Why are cops so fake and bullies always trying to use scare tactics for somebody obeying the law? >> How's the night going? >> Yeah, not bad. >> Good. >> All I ask is if you don't uh interfere with the traffic stop, >> don't interfere with my broadcast. >> That'd be uh called obstruction. >> That'd be uh called prior restraint. It's going to be kind of hard for me to get between you and the guy in the car. So, I just want to warn you. I have to warn you before I arrest you for obstruction.
