Where my baddies at? Yep. Music. Baddies at Uh hello everybody. Welcome. Before we get started, we have to do some housekeeping because the last broadcast was not something that we're highlighting uh gifting or memberships. Let's just do that. Highlighting them real fast. Thank you to Touche for the five gifted membership. Thank you to ourselves for the five gifted memberships. Thank you to Salacius for the five gifted memberships. Also, NY Reno Mind, uh thank you for the $5 super chat. Don't worry about striking information lane from the record. Lane Myers is doing a great job of coloring the case for the judge. A selfown. Also, thank you same person for the $5 super chat. Only a depraved and degenerate person would make t-shirts of the children of his enemy. I changed my mind. This rant deserves prison time. Uh, thank you. Yes, it did. Uh, hello to all the big folks that are coming in. Uh, this is a discussion of the Lane Meyers hearing. I know it's not for everybody. So, this is what we're doing for the hour. So, thank you for being here. Uh, we have our live reporters, Judy and JJ, who are going to fill us in on what happened during the Lane Meyers hearing this afternoon. Let's get started with uh, okay, who was there to begin with? Well, oh, there it was. It was a full house today. Um, there was a law school class there, which hey, um, if you want to if you're getting into the law, this was definitely one. Um, one of the the students that I spoke with, she said, "Oh, everybody knows about Mr. Meyers." So, um and and she's she had an interesting perspective that um perhaps stuff went too far with the prosecution. I said, "Well, it he may have had a point initially, but because Lane is lane, that initial point was just completely gone." She's like, "He really shouldn't be prosay with this. he really should not be prosay with this like you are correct little late for that now. Um the victim and her husband were there victim services my friend I think um and Mark Kelly the reluctant prophet sat right next to us had a conversation that was interesting um and then you know Mark the Shark Resnick came in with his favorite Dr. prepper. It wasn't diet this time. I mean, sometimes you need pull test, right? Yeah. Oh, he went he went full pull strength. Yeah. He must be stressed. Oh, yeah. Yeah. Listen, he needed he need he just needed to get this over the finishing line, you know. Yeah. Um Lane is a handful to be understated. I mean, as we we were kind of sitting there, it's like, you know, 1:59, so 2 o'clock our time was when it was supposed to start. Still no lane, still no judge. And of course, Lane is going to be present before the judge takes the bench. Um, and like still natada. Um and the uh um one of the law clerks all of a sudden grabs hold of what looks to be a motion with a look on her face like what the freak do I do with this now because she's running around making copies trying to figure out who I mean who gets served with this now right before sentencing. So I don't know what all that was. Um it wasn't stated either. Yeah. So then, excuse me, uh, Lane comes in two o'clock on the dot. He has buzzed his head. He he he looks um I would say he looks less crazy with his hair buzzed, but the craziness in his eyes was almost amplified. Now, when you say he looks crazy, are we talking Charlie Manson on the first trial or Ted Ted Kazinski? I don't know who any of those people are, but okay. I'm I'm the eyes kind of Your your mom does. Your mom does. I do. I do. I know. I know both references. Um I'm going to say he kind of has Manson eyes. Um, but I kind of thought I kind of thought that. Yeah, he's got Manson eyes with the Charlie Sheen chin. Dark eyes. Dark eyes. He's got he's got Charlie Manson eyes. [Laughter] Um, you're you sweet summer child. Um, so you got some education to do during summer school. Oh man, education. She's only a kid once. Let her let her hang on to her. Let her hang around gone. There's plenty of Netflix on Charlie Manson on all sorts of serial killers. Y I'm interested about it. Okay. It's always interesting to learn, but we don't have Netflix, unfortunately. Now she's going to be off to the next rabbit hole. That's okay. Check them out on YouTube. There's lots of uh real life coverage of him. Oh yeah. Um including interviews. He he is given a copy of whatever that motion was and he's going through it with Mark the Shark Resnik. Um the I believe she is the clerk for Judge Metaf. Um the the one who handles all the administrative stuff in the courtroom. Um she is like waiting for for Lane to go through this is like do you need any more time sir? She had the most like I am dead I am just trying to get through this eyes. I felt so bad for her. She she was just like there was like nothing there just like can we get through it with this already? She you know she stands on business. She's Yeah. 207. Judge Metaf finally answers at the same time that two of his buddies question mark also enter. Lane's buddies. Yeah. Both requesting to They're not my buddies. Yeah. Both requesting to audio stream the the uh the hearing. Um it was the quickest shutdown I've ever seen. Was that on Yeah. Was that Yes, it was. Yes, it was. That was the quickest I've ever seen anybody shut down before. That was amazing. Yeah, because the judge previously ruled like a month ago that there will be no audio recording in the courtroom and it was pretty clear. The the one guy was the pink phone guy, the Miss Kitty pink phone from the other time. Um, and then what was the name you gave me, Jim? Uh, Mark Brown. Mark, not not the Marks, but um Well, he he did the tall one. Huh? The tall thin one. No, no, no. Um, well, he he did say you can bend over and lick my two. Um he was not happy with what Judge Metaf had said. Um he said that loudly enough that I certainly heard him two rows away but you know there you go. I think he heard Lane heard it cuz he reacted a little bit. Did he? Yeah. It wasn't like huge but Lane heard it. So then they're going, you know, is it going to be a sentence sentencing memorandum? Is it going to be a whatever? By the way, Cat was not there. Um, girlfriend was not there. So, um, I don't think that was a surprise. Girlfriend, not wife. Yeah. Um, throughout the entire recitation that judge had of, you know, this is why we're here. This is what we're doing. Here are the cases. Um, that's Koko, by the way. Um, Lane and Mark were just they were just talking and making they they were not paying attention to the judge much at all. Um, and then the victim gave her statement. Um, Lane definitely had reactions during it. Oh, yeah. He was very animated. Um, he would make a big face and lean back in his chair with his little, you know, shackled hands go. T-Rex arms. the T-Rex arms going um the image it I really you know like Miss Styles said he puts on a persona right when he gets online he was playing part of that persona today is is what I get the feeling of um I that's what that's what I got the impression when he was going through his allocution that like this is performance art Unfortunat I really think you're right. Um because if it were a true I if it were an allocution in my mind it would not include phrases like I mean if you want me to put up the receipts I can put up the receipts tomorrow. Sir no what what you're supposed to do is move on from this. you are not supposed to have any interest in the victim's family at all. Um threatening her with a defamation lawsuit like four times. Yeah. During that Yeah. That's when um when they talked about um you know breaking the order again with the uh the interview with Mark Kelly, he certainly had you know the the confused face. What? No. Yeah, it was like cartoonish almost looking back at Mark Kelly. Um Mark kind of just gave a little wave of fingers like what you know what do you expect me to do? Um to which Lane was you know I mean he was putting his head down on the desk completely. Um it was the most like defeated I've ever seen Lane. He was he went like from stages like putting his head in his hands um kind of like tilted down to putting like covering his entire face with his hands to then um just flat out like laying on the table almost like laying his head on the table and he was there for like a good like 5 to 10 minutes. He I thought he fell asleep for a moment cuz he was like, "Dang, you're not objecting. You're not be You're not being lame. You're being the most like submissive I've ever seen him." When he got to his alleocution part once once the victim was done with her statement. Um, and I believe that is when Miss Styles made the the recommendation for the state of of what they were asking. Um, he was getting a little animated with the, you know, waving the little T-Rex arms. I I can't say, you know, can't talk to Reluctant Prophet. Can't talk to um, this is a public service, no YouTube at all. Um he was getting a little he he wanted to interrupt. The judge was not letting him. Good on him. Um and once he started his al and he was talking about how can't even believe, you know, I feel like I've been sabotaged by a friend. This is just a conversation with a friend. I can't believe he posted it. I I couldn't tell honestly if it was an act or not, which probably means it was because if it if it didn't read genuine to me, then probably it wasn't, I'm guessing. I don't know. Um cuz he he acted like this was a big betrayal. He acted like he had no clue. Yet he shot Mark Kelly a big, you know, a big cheesy grin at the end of it all. A big crappy grin. So I I don't know. And like I said, Mark Kelly sat next to me and we had a discussion. And that was weird. I'm sorry. I was I was weirded out the entire time even though I was not near him. Um he claimed to not have a dog in the fight. He was there about constitutional issues. Uh he said that our reading was funny of the uh um the transcript the other day. Um but he also said he he claimed um just so you know I don't have any criminal cases pending. So I said all right I'll I'll I'll say that on the air that that is your claim. I have no clue if he does or not, but okay. Right. Um, it is fascinating to see how he was reacting to Miss Styles when she was talking about how one-on-one he is. He's just a different person. He seemed to really agree with that. He He's an actor. Yeah. He's an actor. Yeah. And he really seemed to when he wasn't all up in his head with the word salad stuff, he seemed to We've watched videos of him earlier with his stupid bow tie on with the over dramatic reactions. Yeah. And you know, it's all a show there. My guess is he is not that fidgety now. My guess is he had substances on board. Yep. um for especially for that bow tie one man because that was just Yeah. Dang. Um but he can still work himself up pretty easily. Um and start getting into stuff that he shouldn't be getting into and rabbit holes, rabbit holes upon rabbit holes upon rabbit holes. I need to do one one bit of housekeeping really quickly. Sorry that Jim Finch can't spell your name. Yeah, I I Yeah, just let it go. I I am I'm not mentioning it, Jim. I am not mentioning that you misspelled his name horribly. I'm not mentioning it's on a new It's on a new setup of the desk and I cannot see that far over where that screen is. The hell. Anyway, let's get back to the topic. Yeah. About how Jim can spell. Yes, that is the topic. That is the topic we are here to discuss. We just gave away five really cool news gifted me memberships. They went to AR, Jackie Joe 15, Brazos, Stephanie Wood, and Jingo. Congratulations for those who got them. We gave away five in the earlier uh live stream and I believe uh Gia got a gifted membership today. So congrats Gia. Congratulations Gia. What the hell? And and sorry I got a little squirrel moment here. That's great news that the box is open, Matt. Awesome. I said just that before his sentencing today. He will be in jail before the fireworks set off if he is supposed to have no contact with the victim and victim's family. I mean, I really I do appreciate how um Judge Metaf went through here's how I'm um here's how I'm able to do pro, you know, to assign probation. There must be a nexus between rehabilitation of the individual, protection of the community, protection of the victim. There has to be, you know, then diagram that circle, the center place there. He's got that. Um, so there and and then he quoted all the cases where that that gave him the authority to cut to to severely um what's the word I'm looking for? Um, I don't know. There you go. There you go. Curtail. Well, yes. Thank you. I mean, that's some significant curtailing of his first amendment rights to not be able to speak to these particular people to um, you know, have not mention them either to well to not mention victim family even though husband is a public official. Um, who's going to police him not talking to those other uh content creators? Cuz all they're going to do is talk to him as a sock. Well, that's up to the the probation officer. And maybe they put monitoring on any device. Well, and one of the conditions was that um his probation officer would have to have full access to his YouTube channel to make sure that he does pull off all of the videos that involve the victim. And uh so so how did Mark Kelly react to being banned from contacting Lane? Um he kept saying in the hallway afterwards, "Oh, so have my rights been violated? What about my rights? I My rights have been violated. Um I I don't know. I mean, I am I am not a lawyer, especially not a constitutional one. Um but I am aware that probation is allowed to curtail your first amendment rights and that may have impact on on other people. Wouldn't it only be like one way though? like Lane wouldn't be able to contact them, but they could contact him, but he can't do anything with the contact. So, it'll only be technically affecting Lane in in that way. I don't know. There was the always go back to court and get restraining orders against other people's in their jurisdiction. Yeah. Okay. Let's pause for a second because we have a question. The question was, was there any jail time? only time served. There's only time served. And uh now being on probation, um there were two felonies that said he plead guilty to each felony the judge assigned him three years probation, but to be run concurrently at the same time. Um, now I I know probation, they have ways. I mean, you can violate on probation with something that is not against the law. Technically, it'll be against your probation and you can be violated. Um, he was told that he will be released today as soon as he is processed out of the jail. Um, and then he needs to to set up with his probation officer tomorrow. Um, so I I don't think the victim's family was entirely happy with that. I know she was asking for more statement. Yeah, she was not the happiest person on earth. Um, they were pushing. Go ahead. Well, just to address the earlier uh tomatoes, we don't know what the standard I'm imagining uh Lane's ability to partake in drugs would be part of the normal uh probation conditions, which we don't have in front of us right now. I'm sure they'll be included when we get the actual uh the actual hearing results. I'm sure the conditions will be included in that. I don't Is is marijuana legal in Arizona? Recreational marijuana is legal. Okay. Uh so we'll check into that. I'm not sure at this time. Go ahead, Judy. Um I mean the lifetime injunction against contacting the victim and the victim's family. Um and because the victim's you know mother and brother wrote in letters of you know how this has impacted us they are concerned that um that name will get out and they will become a victim. you know, they'll become a target and um it'll be interest. I mean, the judge left it open that if any of these things aren't working and harassment continues or harassment blows up or whatever, it can, you know, his orders for probation can be modified. Um, but essentially it's like, dude, stay away from it. You said this is a hill you didn't want to die on. So, and you claim that you make no money from you from your YouTube channel. I don't know if it's monetized or not, then just stay off. It's Yeah, it it's not monetized or if it is, I It's not He doesn't do super chats. He doesn't do anything. He claims he never set it up to be monetized, and I've never seen him get a super chat or anything. He does, however, have that Gibbs Send Go account, which we reported on earlier. where he he makes money off the GS and go. In fact, he made close to 15,000 or $1,500 last month. And wow, I'm sure he'll make more today. In fact, while I've got it, let me pull it up. Uh, edit Myers. Sorry. So, how how much time did he get? He got probation. [ __ ] Yeah. Yeah. So, yeah, Lane Myers made s apologies. He made $1,200 close to $1,300 for June. And for the year so far, he's made a little over $6,000. In total, he's taken in close to $9,000 out of the $30,000 he's been seeking. Did I miss the apology or the contrition or the Nope. Did I miss anything? There wasn't any through it. No, there was not any sleep through. I'm guilty. I'm sorry. No, it wasn't. I'm gonna I'm gonna sue. No, there wasn't any. Yeah. And if everybody else is doing this because of my videos, how come you're not going after them? You know, I'm the getaway driver, you know, like Yeah. I robbed a bank or something. Well, it Yeah. And it the stupidity of that argument is you can still be charged with bank robbery as the getaway driver. They don't need the actual robbers to convict you. He wants all the robbers. Stupidest ever. You can entice crime. You can say rape her. Rape her. Rape her. And you will be charged. Grape. Grape. Grape grapes. Grapes. Grapes. Grapes. Grapes. Grapes. Grapes. Grapes. Sorry. That's my point is you can be involved and keep your hands clean, you know, at some regard, but you are still guilty. Hence conspiracies. Just remember they got Capone. Yeah. Well, that was Yeah. Taxi evasion. That was tax evasion. I I got him. I did find it fascinating that, you know, he of course he wants very clear guidelines so that he can find all the loopholes, right? Um starting off by threatening a federal lawsuit against the probation unit is a that's a choice. That's a that's a choice. That's a lame choice. That's a bold choice. That's a bold choice. Bold choice. Cotton. We'll see how it plays out. I I did appreciate that the judge was like, I've I've said the my conditions. Now go talk to probation because he was not I mean when Lane was getting ready to argue it all over again. Yes, he was. And everyone was glazing over at that point. One of the law students fell asleep. It was just everyone was just like, "Make that man shut up." So, is the betting pool days, weeks, I wouldn't go months for him before violation. Well, Hank, uh, he'll be out within the next 12 hours. So, I give it to He'll be back in within the next two days. We need a clock. We need a clock. I say by by midnight, 4th of July. Like a like a verdict clock. We need one of those. especially with folks lining up to interview him, which they're not his friends. Um I I know some of them distinctly are not his friends, and I won't go into it more on air, but dang, they're not his friends. Um, all I could see is them just trying to set him up of is it going to be my interview that's gonna, you know, be the one to get him back inside. Yeah, it will be interesting to see the reaction from Mr. Christopher Ruff tonight. Yes. As to what happens to Lane Myers. All I'm going to leave it at. More helicopters. Is there helicopters? Helicopters. Yes. black helicopters. It's diapers. Yes. Yes. He He claims that his FBI stuff is real and that he was going to put it out there. So, which is not They call him They call him. Yeah. Yeah. That That's not moving on there. Mr. Myers, you said this is not a hill you want to die on. You were g You're ready to move on. Yeah. Right. Posting crap about any of this is not moving on. Yeah. Honestly, I really hope he can move on. My hopes are not high, though. Um, if if he is so determined to put out receipts about how the victim lied in her statement and I've got, you know, I got it all. Hey, direct. Chris. Chris, he'll be out within the next 12 hours. He got three years probation. with uh limits. He can't contact the victim's family. He can't contact uh Joshua Gray. And he can't contact Reluctant Prophet for the next 3 years. So yeah, uh we were speculating on your reaction tonight as to what's what your reaction will be and uh looking forward to that essentially. Yes. Um, yeah, it was it was interesting, especially because Mr. Kelly was determined to have a conversation with me after all was said and done. Um, that was interesting. Um, he very much tried to convince me that he didn't have a dog in the fight. Um, he was only there for constitutional issues. And the real story was between him and Miss Styles for like the last five years. Um, which I'm like, oh, okay, what? Whatever. Have fun with that. Um, but okay. I mean, I don't know. I don't know. I just whatever, dude. You know, I was having a a fun day, fun afternoon with, you know, JJ, my minor daughter. Did I mention that, by the way, guys? Minor daughter. Just Just so that's clear. And um I I do not need to know everybody's story to I I I just I just don't I really don't. You don't have the brain power for that. I have I do not have the desire. Yeah. do not have the desire. And Mrs. Tom, you're right. It is over. I go in for my wrist surgery tomorrow so I can, you know, I I can be happy knowing that this is said and done. He has his guard rails. I expect him to jump those guard rails very quickly because all these folks that claim to be his buddies are just setting him up to to violate his probation. Yeah. So have fun with that. Yeah. He goes back to jail. There's just more content for them. Well, he see Lane claims this is and this is why I think he doesn't take this seriously and he's planning on violating any chance he gets because his statement was, "Well, if I violate the first time, it's not like you're going to throw me in jail." Oh, okay. Well, thanks for telling us you planned it on violating. Yeah. Jesus. This is It's going to be interesting. This is going to be interesting what he does. Uh I can I mean will he go live tonight himself? Will he take the videos actually take the videos down? Yeah, that was part that was part of it is that he is supposed to remove all videos that mention the victim and the victim's family which includes city prosecutor husband as of now because he wants to file a motion to change all that because that's lame, right? They almost got into that. They almost had to go another 20 minutes on that at the very end of the the hearing because they kept bringing up things like, "Well, he's a public figure. This is unconstitutional." yada yada yada. And did you did you hear Hustler magazine entered the chat? I thought I mean that is a classic um first amendment. Um, and Mark the Shark did did quote that one and I was like, "That hustler has entered the chat." Thank you. Oh, wonderful. Uh, yeah. Larry Flint will be so happy. Yes. Larry Flint will be very happy. Yeah. Then he thought he had to read the grand jury testimony into the record. Oh, yeah. Yeah. He he hid his familiar stuff. This is all stuff he's read before. Yeah. This is all that she committed perjury 33 times. Well, I'm sorry. Unless the court finds that she committed perjury, she didn't commit perjury. This is the same problem I'm having. Diccastro did redid one of his amended or amended one of his complaints uh the one for the newest lawsuit versus the uh judges. And he's now claiming that the judge in the LVMPD case found that the police officer committed perjury. Well, no. The judge did not say that the officer committed perjury. You are inventing that and putting that into your uh your argument. So, it's the same thing. It's Lane's wishful thinking. Yeah. Perjury is a legal conclusion come to by a court of law, not somebody who uses chat GPT, right? And I love the fact that Lane is still clinging hard cling just with all that is within him to the the victim took an oath and I'm holding her to that oath. Yes. Yeah. Um Sure. That's not illegal to violate that oath. So, and you're you're not the one to hold her to it anyway because not not all civil employees take the take an oath. Um, in Arizona, apparently all everyone who is employed by the state takes an oath saying that I I swear to uphold the Constitution. So, fabulous. Wonderful. how that equates it to she has to drop everything and do do whatever lane meer says that that's a leap across the Grand Canyon. Yes, I'm making this all about Arizona. But I just the leaps that boys in his mind she's a civil servant. Therefore, she's a servant who should serve me. So wait, so the Constitution is just another name for Lane Myers? Wow, I didn't know that. kind of lane is the constitution. Lane is everything in his own is all. Um, can we can we put a motion through to change his name legally to Lame Myers? I have many created in the cap earlier and a while ago. I think that's probably I a lot of folks would be would be happy with that. And I I'm sorry, Jim. I need to put Hawkeye's Lots into timeout because I'm a Cyclone fan. So, just wanted to throw that up there. Hold on. Stupid chat. I see it. Who wants to read it? JJ, you want to read it? I can't see it. I'm upside down. Henry, what are you doing to that poor child? First, you subject her to Lane Myers and now you're hanging her upside down. Listen, uh, and I I I agree. Direct came up with lame liars first. That's the first place I heard it. Yeah. Okay. Actually, yeah. Yeah, he he gets credit. Absolutely. U, but to the super chat, thank you for the $5 super chat. In his pea brain, Lane may think he needs to violate probation to special action. New violations can't mean uh new charges. He is now a five times felon. I mean, that that that takes some guts to be a five-time felon. Well, okay. So, so this is this is one of the things where he was trying to claim that because in Ohio it was a felony, but that same charge in Arizona is a misdemeanor. Okay. That's not how that works. You were convicted of a felony. No. I mean, I loved it when Judge Metaf was like, "Yeah, but you served time for that, so that's not a misdemeanor." Right. Right. But I'm just like I'm just like, "That's not how that works, Lane." When they take into account your criminal history, wherever it was where you did the job or or got the got the conviction. Yet another Yeah. Wait, you mean I can't just like pick and choose my punishment for a crime based on the state? What? The state gets to do that? Yeah. Yeah. I'm Lane Myers. I'm Lane Myers. That's Lane Myers. The third person drove me crazy. Drove me crazy. Yeah. Um, so when I went downstairs, when we when we were leaving the courthouse, the um the security personnel that you know do the um you know, put the stuff through X-ray, put your bags through X-ray, and then you threw the um the the uh magnetometer. Um I don't know their names, but we know each other's faces. And when I told him what the results were, um, the one guy was like, "Dang, man. I'm getting chills from hearing this." It was not what they were expecting at all. They wanted gel time for him, I'm assuming. Um, they certainly wanted something more than, you know, three years times two concurrent. That was um that was they wanted. Now again, I don't I really don't think that the 3 years is necessarily the deciding factor in this. It's the conditions of probation and will he be able to abide by the conditions of probation and we are all saying no on that one. Yeah, it it's going to be interesting. I know we're we're all betting uh on when it's going to happen, not if it's going to happen. Even though Lane says, "Well, I was good for 19 years. I didn't get another conviction other than traffic stuff." Well, this is those conditions are going to be hard for him. I think they really are going to be hard. Yeah. And I think you got a prosecution team that is going to be monitoring his uh social media activities. And I don't think that's I mean he has to give probation full access to his YouTube account so that they can verify social media um so they can verify that he is deleting the the videos that he's supposed to delete. um that he is not engaging in more behavior that got him into this issue. Um, I just I I really hope that his family can have a positive impact on him now. And um they will be able to steer him clear from all of these quote unquote friends that want to interview him about this. Grown up. Yeah. Cranky elder god. Anything which requires Lane to STFU will be impossible for him to comply with. Yep. Yep. Now, here's the thing. They talked about safety whales. You cannot protect somebody when they've got their foot on the accelerator pointed at a safety whale. Yep. We'll we'll see. Um Kova, he got three years probation um with a lot of conditions. a lot of conditions that um may be very difficult for him to abide by. Should we put that in a pin comment? I don't know. Type them all out. Yeah, you'd have to type them all out. Um it's it'll probably be better to to to see the the actual because I was trying my best to write it all down. Judge Met had a lot of conditions, so I'm not sure I even got them all. It was main the main ones were just don't contact, don't go on YouTube, stuff like that. Yeah, there's a lifetime injunction on contact with the victim. He cannot contact He cannot contact Josh Gray of This is a public service and rel uh Mark Kelly, the reluctant prophet. Uh, probation has to be given full access to YouTube and all social media. He has to remove all videos about the victim from streaming services/social media YouTube. He cannot act engage in activities to harass the victim or the victim's family. He cannot have contact with the victims or the victim's family. Uh, can't go to their home, their place of work. He cannot encourage others to do the same. And he can't go to her car. I remember that place of employment, including where she parks her car. Yeah. I was like, dang. But not in there. Kova. Kova is like as opt I think hers is the most optimistic I've seen. A whole six months. People are like saying like six hours. Kova, I I think that's too short. I'm going to give him by the end of two weeks. I mean, he did spend a lot of time in jail. Yeah. I mean, he had a lot of time served. Um, now, one thing I don't remember being mentioned, Judy, you may correct me. Was there anything about drugs or alcohol? Um, that was not mentioned, but I'm not sure what the standard probation protocol is. I would I would have to imagine that's part of it, but that is I mean, that's an absolute guess on my part. I think we do like pew pews. Yeah, we brought that up earlier. Uh, we just don't know at this time. And go ahead, Hank. I don't know. I don't know in Arizona, but some jurisdictions there you can be convicted or you can be put on probation without alcohol um restrictions. M um without breaking the law restrictions. So if he does a drug that's not legal in the state, that would be breaking the probation that way. But if he just smokes marijuana and recreation marijuana is legal in that state, then he's not breaking the law. So it wouldn't Well, he's not tested. There was nothing about testing. That is true, Gia. So, how would they know who's going to do what he does? It It may be a part of the of standard probation, though. Yeah, we got to look at that. Yeah. Bad company has I'm just saying I was just saying it could be. He could It doesn't necessarily Just because he's on probation means he can't have drugs or alcohol, right? Legal drugs. That I mean that's that's a good point. Bad Company. I, by the way, I love Taz, the Tasmanian Devil, but um the you know, Mark Kelly, the reluctant prophet, was saying in the hallway outside, "Haven't my my constitutional rights been violated? What about my rights?" That's what I was saying, right? That may be a a pressure point for Lane. He is always trying to find the loopholes. give me a, you know, give me the um the guidelines so that I can I can figure out a work around it. If you if you're on probation with a no contact order for an individual, even if that individual makes a contact with you, if you don't immediately separate yourself from the from the contact, yes, you're violation of pro um probation and Arizona unfiltered ads. All probation in Arizona requires you to abstain from alcohol and recreational MMJ. Oh, but then says he can absolutely smoke. So I I don't know. Oh, just need a med card. There you go. Yeah, according directly just needs a med. Oh, and med cards are too easy to come by. Um Abby, the um the fines and restitution were pennies. I mean, all less than $100, I believe. 20 bucks, 63 bucks, nothing in the even three digits. Um, I think the maximum could have been up to 150,000. Of course, we weren't expecting that, but um the the amount of fines and restitution were seriously like for both felonies combined under $200. Yeah. So could have been more. And direct D says, "I had a medical card and was smoking within 11 days from being released from prison while on a felony probation in 2017." So yeah, and he's going to do it. He's going to do it. And those those were not issues connected with his behavior. At least the state never made that connection. So I don't know if probation will make that connection either. Um, the judge talked about there has to be a nexus and if drugs and alcohol did not play a part of his behavior that that led him here, then there may not be a nexus. Okay. Uh, before I forget, we've got a couple of programming notes. We will not be on Friday. We're moving the Friday show to Saturday this week. I know it's Parson Friday, but uh due to the holiday uh uh once NCR is back tomorrow, we'll let him promote his movie night on his server. Uh thank you again. Membership message here. Member for one month. And why I I can't pronounce that. His lawyer oops should have made a mention to exclude alcohol as this was non-alcoholreated crime. Resnik Meyers, the dream team of legal defense. Uh there were Abby Poland asked, "Were there any any uh classes ordered or treatments?" I don't recall that. No, there wasn't. You can't fix him. That's Yeah, that narcissism is incurable. Agreed. Uh, well, Parson, I know you say Parson Shield is being jipped again, but remember just not last weekend, but the weekend before, we gave you a 24hour or 22-hour marathon of person shield. So, you got all that for free for everything you did. So, remember, yeah, I think the judge is just giving him rope. Just giving him rope. Let him hang himself. The conditions she set are going to be hard. Going to be hard for Lane to follow. I couldn't do it. I'd violate right away because I'm like a stalker. Just ask just ask Vlad. Well, also apparently Mitch Leven was one of the people that Judy recognized as being in the courtroom. That's allegedly at this point. as Mitch Le. Uh, it looked like Mitch Leven. We'll see if he posts on his channel. Of course, he was one of the two that Lane Myers accused of shooting up his place uh way back in I believe that was March. So, yeah. And it turned out it it turned out to be much to do about nothing. It was a rock thrown allegedly thrown through his window, though no one could actually find the real culprits allegedly. I think it's going to be interesting this next 24 hours as he's out and he has YouTube in front of him. Uh, one of the things that we haven't mentioned so far is a lot of the monitoring will be done through people like you and me who can see what he's doing online and call the attention to it. Uh, Styles has mentioned that or Rachel Styles has mentioned that in the past that whenever Lane Meyers goes live or does an interview or whatever, she gets notified. Someone's gonna email her if she doesn't request them, but she does get notified with links. I Yeah, with links. So, I think Lane is going to have to get used to of a world of Tattletales essentially where no matter what he does, what he says, it's going to be reported to somebody. I I really hope for his sake. I mean, he said he was 42. JJ's reaction was, "He's 42. He looks so much older." It It's been a 42 for the man. Um, yeah. Yeah. Drugs have been hard on him. Yeah. It I really hope for his sake just cuz, you know, everyone ideally, you know, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, right? That's chaos. Chaos. Stress. Chaos changes you. People thrive on chaos. It ages you. Yeah. It It ages you and it it dwarfs your ability to find joy. Find joy. Find help people. Be a good person. And Gia knows because she looks like she's 105. I knew I'm only 85. Yeah. Now, on a personal note, I think his relationship is on its last leg. I don't think she's going to put up with anything. I don't know. Well, was she there in court, Judy? Was Cat there in court? No, she was not. She has been struggling because of the decisions he made. I don't think she's going to put up with it. And if he gets caught, what are the chances of him saying, "She did it on my behalf, I didn't do anything in their house, he could try to pin on her. Anything on the computer on the phone, I think she needs to cut and leave." She has some decent assets in Arizona. He's not listed on any of them. I have no clue what their situation is. All I know is that Arizona is indeed a community property state, but the couple has to be married to take advantage of that. They are not. So, I don't know. Um, and that's, you know, that's like one of those things where that's really not my business. I hope the best for that she can with clear eyes see her situation and make smart choices. Yeah. Um and I hope that he can have the judge was hopeful that his family can kind of come around him right now and make sure you know Lane was talking about like a being a horse with blinders on. Let's hope they can keep those blinders on him. Mhm. Cuz there's just I'm just I'm I can see a world where so many people are trying to bring him down that it won't take much. Yeah. And I'm afraid his like personality is and his ego is going to get the best of him. Oh yeah. He can't help himself. No. And he's been in a shoe box with very little freedom and he's still violated. Now they're going to get put him back where he can do things that are habitual for him as far as stalking and harassing. I don't think he can resist temptation. Oh, the judge set him up with very strict conditions. So if those are broken, boom, long rope. Bye-bye, freedom. Long rope. Yeah. Yep. Well, folks, we're going to start. The one thing she has going for her, sorry, is the house does not have his name. So, they can't if he got sued, she can't lose the house cuz it's her name only. That's great. Yeah. Uh, with that, we're going to start wrapping up here. Uh, anything left to add, Judy and JJ? Um what as we were leaving um I talked to the victim and I said I I just really hope this will bring closure to this whole this whole event and she thanked me for that. Um even though they didn't get as much as they wanted. I really hope it does bring closure that I really really hope that Lane can keep the blinders on and just there's so much else to do in life than focus on one particular family. Just there's billion millions of families on the world like you focus on your own. How about you focus on your own and you you have your your family the best that it can be. Whatever shape that you know, whatever form your family takes. If it's with a girlfriend and dogs, have at it. Um, you know, fix your house to be the best house it is. Fix the landscaping because there's, you know, some stuff in the backyard that needs to be addressed anyway. Stop it. Um, hey. Oh, Lord. Uh, I do want to thank you both, uh, Judy and JJ for your service during this today and especially through this whole thing. Uh, kind of gone above. I really I really wanted to see the looks on a jury's face on the jury's faces. Yeah. just to see the the glazing over or the just I'm gonna turn you off. I'm gonna tune you out now. I really kind of wanted to see that. But it's all right. JJ and I will figure out something else to do. I wanted to see the objections. I wanted to make some, but I know I can't do that. Well, we we still have his possible defamation lawsuit against the victim. He Yeah, he threatened it. So, well, we'll see if that actually happens, though. Yeah. No, he said he said she should file one against him, but he doesn't have he's what he's failing to take into account is you have nothing to get. Yeah. The absence of a defamation lawsuit does not mean didn't do it right. It means there's it would cost them more to do that than it they could possibly get out of you. You don't have [ __ ] Yep. And on that note, we're gonna get out of here. Uh remember, we're back. I do want to make one I do want to make one point. Um uh I'd like to give a round of applause to the victim. Uh her her statement was brilliant. Yes. Yes. It was very hurtful. It was very touching and it was very well written and she presented it very well. So yeah. Okay. Well, on that note, we're back tomorrow night, same time, 8 o'clock Eastern. The newspaper will be out tomorrow morning. We're going to try for a newscast at 800 a.m. Eastern time tomorrow, but with so much going on, uh, I mean, we've got besides Lane Meyers, we've got two Chile Castro stories. One of them's written. We've got a Long Island audit update and we have the return of Jeremiah Payne for his weekly complaint, his weekly complaint. So, uh, hope to see you all tomorrow morning. Has he promised yet again to quit all social media? Uh, no. Jeremiah Payne, uh, this time it was he was interacting with someone who was being questioned by the police, I guess. I haven't watched it yet. It's an 18minute video. So, okay. Yeah, we'll see what it's all about for the morning edition. Uh, again, tomorrow night we'll be back 8:00 Eastern time and the newspaper hopefully around 8 a.m. Eastern tomorrow. With that, thank you again to everybody. Thank you to the cast and thank you again to Judy and JJ. You got it. It's all your night everyone. Thanks everybody. Thanks JJ. Judy, you're serviceable. [Music] [Applause] [Music] Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] Good night everybody. Take care of your waitress. It was a very long day and she's been on her feet for a long time.
