If you know it, then shake it when you show it. If you bad and you know it, you shake it when you show it. >> Where my baddies at? I'm bad. You bad. Where my baddies at? I'm bad. You bad. Where my baddies at? Yeah. [Applause] >> Where are my baddies at? Oh yeah. >> Where are the baddies indeed? In fact, where is >> where is Mr. Pope Phil tonight as he's apparently abandoned his post again >> and fallen asleep in the chair. >> What do you think, folks? Oh, >> geyser. He's so old sometimes. >> Well, >> he's he's either sleeping in the chair or he forgot and is watching football on Amazon. >> So, with Mr. Phil not with us, Mr. NCR, would you please thank Mr. Griffy for all the things you've done, including naming the show today and a very special Wednesday Griffy show as we are talking about Chile Dcastro taking an L. It's taking an L, not something else. I swear. >> Greetings, Sir Griffy, ruler of the land down under, conqueror of the seas. We graciously welcome you and thank you kind sir for all the generosities you have bestowed upon this humble channel in your honor. >> We thank you for everything for the great gifts you have given to Mr. Jim Finch and all the praises to Zoe the real dog. >> Uhhuh. We thank you kind sir and in hope you have enjoyed the great greeting. >> Uhhuh. >> Thank you so much. And and again Griffy named the show and it is Chile Castro takes an L. An L as in his loss yesterday in court to Mr. Blue Bacon. Uh he did not go did not go live today. Though he did get in a feisty debate on his uh comments area where he is talking about the Jimmy Kimmel suspension firing whatever the hell they did to Jimmy Kimmel. >> Uh but that's not a story. Well, it could be a story. >> They actually pulled the they they pulled the show indefinitely. >> Yes. Uh but Chile of course is at the center of the firestorm around Charlie Kirk still and is doing anything for relevancy as it seems he only had 112 concurrent viewers yesterday. Now we can we can honestly say that our viewer to subscriber ratio is a lot better than his. even though we have 20 people right now watching but Chile with with close to what is it uh what is it 700,000 let me look >> uh 67400,000 people uh watching him or or subscribe to his channel and literally he had 110 people >> yeah at peak yesterday. >> Yeah, bots have to sleep too, >> I guess, because he he disavowed the widescreen or he vertical format and now he is back to horizontal format which doesn't get into the stream as obviously we barely get in the stream. But uh yeah, and I'm looking at one of his videos now. It says cops put hands in her pants. >> Uhhuh. >> So there you go. That's cheating Astro. Uh let's just take a look what else is going on. >> Is uh journalism. >> Yes, he is. >> How is Hank? Has anybody talked to Hank? >> I haven't heard from Hank. >> Becca's going to bed. It's like 8 o'clock there. What the hell is she sick again? I don't know. Becca. Uh, thank you, Dave, for the $5 super chat. He's just fail flailing around trying to find some kind of relevancy. Uh, that's right. That is Mr. Diccastro. Uh, in other news, Fraudtor Troll put out a video a little bit ago addressing the lawsuit. And why don't you tell us about that, Mr. NCR, as far troll is being sued by Denver Metro Audits? >> Yes. Uh, in this video that for Troll put out, he explained what was the basis of the lawsuit and did explain some crucial things. He did not expose his legal strategy. However, he did point out some crucial information that is highly important to this lawsuit. Now, he did point out that like in the Ethan Klein case, which he is currently suing several content creators for stealing his content. Unlike Klene, DMA did not copyright the video before release. Klene copyrighted his video before release, meaning if Klene wins his case, he could sue for legal fees and attorneys fees. In DMA's case, since he did not follow the proper steps and copyrighted the video years after releasing it, he is not eligible for the attorney fees or attorney uh payments. He would have to pay them all himself. He would not be able to get them from troll if he was to win. Now again, this is coming from fraud troll. I'm not a legal expert of any kind. I am just reporting on what I saw. And and just to note that fraud or troll himself is not any sort of legal nor does he claim to be legal expert, constitutional law scholar or anything that fits that >> or interdimensional deity of any kind of practicing of law. >> Yes. Now, he did bring up the point that this all started with Randall, the unhinged attorney, Newman, trying to recruit more people because he already had DMA, but he was also soliciting other creators. He explained also why he deleted the 1700 videos because he was currently already being sued by DMA. if he was to be sued by the other creators of those other videos, it would be a financial devastation to him. So, he just did what he felt was best and deleted those videos. No word if he has backups on them or not. I don't know. He did not say he does. However, he did also say that he did have legal representation. He has contacted two lawyers, one being Patrick J. Darcy, who he had paid for consultations in July to go over, I guess, I'm assuming the documents in question that he was served or may have been served or >> he was not served until this weekend. So, >> or last last weekend. >> So, he had consultations with Darcy. He had paid him, I believe he said, I think it was 2,000 >> over 2,000, >> which is interesting because Darcy didn't disclose that in his Amikas brief that he had been hired by Troll or to provide consultation services when he filed the Friends of the Court brief supposedly on his own behalf. So that's troubling at best. >> But he has now said that he has representation. He identified his lawyer did mention that he has paid the retainer and has announced that he has started a PayPal to set up for donations to his legal fees. It is going to be set it's set up directly for that purpose to cover any legal costs, attorneys fees and he will be completely transparent with all uses of money from said PayPal and Bad Company. That's what we're discussing right now is the video put out by troll. This is going to get interesting kind of quickly because they have three weeks uh actually about two weeks left uh to reply to the uh the initial lawsuit that technically you get the 21 days. Newman said something today. I forget probably on our message board since that's where he hangs cuz the Chile does not uh Chile's discord is pretty much dead. Uh somewhere Newman had said that he'd give an extension to Troll if he needed one, but I if this goes forward it could get very interesting very quickly. Um in copy Go ahead. >> He did say that he was not going to settle out of court. he wants to take it all the way to trial because he feels that's now this is again this is trolls words not mine not gyms not anybody of the channel >> but he did say that he feels that Newman is doing this to get >> uh clout and some notoriety >> he does want to fight this because he doesn't want to settle because he believes that's also what DMA wants is just to get a settlement to have him go away, but he wants to take this out because I guess he wants to get this all put away, >> right? Well, it is a question. We talked to Newman about this on the air at the last uh marathon session when he was on. >> Yes. >> That there needs to be some sort of clarity with the DMCA copyright act. And in fact, what you can and cannot do with the material with other people's material. It does not I mean it it's not even part of the law. It is a suggestion that you have fair use abilities. It is not in fact codified into law I believe where you can use so much of someone else's content and be okay. So by the one case that has been litigated. I mean those were less than 30 second clips and he still got sued. But in that case, he successfully defended it as fair use because I mean he provided more commentary than the video itself. And what's going to hurt Troll is the year before this happened, Fritter Troll put out a video basically saying the same thing. Do 30 second clips, put out more commentary than what you use. You know, there's a ratio there. troll seemed to know the year before, but then started using a different ratio and just in some cases where he'd just play the entire video. So, this is going to go to trial and this is all going to come up, I'm sure. But there are problematic points on both sides with DMA being an idiot on the other side. And yes, after having to sit through DMA, stand there and be the chalk holder to Reagan Benson yesterday on Constitution Day. Uh Rean Benson returned to the detention center that she had just gotten out of so she could do her chalk art, meaning her anti- police stuff, uh written in chalk. And he was the muscle to protect her back. Would either of you have DMA as your bodyguard? It depends. Am I going to need to be defended by uh from him by a bunch of toddlers? Because then Yes. Oh, well, I take him because I know I can run faster than him, especially with the bears up here. So, all I got to do is outrun DMA and the bear gets him, not me. And I don't look back. >> Look who shows up. Look who shows up. >> You can't [ __ ] run. What are you talking about? >> Look who shows up. Hey, I I've been on the on the exercise bike doing four miles for two weeks now. I'm doing pretty good. >> Sitting in your living room on an exercise bike and actually running are two completely different things. >> Maybe, but still, I can run faster than DMA when my life is on the line and I know what the pair can do. Yes, that's probably >> honestly I I I don't see DMA being any kind of a good bodyguard in any kind of sense. >> I'm not trying >> No, I'm not trying to say that he's physically weak or anything, but I just the with what I know of him and seen from him with his attitude, I think he would be more of a hindrance. Well, he's got his big giant camera staff that he could hit you with. You know that thing >> DMA DMA would stop to argue with the bear. >> It's >> You're a tyrant, Bear. You're a tyrant. >> Exactly. Exactly. >> You're a tyrant. Yeah. So, Mr. Pope Phil, you missed out on our Griffy because our Griffy pledge because Mr. Griffy and I forgot to do this. Sorry folks, forgot to do side chat here. Uh, we did our our uh Griffy salute and thank you Dave for the $5 super chat. RSN gives me an icky feel. He mentioned in Discord something about a jury foreman he wanted who wanted the D once. Hickeyi. >> Yep. >> Yeah. >> Yep. >> Though uh though full disclosure, he is investigating something to YouTube on our behalf. There was a strange glitch last week where we got a weird message that a YouTube advered advertisement got us a not a copyright strike but a copyright warning because they inserted let's hear it for the boy into our broadcast and someone flagged that because that commercial was playing during whatever video you guys were running. >> No. It's not even us. Okay. >> Yeah. Uh they someone saw it or something and it got flagged cuz I was out, you know, I didn't have Starlink, so I didn't know what the hell you guys were doing, but I got the notice. >> It's all of us. Yeah. It's all our fault. Yep. >> And there was literally third a 30 second commercial where they were playing that old song from Foot Loose. Let's hear it from the boy. >> Right. And it was a YouTube commercial. So YouTube is the bots are flagging YouTube's own commercials, >> right? >> So, uh, he had >> I had a Windows update and I couldn't remember my password and so it happened like right before the show, so we just I just went with it. So I got pre >> Mrs. Tom, it was not Whitney Houston. It was Denise Williams, I believe. Let's hear it from the board there. Let me now double check. >> No, no, no, no. You're going to get us hit again. Let's hear it for the boy Denise Williams. That's right. So tonight you're here for a special time as we have a member of law enforcement who apparently got busted. >> I'm going to sneeze. >> Sneeze. >> You going to sneeze? >> I am. I've been sneezing all day. >> My allergies. >> And and to tomatoes. Uh there's good and there's bad about the new Starlink. It's much slower. Uh that's good. >> No, it it it it's the new Starlink is much more stable, but uh Stephanie St. Germaine, we just discussed it. Uh we will be having a report on it in a few uh tomorrow probably another report on it. We just put out a video on it as well. >> Uh video on >> uh the fraud troll talking about the lawsuit. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. So, uh, >> it's raining men. It's raining men, baby. Oh, yep. That's >> I have not seen Judy to do the compliments for Judy. She needs to be here. So, >> Judy. >> Oh, yeah. To finish off Starlink. Uh, yeah. It's the only thing in our area, so we're kind of stuck with it. >> Oh, my back itches. So anywh who uh I got an old Starlink that you can rub up against. Yeah. >> No, I have a back scratcher. >> So Touché shows up and your back itches. >> I My back my back itches because I got bit by something. I sprayed my yard for bugs today because I must have a flea factory in my fake grass, which makes sense. because it's been so hot and humid. So, it'll get better. It'll get better. >> You have fake You have fake grass. You have fleas. Why Why didn't you just vacuum it? >> I vacuum my grass. >> It's fake. >> What kind of fake cloggy? >> No, I have to I did I spray it with pet friendly bug killer. Thank you, Gothic Sparrow, for becoming a member. Level Pope's blessing. >> Yep. >> So, thank you for becoming a member. Gothic Sparrow. >> So, anyh who, yeah, this this Starlink is much lower than the old one. And I love >> whiner whiner whiner whiner wine wine wine wine wine wine. It's never getting >> wine wine wine. wine. >> It's it it. >> Oh, good boy. So, if we're ready, let's go to wann to bee police officer arrested for drunk driving and she's from New Mexico. So, uh she is eligible to marry NCR. Hey, >> can I get the expiration again? >> Why you going to do this? >> Vacuuming my turbing January of 2021. >> There your back window, please. >> Yeah. Fake grass, fake dog. Yep. >> Yep. >> And those are my pet fleas, which is why it didn't work because it doesn't harm pets. Uh Tom's question. What kind of third world country part of the world do you live in? Jim, that you need Starlink. I live in north north central Pennsylvania. We are closer to the New York border than we are to any major city other than Williamsport. Uh >> we live in Amish country. That's why >> Amish are south and uh west of us. So there's no Amish up here. >> That's what my That's what my father-in-law says all the time. >> Amish. >> Because we'll stop we'll stop somewhere like, you know, like because we have Amish in Iowa, right? And and so and and we'll occasionally stop >> and you know, we'll send pictures and stuff and and that's what he always says. Did you go to the Amish store? [Laughter] Well, we >> Yes. Touche. >> Why is Lus like the Lacrosse in Wisconsin? >> Remember the G her dad was like a deputy or cop or something and she got arrested like three times, >> right? Oh, good lord. Don't make me think at this point. And hey, Rose. Hey, Han. I see you. Uh yeah, I live in the middle of nowhere. I live where the boonies call it the boonies. And uh we have uh tomatoes. I don't drink. So the either >> Thank god he doesn't drink. >> Yeah. >> Imagine what we would have if Jim drank. >> Yeah. >> He would be on Benadville all the time. >> No. No. He would be a bigger [ __ ] than he is already. No, we don't want it. >> Yes, he would. Yes, he would. >> Someone's still cranky at at me from this afternoon. [Laughter] >> That's I see how it goes. >> Yeah, you should. I see how it goes. >> She's going to smack me up. So, Rose, honey, come help me. Come help me, please. >> You know, Jim, you >> wait. Thank you, Touche, for gifting one membership eligible not or level not eligible to marry NCR. And it went to Jeepster. So, I am the what, who, where, why? >> You're the one who invited her on the [ __ ] show. >> Hey, Cecale. >> Well, she >> I can leave. You want me to leave? >> Do you want me to leave? >> She owns the show. >> She She wouldn't be here if it wasn't for you. >> Do you want me to leave? >> Oh, you're not going anywhere. >> I want you to leave NCR's show and stop backstabbing us. >> Yeah, they've got a show tomorrow, too. >> Yeah. Yeah, they've got a show tomorrow. >> Yeah. >> And you know what? Because somebody was late today, >> the newscast is going out at 9:30. So, we got to be out of here at a reasonable time. So, yeah, the newscast follows us tonight and Friday or Saturday. We're going to be on all day, folks. We are trying to line up some guests for you. Uh besides Pope Phil nude cooking again and uh I'm going to be on the on the exercise bike for 30 minutes during the show. Uh we've got the food coming from Gia if I ever remember to send her a list. Uh we've got all sorts of stuff happening on the all day show on Saturday starting 8 o'clock Eastern time, 800 a.m. Eastern going to 900 p.m. Eastern. So, all day, all day and all day, >> all day. >> And I'm so looking forward to the food. >> The food is Yes. The food. The food. >> That's three meals. Three solid meals. Unlike the meals that uh Rean Benson was presented with at at uh the county detention center the other day. Uh, Rean Benson. >> Re >> Now, did she did she pull a um um uh Craig Hendry and say that they were trying to poison her? No, but uh she said they were thirsting her because the water dispenser didn't work >> and she didn't get her meds that she was promised >> meds. >> Of course she needs meds. >> Of course she >> Well, no, she she does have uh >> she does have the gigantic kidney stones that she needs surgery on all the time. I mean, that woman, part of her misery is huge ass kidney stones that they literally need to do surgery to take out of her body. So, there there is >> What's that, Touche? >> It's not kidney stones, it's swallowed gum. >> There you go. There you go. Uh, so yeah, she was doing chalk art outside of the detention center yesterday with her bodyguard DMA. Think of that what you will. >> God. >> And we will be sending >> life ever gets that pathetic. Just kill me. >> What? >> If my life ever gets that pathetic, just just kill me. Somebody kill me. >> What? You need a DMA to to guard your body? >> I said if it gets that bad, just kill me. >> Okay. Okay, that's >> Oh, I'm itchy. >> Well, and we we we don't really have cows up here, but we do have owls that will make you believe in the Jersey Devil, cuz you go about 10 miles north of us and if you drive off the highway at all at night, there are big things flying around. And I know the holes, but >> beautiful. Beautiful. >> It's just the shadow of like a semihuman form flying over you. >> Yep. >> Is it a hawk or >> silently? >> No. Owls. The >> silent beautiful. Silent. >> They're incredible. >> I live cows than you do. I'm less than two miles from cows. >> There you go. Well, I'm about 2 and 1/2 miles from cows, but there aren't very many up here cuz the farmer used to own all the land up here, and over the years, he sold off the parcels for for housing. >> No. So, we do have about a mile through the woods, you come to uh barb wire, and if you find barb wire in the woods up here, you never cross the barb wire because the farmer is insane and he lets his bulls run in the woods. >> Yep. >> So, you cross the barbwire and you're taking your life in your own hands. Yep. Yep. >> Because sounds like >> those things are just gigantic. >> Wasn't that the end of that show with James whatever his name where he got gored by a bull. Wasn't that the end of that? What's that guy's name? I forget. And Ember watched it. >> What a way to >> less than two miles from cows and people a couple doors down have horses. >> There you go. Before Before I met my wife, I uh dated a woman who her parents lived in a Brooklyn, Iowa, which is a small town. And uh I went to go meet her parents and they have a farm. And uh uh so I you know I I pull in and I pull off the side of the uh by the barn there, you know, and I get out of my car and all of a sudden there's this giant bull that comes up to the fence and kind of like eyes me. >> Uhhuh. >> He's big as I like 1400 burn on you, Jim. >> Yeah. >> He's like Yep. >> No. No. So the dad comes out on the porch, yells, "He wants you to pet him." And I go, "What?" He goes, "He wants you to pet him." I go, "Okay." And so I kind of lean it, reach my hand in, you know, kind of scratch it behind the ears and he like leans on the fence, right? Which starts to kind of creek a little bit. >> And so then the dad comes over, goes, "Yeah, he used to be a 4 bull, so he's used to people." it down. Every time anybody comes over, he wants to get petted. [Laughter] >> Uh, Sil, um, I'm not used to being outside of the house. We've never lived in a city and I've been in the same spot in the woods for 20 going on 28 years now. So, yeah. >> But, are you a mountain man or country folk? I am an inside person who lives on the internet. >> Yeah. >> I'm not >> remember all of the allergies that would kill me. >> Uh but you are out there. >> But you are a better person today than you were three years ago, Jim. >> How am I better today than >> smarter? You're more selfaware. You're more You're kinder. You're prayer. You're willing to accept compliments and assistance. You're a better person. >> Well, thank you. Now, now tell me this before I start doing job interviews so I remember all that. Uh, >> and do you know what all of that corresponds with? >> Uh, no. >> When you met me. >> You're welcome. >> I didn't meet you three years ago. >> I've met I I made you a better person. You're welcome. >> Yes. Yes. and and and some of this is also uh they changed my meds too months ago, so I'm not on the beta blocker, so I'm a little more friendly, a little more funny. That's that's Yeah, I still have to weed my get weaned off of the rest of the one that they apparently hadn't been um using as your primary blood pressure medicine for at least a decade, which no one told me. And no one bothered to change either. So yeah. Yeah. Hey, do you want off of this one? We don't use that anymore. And I'm like, I've been on that since 1990. And he's like, well, why? I'm like, I don't know. You're the doctor. >> You prescribe it. >> Yeah, you guys prescribe it. But it's a it's see we're so far out that I have to go to a training hospital and my doctor switches every two years cuz they graduate and the scrub goes on to wherever. So I'm used to seeing the doctor maybe three times before they graduate. You know, I'm relatively healthy otherwise. You know, knock on wood. But >> life will and your life will improve drastically >> in the near future. Well, >> it's been >> it's been improving just because I've been the exercise bike has made a tremendous change the past couple of weeks. Like today I didn't die while doing all that cat lifter that litter. That's all heavy lifting. You know, a lot of it's a lot of deadlift from the ground and then you have to scrub stuff and all sorts of wonderful things. >> No, we'll never see. Yes, tomatoes, you will see the video. >> I'm starting >> the video right now. >> I am off to contest. Please, do you have your driver license, insurance registration? >> Uh, I have a picture. Is that okay? >> Yeah, it's fine. Do you have your insurance registration? >> Yeah. I got to find her. Sorry, >> you're fine. So, this is the reason I pulled you over. Um, you you're swerving and then you cross the center line pretty bad. Um, I didn't get you on radar, but it looked like you're going way above the speed limit. Okay. >> Is aologize. >> Is everything okay? What's going on? >> No. Yeah, it's good. I just Sorry. I'm trying to get home. >> Okay. Where's home? >> Pacity Mountain. >> Okay. All right. Go ahead and step out so I can identify you in front of my unit. Okay. >> You you have the picture of your ID, right? >> Yeah. >> You want to bring your phone so you can show it to me? >> Yeah. >> And then we'll just walk these off. >> Yeah. Um >> Why is she taking your boots off? >> Is it hard to walk on them or what's what's up? >> No, it's just hurting my feet really bad. >> Okay. [Music] All right. And then we can start right here, please. >> All right. So, what what's up with the driving? Can you try to explain why you're driving kind of erratically? >> Um, >> or you're not. You didn't notice. >> I honestly didn't notice. I'm just trying to get home. >> Okay. Do you live nearby or >> I live pretty close by. Okay. Now, my next question, uh, I want you to be honest, okay? I smell some alcohol coming from your breath. Okay. And your speech is very slur. Um, is your speech naturally like that or what's what's going on? >> Oh, I honestly sound like a man. So, >> no. No, but >> usually usually when people consume alcohol, it makes their speech slur, right? Oh, >> okay. I just I don't know how to explain myself. I just sound like a man. So, >> Okay. So where you you're coming from mosquito you said okay how much alcohol did you drink there? >> Zero. >> Zero. So why can I smell some? >> Can't smell any? >> What do you mean? I'm I'm telling you I can smell alcohol on you. >> So were you going to be honest or not? >> Um >> I'm trying to help you out. Unfortunately, >> I mean, I drank some alcohol like past >> 10 for Can you run that di >> a few hours ago? >> What's a few hours ago? >> Yeah. >> Two hours ago. >> 2 hours ago. Uh whis uh whisies or Okay. How much was it? >> Like two shots. >> You know it's bad when he can smell the type of alcohol that's on your back. >> He doesn't have any. >> Right. >> Yes. >> Right. So, you had whiskey. Why do you smell like whiskey? >> I don't know. >> And like two two shots. >> Yeah. >> You sure? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> Turns out to be six, >> right? >> Bad company. You are way too creative. >> Oh my god. >> What did he do? >> Look at Look at that. I see. >> Way too creative. Yep. >> I see it. >> Yep. >> On scale one through 10, do how drunk do you feel right now? >> Um >> um >> four. >> Four. >> Four. But I had nothing. >> Okay. >> No. Two shots. Two shot. >> Are these lights bothering you? >> No. >> Okay. Cuz I'm going to check your eyes real quick. Okay. Let me let me turn them off. >> Homemade guacamole tonight. >> Come over here. >> Yep. >> What's your name again? >> Emily. >> Emily. Just right here. >> Derek. Uh 23. I'll give you a different one here in a second. All right. Can you hands together? All right. Do you have any issues with your eyes or any brain injuries? Okay. >> No, sir. >> Do you see the tip of my pen? >> Yes. >> Okay. I'm going to need you to follow it with your eyes and your eyes only. Do not move your head. Do you understand that? >> Yes. >> Do you have any questions? >> No, sir. >> All right. Don't move your head. Don't Don't move your head. Okay. Bill, stop moving it. Phil, stop moving. >> I'm moving both of them. >> Stop moving him. Phil, >> you're moving the goalpost. >> Follow the coach. >> That's you. >> Stop moving the goalost. >> You, >> that's you, Jim. >> Bill, >> you Jim, >> stop moving the goalpost. >> Okay. Do you have any issues with your feet or anything? >> No, I honestly I I went to the El Paso fair. >> Okay. >> So, my feet I've been walking miles and miles, so my feet That's why I took my boots off. >> Can you walk and can you walk in a straight line? >> I think so. >> Okay.
