Summary

This YouTube video reports on the arrest of James Freeman, detailing ten charges including domestic violence against his underage daughter and unlawful flight from law enforcement. The video discusses his bail hearing, where a $40,000 bond was set, and speculates on his inability to pay due to the loss of his YouTube channel. It also includes footage of a friend attempting to de-escalate the situation with law enforcement during the arrest.

Why it may matter: This content is relevant as it documents a significant legal incident involving a public figure within the First Amendment auditing community. The alleged crimes, particularly domestic violence and flight from law enforcement, contrast sharply with the public persona often cultivated by such creators, offering insight into potential personal issues that may arise alongside or independently of their public activism.

Welcome back, everybody. In today's video, we'll be taking a look at the breaking news. James Freeman has been arrested for six misdemeanors and four felonies. It looks like he assaulted one of his family member, his underage daughter, and then he took the police on a little chase where they had to deploy spike strips and the grappler. The charges are two counts of disorderly conduct with weapon, one count of unlawful flight from law enforcement, one count of carrying a weapon in the commission of a felony, four counts of disorderly conduct crime against child, one count of domestic violence criminal damage, and one count of domestic violence threatening. Total of 10 charges. The first thing we'll take a look at is the bail hearing or first appearance hearing, and that was live streamed on Direct D's channel. So, shout out to Direct D. He's also the one that provided me the information on these charges. And if you want to listen to the radio communications that were happening during this incident, go watch his latest live stream. You actually hear the cops saying that he pushed his daughter, his 16-year-old daughter. So, without further ado, let's take a look at his first appearance. Your name, please. James Springer. Mr. Springer, I am seeing you in 1 second, I'll go over all your charges, sir. This is the time set for initial appearance, Mr. Springer. I am seeing you on charges of unlawful flight from law enforcement, two counts of domestic domestic violence disorderly conduct, one count of using a weapon during the commission of a felony, one count of domestic violence criminal damage, four counts of disorderly conduct domestic violence, and one count of domestic violence threats and intimidation, all occurring on May 3rd of '26. Sir, this is the time set for me to go over your conditions of release. The state, sir, is asking that I impose a 50 50,000 dollar bond. Law enforcement also requested that I impose a high bond. Counsel, my inclination was a 40,000 dollar bond prior to reading the state's recommendation. Either party wish to be heard? No, your honor. I'll submit to my written recommendation. Yes, your honor. I would just like the court to be aware that he does have zero prior felony convictions. And it does appear as though they alleged the weapon the weapon allegedly involved in the offense has been given up to law enforcement, so he would not have access to that weapon. So, I would ask that he be released to pretrial services. By the way, who could have seen this coming? Absolutely everybody. I am not surprised whatsoever. This guy is joining the ranks of James Madison audits and Tyrone Terminator audits. You know, the ones who have been arrested for domestic battery. But this one is even worse because it's against his own 16-year-old daughter. Absolutely disgusting. And the thing with James Freeman is that there were some lens lickers that were speculating that maybe he was offered a Netflix deal and that's why he pulled all his channel from YouTube. That was a massive amount of cope. You can see that the guy is completely broken. It looks like he had to take down his channel probably for some legal reasons. Maybe he was facing lawsuit or criminal charges. And now we're just a few months later after he loses his channel and he completely snaps and takes it out on his own family. Let me just say that none of this is surprising. But now let's take a look at what the judge had to say. Was he going to side with the defense attorney that was asking for a bond of zero dollars just for him to be released to pretrial services or the prosecutor that was asking for 50,000? Uh given all the information in the form 4 C as well as what I received from law enforcement and pretrial services, I'm going to impose a 40,000 dollar cash secured bond. Order no firearms. Sir, if you are released at some point in time, you must surrender any firearms in your possession or ownership to EPD or PCSO within 24 hours of your release. You're to have no contact with the alleged victims, and you may not go to their residence or workplace, sir, if you do post bond or otherwise released. Your next court date, sir, will be May 14th at 1:00 p.m. Please speak to your attorney. The public defender's office will notify you whether that court date is likely to go forward. And with that, sir, you are excused. All right, jail. Thank you. So, this is interesting. Now he has to pay a 40,000 dollar bond, but he doesn't have a YouTube channel to grift anymore. So, how the hell is he going to grift for that 40 grand? Very interesting. I guess we will find out in the next couple days. And once again, this is not something that has to do with his frauditing. This is his personal life. This is what happens behind closed doors. Allegedly, he pushes his 16-year-old daughter, which is, you know, I don't even know what to say about that. Although I'm not really surprised. Let's take a look at the arrest video because when this was happening, he called one of his frauditer friend called Pigs Under Pressure. Now, of course, Pigs Under Pressure deleted that video because you wouldn't want evidence of frauditers being who they are, which is complete degenerate lunatics, right? So, he deleted that video, but luckily Direct D was able to send it to me, so now we're able to watch it. Let's take a look. I'm good, brother. How about yourself, man? You're not free to walk down there, right now? Yeah. We're >> You want to you want to cross? You want to cross? Cross that. Can I cross over? On that side? Yeah, well, it's kind of a long drop there. I would definitely say that's a long drop there. I [ __ ] cross over, be cool. As long as I can talk this dude down, bro. I know this guy. As long as you stay away from the scene and on that side, honestly, I'm fine with it. Can I go help him real quick? Help Help you guys help him? You know the guy in the car? James Springer. I know him personally. I can help you guys I can help you guys de-escalate >> No, I'm not saying no. I'm like 100% I'm not saying no. Talk to him real quick. Let me help de-escalate this, dude. Oh, wait. Please, talk to him. Let me help negotiate. His name is James Springer. James Springer. >> Yes. Did he call you? Yeah, you're good. Yeah. Let me go help, man. Talk to the sergeant. Let's talk to him quick, man. I don't want anything to escalate. Did he call you? I Just hang out here. Let me know >> please, please. If you don't mind. I know you guys grappled him. If anyone is surprised by this, I would say that they're complete massive morons. James Freeman has probably the biggest ego out of all the frauditers. Well, besides LIA, of course. But still, massive ego. And then he was doing his little impersonations of Dodge where he would go and berate people, threaten to get them fired, all that [ __ ] And now that it was all gone and he didn't have the subscriber base and the adoration that he once had, it must have completely crushed him to the point where he snapped. And you know, it's obvious that it was always going to end this way. I mean, he idolizes Gavin Seim, which is a straight-up straight-up sovereign citizen that is on the run from the police and fled to Mexico where he fraudits there as well. To be honest, I'm kind of surprised none of this happened earlier. Share this, you guys. I'm going to let the [ __ ] dogs attack him, man. I could call him, dude. I can call him and help us, you know what I mean? Or whatever we need to do. I don't want to see you guys hurt the dude. No, that's definitely not what we want. >> I'm here to prevent that. I can help prevent it right now. We're going to help prevent you guys from getting hurt and him. Everybody I'm further east away from the scene of the incident in traffic, and so I had some people walk up know Mr. Springer is back here. James Springer. More of that This guy's not giving any much info, but it sounds like James probably called him or had some type of contact with him. >> his whole family. He's asking if he could call him or something to try to assist with talking him down. He thinks he might be able to talk him down. Are you cool if we have this guy see if he can make 21 contact? Okay. All right, that sounds good. We'll let him know. No, you're all good. All right. Yeah, so Yeah, so my captain, who's over a sergeant I'm here in DPS, just the way the rank instruction is. He said no due to liability. Um let's say you call him, some bad happens, we're the ones that allowed you to call. >> Over a phone call, yeah? Everything's on the record. >> your captain's [ __ ] full of [ __ ] dude. You guys just want to hurt somebody. That's all it boils down to. Man, the frauditer logic. That is something really interesting. So, it's the cops that want to hurt people, but yet it's James Freeman's own family that called for help because he was assaulting his own 16-year-old daughter. But somehow the cops are the villain. Sure, buddy. Just tell yourself that. Holy [ __ ] it must be nice to be that delusional. And you can just make yourself believe whatever the hell you want and put your head in the sand and actually feel like you're doing the right thing. This guy is such an absolute [ __ ] I'm sure that if James Freeman pushed an old woman down the stairs in front of his eyes, he would find a way to blame it on the police. Yeah, you guys do other as you You let me assist. There he is. Yep. There he is, GUYS. JAMES, EVERYTHING'S [screaming] GOOD. THERE WE GO. There's no more threat now. Let me see. He's about to get put into custody. Once he's in custody, I'm good now, right? Once he's in Once he's in custody, I'm good then, right? You're good to what? To I'm free to move once he's in custody, right? Well, you're free >> threat is neutralized, I'm free to move, right? Well, it's still a crime scene right now. A crime scene? There's no crime scene here. You know after >> Unless you guys shoot him. Yeah, I know exactly what happened. I listened I've listened to your scanner. I listened to him on the way here. I know exactly you guys just grappled him. Do you uh Did he tell you what happened at all? I'm listening to your scanner. You guys just grappled him. >> Yeah, I'm not asking what we said. I'm asking if >> He He is now in custody. >> You have information that we don't have. >> He's now in custody. Now, it's very hard to see cuz the image is not that good. Obviously, we're dealing with fraud or footage, but he came out with his hands in the air. Once again, all that raw raw [ __ ] about fighting the cops if it's an illegal arrest, none of that happened. And once he was pinned down and his car was inoperable, he just decided to surrender. Anyways, let's take a look at the charges. Let's figure out how much time he is facing. Once again, this will be on the upper end. We're just checking at the actual number of how much years he's facing. Is he going to get anywhere close to that? I don't think so, but let's take a look. All right. So, in Arizona, disorderly conduct involving a weapon is a class six dangerous felony. So, he could get up to three years per count. He has two counts. That's assuming they would give him a consecutive sentence. Unlawful flight from law enforcement is up to 2.5 years. So, at this point, we're at 8.5. And then you have the possession of a firearm while committing the felony. And for that, he can get up to 3.75 years in prison. So, overall, he's facing like 11, 12, and that's not even counting the misdemeanors. But it is unlikely that he will get the entire amount because, you know, prosecutors are weak these days with these criminals. So, is he going to get a couple years? Who knows? I don't even want to speculate on that because anything could happen. All the misdemeanors could get dropped. Everything that has to do with domestic battery, if they don't want to testify. But the stuff with the cops, when it comes like fleeing from the cops and all that [ __ ] that's probably not going to get dropped because they have cameras. They have plenty of evidence. It's right there in your face. He obviously did it. So, he's probably going to be found guilty of that. Now, that's it for the video. Once again, not surprising one bit whatsoever. It really fits the mold of who James Freeman is. And honestly, someone like James Freeman should have been in a mental asylum with a straightjacket decades ago, not on YouTube being glorified by a bunch of unemployed losers. But it is what it is. Thank you so much for watching. Don't forget to subscribe and I'll see you guys on the next one.
