You cannot get me out. >> Well, >> okay. >> You okay, but you you do know that you still have to clean up afterwards. >> Yep. >> The hell I do. >> Even >> Even if you areing to the door. No, I thought that was Phil's job. >> Uh, no. Phil has >> You're the professional. You're the professional. You clean bathrooms for a living. >> You clean bathrooms for a living. >> If you think I'm going to give up, I'm not. >> Not anymore. >> Meanwhile, I'm sitting here without pants on because I spilled a Coke in my lap right before the show >> and I don't have replacement shorts. So, >> you and Rose doing some weird crap. >> No, Rose is in Florida and I am here. And yes, I abruptly said, "Uh, be right back." And ran to change my pants. >> Yeah. Well, DJ Todd Todd knows my record, >> but he hasn't done his laundry, so he has no pants. So, now he's there pantsless. And I came back here to NCR handcuffing his testicles to the door. >> It's not It's not my testicles. It's my wrist to the good coffee maker. >> Yeah. Yeah. With all that hair. Who could tell? Who could tell? >> Oh my god. >> All that cousin it. You're like cousin it for goodness sake. That's uh Thank you Dave for the uh $10 super chat. Money for a locksmith. to free NCR. Free his testicles. >> That will not get a locksmith. >> Hey, I have the key on me. I just refuse to use it right now. >> Good for you. >> There you go. Uh so folks, we are live and in living color and we do not have very many news stories today. Uh our quest to beat Chile. Unfortunately, he tied with us yesterday as he came in with a literal lastm minute $100 donation to his GoFundMe. >> However, >> he has not made any money today. He is still sitting at 2749 and we did a little math before the show and at his current rate >> and if he maintains something like $390 a day every day it'll be 76 days from now which is August 27th 2026 when he makes his 20 or his yeah his $25,000. Uh, sending love. >> Hope you get better. >> Yes. Uh, that's to Chi-Chi. Don't use the other name. Uh, that is Governor Chi-Chi for another three. >> I was just reading the I'm reading the chat. I'm reading the >> I know you have to you have to you have to say it correctly. And that is Governor Chi-Chi for the next three days. And Chile has 692,000 subscribers. So yeah. >> So 32 cents a sub. 32 cents a sub. >> Regan Benson in the news as she had a positive encounter with the state trooper yesterday. Uh we wrote a story on it and yeah and couple hours worth of see it went live at five so three hours worth of uh being out there in public and all of 71 people have read a positive story about Rean Benson or or listened to Pants do a positive story about Rean Benson. Yeah, I didn't think that one would fly, but she was being nice. She even offered the officer she would take him water and care packages to distribute to the homeless. So, it was uh it was a surprisingly positive live stream. The first one I've ever seen on in like four years of covering Rean Benson. So, you win some, you lose some, and then you're cursed in your dreams by a wicked witch or warlock or whatever she is. Uh yeah, I don't know. Uh we went over the angry vet stuff yesterday. We went over uh chilly angry vet Rean. That's all I had. What do you got, NCR? [cough and clears throat] >> Sorry, something stuck in my throat. Give me a second. Uh remember NCR is going to be doing the news tomorrow for the entire first 20 minutes of the show on the Pope Phil show tomorrow night as Phil is going to be on the air uh replacing me just this Saturday as I'll be hosting on Sunday a rare Sunday appearance by this gang as we will be from noon to 8:00 p.m. Eastern time doing our monthly marathon. Uh during that marathon at the top of each hour, uh not the top of the show, the top of the hour. So one hour has to pass for us to do this. We will be spinning one of the wheels of torture. If we make over $25 for the hour in super chats or anything else, that will be a super wheel spin. Uh wheel spins basically uh make our lives living hell or they could make some pleasure out of it. And there is a super wheel of NC or a wheel of NCR which will make sure that NCR. Yes, NCR gets his comeuppance. >> Well, before I go into the news, Chi-Chi is asking, "What's my record for being handcuffed?" Well, my personal best is 32 hours, but I did have somebody to play with. >> Oh my god. Remember folks, he has via >> via his testicles to the break room door. So >> weird cuz person's personal best is 36 hours while having somebody to play with. >> I said thanks, too. >> So he's trying to help. What? Trying to say he'd beat my record. >> I'm saying those four hours you were taking a nap. I'm recommending to whatever person is doing with whomever and >> anyway >> neither should you. [laughter] Neither should I. >> Moving on in auditing news, we have a bit of a bit of a day today actually. >> Okay. >> Caroline Fort Worth is actually going and making more money by changing up her name for one of her multiple channels. She has changed the Caroline in Fort Worth to uh [cough] Magic C or Camera Magic where she is still uploading the same videos that she was uploading to her her primary main channel to now her secondary. It's the same that she's >> all right. Her main channel Caroline and Fort Worth. Yes, >> she has she has her second channel. Caroline is here or Well, it was Caroline's here. She's changed it to camera magic or magic camera. >> What's the difference between pink camera magic and camera magic? Cuz there was an auditor pink camera magic. >> Pink camera magic is still around, >> but he only does the pink pony club. So, >> okay. And that's a she. >> She only does the pink pony club. >> Oh, good lord. >> I thought it was the Blue Oyster Club, but okay. >> In other news, Liberty Troll was trespassed >> today from a well, he released a video today of him being trespassed from Florida AMU. Well, at Florida AM go uh legal school after he was caught going into restricted areas in the law library. >> Oh, goody. >> Welcome to This World Media and his wife Pam Cam have released an update to a video that they released earlier this week claiming that she was battered by an elderly man who touched her camera. >> Okay. In other news, Lonear Audits is trying to do something that's going to piss off everybody. >> Mrs. Tom. >> Hello, Mrs. Tom. >> Oh, hello, Mrs. Tom. After the after the wake of the Carlo Carlo ah Carmelo Anthony trial during the uh final days of the trial, he decided to go and audit the parking lot to rile up supporters for Carmelo and the Metaf family. >> Okay, then when people were talking to him and he was making fun of them clearly, he didn't care. He just kept trying to troll them to get a reaction to the point where one person actually started to troll him back and he got extremely uncomfortable to the point where he ran away. Then started to try to rile up people on the medaf side of the trial by filming them and arguing with them that he has a right to film their license plates. Okay, >> this is at the height of the final days of the trial where people were making claims that if they saw somebody who was at that trial and it looked like they may have been supporting Metcaf's family, they would do some form of retaliation and they were at high alert for that. In in other news, we do have one thing coming out of the Ethan Klein Idubbbz lawsuit. Apparently, there is no actual court date. The paperwork has been confirmed that has been filed in Alberta, Canada. And there is a bit of a drama war going on with other content creators calling out Idubbbz's uh fiance or wife or whatever she is to him for people actually trying to support Idubbbz and her insulting them. It has now turned into a total quagmire and cluster. That is all I have for news. Okay, remember Pope Phil is hosting tomorrow night and NCR is going to do a solid 20 20 minutes of news tomorrow night. >> I didn't agree. >> Uh as he he has no place to go since his testicles will still be chained to the breakroom door. Remember uh staff uh use sanitizer, wear your gloves if you have to touch the door to open it. Uh, you don't know what you're touching with all that hair. So, uh, >> yes. >> I'm notation. >> This is why I retired. This is exactly why I retired because NCR and Phil would do outrageous things in the break room. >> Yes. >> Remember when they were >> Yeah. >> They seemed funny at the time. They seemed funny at the time. >> Yeah, they did. Yeah. >> Pogo sticks in the nude. Nah. Yeah. Uh, remember when they were in the bathroom and they were playing Ghostbusters and they were crossing the streams on the wall to try to get Slimer. >> That's it. >> They were crossing the streams. >> In my defense, I was drunk on Moonshine. >> Yeah, but Pope wasn't. So, uh, yeah, Gia had to >> I was drunk on love for Gia. I was drunk on love for Gia. >> Gia had to use the mop on the ceiling to get that crap off. >> High maintenance men are my favorite. Yes, they are. >> It so that explains why Phil kept saying to me. >> I'm going to show her who the key master is. >> Yes. >> But it doesn't explain why you were wearing the Peter Vankman outfit and why it was assless. Uh, thank you DJ. $10 super chat. >> You should see what NCR does at the movie store. >> Good lord. >> DJ, I told you that was not me. That was That was drunk me. >> It was Lauren Boowbert. >> When I have to go into the break room, I won't touch anything. I just stand there with my hands to my side because I don't want to touch or see anything that could be moist. >> Oh, good lord. Oh, good lord. >> Don't worry. I left your side of the break room alone. I'm mostly mostly uh remarking territory gyms. Now remember folks uh 20 minutes since you're will be doing 20 minutes of either news or standup at the top of the hour tomorrow as we've already advertised it. If you notice we are now giving 24hour notice before the next show. So I will set I I've been setting it up 24 hours in advance or so. So the new one's been up for a while so it gets into the algorithm. Uh, we also will be setting up the uh marathon tomorrow. Uh, what are you laughing about, Phil? >> Uh, my wife brought me home. >> Oh, [laughter] boy. >> Motorboat Melons again. >> Is that a new recruit for the Vestal Virgins? [laughter] >> Nope. Actual melons. Actual melons. So she brought him home and she held him up and she goes, "I brought something home for you." [laughter] >> Yeah. >> Nice. >> Everything reminds me of >> must be a good boy, Phil. She brought me. >> Yes. Yes. >> Athena Melons, which in Iowa is a very big thing. >> Uh, hey, Virgo Wraith is doing security at an air show. One of my earliest memories is of uh 1976 and we were station my dad my parents were stationed at the Navy base in Puerto Rico. So I was like five and we went uh to the celebration and the Blue Angels flew over. >> Yeah. >> And I had a straw hat. Uh, it was one of those those straw they were giving out like the old political straw hats they'd give out. I had one of those and I was wondering if I could eat it. I don't know. I was five and I was weird. And then we went to uh Yeah, we had So, it was an air show first. Then we went to the beach and had to walk two miles to get to the beach because there were so many that was you could only park on the side of the road. So, >> somewhat funny, somewhat serious question. >> Would you have been allergic to the Straw Hit? >> Probably at this point, but back then I didn't care. Uh, I used to use my arm as a because I we were in Puerto Rico and I was always outside, so I never had Kleenex or anything. So, I'd use my arm to wipe my nose cuz I was five. That's it. >> Nice. >> Five. >> I've been to men. I've been to too many air shows to to count cuz my ex-husband was a navigator and my ex-husband's brother was a a A1 an AF pilot. AF >> a Air Force. >> No, no, no. The the plane the kind of plane. >> Okay. the jet. Uh the the big jet, the the fast jet. Yeah. >> Uh thank you, Maddie, for being a member for eight months. Level not eligible to marry NCR. Jim is still weird. There you go. >> Yeah, >> I used to I used to walk all over the island. And and what's funny is my mom her role at at in the Navy was a newscaster. So there were times that she'd use the station as a babysitter. So I remember being in like a control room watching uh uh Hispanic Sesame Street because Big Bird was green and [laughter] everything was in Spanish. And then I was >> Big Bird was green. >> Yeah. Uh for outside for Hispanic markets, he's green. >> Wow. >> Uh they do the whole show for the market. So uh yeah, Big Bird was a green parrot. And I was a cartoon kid on the Major or yeah, Major Tom show. It was a cartoon show on uh the Armed Forces Network or at least in Puerto Rico. So, I was this little fat kid with a crew cut walking around the island by myself most of the time. You wouldn't find that. Uh, you wouldn't find that. Thank you, Touche, for being a member for 20 months level ruler of the kitties. One and only ruler of the kitties. That's right. There's only two slots for that and she's one of them. So, >> question. Did you run into a chubacabra? >> No, but I uh I had a lot of encounters with centipedes. Uh big centipedes. I used to sit in fire ant hills for some reason. >> Oh my god. >> And I'd never get stung. So my parents would find me sitting in a fire ant hill just sitting there. So I don't know. But uh yeah, and the uh crabs would come up every morning, hermit crabs would come up from the sea uh to go into the jungle up our up through the sewer the uh open sewer system and you'd watch them go up and then go down in the evening. So it was interesting life on the island or on the air or navy base that is. So, we also had a uh a driveway that was up a hill and it was almost at a 90° angle. And one day I got brave and I took my big wheel down it. And all I remember is waking up in the middle of the street and the big wheel portion of the big wheel was halfway up the driveway on the other side of the street while the seat and the rear wheels were halfway up the other side of the street or or up our driveway that is. And somehow I uh I don't know what I hit or what I did but somehow I destroyed my big wheel that way. So that's one of my memories. >> Nice going. Nice going. >> So my big wheel. >> So let us go here. Share screen. As you all don't need to know more about my exploits as a 5-year-old in Puerto Rico. >> Yes, I think we do. People are finding it quite entertaining >> though. The house was haunted or something cuz I'd hear my name being called. It was a It was Now, now preface it by all those were like town houses. So, you had two houses put together, but I'd hear my name being called throughout that damn house when nobody was home except me. So, I don't know. It was >> Virgo. I figured that one. >> Uh, Arlington flying back when it was still a good Okay. Uh we are going to the first Mrs. NCR for the night unless someone >> vetos it. Uh in Oxford, Mississippi in the Oxford Police Department. >> Oxford Police Department. I've been there. >> Get married in Mississippi. >> Nice city. >> He's been there. >> I can't go to Mississippi. I can get married there. >> Well, you can go there. Mississippi is a lovely state and beautiful rolling hills. >> Can't do it. >> And armadillos, oddly enough. >> 87 boy Paul George 687 should be on a silver Volvo SUV. >> Silver Volvo. Thank you, Parson. >> Uh, even worse, Parson, I will share this and it will haunt me for the rest of my life. Thank you. But $5 super chat for the little Jimmy Finch big wheel grift. Uh, yeah, I wasn't. Yeah, I was Jimmy back then. I hated it because it was always I was the Jimmy and Teresa and Jimmy. So, my sister and me were always lumped together, and I hated that name. But I hated it even more when I found out what uh Jimmy is in Spanish. Do you know what Jimmy is in Spanish? >> I know James is Diego. >> Uh Jimmy in Spanish is Haimeito. Oh, [laughter] >> and it just sounded bad. It was like, "What the hell is this shit?" >> And I remember >> I I remember thinking that as a five-year-old, even though I didn't know the words, that was the intent. What the hell is this [ __ ] Why are they calling me that stupid name? So, I eventually >> That is a That is a lot better than what me and my older brother had to deal with in Spanish class. Well, not when it sounds like haimey or hiney as as Mrs. Tom is pointing out. >> So, yeah. Tiny hyman. Yeah. >> Well, no. No, because me and my brother had the same Spanish teacher and no matter what your name is. So, Phil, according to the Spanish teacher's name would be Juan. And Gia would be Maria. It's like no matter what it is, >> Juan is John. >> Yeah. >> She didn't know what she was doing. Apparently I had both me and him had Peggy Hill for a freaking Spanish teacher. >> Yeah. Juan is John. >> Yeah. I just say that would be Fippo. But okay. >> Yeah. But no, it's like like you would like she would not understand it. So there was an actual Spanish kid in the class who was like, "Uh, teacher, teacher." Yes. What? His name is Robert. It would be Roberto. >> Roberto, >> don't talk back. >> Do not talk back. >> Yeah. >> Uh, I remember my first year of Spanish, we got to pick our own names. >> Yeah. I got to pick my name in French. >> Yep. >> I picked Geronimo was my name >> because we had they it was on you had to pick from the little cards they had and um it was Geronimo. I like that one. >> Matteo. I like Matteo. >> Matteo. >> It's a great name. >> Her former lovers back. >> I was Wolf Gang. Wolf gang in uh German class. >> Well, that explains a lot, too. But we're back to Missouri and dearly beloved. >> Mississippi was Mississippi. >> Uh when dearly beloved, >> no, >> Bill. Dearly beloved, we're gathered here today outside the breakroom in the hopes that NCR's testicles can be put to better use by marrying this woman, unknown woman in Mississippi. >> She's 21. >> Unknown Mississippi woman. Mississippi queen, you know what I mean? Do you take NZR to be your laughly wetted YouTube husband? >> Yes, sir. I do. And NZR, do you take this lovely Mississippi queen to be your love? >> DJ just vetoed NCR, so we have to go with Parson. >> I veto Parson. Uh, she just vetoed Parson, so we have to go back to NCR. [clears throat] >> Well, the rest of those dudes were getting their kicks. I was here in the break room apparently getting mine. >> Uhhuh. So, >> that is a yes by the power vested in me by the >> I'm just completely in in Oler, Mississippi. I now pronounced you YouTube and wife. >> Yay. >> And you can collect your poker chips at the door. >> Yes, >> actually album. >> I'll trade that for the best letter scared volume three. comes back for a 2018 white Volvo X9 or 24. >> Yes, I have 13 vetos. I need to use them. >> Yes. >> Got 20 plus three vetos that can't be challenged. The super veto. >> No, 30 cuz of yesterday. >> Oh, that's right. 30. >> Wow. Zoe is a real dog. Yay. >> I veto that. I veto that. >> You don't have any vetos, Phil. >> Yes, I do. >> No, you don't. >> Yes, I do. >> Evening. >> How are you? >> I'm doing just fine. I'm officer promoted the bad one this time. >> Okay, so >> well, when when I get this AI bot going, she's going to track all of the vetos. Going to track them. Track them. Good. That's it. I'm going to use an AI bot coming up. So, we have come up with a name for her. We'll take name suggestions on the uh on the marathon. So, cuz you got to call it something. I don't know. >> Vicki Vita. >> No. >> Tags. >> So, tags is one reason. Another reason you were stopped at that red light >> and then for some reason you pulled forward past the stop bar where you're supposed to stay behind and went into the intersection and then when you were going into the roundabout you crossed a white line to your right and then whenever you came out of the roundabout you drifted over to the right. >> I'm sorry I'm like getting directions so I'm trying to like figure out where we're going so >> I'm trying to figure out where we're going. Um, >> she's got nice teeth. >> Yeah, but I picked them up from the square. So, >> okay. You weren't out on the square at all tonight? >> I mean, I went for like a second, but >> Okay. >> Just to get them. >> Anything to drink tonight? >> No. >> Just turned 21? >> Yeah. February 23rd. >> Okay. I'm let you have this part of the license back. >> Yeah. >> All right. You just want to step out and talk to me. >> Tags though. I know they're >> tags are one of the reason that, too. You just want to step out and talk to me? >> Yeah, I got you. >> Yeah, I got you, baby. >> I just want to get you away from the car cuz I can smell a pretty strong odor >> coming from inside the car. >> Yeah, that's one at least. I don't know if you remember. >> I do. I remember over there on the square. >> Um, did you have anything to drink tonight? >> No, >> nothing at all. I mean, I have, >> in fact, in actuality, I'd probably have this one anyway. >> Blind with like dinner. So, >> okay. >> Um, I know I had to get out of the car so I could try to separate you from the smell, but I can still smell it. >> On on me >> on your breath. >> I just had hot Cheetos. >> Um, >> on a scale of 0 to 10. Zero. Most you've ever been in your life. 10. Absolutely drunkst you've ever been in your life. Where do you say you're at? >> Like zero. >> Okay. Um, you want to blow on a breathalyzer? >> I mean, you remember this dance? I did the same thing with you. Like I'm I'm not told not to blow in a breathalyzer, but you kind of gave me no choice last time. >> And you were good. >> And I was good. I know. But it's just I don't know. >> Pick this one up. My car was total like a little bit ago. It's an unfixable oil leak. So I had to fill it up with oil every time I want to drive it. So now I'm driving his car, but he told me he's like, "Don't get behind a cop." But we actually are going up this way. >> Don't get behind behind me. >> Absolute jack suck [ __ ] I mean, I've just been told to never do that. >> Leave the misses alone. >> Well, if I remember correctly, you got some bad, right? >> I do, but I feel like I mean, it wasn't when you did it to I'm her baby now. >> It was like [laughter] I'll be shivering doing it. >> We'll get up. I mean, I'll do it, but >> I don't remember all that. Do you remember >> you have those pretty significant back issues? What was it? What's it rods in your back? spinal fusion and then I got to had cancer a little bit ago but um >> I mean I can do it now. The whole issue was I was like don't knock on me because it was freezing and I was like shivering like this trying to let me know I meet somewhere. So let me know if it's going to be >> well so if you blow on the breathalyzer and you're good to go. I mean especially with you being 21. If you blow that I'll have you out of here. I'm just like literally like >> I know it doesn't make any sense cuz it doesn't make any sense to me and I know I did it last time but like >> I'm literally just told like never >> but you did it before. >> I know I did it once but like that was also against like the whole >> Hey dad. >> Hey I mean if you're if you're if you're wanting them to go like I you can get out of here in like 5 seconds but if not it'll probably be like >> 10 maybe 15 minutes depending on it. I mean, I mean, I guess it doesn't matter. Like, what time is it? Was like was 8:00 and I had my glass of wine. >> If you only had one glass of wine, it was at 8:00. I highly doubt that >> you're fine. That's all you like 132. >> 1:41. >> Yeah. >> Um, >> hey, let me stop my vehicle. >> All right. >> Wait, what was what was the what was the reason the other night? >> Good to hear when you were doing. So when you were at the uh red light at Jackson coming off of Highway 6, >> um you pulled whenever So it was red left turn arrows and then it was green lights to go straight. >> Maybe I can take like a right. Oh, right. >> You can do a right on red but not a left on red. So you pulled forward past the stop bar and then I think that's when that's So that is when you stopped. After you got past a stop bar, you stopped. And then when you were coming up to the roundabout, you crossed a white line inside the roundabout to the right. And then after you came out of the roundabout, you drifted over to the right. >> So, let me grab that and we'll be able to get you out of here in just a second. >> It's also like frame. >> Holy [ __ ] >> All right, you can just blow up when to stop. >> So, kind of like blowing up a balloon. >> Yeah. >> Deep a breath as you can. Just like that. >> Get him out. >> All right. So, make So, right now, >> you're got to So, you're not putting it past your teeth. So, do just like that, but make sure the straw gets past your teeth. >> Blow. Blow. So, all right. You can stop. So, you're going to have to >> Did that not work? >> So, you started the blow and then you stopped. >> Okay. All righty. Will you see if he's not in the driver's seat? >> He's leaving across. >> Okay. >> They're probably all wondering. They're probably very concerned. I'm also driving. >> Hey, will you go stand on that side of the road and talk to him? Hey, Baron. I'm just going to back my car up a little bit if you can have her walk up forward a little bit. >> [bell] [bell] >> Jim, you got gifted membership. >> Oh, thank you. Uh, thank you DJ for gifting five memberships. You got three vetos out of that. >> All right. test. >> Yeah. What was the >> So, it was positive. So, that just means that there currently is the >> uh SK or uh SK Noter, Christine 253, Trish Doran, Crystal Taylor, and Peter Ka81. >> Nice. >> Thank you again, DJ, for gifting memberships. >> Welcome members. >> I can't give memberships. It's so weird. I can super chat, but I can't give memberships. It makes no sense. >> That's weird. >> It is. I can't give anybody a membership. >> That's cuz you're stingy. That's cuz you're stingy and you don't like gifting. >> I super chat and I Goofund me and [ __ ] and I send him cat food today. I'm not stingy, you bastard. >> [laughter] >> and and we we got her her cat food just as Sam's Club lower has a temporary sale on the cat the same cat food. So, uh >> yeah, I had a coupon, too. >> Coupon. Yep. >> Yeah. Uh well, I I don't get paid for another week and a half, so uh no stockups for now, but uh I think we have till mid >> Yeah, you got a nice stash so far. Yeah, we've got like 45 days of the one and 60 days of the other. So, we're good. >> The only thing we need is tuna fish and I just buy that myself. >> Some intoxicating beverages >> on your breath. >> Does that even affect Okay. Yeah, I'll just I'll get up. >> Okay, >> let's go. >> All right. Can I >> I'm feeling observed right now, though, if that makes sense. Like, I mean, I'll do it, but like Yeah. >> What? >> I'm feeling observed. I got like a bunch of people in my car that I'm driving down the road. >> They're not watching me. Can I just go tell them like I'm gonna >> Can I give them an update? Is that >> That's Yeah. Can you like So, I know you've told me that you got the rods in your back and that you had >> surgery on your hip. >> Uh hips, knee, shoulder. >> Anything else? >> Any other physical impairments? >> About it. It doesn't cost you anything, but it helps us get into the algorithm. So, if you like a story, >> it helps us all. >> Please, please hype it. Please hype it. >> Okay. >> For the first test, I'm just going to be with your feet together, heels and toes touching. >> So, right now, I'm just going to put you in this position. >> Told me why you can't gift me down by your side. >> Just ran in this position >> because your IPN is or your VPN is out of Israel. >> All right. >> Oh, that's true. Uh, on the website now, we have now started advertising our own products. So, you can get the papery coffee cup. >> You really want one for $10. >> Designed by Mrs. Pope. Designed by Mrs. Pope. That's right. Uh, thank you, Dave, for the $10 super chat. I bet the folks in these houses are peeking through their blinds at the light show while munching on popcorn. >> It's 1:45 in the morning. So there, >> but I don't care. >> Yeah, but I'm saying like if they >> do you take any uh prescription medications? >> I take my word for my medication, which is very messed up right now. Um my like level should be at 1.0 and at 7.6. So that's >> situation. But I also take >> I own nothing. >> I say y'all can >> nothing. So, >> all right. So, can you see this white line that's painted on the ground right here in front of you? >> I'm sorry. >> Yeah, I do. >> Okay. So, I'm getting >> It's not my fault we had to do that 34h hour marathon at the movie. >> So, I'm just going to take your left foot and place it on that line. >> Now, I'm going have you take your right foot and place it directly in front of your >> After the 18th hour, I thought I was a hummingbird trying to drink nectar out of DJ's. >> Remain in this position until I tell you to do otherwise. Do you understand? >> Show me out. Do you understand to remain in this position until I tell you to until I tell you to do otherwise? Okay. Do not start walking or begin this test until I tell you to do so. Do you understand? All right. So, for this test, when I tell you to begin, that is when I tell you to begin, you'll take nine heel to toe steps up this line, turn in a prescribed manner that I will demonstrate to you, and take nine more heel to toe steps back down the line. Do you understand? >> Heel to toe. >> Absolutely. >> So, watch. I know last time you said I failed the test, but like also this is like really not my strong suit. Like I got rods in my back that make me go like I'm sorry. >> I understand. I'm taking all that into consideration. >> I got watch me as I demonstrate the test for you. >> One, two, three, and so on and so forth until you get to nine. On your ninth step, leave your lead foot on the line. Use your rear foot. Take a series of small steps to turn yourself around like so. You'll then take nine more heel to toe steps back down the line. One, two, three, and so on and so forth until you get to nine. Do you understand? Any questions about it? Do you want to see any part of it again? Okay. So, for this test, there are four things I'd like for you to remember. Keep your eyes on your feet. Count your steps out loud. Keep your arms down by your side. And do not stop walking until the task is complete. >> It says nine. And then Was that my first? Did you hear that though? Can y'all can you just make sure >> The wheels are turning right now. >> Stop. No. For real. This is not my car either. They're They're Is someone in the front seat? Someone's in the front seat, though. That was just my window. So, >> yeah. They're cutting on the wipers, too. So, >> is someone is someone in the phone? >> No, they're >> just leaning over. >> All right. So, I'm just going to put you back in that position. >> But then you when you say small sets, just so I'm not like messing anything up just for like instruction purposes. That can be like this. >> So, I want you to do it exactly like I'm about to have exactly I'm going to demonstrate it again. >> So, after your ninth step, you leave your lead foot on the line. It's a series of small steps like so. You leave your lead foot on the line the entire time. All righty. So, arms back down by your side. Got the heel of the right to the toe of the left. Do you have any questions? Do you remember those four things I told you to remember? >> Okay. So, just to go over those again since there was interruption. So, it's eyes on your feet. Count your steps out loud. Keep your arms down by your side. >> Eyes on her feet. Fill her feet. >> You understand? >> Uh, yeah. That's where they were. >> In that case, whenever you're ready, you may begin. >> On her feet. >> Yep. Is going to get upset. >> Her feet. I'll uncuff myself from the break room and start trashing your offices. >> They're not small enough. All right, you can relax. >> All right, and so for this next test, we're just going to stand your feet together, heels and toes. >> You can stand right there. That's fine. So, heels and toes touching, arms down by your side, and remain in this position till I tell you to do otherwise. Do you understand? >> Okay. So for this test, >> when I tell you to >> you'll raise one leg, either leg of your choosing, approximately six inches off the ground, keeping your elevated foot parallel to the ground. >> From this position, you'll keep both legs straight and your arms down by your side. You'll keep your eyes on your elevated foot and count out loud in the following manner. 1 2 and so on and so forth until I tell you to stop. Do >> you understand? >> All right. In that case, whenever you're ready, you may begin. >> Well, what happens when I hit like 10,000 million? Like, >> so just keep counting until I tell you to stop. >> I haven't taken math since I was in high school. All right. Okay. Ready? >> I held my Ph. >> Like, it's like 108 109, 101. So, just >> it doesn't matter. Okay. >> Count in that manner. >> Yep. All right. Whenever you're ready, you can start. >> Wait. >> Either foot of your choosing. >> I only minored in it, but I end up making an election. >> 105 10678 10901 >> Victor Lopez. Is that one of his guys? Can I Can I get a read? >> Well, I think it was one of his attorneys. >> I mean, I already messed up. >> No, no, no. Victor Lopez is one of the witch guy. >> But like this is really >> Oh, wait. Yeah. Yeah. Victor was on the uh >> Please don't count this against me because like actually like it's it's one >> the one stop where Vidler shoot his ass out >> two. >> Okay. >> And at 8:00 >> originally you told me it was one. >> Yeah. >> No, I said I said two. >> So I at the very beginning you told me one story. >> Okay. >> I mean >> what bars did you go to tonight? >> I picked them up at Monkeys. I just saw them take a picture of me too. >> Picked them up at Monkeyy's. So >> did you drink anything at Monkeys? >> Yeah. Photo. when there said hi to >> they all had nicknames. >> So how do they remember their name? >> How you're feeling right now? Would you say you're a huge brain >> like is what I'm feeling. But I I understand that like I'm saying like this whole field sobriety test. That's what I was trying to like convey to you the other night was that like this whole like balance thing is like really not my strong suit because I mean but I understand where you're coming from where like you have like this protocol and I get it. Like I'll do I'll do the dance. But >> so I'll tell you this. Look, you told me that you drank >> one or two glasses of wine at 8:00. >> At 8:00 >> with it being almost 2:00 a.m. >> If you did not drink any other intoxicating beverage after you had one or two glasses of wine at 8:00, if they were How big were the glasses of wine? >> I mean, it was beret like whatever they pour like a standard pour. So if it is a standard pour then trying to do the quick math in my head. >> Math is hard. >> Our reservation was at 8 and then I figured I would be fine to drive by the time. >> Yeah. >> Should not be positive for presence of intoxicating beverages if you only had one or two glasses of wine ate. You didn't drink anything else after that. So like say like my my reservation was at 8 and then it ended at >> like >> So when did you have your last prank? >> Best thing is I know when my reservation was at 8 and like I got done at >> What's that from? >> What? >> The wristband. >> Oh library. >> Library. >> Mhm. >> Anything to bring at the library? >> No. To get them. >> So I'm going to have you turn around put your hands behind your back for you. You okay? really >> can't do that. >> This is an incredible inconvenience. >> But can I can I talk to them first to make sure they all get back? >> We'll let them We'll make sure that they get back to where they're going safely. I just need you to turn around and put your hands behind your back. Okay. >> Come on. >> Turn around. Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest for DUI. Okay. >> What? >> Turn around and put your hands behind your back. Can they like I just feel very observed cuz I'm watching. >> Can you please? >> Yes, sir. >> What? Where? >> What? How? What? >> Is your phone in the car? >> Do you have anything in any of your pockets? >> Just using the back of my hand to check your pocket. Yep. We're going right to the corner. >> It's this one right here. >> Yeah. He had a guy named Egg Roll, too. I think an Asian guy called Egg Roll. >> Just such an idiot. >> You already called a record. >> That's not me. That is not me. Will you run a triple eye for Will you run a triple eye for DUI on the Tennessee 27 in the next 51, please? >> 11, but I don't think >> it's not even her car. >> No. Can you confirm the name? your >> Yeah, he had Yeah, he had nicknames for everybody. >> Is that where your phone is, too? >> And the guy who got arrested for carrying his firearm >> when he wasn't working a security job. I forget his name. >> I think that was Andrew. >> Do you want your phone and your >> Yeah, >> was his real name? >> That was his real name. Andrew, I think. >> What? >> Andre. >> Andrew. >> Yeah. I don't remember. >> Yeah. So, that's how this one works. Um, I'm going to offer you a breathalyzer when we get up. >> What? >> Yeah. >> Well, he got pissed off because there's currently on your provided that breast sample. >> Yeah. >> But I'll offer you like >> Yes. You screwed me over, man. And I can't get a security job ever again because you got my A license pool. >> Well, you couldn't carry your gun, dude. Know the law. >> 10:15. >> Well, in his defense, you got tricked by juice. >> Stop the LCDC. Ready? >> Yeah. Alec Ringall. Yep. Yep. >> Yep. >> 535. 535. >> What an idiot. What was your question? >> They got out and walked off. >> During this I was like harm them. >> Yeah. All those guys were like police academy dropouts or couldn't get in. Yeah. They all just wanted to be >> Well, there was the older guy who was a retired sheriff's deputy. Well, volunteer deputy. So it is what gets called the totality of the circumstances. So, what I observed while you were driving, what I observed just talking to you when I first got up to the car, what I could smell on your breath, my initial observation of your eyes, um what you told me about having drank, um >> being positive on the this little thing, the portable the portable He might have called out >> who's eating snacks and not sharing. >> Oh, that was Velcro. >> Well, I So I could smell it on your breath. >> You need to move you out of the break. >> Confirmed for it to be on your breath when you blew on >> my best Jeremy Duck. That's not even my voice. >> Did you have another question? Oh yeah. So, like I was saying, like it's everything. It's not just one thing that makes a decision. It's not two things or three things. It's all four. I I think I told you this whenever >> I uh >> get me a last time. >> Yep. >> Like that was like December, November. >> Jennifer, don't do this. I'm >> better figure it out real quick. Yeah. Um, but the four things that I look for, driving, observations, the breathalyzer on the side of the road, and field sobriety. It's all four of those things all together. >> Long screwdriver, orange handle. >> Yes. Yes. >> Yeah. 100%. Chicago. Once >> we get to the uh detention center, >> I'm surprised they didn't pick up on those charges. >> The jail staff, they're going to ask you some questions. Um, once you get done asking their initial questions, we're going to go back to a breathalyzer. Um, it's called the Intoxilizer 9000. I'm going to read you something before we get started with that test and then if you choose to do it, you can blow two times on it and it takes sitting in the back of the police car with a traffic cone saying [ __ ] Yep. Let him see his bed. He needs to see his bed. >> Yeah. So, you'll be able to make um the phone call. You absolutely get one phone call. Um Yeah. So, that's when you complete the the uh the booking process. And once we get done with the breathalyzer, whether you choose to do it or not, >> you'll complete the booking process after that. So, we can't have a call. >> No. Uh, so the jail staff won't let you make calls until you complete the booking process because once you complete the booking process in order to make phone calls, they have to finish the booking process and give you a pin number so that you can use on the phones that they have there and they allow us to get the initial intake for the booking process done and then they'll let us go to the Intoxilizer room so that we can go ahead and knock that out and get that out of the way and move forward from whether >> blow or you don't blow. >> Yep. Yep. >> Mom, >> I don't care. >> Want to talk to me again. >> What? >> Get the family. You get money to get me out of here. >> Uh, get money. >> Family. >> So, I can't give you advice. >> Back to LCD. I'm starting my 69. >> So you you do you just won't be able to make a call before we go to the breathalyzer. >> Yeah, because that's just how that's just how they work. >> So you do have the the right to refuse the test. Um, I'm going to read you what's called the pre-est warning, and it'll go over everything that there is with blowing, and it'll cover what happens with your license if you don't blow. >> I jumped in Fallujah, but my parachute didn't deploy. >> Yeah, it'll I'll explain that to you when we get there. >> Broke my riser. >> Okay, then. >> My riser broke. Yep. >> Okay, since we can't hear a damn thing, please stand. She was charged to witch. >> She was charged with driving under the influence for his defense. Careless driving expired vehicle tags. The outcome of her case is unknown. Well, let's see what this We are going to uh doesn't say. Uh, it's Florida. We're going >> level. >> We're going to Florida as we can get. Uh, >> and that's a civilian level, >> right, Sergeant? That's that's a civilian level. Him asking that is so ridiculous. It's not It's not a police level. It's a civilian level. So dumb. So, we're we're back at Florida for the video we're about to watch. All she had to do was walk home. >> Instead, she chose jail. >> I'm not about >> On October 3rd, 2025, deputies in Florida conducted traffic stop on a local highway after spotting a vehicle with a suspended license plate. The driver was unable to provide valid insurance and was informed her vehicle would be towed. Here's what the deputies did next. >> How you doing today, ma'am? >> I'm good. How are you? >> Good. I'm Deputy Christine Gri County Sheriff's Office. The reason why I stopped you is because the registered owner to this vehicle has a suspended license and there's a suspension on the license plate. Do you have your driver's license on you, ma'am? >> What was that? >> Mayor Cena seems more concerned with her cell phone than the officer's questions. >> Is this her husband's vehicle? >> But she eventually hands over her license. Whose vehicle is this? >> Yours. Do you have the um insurance and registration for this vehicle? >> It's in my husband's car. >> It's in your husband's car. So, you don't have those documents claims. She can't find the car's insurance papers. >> They're over at the home. Okay. So, not in the car? No. Okay. One second. I'll be right back. >> You both everybody. >> The officer returns to her cruiser to look up the vehicle's insurance information in the police database and discuss the traffic stop with the second deputy to arrive on the scene. So, I see this car in front of me. I'm just running tags. I run it and it says FR suspension on the license plate and FR suspension on the driver. So, I ask her, you know, you're driving this vehicle. Can I please see your driver's license? Then >> she hands me the driver's license. Her driver's license has been suspended longer than his has been suspended. >> She produced the insurance registration. She says the husband has it. >> To make matters worse, there's no valid insurance on file for the car. In Florida, driving without insurance isn't just a minor traffic violation. It means the vehicle cannot legally be driven away from this stop. >> Yes, there's no insurance on fire and she cannot produce any insurance, >> which she's suspended. >> Okay. What was she suspended for? >> Um, so hers is suspended since July the 7th of this year. Failure to pay traffic fine. Failure to pay traffic fine. Failure to pay another traffic fine. Uh, FR suspension. A case number on this. And then she has another suspension. >> Oh, that's a good point. Remember, Chile hasn't paid his ticket. He he was going to sue the the state of California, but as uh Pedox has been checking every day diligently, Chile has not filed that lawsuit yet. So, there is the possibility that they suspend Chile's license for failure to pay that ticket >> and that would be glorious. say he hasn't had like four tickets in the last two months or something. >> Uh uh probably the last year, but he had a bunch. That's why he hates the flock cameras and he hates uh driving while holding your phone laws. >> Yes. >> Because he anytime he gets nailed for something, he suddenly hates that. >> Yeah. >> So it goes into the unhinged ranch. Please go to Florida and then get hit with the halo loss. I can hear him complain about that. >> There you go. >> For violation resulting in death and/or seriously bodily injury. >> So they suspended her license for not paying that. >> At this point, the other deputy gets in the cruiser while they determine exactly what laws the woman broke and the extent of her charges. And as serious as this issue is, if the woman complies with officers, she will be going home today. Although it will have to be on foot. I was told that if a vehicle doesn't have insurance, we're supposed to tow them. >> Because she was so insistent that her car was insured, deputies check with the woman a final time to see if she's able to locate her documents since the system shows the vehicle as without insurance. If she doesn't provide the requested information, her vehicle will be towed from the scene and impounded. >> Hello, ma'am. Ma'am. Hello. >> [groaning] >> When the deputy returns to speak with her, the suspect is blasting music, making it nearly impossible to communicate. >> That's a hospital building. >> 23. >> And rather than her insurance papers, the suspect has provided officers with documentation from a hospital visit roughly 2 years earlier. >> Do you mind lowering that? Can you lower that? >> Why? >> This is This is not proof of insurance. >> No, this is not This is not insurance. What insurance company do you have? Do you know what policy you're you're supposed to be responsible to have that in the car at all times? >> The woman continues to insist she has insurance for the vehicle. She just doesn't know where the information is. >> Okay. Do is is there any way you can provide insurance? Is there a mobile app online or anything? >> All right. Listen, I'm I'm trying to help you out here. It's criminal offense or you not have any insurance on your car. You understand that? >> Marcina simply ignores the officer's request for her information and goes silent, seemingly hoping they'll go away. She definely checks her phone and turns the volume back up on the stereo in her vehicle rather than engaging with law enforcement. >> Are you calling anybody or you trying to look for insurance? >> All right. So, call somebody to pick you up cuz you can't drive. >> Marcina insists the officers let her drive home with no license and no insurance since it's only a short distance away. >> No, ma'am. You have to get a ride. >> You have to get a ride. This vehicle >> right down the street. >> Either either you can walk home or you can call somebody to pick you up, but you're not driving this car. You could get insurance and go pick it up at the tow yard, but as of right now, your car's going to be towed. Going to take our tag off. Yep. >> Yeah. >> Yep. >> Marisena's license has already been seized. And after removing her plate as well, officers try to explain the fines and charges. Is someone coming here to get you? >> Notice Marcina's body language. She's dismissive, looking at her phone, completely ignoring the severity of the situation, pressing law enforcement to simply let her drive her vehicle home, as if the deputies haven't already seized her driver's license and removed her plate in preparation for the tow truck. >> Let me drive home. >> The vehicle has no insurance and you do not have a driver's license. >> You do not You weren't able to produce that, though. You have a suspended driver's license, Miss You can't operate this vehicle. I'm not doing anything to you. You were issued two citations from the city of Vero Beach and you didn't pay those citations. Did you know that? >> Beach. >> I stay here only. >> This is Vero Beach. >> The tow truck has arrived and the traffic stop is over. Marcina is free to leave, but she simply won't go. >> Now, this vehicle is going to be towed. You're going to have to get out of the vehicle now. Okay, ma'am. >> Why? >> Because this vehicle is not insured. And because it's not insured, we have to tow this vehicle. I'm not this. Everybody gets the same treatment when they operate a vehicle with no insurance. Ma'am, >> take me with it. >> No, we're not taking you with it. >> You can walk. Absolutely. >> You can't walk, miss. You have to get out of the vehicle, ma'am. [groaning and screaming] >> What was that? >> Somebody can take you home. >> Can I come my >> This is why I'm asking you to get somebody to come pick you up. The police remain professional with Marcina even as she frustrates their efforts to get her home peacefully. >> I cannot know the vehicle's not insured. >> You can you can do too much to push me. Okay. >> Every day you and I see you all time in my life. >> Don't wait in my life. >> I will take you off in my life. >> Okay, ma'am. I don't do nothing for you. >> Okay, ma'am. I need you to get out of the car. >> Nothing for me. >> She's not getting out of the car. >> You need to get out of your car. Your car's being towed. Okay. You're giving a lawful order right now to get out of your car. If you don't come out of your car, ma'am, it's unlawful order. You're going to be resisting arrest. Do you understand that? >> I'm not going to excuse. >> Despite having every opportunity to avoid arrest, Marcina simply will not comply. >> Ma'am, come out of your car. >> Stop, >> sir. I'm not out. Today, I'm not out. >> Get out of here. >> Today, I'm not out. Today, I'm not out. Stop. >> Don't you bite me. >> Stop him. What now? Stop. >> Let me go. >> Don't bite me. >> Why did the font change? >> There we go. Oh, you like the white. >> I said that's kind of cool. Not that we had to do it. >> Oh, okay. I'm just asking. While resisting the deputy, Marcina grabs his radio and unwittingly alerts nearby law enforcement officers to her violent attack. Several units race to the scene to help. >> Give them 1033. They're struggling with somebody. >> Oh, yes. 1033. >> Okay. Jumping forward. When a third deputy arrives on scene, Marcina is finally able to be placed in handcuffs without the officers worrying about being scratched or bitten again. >> She's kicking, scratching, and everything. Okay. >> Give me your other hand. >> Drag her out. >> He drag her out from under the car. >> What? >> Catch your hand out. Stop resisting. >> You go in. >> Stop resisting. Stop scratching me. >> Come on. >> Hold on. Let me get your milk out. >> I have breaking news. >> Yes, you broke blood. >> 9 minutes into the game. US up one zero. >> Nice. >> Okay then. [snorts] >> I don't know why. Calm down. >> Watch your head. >> Step in the car, man. >> I can't. >> I am telling you. Step in the car. I'm putting >> you left me. Hey, you're under arrest. Under arrest. >> I did nothing. I'm >> I did nothing. >> Sit up straight. You >> sit up straight. >> I did. >> There you go. >> Okay. >> Police in this case managed to maintain their composure despite Marcina's infuriating refusals to take the situation seriously in any way and her violent resistance to being arrested. But it has clearly taken a toll on the officers. Not long after the transport leaves with Marisena, they are forced to pull over due to her violently thrashing in the back seat. If they can't get her to relax, they may need to call in an officer with a Hobble device to safely secure her so she can't seriously injure herself. >> Listen, you want to you want to put her in that anyways? >> She's lovely. >> Stop. Let me see your other foot. >> Are we going to have to tie your feet? >> Use a Jerry. My knee. >> I'm good. >> With the knee. >> I need pressure. >> All right. Listen. No. >> She continues to berate the officers and complain about being sore from her arrest. Totally overlooking that she was free to leave and is only in the cruiser because she brutally attacked law enforcement. >> I don't do nothing to do what I do. >> Do not help. I do nothing to my life. I just >> He reminds me of Bernie Max character from Players Club. [laughter] >> RIP Bernie, you're a great community by our >> Following the incident, Marcino was charged with two felony counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, as well as resisting an officer without violence and failure to maintain required insurance. She was held on a $1,000 bond for the misdemeanor charges with no bond set for the felonies. >> Okay, we're going to stay in Florida. >> And they probably made a plea deal where they dropped all of the police charges and she plead guilty to no insurance >> by your rules. You're playing by my rules. >> For the latest, Mrs. NCR, dearly beloved. >> No. >> Yes. >> Look at me. >> No, she looks too young. Oh. >> Oh, she's gorgeous. >> She's 18.
