Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Well, a ho to the ho to the ho ho ho. Merry New Year's. Merry what? What day is it today? >> 30th. >> Oh, so tomorrow is New Year's Eve. Happy ho hos. How the hell are we all doing today? >> Happy hoastic hoes. Your fake plastic hose. What was that? >> Yes, my fake plastic hose. I had to take them off the yard. >> Why? >> Neighbors were complain because the neighbors were complaining about all the Christmas lights after Christmas. >> Oh, dear goodness. >> Really? >> I think I think it was the reflection off the stripper poles that made it, you know, bothered him. >> Of course. Of course. Uh, what was that too shade? Before we dive into the breaking news, >> exactly. Hi, wife. Wifey, go for it, Jim. >> We've got breaking news. Jose Chile Castro ignored Well, he may have ignored the one that was due today and this other one was due today. He has decided that it would be better instead of suing Oklahoma in the Central District of California, he is now trying to move it to the Western District of Oklahoma. He still thinks that he can get around the younger abstension which says you can't have a federal court intervene in a local issue, but he's now trying to do it in Oklahoma. So >> brilliant. >> Oops. >> His pad. >> Brilliant. He still has not filed the motion uh the the response to the motion to dismiss which was due actually yesterday from what I was reading in the uh the the Clark County case in OK or in Nevada. >> So, we'll see what happens. We'll see what happens to Mr. Jose Dcastro. We'll have a full story on this uh tomorrow. The other breaking news on this was earlier in the week uh Mr. Jose Dcastro. Well, he didn't see the fact that when he was arrested in Oklahoma, it came out that basically Chile uh the the prosecutors in uh Oklahoma filed to recuse themselves and send it to another court. So before his conspiracy the theory, before his whole prosecu uh uh what do you call it? His whole uh corrupt prosecution thing, they had filed to move it to another district in Oklahoma for the prosecution. So Chile would get fair prosecution of the acts that he is alleged to have done, even though he did them on camera and said he was guilty, where he saw the AR-15s in the back of the cop cars and tried to break into or pull on the doors to see if they'd open on three cop cars. That's essentially what he's been accused of in Oklahoma. And that is what he's trying to get overturned. >> Uh, you got it. You got it. You got it. >> It's reversed. >> Yes, it's reversed. But there's nothing you can do. It's the the webcam. >> There we go. >> There you go. >> That's my ornament to fill. >> There you go. Uh, >> yep. This just came in. My wife just handed it to me. She's like, "What is it? What is it? >> What is it?" It's the first ornament on the tree next year. That's what it is. Yes. >> Yes, it is. >> It It goes up high right by the star if not replacing the star. >> Yes. >> Well, the star is a cheese head, so you know. >> There you go. True. >> Welcome. >> It It seems like uh Mr. DMCA lawyer is here and both June and his son Jake are in attendance. >> Hey, Randy. Welcome. >> Hello, June. >> Hey, June and Jake. Hey Jake, you enjoy it? >> Yeah. Hey, June and Jake. >> Yes. Uh, so we got a couple or at least one announcement to make. Saturday, we are starting at 700 p.m. because we did this for somebody else the other week. Uh, my game starts at 8:00. I want to watch my game. Even no >> nope. That's We're We're at 7 o'clock. 7 o'clock instead of 8. so I can watch my game. Even though Phil has done the voodoo curse to ensure that Seahawks lose on >> I don't have to do the Seahawks curse. I have to do with the doggy. >> Okay then. How the hell did the Rams lose last night? >> I have no freaking idea. because they are >> the the f the Falcons came out pissed off. >> They dominated for all this week. All these weeks we heard that the Rams were like the football. Yeah. >> And they they don't pull it out versus a team that we like destroyed the other week. So >> well to show you how bad Atlanta is, right? They go up 24 to nothing at halftime and they have to kick a field goal to win. >> Yes. >> So, you know, it's not like they were playing, you know, stellar competition, but my god, Ban Robinson went off. Wow. 93 yard touchdown run. >> That's right. I said the birdies would win. >> That's right. >> Bele with all the birdies. So, >> Uhhuh. with the birdies. >> Now, later tonight >> in advance, >> later tonight, we will be doing a uh very special drunk girl as submitted by Miss Gia in the intentions of using this girl to seduce Parson into sacrificing himself as tribute to see out the year. So this wonderful lady who will instill love loveliness into into the heart of Parson. We will be visiting in a few minutes. But yeah, Miss G has picked a good one. Remember, we're on the air as normal tomorrow night and on New Year's Day. Uh yeah, we'll be here for you on Thursday normal time. uh tomorrow night normal time then Saturday an hour early for you on uh Saturday night. So we'll keep saying that over and over and over. Now Phil, I understand you had did you have some sort of of new wheel of Phil last night? >> Uh well, we did the wheel of gym. >> Yeah. >> And uh you can't [ __ ] about your ailments anymore >> tonight. No, because the wheel the $10 wheels are one night only. >> Yeah, he was up early [ __ ] >> It was $20 >> already. >> Still, >> th those wheels are one night only. The Super Wheels have the week long or more. >> He immediately called everybody on that this morning. >> Yes. >> Now, now it's only one day. >> Well, it is cuz cuz it otherwise it devalues what we're doing. Now, if you'd like to spin on this new Wheel of Phil, let's take a look and see what he's added for himself on the new Wheel of Phil. Oh, Jim sucks because >> Yes. >> And then he gets to I'm assuming >> I get to say why you suck. >> There's praise Phil. Who gets to praise Phil? >> A real dog. >> Whoever I pick. Whomever I pick. Packers are awesome. >> Everyone has to say it. >> Phil can rename what? What are you renaming? >> Who? Whomever? >> Like Gia because because she >> picked really bad names for me. >> Bad. >> Let's see. >> Compliment. >> My wife goes, "But she sends you nice gifts." >> I do. Not a real dog. Who's not a real dog? >> Uh, whomever I choose. >> Uh, cancel punishment. >> What? >> Cancel my punishment. Yep. >> Yep. >> You've got like 30 outstanding punishments that you have to do yet. >> Yeah. And I can chip away at them with the help of the audience cuz they love me. Bill overshares. What are you gonna overshare about? >> Oh, I don't know. >> Everything. >> We'll see. See what my mood is that day. See what my mood is that day. >> Finally, let us pray. >> Yep. >> Is it pray as in prayers or pray as in >> find someone and kill them? >> Yes. >> It could depend. It just depends on the day and the mood. >> What? >> We will pray about something. >> We will pray about >> the wheel of gym. >> Yep. >> Which we spun on. Which we spun on. It was very lovely. >> Jim smells like Jim. Most annoying. Jim needs to get Seahawks suck. I hate it when Jim Wow. >> Doc Dr. drunk is right. No dogs fake Jim. F you Jim. >> Wow. >> Stop talking about >> blah blah blah cats. What the hell, Phil? >> It seems more cam. >> See, it seems fitting >> and DB Cooper, you know, I was DV Cooper. That's folks. If you'd like to spin on any of these wheels, the details are in our uh in our scroll at the bottom. Uh 10 bucks for one spin, 20 for three spins, and 50 for eight spins. Uh we are trying to raise our final bit of funding for the end of the month. So we do have a couple of bills for next month that we need a little bit. >> We have 75 to go. 75 to go. >> What on spins on the wheel of Phil? >> No, on our on our our funding goal, >> we announced it yesterday was $100. We got $25 yesterday. So, 75 to go. >> Uh, let us pray. Let's see. Thank you, Gothic Sparrow member for 16 months level Pope's blessing message. Let us pray. Phil blesses NCR. Thank you person for the $10 wheel of gym. Spin it, baby. >> Oo, spin it, baby. on the screen. >> Spin it, baby. >> Oh, that's long. That's >> That's a long >> Jim most annoying. So, what does this one mean, Phil? >> It means we get to go around the panel and and also person uh who who won the spin get to say what your most annoying feature or characteristic is. The hell? >> What's wrong with that? >> What the hell? >> It's creative criticism. >> Well, well, you start, Phil, since you started this. >> You're You're awful potty mouth. You swear like a drunken sailor who sobered up, got drunk again, sobered up, and got drunk again. >> Nope. Yep. Duche. >> Huh? >> Oh, tell me what. >> Jim's most annoying feature. >> Hold on. I'm eating a burger. >> From McDonald's. >> No. >> Mr. Red CR, while we're waiting for Touche, >> I would have to say your most annoying feature is the fact that you always [ __ ] me about my office and saying that janitorial will not clean it. It's not my fault I have a pet alligator. >> Uh Parson says, "Jim's 3:00 a.m. everyone discord messages," which only he responds to. And that's why I do them because I know he's up. I know he's up. Uh, Miss Gia, >> um, your most annoying feature, how you, um, criticize yourself and talk about yourself in self. What's the word I'm looking for? Self >> deprecating. Is that a word? Deprecating. >> Yes. Yes. >> Yeah. But I don't like that. I like it when somebody talks that they're a good person and they're, you know, a decent person and that they're doing the best they can. And I don't like it when somebody criticize themsself or makes derogatory statements about themsel. I don't like that. >> Okay. Finally, Miss Touche, >> your inability to keep the raccoons away from your shoes. >> My nephew's shoe. We still haven't found that shoe. >> We still haven't found that shoe. Uh, yeah, it's been 6 months. One day the the raccoon's just going to appear on the back porch. with the shoe. >> We'll see a raccoon print and a shoe print alternating. >> Yes. Yes. >> Yes. >> So, uh I will update you. Hey, Diver Dan, welcome. Uh I will update you since uh Dr. What's his face started talking about us last week. I haven't put out a video. We've just had these. So, through the hard work of Gia and others and through the word of mouth, we've gained 300 subscribers on Saturday. So, if the intention was to destroy us, thank you, I guess. >> Yeah. Thank you. >> Cuz it doesn't look like we're going anywhere. I mean, I tried, but >> I tried to get us canled. I guess I did, but I don't know. >> I think the people that hate watch him heard about us and decided to give us a tie. >> That's what it sounds like. Uh, as I'm trying to find the perfect girl for Parson. One second. We had another uh Craig Henry update. Uh, Craig did talk from his jail cell. Uh, thank you, Sergeant. Let me get that on screen for the $9.99 super chat. What is this? Festivis. Uh, kind of. And do you want you if you want you can have a spin on the wheel of Jim. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> So spin on the wheel of gym. In fact, we'll do a spin for him right now. Where it lands. Nobody knows. Uh, there you go. It says on the screen. >> Yep. >> Uh G Gia, read that for us. >> Dr. Drunk is right. >> What was he right about? >> I don't >> I don't know. >> Something. >> There we go. Thank you, Sergeant 6028. We did the spin on the wheel. >> Yeah. And I shared it on um Freddy's YouTube page. >> Yeah. uh Jeremy Dit page and tons of people asked for the link. So, you got some from that guaranteed. >> Well, there you go. >> There you go. >> Yep. >> We uh pants. Uh you were late. We have the new and improved wheel of gym. This is the the uh the the spin from from well this is Phil's version of it which is intended to torture me I guess. We also have a wheel of a new wheel of Phil that Phil created. We have the wheel of Gia as well which he was scared enough >> that he didn't touch that one. >> You scared him. >> The shack cleared. The check cleared. That's all I can say. Yes, it's a clear. >> You've scared him so much that that he didn't touch that one. >> That one's the same old same old. >> Yep. >> So, >> yeah. Uh, we're going to jump into some drunker. Uh, it's the same thing. Pants. 10 bucks. 10 bucks or uh 20 20 bucks for three spins. Uh, 50 bucks for eight spins. yada yada yada. Uh, hold on. Let's see. Well, my kid is going nowhere. Semi-truck and shipping van accident on the interstate. Oh, that's horrible. >> Oh no. >> Uh, Pants wants one gym spin and one GS spin. Well, if you give us 20 bucks, you can get one gym spin, one GS spin, and one Phil spin since remember it's 20 get you three. >> That's three spins for the low low price of $20. >> And tomatoes. tomatoes. The sorry talking over you uh NCR the chili news was he has filed to move his federal case suing the uh what do you call it uh suing Oklahoma in Holy crap. Holy crap. Thank you pants. Uh but let me finish this. Suing Oklahoma and California. He has filed to move it to Oklahoma. He also the uh prosecution's uh attempt to recuse themselves in that case has been granted. Those files came out a couple of days ago. We'll have full news on that. But it kind of throws a a wrench in his in this idea that the prosecution was going to just prosecute him out of bad faith because they had asked for recusal back in September and it just took this long to be granted. So we've got eight 88 spins and we're going to divide it up with five on the wheel of gem, two on the wheel of Phil, and one on the wheel of Gia. Thank you. >> Sound good? >> Yes. >> Sounds good. >> Spinning that wheel, baby. >> Now, let me find the right. Oh, good lord. Uh yeah, for those following along at home, thanks for your donations, we have a new instead of a one uh instead of a multimonitor setup, we have a one monitor setup now. And I'm just getting used to this. So, let's go back. There we are. Uh, let's pull up the wheel of Gia first. >> Go backwards. Pineapple pizza. Chicago sucks. Larry rules. Jim is a >> Jim is a freak. Oh, he changed one. Phil did change one. Jim is a freak is in this one. Unless G. I like that. Okay, >> they were done that for a >> Let's see. The wheel of >> Gia says, uh, Gia, you can read that one. >> Pill is really awesome. Yeah, whatever. >> He's really >> I feel the love. I feel the love. >> I feel the love. >> He is absolutely incredible. Okay, so we've got two spins on the wheel of Phil. Kill me now. I mean, wonderful. Wonderful. >> Yes. >> Uh, what happened to the punishment wheel, Phil? >> I got tired of it. >> You were on for one night. How did you do? We have a winner. Let us pray, Phil. Let us pray. The wheel of cheese and boots. >> Oops. Let us pray that Jim doesn't get run over by his raccoons driving the tractor that Hank so graciously taught them how to do. We need him. >> Yes. >> Amen. >> Okay. One more spin on the wheel of Phil. Phil overshares. >> Phil overshares. >> Well, what are you gonna tell too much about yourself? >> I'm going to overshare. >> You getting >> how much joy and pleasure I gave Gia four weeks ago. So, five spins on the wheel of gym and then we'll get you some drunk girl. >> Oh my god, Mrs. Pope, slap him. >> Jesus. >> DB Cooper. So, Phil, are you claiming I was not DB Cooper? >> I'm claiming you are DB Cooper, and you need to tell us where that [ __ ] money is. Well, I was 2 years old and the bag of money weighed more than I did. So, I dropped half of it and I I spent the rest of it in Vegas. >> So, >> I'm sure I'm sure it was on that ice cream truck when you were going around as a serial killer and >> as a child. >> That was right around the time where they discovered the bag of money that had flown in my hands. How much? >> Remember that little kid found it near the Columbia River. >> How much was it? >> Uh I think it was 200 something thousand. >> Yeah. >> And that little kid didn't get any of it. >> A lot of Yeah. Wow. >> Okay. I hate it when Jim and this is a Phil only one I hate it when Jim puts me on the spot all the time. >> Makes me have to think on my feet. >> And here's spin number three. Dr. Drunk is right. Phil, why was Dr. Drunk right? >> Um, I don't know what he was right about. I can't remember now what I was thinking when I did that. And number four, Phil. Why did the Seahawks suck? >> Well, they're the Seahawks. >> And finally, the fifth spin. The fifth spin. The fifth spin. F you, Jim. And that goes to NCR. NCR. Uh, do you So, I just say [ __ ] you or what? >> Yes. [ __ ] you, Jim. [ __ ] you. >> I don't know why. >> Well, folks, that's the Wheel of Jim. Thank you for participating. And thank you, Mr. Pants, for always being here for all of us and to start our day and just giving you a warning that we're starting the paperback up tomorrow morning after a week off. So, we've got a lot to catch up on. And got to read lots of stuff. Ant's got to read lots of stuff. >> Lots of stuff. >> So, we're going to go to a very special case where Gia saw this lovely woman and has decided this is the soulmate for Mr. Parson. This is the soulmate. Mr. person after watching the first five minutes of this is going to want to volunteer himself as tribute to marry this woman. >> That is said >> this woman is unbelievable. >> Somebody start somebody start writing down her ailments. Honestly, >> yes, >> this is it's that bad. >> Yes. >> Yep. >> She can do self-care while she's caring for Mr. Parson. Five. An officer in Washington was patrolling downtown when he spotted a white SUV driving the wrong way down a one-way street. The officer immediately switched on his emergency lights and pulled over the female driver. Here's what the officer did next. >> It's going down a oneway. >> You didn't know? >> And you know what's funny? I used to live here for 20 years. >> Okay. There's a sign right on that turn. Okay. >> That's funny again. I've been gone for like 10 years and I'm like I don't know what you're doing and my friends I'm like I don't know. >> Okay. Uh just let my body cam as long a recorded. Okay. So that's why I stopped it because you were going down the wrong way. >> I know. I was like uhoh. I forgot that it was. >> Yeah. Insurance. >> I know. Hey, >> you don't have Hey. Okay. And your driver license and insurance? Where are you coming from tonight or today? >> Oh, I just came from my friend's house. So, it's just >> Is this actually displaying for you guys? Cuz it reream's being weird. >> Okay. You can see it. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Cuz all I've got is a blank screen here. Reream's being weird. >> Watching her. >> How much have you had to drink today? Me? >> Nothing. >> Nothing? No. I don't drink actually. Can I can I have you take off your your your glasses? >> Okay. All right. >> Anything to smoke or anything like that today? >> I'm not sure what else you want, but >> cigarette cigarette. I don't smoke. >> I had one because I'm so stressed out. >> Okay. >> I need to prove. >> Okay. So, um if you did a voluntary breath test, it would it would show nothing. >> Okay. Like I said, I smoke and you said you didn't smoke and then and then you were like, "Oh, actually I did." >> Okay. Okay. Okay. Just sit tight. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Okay. It's okay. It's okay. I I just wanted to let you know about it. >> Sorry. >> And you said you would do a volunteer bed test. >> Yes, I am. I am. >> Now, Mr. Parson has already said pass and in favor of Mr. NCR. So >> it Mr. NCR has the opportunity the opportunity the opportunity >> to take this lovely woman as his beloved. No, >> his beloved to keep him awake every night, to keep him out of trouble, to talk to him 24/7. >> Yeah, this is a lot of therapy. >> How about No. >> No. >> How about How about volunteering to be tribute is what we have for Mr. NCR. >> Off of medication, I did not sleep. I had a problem with the food. I came in. I was up for free. I had to get up and help my friend write a parent, which I used to work for regarding that plan. >> Okay. >> CPS, you know, that >> law enforcement at night and I'm so I feel so sick. Okay. >> You want to see? >> Um >> it's literally a cigarette. So if you don't want to go ahead and do >> bloody was smelling. >> So if you don't want to go ahead and do like the walk and turn the eye stuff, we can just do the voluntary preliminary breath test and then I'll let you go on your way if that's something you Okay. I do. I'm fine. I did. I could drive in any condition. I learned to drive. I learned My father taught me how to drive when I was 10 in in uh in Alaska. >> I grew up in a gold mining camp. >> Yeah. >> And he taught me I was a pilot piloted at age 8, drove old trucks at age 10.
