> So now I got to get my supervisor on because I had to put you against the wall and put you in handcuffs because you were getting ready to attack my officer and I don't like that. >> Okay. She might not be a fighter, but she but she took a a presumptive stance. >> Yes, that's right. >> Okay then. There's a reason why but you're right. >> Let me get this. Let me give you an example. Okay. The McDonald's down the street might not be the same McDonald's that come. >> Okay. The the same woman who told the police officers that she wanted white officers wants the police to show her respect. >> Yes. >> Yeah. You're right. >> Yeah. >> But you didn't have to be so forceful. Why did they let me in there and you couldn't >> Because you're being prejudice. And it's the cops that are being prejudiced because you keep trying to force your way into somewhere you're not wanted. >> Let your family leave. >> And the reason why I'm being ugly towards you is because you wouldn't let me in to pee. >> I do not. >> I can be ugly at you, Jim, because you won't let me in to pee. Yeah. Okay. >> Because you came inside and then wanted YOU TO LEAVE. >> WELL, I APOLOGIZE, Y'ALL. LIKE, I really do. >> And I paid all of the door. He's doing that >> all the way down because I respect any law enforcement or anything like that. Like, I really do. I'm not prejud >> I want white officers. I just want to repeat that. The words out of her own mouth. I want white officers. Now she's not prejudice. >> That's right. >> I told y'all not come up here. >> I don't give a I'm coming up here. Yeah. They shouldn't be pre There's three black men right there and a black woman right here. They're not. They're prejudice. SOMEBODY GET SOMEBODY WHITE UP HERE. >> I'm not kidding. I'm not kidding. She was not prejudiced. >> Not at all. We're gonna go to >> Damn it. Touchdown Bears. >> Uh, yay. Uh, we're gonna go to another Gia pick. Is Gia still awake or did Gia leave? >> Uh, she's muted. >> Okay, >> she's muted. >> Detained multiple times when I'm a Greek citizen with NATO clearance. >> Oh, this guy is great. >> An officer threat. You'll be tied up like a pretzel. Another laughs at the body cam >> and a man takes off his seat belt with style. >> Yeah, this is a good one. This is a good one. >> September 1st, a sheriff's deputy was operating moving radar on Highway 441 in Florida when he saw a speeding Kia Sportage in the opposite lane of travel. The officer made a U-turn, clocked the SUV going 72 in a 50 mph zone, and pulled the driver over. to share. >> Oh, they got the twopoint conversion 724. >> 4 minutes left to go. >> How does that sound? >> Right. Try that. >> Try. >> Here's the Florida license. >> No. No. Go ahead. Which one do you want? >> I need a Florida driver's license. >> Why? Why not this? This is an international driving license. >> Okay. And you have a Florida one. >> All right. Take it. Can have it. Am I free to go? >> No, you're not. I need registration insurance. >> I don't have it. It's a rental. >> Cuz this [ __ ] has some type of registration for the vehicle. >> I don't know where it is. >> I don't know why you're so upset with me. >> And the rental agreement. There's nothing I need to think about. >> New bowl here. Is that good? >> No. >> Hang tight. Find your registration. I'll go run your stuff. >> I don't have a registration for a car I don't own. >> Okay. The officer would return to his patrol vehicle to run the man's license. But as he was doing that, he noticed the man putting on gloves and watching the officer in his mirror. Unsure of what the man was doing, and given his prior argumentative behavior, the officer decided to ask the man to exit his vehicle. 26. Do me a favor. Step out of the vehicle. >> No. >> Step out. >> No. >> Step out of the vehicle. >> No. This is illegal search and seizure. Yes, it is. >> No, it's not. >> Yes, it is. >> No, it's not. >> I'm going to do one more. Moments later, another officer would arrive on scene. >> I tell him, I pull him over. 72 in the fifth spot. >> Yeah. >> He said that wasn't me. He was being tailgated being a hunter. I'm looking at you the whole time. I tell him the reason for stop. He's FBI. Whatever. I get out. I see him throwing gloves on. So, I'm like, "Okay, I don't know what you're doing. You're getting out." Cuz he as I'm back there, he is gloving off. So I don't know if you grab him a gun. What is going on with me? I come up here, tell him to get out. No, I tell him to yank his ass out of there if he don't come out. He gets out. He comes right here. >> 3870 on 369. >> He's going to jail. There's nothing about it. He's going to jail. >> And he's claiming to be FBI. >> He's saying that he's FBI or quote unquote. >> So go check this claim. Hey man, what's going on? >> What's going on? >> Yeah, >> I've been illegally detained multiple times when I'm a Greek citizen with NATO clearance >> and FBI clearance. What does that is anything to do with you speeding? >> 72 and 45 when your officers were going 100 past me. >> I'm an international citizen. You can't arrest me repeatedly. >> I'm a US and a Greek citizen. >> Okay. So, what's that got to do with you doing 72 and a 45? >> I'm sorry. He hit me with a speeding ticket. Huh? >> Well, we will be doing that. >> All right, go ahead. >> He told you he was with the FBI. >> Go ahead. >> I didn't say that. I said I have FBI DCF clearance. >> What does that mean to us? >> I apparently none of you know. >> That means nothing. >> All right. >> The man is possibly referring to FBI and DCF criminal background checks. These checks are mandated by Florida law for jobs involving positions of trust such as healthare workers, teachers, and first responders among others. The NATO clearance is possibly referring to someone who has been vetted and given access to classified information that belongs to NATO. But that's just a guess. Let us know in the comments if you think it's something else. >> Am I free to go? >> No, you're gone. >> No, you're not free to go anywhere. >> What are you talking about? You're resistant, >> right? Because you threw me against the cruiser. >> Yeah. Break the world down. >> Gone where we're going. Hey, put your leg in there. Don't you dare do that >> or you'll be tied UP LIKE A PRETZEL. YOU ALREADY DID THAT. YOU ALREADY DID THAT in closed van transfers >> in those closed van transfers. This guy's been arrested a number of times. >> Yeah, >> apparently. >> So, you can hold I don't know how to do anything. >> You can hold this side right here. >> So, that happened. He was charged with resisting without violence and given a $1,000 bond. Court documents don't show that he ever posted bond, so he likely remained in jail until his agreement and sentencing 24 days later. >> He pled no contest to the charge and was assessed court costs and fines totaling $1,523. >> He was also sentenced to 24 days in jail, which coincided with the time he already served. So, he was credited for that and free to go. >> There you go. >> Thanks for watching. See you on the next ride along. On this ride along, an officer sees his shadow. A woman shares the back seat with a safety cone. And some birds go out for a walk. >> Oh, great. >> On May 8th, a school crossing guard reported that she had been struck by a car. She said a white sedan had stopped while she was in the crosswalk, but then the driver yelled at her to get out of the way. After a brief confrontation, the driver pulled forward and struck the crossing guard in the legs with the front bumper. She then drove around her and left. The crossing guard got the car's license plate, so the police looked up the owner's address and went over to investigate. >> 1915 league be at the barrass address. Contact with subject. >> Hello, Zind Z. >> What' you say? >> Zena. 3774 Lake on 1012. We're back at the bear grass 42 making contact. >> I'm here with you. What What happened? >> So, basically, I'm trying to make sure I'm not standing in the ant cuz there a lot of ants over here. Um, so basically the lady who stopped me for months, I don't know if if it it's because she has a problem with me or what what it is, but every time it's nobody out there like crossing cuz the only time she probably see me is on Thursdays cuz that's when I'm off. I came out my door to school a little later at like 9:00, but I had to leave early cuz I her school's in the park. Only time she see me is on Thursdays. If if it's nobody outside like it looks empty like that, she will purposely stop me for no reason and I sit there for a good 5 10 minutes just sitting in my car cuz there's nobody there and then she'll let me go. So today, >> you have dash cam or anything? >> No. Okay. >> I wish I did cuz I was going to record it, but I was just, you know, not going to do all that cuz that's a little extra. I'm driving. My baby's in the car. I have a camera. I'm not doing that. >> How old is your your child? >> She's only two. >> Two. Okay. >> Who is that? >> She's only I don't even know who that is. She's only two. So, I'm not going to speed in a car with my baby. Like, that's one thing I never do. >> Well, I'm not here for speeding. >> Yeah. I don't speed or anything. But no, it's because she stopped me and she was like, "You need to stop. You're speeding." I'm just like, "I'm not speeding. I'm going 20 miles per hour. That's the speed limit." >> And she literally like, "Can I demonstrate?" >> Sure. >> I was standing over there and I was going to come across the street and the car was coming. So, I blew my whistle, put my sign out, and she just come flying up to the stop and she went through the like over the not the crosswalk sign, but the white and I went stop. I said, Oh, god damn it. >> She goes, "Get out of my way." And I started watching. She started to go. Well, I didn't even have time to get out. >> You missed a field goal attempt. >> You missed a field goal attempt. So, you >> 2724 25 >> 251 251. >> Uh uh Chicago's 26. So, this could either go to overtime or the mighty Bears could pull out a lastminute victory. That's true. They could >> they could >> Oh, her Caleb Williams could be Caleb Williams and throw up pick six. >> Well, you you illegally, immorally trampled his ankle earlier and made the man cry. So, I I think it is >> he did it to himself. >> I think it's a victory for Chicago to bring it back this close. That's this close to such a cheating, stinking no good cheese head team. The great American team, the Bears, have fought valiantly to come back and may even win this game. >> Many things poss. And she just kept coming at me. So, I put my hands on the car like this and she just kept pushing going forward and pushing me and I was just like, "Stop." And she just like turned her car and went the other way, you know, went around me. But, and when she went down, then I I I was able to see what her license plate number was. But, so she So, so my car is right here. >> First, she was right here. She told him, "Stop." Then she walked up to my car and it and was like this, you need to stop. And I'm just like, where are you in my car? So I backed it up and I put her in park and she's walking closer to my car. Every time I try, you know, back up to avoid her, she's coming closer. So I put my car in park. So she's on this side of my car. My car already been damaged from October since I did. >> Right. You see, you see that's that's older damage. >> Still get a hit and run on my car. So, she was standing like this trying to point at me and I'm just like, "Can you please move?" Like, I'm just trying to take my my baby to school. Can you please move? She did not move. But mind you, the the road over there, like, you can see how big it is. She's literally standing right here on the side of my car. She's literally a step away from the sidewalk. She's standing on my car and hit my car. So I what I do I back out of I back in reverse and I speak past her because now you're hitting my car. I'm not doing anything to you. I'm in the car. Didn't even get >> She's hitting it with what? >> Her stop sign. >> Where? >> She hit it like this. >> She hit it. I I don't know if it's any marks, but she hit my car right here. Like right here. She hit it with the stop sign. >> She was like, "You need to stop like hitting my car." So I sped around her because for one, there's no reason for you to stop. I'm speeding. It's nobody crossing the road. The school I don't know if if they have certain hours or not, but you can clearly tell that everybody's in school. Nobody's out. It's no kids, no adults, no nothing. >> Were the yellow lights still flashing on the um lights? >> No. >> No, >> they weren't. >> No. When I was there, no, they weren't. But I was still, you know, trying to be >> Well, I'm going to let you know when I went back through there to talk to her, all the yellow lights were working. And when I was here early or when I was in the area at 7:45, all the lights were on. >> So they they stayed on constantly. They don't shut off too bad. So >> before the incident occurred, the lights were working. And after the incident occurred, they were still flashing. >> Yeah. >> So that tells me that they were still flashing when you went through the incident occurred. >> So for you to tell me that they weren't flashing >> is false. >> Yeah. But I'm saying I'm still doing a speed liing or anything. I'm not here for speeding. >> Yeah, I wasn't speeding. >> She got on my car. I was I was in the I don't know like >> I wasn't speeding and I didn't make an illegal left hand sitting there. She walked into your ID on you. >> Yes, I do. >> You can't prove it. >> Just so I can verify exactly who you are. >> Are there any weapons in the vehicle? >> But the harassment's been going on for months. Why haven't you contacted somebody at school about that? >> I didn't know where to contact them. I asked my mom about it and she was like, "You could probably call school, but I just never had time to cuz it was always so early." >> Okay. All right. So, what's going to happen now is based on witness statements and everything, you are going to go to jail for aggravated battery motor vehicle. Okay. >> Can I at least put my phone in my >> Yep. We'll let your mom come out and get all that stuff. Is there anything you want to go with Joe with you? >> My phone. You want your phone to go? Which which one is that? The green one or the one on the hood? >> She just said, "Can I put my phone in the house?" And now she wants the phone to go with her. >> Can I lock it to call her dad? So, >> I'm going to let her your your mom know. Come over here. >> Told you. I made a battery with a motor vehicle. >> But I didn't hit her with my car. >> That's not what all the witnesses said. And your statement does not match what our independent witness said. >> What did the witness say? >> Witness said you drove up and you were in the crosswalk. Can you at least bring the door and tell my mom? >> We will. >> What's your mom's name? >> Her name is Koncho. >> Was it >> Koncho? >> Card shame. I don't I don't understand. >> Honcho, I think. >> Yeah, I got to start over with the [ __ ] job over [ __ ] I didn't even hit her. >> I don't like white people. Like, that's just makes no sense. >> Jesus. >> Are you serious, sir? >> So, her word means nothing. >> Well, I have the victim's statement. I have a independent witness that told me what they saw. >> Crossing guard trying to stop her for if you just >> I have no idea. It doesn't matter. Crossing guard is pedestrian in the crosswalk. Pedestrians have the right away in the state of Florida while in the crosswalk. >> It's always the white person over the black person. >> Oh my god. >> Been living here since 2019. I ain't never caused no issues with nobody. >> Yeah, absolutely. If you want to talk to you, you can >> lady been harassing me for months. >> You need to speak to the window. >> The lady's been harassing me for months. >> Well, and you should have been done called the police and you should have been done reported it cuz now it's escalated to this and what you saying doesn't even seem to matter. You better hope that the judge >> Yeah, because I'm black. I know that. >> Okay. Well, you can say all of that in the in the in front of the judge. >> Oh, no. I'm not talking to nobody else. >> Hopefully, you will be able to see a judge in the morning. They will give you a bond, >> but now you going to have to spend the night in in jail. >> You'll probably have to call my job. >> I need the information to the job. And now they don't they don't even need to know that because you going to get fired cuz now you going to have a record. >> No. Everybody who works there been arrested and some people has a record there. My job doesn't >> Everybody who's been there has been arrested. >> Tell them that I'm in. >> So what's the information? It's >> in my car. >> Holy [ __ ] Holy [ __ ] >> Holy [ __ ] >> I told you, G. Look like cranes. >> Did he take my phone? I don't. She says she don't have the phone. >> I have >> Oh, he got it. >> They'll allow her to take go through the phone and pull it and write down phone numbers and then she can make your phone. off the cell phone. We should be able to get phone number three. >> Yeah. Telling it was a family emergency and I'm unable. >> All right. Love you. >> Contact. >> So that happened. Okay. And you're saying you didn't have anything to drink or anything like that? >> Okay. All right. Can I get your information real quick? >> And you know, take me time. I'm not the best with numbers and lawyers. All right. >> And then >> All right. Your last name. All right. Okay. Can you do me a favor? Just hit that real quick. I'm just going to talk to this guy real quick. John, do you have one? >> I don't have one on me. I keep one in my car. Um, I can get one for you in a second though if you just hang me. Okay. >> Um, hey. I can smell liquor even from the passenger side. >> I can smell her walking by. Yep. So, um you know, called it in, went around, made contact with her. I initially was trying to just get her key out of the um ignition and put it up top cuz the key was in the ignition. Um even with me fumbling, trying to do it like all awkwardly, it didn't wake her up at all. I tried verbally to get her to wake up. She wouldn't wake up. I sort of just with my knuckle just kind of pushed her a little bit on the shoulder, was like, "Hey, you know, >> yeah, >> you all right?" And then she got up. She said someone gave her a twisted tea that's unopened, but she um she denies drinking or anything like that. >> Okay. >> What's up? >> That's fine. I appreciate that. Thank you. >> Thank you. You want that? You want that cigarette? >> Okay. Just wait right there. I'll be right back. >> So, I know the other officer spoke with you.
