Exactly then. Exactly. That is not a false. That's not a false police report. Then you're not allowed to record a company and public people who make me feel uncomfortable, which is a valid police report. And you can't disclose information. But the cops will make you dispose. >> You have permission to be filming. >> I do. >> From who? >> From my boss. >> Where you're standing. You're recording our customers and it's making our customers uncomfortable. Starbucks has a policy that says you cannot record without permission. You won't give me your boss name or anything. So, you cannot be here. >> Him? >> Are you snitching? >> Yes, I am. >> No, cuz you are the Cuz Technically, you'd be you'd be more of like a suspect type of crime, though. >> You can you can you can request it, but you're going to have to go to the back channels for it. I cannot get you can you can radio over and get it for You just don't want to do it for me. No, >> it's okay. This [ __ ] crazy. From Kansas City to New York, baby. >> What's good, Kansas City? Right back ain't cheating. So today we just walking down the sidewalk, keeping everyone honest, making sure that they do honor and respect our right to record in public peacefully on the way in Kansas City. Go ahead and hit that subscribe button. And while you wait it, go ahead and smash that like button and most definitely leave a comment. I'm not going to talk your ear off. I love every last one of y'all dearly. All right. Now, Kansas City, here we go. Heat. Sir, sir, what are you doing? Do you have permission to be filming? >> I can't hear you. >> Do you have permission to be filming? >> You said who did what, ma'am? >> You have permission to be filming. >> I do. >> From who? >> From my boss. >> Who's your boss? >> I don't know if I can give out like his personal information, but I wasn't going to go like enter on you guys property. >> It doesn't matter. It's still the It's still You're still filming inside the building. >> Say that one more time. >> You're still filming inside the building. It's more really just like um I don't know if I can say but like just like the customers more like like the license plates. Hold on just a sec. >> Okay. But I I was actually about to leave here in a couple hours. I wasn't going to be out here like too long. >> In a couple hours. >> Yes, ma'am. >> What is it? >> He's just filming license plates and customers. So, you can't do that at Starbucks without permission. You >> I did get permission. >> You got Who did you get permission from? >> From my boss. >> So, who's your boss? >> I don't know if I can really give out like >> So, if you can't give out that information, I can't have you here recording my customers or anybody. I have kids and everything here and we didn't get that disclosed with Starbucks. We have a media relations policy that says that you can't record without permission and it's making a lot of my customers uncomfortable. So, I'm going to ask you to leave and you can tell your boss to contact Starbucks cuz I can't have you here recording. >> Do you want to speak with him? >> Even if I speak with him, if he didn't go through media relations, then you I can't have you here recording. >> But what if he did? >> But you don't know. So, I'm asking you to leave the property because you don't have permission here to record. I'm telling you that it's making my customers here uncomfortable. I have a lady saying she don't appreciate it. So, I'm asking you to leave the property or I'll have to call the police and have you removed. >> See, now you making me nervous. Why would you do something like that? I just I'm telling you that you can't be here and you're not leaving. You cannot record my customers. >> No, I just told this I I don't know her name, but I just told her I had no intentions on going like in or >> It doesn't matter if you have no intentions on going in or out. You cannot record without permission. >> But I'm not on your property. >> You're not on my property, but you're recording my customers. So, I'm going to try to call the police and ask them to have you leave because you won't leave when I'm asking you. >> I'm not on your property, >> but you cannot be here recording. Okay. I told her I told her I was about to leave. >> But I just told her I was about to >> go back and forth. You cannot record here. >> I just told her I was about to leave. >> Okay. So, you have to leave now and put your camera. >> No, but I got to finish the job. I told >> You cannot finish it. Okay. I'm calling the police. I can't No. >> Listen, can you hear me? I just heard you do all that rambling. >> No, no, it's okay. I'm calling the police now. Don't worry. >> But why? I will be recording our customers. You don't have permission to be here. I actually believe it is not here. >> It is 27:30 Delaware Avenue. >> Yep. >> Look at her. >> Yep. >> Look at her. Um, he's a black male. White uh red hoodie on, black hat, glasses, blue and white sneakers. You have to cut your recording off. You cannot be here recording. I'm on the phone with the police. You need to leave. >> Can you please tell them where I'm standing at? >> I Yes. I can't tell them what I'm saying. You need to leave. >> No, tell them where I'm standing. >> It doesn't matter. You can't record our customers. You have black hat. >> Just tell them where I'm standing. And it's not black. It's blue. >> Where you're standing. You're recording our customers and it's making our customers uncomfortable. Starbucks has a policy that says you cannot record without permission. You won't give me your boss name or anything, so you cannot be here. >> [ __ ] they policy. >> Okay. Yeah, he's out here saying [ __ ] our policy. Um, and he's still recording. Uh, he has on black sweatpants. Thank you. I appreciate you. >> You're not right for that. You not right. Heat. Heat up here. You >> cannot be recording Starbucks at all. >> You said who did what? So I can barely hear. >> You cannot be recording Starbucks. We have to ask you to leave to stop recording Starbucks. >> I I let the um >> the manager know. Yes. So she disclosed we have a media policy and you're making people to feel uncomfortable. children here are feeling uncomfortable. That is not the right thing to do. >> I wasn't. >> So, the authorities are on their way. So, we can either we leave or we could deal with the authorities when they get >> I actually told her I was about to leave here in a couple hours. I wasn't going to be here long. >> It can't be a couple hours. We have customers all day. You have to leave now. We can't have you recording our customers all day for 2 hours. >> Even if I'm not going to go on the property, I'm still recording the property and the customers coming into the property. You can see through the property with glass. Well, why don't you just why don't you just cover the glass up in >> because that's not policy. We're following our policy that our rules and regulations and you're not >> [ __ ] they policy. [ __ ] your policy. >> Now you're violating customers and people's making people feel uncomfortable. Do you care about that? >> I told them they make >> So you make do you care about making people feel uncomfortable? >> Y'all making me feel uncomfortable >> by asking you to just go somewhere else? >> Yes. You go. >> Why is that making you feel uncomfortable? >> Because I have a right to be here. >> From who? Not Starbucks. >> Let me ask you this. Do you support the Constitution? >> I support Starbucks in my job and I'm asking you to leave because of my job. >> Over the Constit Do you support the Constitution? >> I'm not answering that question. I'm doing my job right now. >> My boss just actually called me. You want to speak to my boss? >> I do. >> Here. Here. Hey, boss. Here. This is the guy at uh this is Tyler at Starbucks here. >> What you want to say to him? >> So, we have this guy recording our store, recording our customers, making customers feel uncomfortable. We're asking him to leave. He's refusing leaving. So, we called authorities. >> Tyler, is he on has he gone into your business or is he on the sidewalk? >> He's recording our business. >> Okay. But guys, I have a question. You need an answer. >> But whether he's on the sidewalk or in a car, he's recording our business, which he's not allowed to do. >> Hey, you got to lower your tone talking to my boss like that. >> I'm just trying to speak through a speaker phone. I'm not yelling at the sidewalk. It doesn't matter if you point your camera. That's why you have windows. If you don't, it's illegal. >> No, it's not legal to record other people who are feeling uncomfortable and don't give you the right to. >> It doesn't matter. It does. You need to read the constitution, brother. >> It's still illegal to record people that don't give you the right to. >> To report a false police report. >> It's not. The police are on their way. They will file this report and they you guys can deal with that. >> Guess what? It's your job, not his or anybody else. You're in public. >> You cannot record our story. >> He don't get it. Hey man, this guy I'm I'm talking to >> You're not understanding. You're making people feel uncomfortable and that's a violation to our post. >> My boss is talking, man. >> And I'm trying to explain. You're making people feel uncomfortable. >> Talking first and you backed up so I couldn't hear. So I was talking as Fox 5 and CNN dude doing a news story. Guess what? Go sit your ass back inside your business. >> I'm not going to sit inside. The police are on their way and they're going to escort you out of our business. >> Be charged with a crime. >> Not going to be charged with the crime. No, sir. With my legal experience, I will make sure I prosecute you for a false report. It's not illegal. Read the Constitution. Read the laws. >> It's illegal to record people without their public rights. >> It is. It's okay, boss. It's boss. I just I just I just bagged. I It's no need to let you It's okay. >> Absolutely. all the charges when they show up. And now >> Okay. Here. I'm going to call you right back. >> All right. >> Yes, sir. >> Man, that's I'm trying to I'm trying to actually help you out, man. I really is, Tyler. >> Because I feel like you really genuinely is a good guy, but >> So, you feel like you're a good guy and you're trying to do some good and do some work. Correct. >> Absolutely, man. >> So, why make people feel uncomfortable doing your work? >> That was never the goal. Oh, I wasn't. >> So, but if you're doing that and customers are telling us they feel uncomfortable, why do you continue to stand here when we ask you to walk away to go record another building, record cars somewhere else? >> Because >> Because why is that so hard? >> Because I was hired to just come here peacefully. >> You were hired to point your camera at Starbucks Corporation. >> What were you hired to do? >> I can't give out that kind of >> Exactly. Then Exactly. That is not a false. That's not a false police report. Then you're not allowed to record a company and public people who make you feel uncomfortable, which is a valid police report. And you can't disclose information, but the cops will make you dispose of information. >> I can't control how you >> So we'll deal with the authorities when they get here. We asked you to leave multiple times. So when they give you an issue, it's not our issue. >> But on the All right, man. Bless you, brother. >> I'll talk again when authorities get. >> Okay. >> All right. See if they got ready for she's going to come over here now. He said he's recording customers. Uh he's recording them with customer. I asked him to leave. >> She's recording me. >> Buffalo police. Buffalo police just rolled by. Good. How are you? >> He's recording businesses. He can't tell us where he's coming from. He's recording customers and businesses. I asked him to leave multiple times. >> Are you snitching >> him? >> Are you snitching? >> Yes, I am. It's a business. You're making my customers and their kids uncomfortable. You have not placed the order here. You You don't deserve to be here. >> I'm not at your property though. >> But you're recording my customers. >> Hey, now you're a customers. >> They are. And this is my establishment that I run. You no longer have anything to do with Starbucks. So now I'm going to press harassing charges on you. The police just rode by. Hey, look at him. He's from another country and he know what's up. Mhm. M m. Heat. The police rode right by out. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. And it do look like uh Buffalo just arrived. Let's see how this goes. It's two ladies. I won't try to do good, ladies. I won't try to do good. Let's see how this goes. Good. So, what's going on? >> So, Starbucks has a policy. I just called my district manager to make sure I was doing the right thing. Starbucks has a policy and when we went out there to talk to him, he informed me that he was recording our customers, their license plates, and people walking out of the establishment. We have a policy that doesn't allow him to do that. I asked him who it was, who his boss was. He couldn't tell me. He told me [ __ ] Starbucks policy. He don't care. He told us he was going to be here for additional hour. He told me to call y'all because he's not on our property, but he's still recording our customers. He said it was okay. Like I asked him to leave multiple times. He won't. And then every time we go to ask him, he come closer to us recording steal like he's doing right now. But we have something in place where he can't record without permission. >> So crafty cuz he's on a public sidewalk. >> New York State law. You can't do that. Do you see the video about them going in the city hall? No. The guy. Okay. So this guy went in. You just >> This is private property, but that's public, >> right? So if it says you cannot enter employees enter only he can't go back there you know what I mean he can't do stuff like that legally he be crossing the line like now if say like it's personally you he's following stop you now that's harassment he's following stalking you but for him to record anybody record 24/7 okay >> like you know but if he's targeting specific people specific person that that's that's only that >> so the customers the customer I only found out who he was from customers like it's making the customers uncomfortable because they don't know like I had a lady walk in with her children and he recorded them the whole way through here which is fine. However, yeah, it's uncomfortable from the sidewalk or was it from >> So, he was a little closer before we said anything to him. Once I found out once he found out that I was calling the police, then he decided to step a little further. >> So, so you can you can tell him to kick rocks on private property. On public property, which is the sidewalk, I can't. But the but the parking lot is yours. >> Okay. So, the moment he stepped >> as far Yeah. As far as >> Okay. or even >> or or the it might not be yours but it's >> okay person you start following a specific person you can't target for a certain person you can't record anyone publicly but you cannot physically target a specific person cuz now that's harassment like I used to like say you got to leave you can't do that here and if you would just like no ma'am better now he's now if he kept going har now he's harassing you so technically by law now he cannot do that now >> so so that that is my thing right there right so I went to talk to him even when he was closer like even I sent so I thought you send a man out there right it'd be He got all of us on recording. Like even when we get like >> cuz he's allowed to record you legally. Like I'm saying like you know how you here talking to me and you told me to stop recording you and I just follow you on the story and I'm just follow and I'm just I'm just constantly on you. I'm not following nobody else but specifically you. You can call you can say that to us cuz you can't you can't do that. You know what I mean? Like to us they're going to do that to us like but far as you personally you can feel >> you can feel attacked or anything cuz you don't know him. You know what I mean? But he is allowed publicly to record and do things. Unfortunately, it's very, you know, uncomfortable for a lot of people and it's very upsetting, you know, but >> if you think about it, we all being monitoring everything that we do. >> Yeah, that's fine. So, more so just to understand why you recording like he was specifically telling me you recording people license plates and customers like that's not acceptable. Like what do you need license plate and then I'm asking him who is he for? And he talk his boss sent him. Well, if your boss sent you I'm like well who is he? He won't give out no information on who his boss is. No information. >> Yeah. Okay. That's the hard part cuz technically like anybody ask for your ID, you say no, legally, you don't have to give it to me. >> Okay. >> So, so just remember you can kick them off your property. >> Absolutely. >> And we will help you with that. But sidewalk >> call her and tell her because she told me the same thing. I'll just call her and discuss it. What? Like while I got y'all right here cuz she know more just more so. So So we have a >> Absolutely. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Cuz I know different policies different different places but your state law policy goes chunks all of that. But they can but they can as like a I mean they can ask anybody. >> Well, they're private part. Yeah, absolutely. But beyond that, that's why I said if he comes, they start personally targeting, you can do something about that cuz you can't personally target an individual. But you can follow people, but you can't personally target no one cuz now you're harassing them. >> Yeah. >> But it is weird. I don't know what's going on. Why would you be reporting? I kind of want to ask him. I'm going to ask him like, "Why you here? Were you like I'm I'm very curious." >> I wonder if he's an auditor. >> If he what? >> He's probably an auditor. >> Okay. >> I was thinking something like that as well. >> He's probably an auditor. And I was thinking that somebody said something happened because you cuz you see the information the stuff he has. He has like legit [ __ ] It's not like a little pimp. >> I wait too. He waved back. >> He waved to me and I wave back too. >> I can't wait to see if he's a he's an auditor. >> That's what I was thinking too. >> Which is you'll find us online. >> Okay. Okay. >> Has he personally like did anything else besides just the recording? Has he said anything or done anything? No. >> Yeah. Did he say anything after? Nothing. >> No, he didn't. So, I went out there and I was asking him kind of like just broke down the policy. Starbucks has a policy where you have to get permission to report customers, right? Fine. >> Um, and he said, "No, my boss gave me information." I said, "Well, who's your boss?" And he was like, "Well, I'm not I really don't want to give you that information." So, I was like, "Okay." And I kind of stepped back and he was like I was like, "Well, you got a policy where you can't record." So, like, could you just leave? Well, [ __ ] Starbucks. [ __ ] Starbucks policy. And then he just keep going on. So, then I sent my the mail out there, one of my supervisors. I'm like, "Okay, maybe you different a different approach cuz he's a man." Well, he get in his face and they they about to fight out there. So, I just like I sent him back in. Yeah. It's not worth it. It's not worth it to be going back and forth, but like he is I I don't know. It's just if it I don't care personally, >> but it's the kids, right? You talk about other people and bringing their kids. It just made so many I'm I was sitting on the phone. That's why I called so many times cuz I got these customers calling, "Well, can you call the police? Can you do this? Can you do that?" >> Too like people don't also know their own legally rights cuz legally he can record you too. He can record your customers too. Like cuz he's not doing nothing criminal or anything legally. Like if he following naturally, you got cameras everywhere. [laughter] You know what I mean? So you can also inform your customers like you know unfortunately he's not on our property so we can't do anything but once he step on our property then we can we can be active and do something. So if your customers are asking you you could tell them like I know we have a policy unfortunately with the law in place he's illegally allowed to be on outside our premises. But if he does you know come close to anything like I say to please let us know and we will take you know take place. So that would give them a little comfort cuz it is uncomfortable. You know what I mean? You don't know somebody very uncomfortable and you don't know what their intentions are, what they're going to do. That that is very uncomfortable. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. That's fine. >> Um if anybody gets really uncomfortable, tell them to go to bed and by the time he walks over there, they'll probably be gone. >> Okay. >> To exit. You know what I mean? >> Okay. Gotcha. >> Okay. That's the only thing I can think up [laughter] front. I'm sorry. >> That's fine. Like I said, I knew it wasn't much. Like I said, I'm I'm activated for trying. Ain't nothing wrong with nothing. And if he wasn't like arguing like normal people you like you can't record but like his his >> he got a motive. He got a reason >> approach. Yep. And it's something and like I pull him back and like it's no need in taking that apron off going back and forth with him arguing cuz that's what he wants you to do. Now you recording acting a fool. >> And now you saying that in Starbucks not going back and forth with him like you need to leave like you can't be here. But he say I guess you supposed to be here for a couple a few more hours. >> But that's like us. Some people like will try to attack you push you off or go up in your face like oh you not this you not that. They'll talk smack to you. They want a reaction out of us because of it, you know, and if you walk away from them like like you said though, be professional at all times cuz you never know what's going to be utilized against you. As long as you doing your part, that's that's all that matter. Like you said, you did the right thing. You seen this coming host. You told them to come back with your smart on your behalf as well because you don't want want that out of and you don't even know what's going on. Let it ride. >> Yeah. Like I said, yeah, I don't care about being recorded more so just trying to protect the space of the customer just because I know that is a thing. But if we can do his thing, I let him do his thing. >> Yeah. Unfortunately, yeah, it's a thing, you know. Yeah, it is a third opinion. >> Okay. >> I mean cuz I I know for a fact like even like you know people just can't go in doors that's locked doors that says you know employee entry only. >> Hey I just want to get a third opinion. >> There's a guy at Starbucks. He's now on the public sidewalk. Um, but he is reporting every car that comes and leaves Starbucks and pointing it at Starbucks to see the people leaving us. >> I understand New York states one party and he is on the public sidewalk and that's kind of where I left it. Um, I call him back. >> We have not yet. And he was on the property for a little while and now he's on the sidewalk. So, um, we haven't spoken to him yet. That's exactly right. Okay, perfect. I wanted to get another opinion just to see if there was like I don't know some weird loitering thing or something I could like you mad at all the cops like you don't even know me as a whole different thing like it's a lot but unfortunately I feel like >> comes back on the property I mean cuz I I know for a fact like even in like they went like they was even storming through city hall like you can go into the main build like you know common areas with people that's open to the public. You just can't go in to doors that's locked doors that says uh you know employee interest only or uh private private spots. They cannot go into those areas. I know that. But you can't personally target an individual. You can openly record anybody but you can't personally target someone that I do know about. Especially if they're not they're on your property. That's different. >> Like I said, is it is it's one or >> to me it's a lot. It's it's it's strange. It's different. It's I don't understand it. But just like >> you like like I said when I'm when I'm calling my DM and she telling me to call the police or you got customers asking you. It's it's more so simple like even like you could have just moved like so. But you could tell like I said I know it's something I know it's something because he won't move like he won't leave. He started there and then when I said I was calling the police and then he started gradually moving over essentially. the same thing. >> Yeah. I think it's a lot and it's crazy cuz I even think it too when people just walk up to us and just like flick us off. You don't know me. I got a family. Like what you mad at me for? [laughter] Cuz you mad at all the cops. Like you don't even know me. Like I could be the one coming to save your life. >> Disrespectful when somebody asking you to leave. Like that's a whole different thing. Like >> it's a lot. But unfortunately I feel like >> on the property. >> Yeah. The property. Okay. So that drivethrough drive area. Okay. All right. >> Cuz he was already asked not to be on the property. He can't personally record them. Okay. >> So, that makes sense. >> I got you. Thank you. You're welcome. Have a good one. >> You too. >> That's Yeah, cuz I want say if I'm not mistaken, that's what we learned when we was in we was in the class and even then um when we was doing the security and through like you know how people do that cuz going into the job, everybody's going to do that to you. >> Everybody. So, it makes a lot of sense. How you doing today? >> So, it makes a lot of sense. How you doing today, >> ladies? How you officers doing? >> Good. >> What's your name? >> You can call me Bartholomew. >> Bartholomew. Okay. >> Bartholomew. >> Bartholomew. So, what um like what are we doing here today? >> What are we doing? I told her I was just recording. I wasn't going to go enter on her property. I wasn't even speaking to no one. >> Okay. No, that's >> it sound like I was trying to explain that to her, but you can't make her understand it. >> You You said your boss sent you here. >> Okay. >> Is what she said. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, like is there something going on? Are you here for like an investigation? >> I'm just recording. >> Okay. >> Is that okay? I mean, I know I know what's legal and what's not legal. And so, what I'm going to tell you is like there's a certain spot that's private property and then the sidewalk is public. >> I let them know that I'm not going on their property. So, I had no intention. And still, this is a strip mall. So, they don't own the strip mall. >> They do. >> They Starbucks own all of this. >> But if I have a tenant that's being bothered, they might not own their apartment, but they can kick you out of their apartment. >> This is different. This is not their home, though. You know, not to go too deep and we ain't got to be on the sidewalk. I don't know what >> any any business can any business can can. >> Yes, she can tell me not to go into Starbucks, but Starbucks don't own this square though is what I'm saying. >> And man, they shouldn't be putting their their umbrellas and stuff on there or having their employees park on there. >> That's that that's up to them and the owner, but I I have no intention on even going on the strip mall. >> Okay, that's what I'm That's what I'm trying to say. >> I've been strictly on the sidewalk. I've been very professional to everyone that approached me and I can't make her understand it. Even the guy that came out, I said, "Do you support the Constitution?" He didn't want to hear it. He said this policy. >> Well, they Well, okay. Every business got their own policy regarding New York State law policy. So, she represent her own policy, not New York State law policy. So, what we did to help her explain that she knows her Starbucks policy, but New York State law policy, we gave her that as well. So, now she knows both of those as well, just as well as you know both of them as of today. So when we're asking what you was doing, we we just asking in general, nothing to pertain to that. But normally people are like recording or they're doing videos like either they're Tik Tok and recording cuz something happened or something occurred and they want these cards. >> They want to uh utilize it for a specific reason. So that's why she was just asking like what you was doing. That's all. You don't have to tell us. We were just curious cuz when you out with a camera all this people are typically doing it for a reason or something. You're we're not saying like you're legal only. The last time I tried to explain what I was doing, it end up with you two here. So, here's the thing. We'll hear from here. We can >> I know. I know. I'm just I'm just want to know what you said, but last time I tried to explain it to them. >> So, you you indicated to them that your boss sent you here. So, that means you had like a business purpose or something. Sometimes that's something we can intervene with. Sometimes that's something we can help, not help, whatever. I don't know if like, you know, secret shopper sent you here, stuff like that. Whatever. So, >> yes, ma'am. >> But whatever. If you want to audit them, you want to audit them. But what I'm going to tell you is just stay off their property. If you go on the property, you're going to be subject to arrest. You know the deal. >> No. Don't eat yellow snow. Don't go rob banks, you know, or you'll be subject to an arrest as well. >> Okay. >> Before you guys get out of here, can I get like the call for service number, the CFS? >> Sure. >> The report can >> I ask you a question since you still >> Actually, no. Cuz you are cuz technically you'd be you'd be more of like a suspect type. >> What crime though? >> You can you can you can request it, but you're going to have to go to the back channels for it. I cannot give it to you. >> You can you can radio over and get it for you. Just don't want to do it for me. No, >> it's okay if you don't want >> because if I write a report and I write any kind of suspect victim, I'm not allowed to give any >> not the report, just the call for service or the CAD number. >> Well, that normally typically that's the number >> typically the cat number we give out when we got a report or incident. >> He can't get a report that did it. >> Just just the conference service number. >> Cat number we give out when we got a report in. >> He can't get a report. I'll give him the [ __ ] number. Give him the number. Here you go. I'm just asking normally if it's attached to something. So people want cuz this is just a like a c >> Oh, >> absolutely. >> Is this just like a customer like service complaint? So typically we'll just talk to customer talk to an employee and if it's a report written then we typically give a card or it's an incident written regarding it we'll give a card. So I typically don't give a card if I don't write anything but I'm just talking I just talk to her. I'll not takeate the call but I know what you're requesting it for but my curiosity what would you utilize it for? >> What would I utilize what for? >> The the number for the cat for >> I just need it. >> No, I'm just asking cuz normally it's attached to something. So people want it when it's attached to something. So I was just curious on what what did you want it to detach for? That's all. I don't care that you want it. I was just out of curiosity. >> I just want it. >> Okay. Have a good day. >> Can I ask you >> Can I ask you a question? It's just something that I saw and you probably know it cuz it ain't got nothing to do with this. I >> Exactly. We're done. Can >> you have another question? You can call 911. >> Why are you acting like that, man? I've been nothing but professional. >> If it's not What's your question? >> It's It's okay. It was just something that I saw. They said whenever you come into contact with officers, I thought you guys were being professional. At least you have. I was just gonna ask you what is 550 divided by two. >> Yo, [laughter] what did you do? >> Honest honest to God, I seen but since I'm in contact with you guys, I thought we had a great encounter and I saw them saying when you come in contact with the officer to ask them what is 550 divided by two and that's basic. >> If you tell if I answer that, you got to tell me what you reporting for. >> Okay, I'll do that. >> No, you're not. >> Honest to God. You Yes, I will. Why wouldn't I? >> No, I >> I swear to God on my life, I would tell you what I'm doing. probably would, but I don't even want to take it that far cuz I don't know what y'all got going on. I just wanted to come. >> It's nothing to do with them. >> I don't know what I don't want to get put in that folks. >> The only people ask this question. He's an honest. >> Yeah. >> So, >> no. Look, >> but it did ask this question is who's professional? >> Yeah. >> So, >> no. Look, I just >> It's okay. I I think you really >> I just wanted to help. >> It sound like y'all was trying to explain it to her. You can't make her understand it. >> She get out. >> Y didn't push the issue. I I really did think you guys did a really good job, you know, as far as you know. Well, well, hopefully you have a good day. You want to take a stab at it? Whatever you doing, I just did. You recorded me this whole time. That is a statement. We recording each other. >> You have a beautiful day. Officer 12. >> The other lady, man. Look, man. Come on, man. Hey y'all. This is it. Um, at least that's my impression. >> That's my impression of him and that was unnecess. They'll go to businesses. They'll go to they'll go to they'll try and see if someone's going to violate their constitutional rights. >> Businesses, police officers, something else. That's their whole game is to get someone to slip up and then get you on video and then you end up on YouTube. Don't be surprised if you find yourselves online. >> I'm gonna be online. >> I'm already prepared. >> I won't be online. >> Sorry. I was trying to hear what she was saying. >> So So it's it's a lot of stirring the pot to get a reaction so that we can go on a channel. That's my impression of it. This body cam is going to end up on that gra. What was it? >> Um he's my impression of it is he's an auditor. My impression. Um, auditors generally are trying to get you to see if you're violating their constitutional rights. >> Okay? >> And that could be a a private corporation, that can be another person, that can be a police, often a police officer, a government official, you name it. >> Okay? >> So, basically, they they wait till they get the attention they want, and then they get the reaction. >> That makes stay at that. >> Oh, okay. Yeah. Like I say, at this point, it ain't no point in going out there no more because I already know the deal with it. I just leave him. He can do his thing. >> You step up here. Just give him a call. Don't say nothing to him. Just talk. Let us talk to him. That's it. You already told him you're aware of that. He said on my camera set on his own camera. He like, "I ain't no problem. I ain't going to do that." So, you already said that. We told him multiple times not to let >> Okay, I got you. Thank you. Y'all going to drink before? >> No, I just got >> Okay, I got you. >> That's it. But y'all have a good day. No, I just got a coffee. Ah, everybody get the golden question. You know, she had to give her directives. Oh yeah. Oh man. [laughter] >> Have a beautiful day and stay safe, Officer Thurman. >> That's not bad, huh?
