Fahey Trial Has Concluded…Prosecutor Loses It!

I just got out of court, my trial here. I call it the Fahey trial because he's the one that's on trial in the court of public opinion. But unfortunately, I am being maliciously prosecuted here today and yesterday. So today is day two. The trial has officially concluded. And there were some interesting things that happened today. So let's let's talk about it. But before I talk about it, please take a second and hit that like button right down below and share this video any way you can on social media to expose the injustice here and corrupted it to the world. So day two of the trial, yesterday we wrapped it up. Uh there was a lot of witnesses called yesterday, a lot of the Groton rotten police officers were called to the stand. Today, the prosecution, led by State's Attorney John Fahey, who absolutely lost it and we'll get into that a little later. Um it's very interesting. And you guys listen really quickly because I know a lot of people don't watch the entire live stream. >> [music] >> Uh but really quickly, the video will be coming out part day one of my trial will be releasing tomorrow night. It'll be premiering for the world to see on my channel tomorrow night at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, it will be premiering on my channel day one of the trial and day two will be premiering on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. I will be in the live chat to discuss with you guys. You not You're not going to want to miss it, that's for sure. Uh especially after what happened today. So the prosecution called Eric Daigle from the Daigle Law Firm today. And Eric Daigle is the If you guys have seen the video, I posted it on my channels when I spoke to Mr. Daigle, Attorney Daigle, regarding He was hired by the town of Groton to investigate the officers, my internal affairs complaint. So as you know, I went to the Groton Police Department, I I an internal affairs complaint um on the officers involved there and the town of Groton hired attorney Daigle from the Daigle Law Group. Attorney Daigle is a former Connecticut State Trooper which I found out today and he is a former police defender in civil court. So I do not have much hope for Mr. Daigle's findings in this case. Seems to me that Mr. Daigle is in the business of defending law enforcement officers who engage in misconduct and not exposing the truth. It's a hour-long encounter and it's been over a year now. Mr. Daigle has not produced findings. I asked him while he was leaving the courthouse today when those findings will be produced and he didn't have an answer. So the reason why the prosecution brought up attorney Daigle was to say that I recorded I will leave a link to the description I'll leave a link in the description of the video where I did an interview because I'm an innocent man. I Mr. Daigle reached out to me attorney Daigle reached out to me for during his investigation and he asked me to do an interview with him for the investigation. I said sure no problem. We set up a zoom. I recorded that zoom. Attorney Daigle had advised me that he was not giving me permission to record the zoom and I told him that I understood that he wasn't giving me permission to record the zoom and I recorded the zoom. I never once told him despite what States Attorney Fahey and States Attorney Fahey that's his office right there just so you guys know. So wave high and he definitely watches my live streams because he mentions them in court which was interesting. So I appreciate the support of States Attorney Fahey. I appreciate all the supports from the support from the viewership from all the Faheys here. I really appreciate your support to the channel. Just make sure you hit that like button down below. I appreciate that. So you called attorney Eric Daigle to try and discredit me. He tried to get him to testify that I told him I wouldn't record our interview and I did it anyway. Basically I lied to him but that never happened. I never once lied to Attorney Daigle, and that came out in trial that I told him I understood he didn't want he didn't give me permission to record it and he didn't want me to record it. That's it. Um that was really the substance of his There was a couple more questions in there, but he uh he rested the state's attorney, John Fahey, rested his case. I then called myself as a witness. When you're representing yourself pro se, it's a little weird because you can't ask yourself the questions and then, you know, you're not going to run back and forth to the podium and the witness box and, you know, ask yourself questions back and forth. Uh so, it was basically me just giving a narrative, right? And I had my questions that I my topics that I wanted to cover in front of me. Um and I thought I did a bang-up job. I thought I did great. I spoke the truth. I spoke truth to power. And I did not back down. I told the judge exactly what happened. I told the judge that I did see the private road signs. Yes, judge, we could have saved a lot of time here today. I saw the private road. I saw the dead end no turnaround sign. And that applied, as I understand it then, as the same way as I understand it today. It applies to vehicles. The no trespassing sign was never seen by me or the police officers, the multiple police officers who walked up and down. And, you know, it's it is what it is. I testified and um I clarified my record. I clarified a lot of things to the judge. I spoke directly. I looked right at the judge and I spoke directly to the judge. And I think he really heard me. Um I think he is going to be a fair judge in this case, and I think that he will um come to the logical and lawful conclusion that I am not guilty of criminal trespass in the third degree. Now, when Mr. Fahey, state's attorney Fahey, rather, was cross-examining me after I gave my direct testimony, he lost it. I don't know if he was trying to trigger me. Like State's Attorney Fahey, I know you're watching this. You're in your office watching this. I don't know if you were genuinely just unhinged. Maybe it has to do with the last name. I don't know. But, you came off looking really bad in that video on that cross-examination. You You were trying to stir something up that he can't stir up. He's like, "He has animosity You have animosity with You have animosity with Mr. Fahey, don't you?" I don't have any animosity towards him. I have a disdain for his conduct, his criminal conduct. Not I have nothing for spitting in my face like a little You're so Like I don't want to say it, but you know what he is. Um He's like, "What did you mouth to Mr. Fahey in court?" I mouthed a lot of things in court. I like to repeat things and and try and get it in my head. So, if I did mouth anything, it wasn't directed at Mr. Fahey, but I guess the video will be the judge of that tomorrow when it comes out at 7:00 p.m. But, he lost it. He was going crazy. Answer the question, Mr. Reyes. You better answer the question. Judge, tell him to answer the question. I'm like, "I'm answering the question." It's because of your animosity and this and that and and you have a conviction on your record and you went to the Connecticut State Police looking for Mr. Fahey, didn't you? You mentioned that it was possible you could have seen him. So, you wanted to see him. And I was like, "No. I said it was possible for me to see him because he works at Connecticut State Police Headquarters and I went back there for a totally different purpose. Mr. Fahey came and waved to me and antagonized me just like Mr. Fahey here. I told him, "Calm down, counselor. Be polite because these people they cannot get out of their own way. They are so so so so overconfident and their egos are so big and they think they're so powerful and they think that they're unstoppable and untouchable in a court of law and above the law and everything else, but I will never never back down to a tyrant. Never. Whether it's a state's attorney, whether it's a Connecticut State Police sergeant, a police chief, a district attorney, whoever it is, I will never. He said, "You're not a real journalist. You didn't You didn't vet that Fahey stole overtime." I said, "He I alleged it and I unfortunately, I can't get the actual proof because the state of corrupticut won't give me his time sheets. Why is that? Why wouldn't they give me his time sheets that I requested over a year ago? Seems to me like they have something to hide. I don't know if State's Attorney Fahey has personal animosity towards me. He mentioned that I read a comment on a live stream yesterday. That, you know, neither here nor there, but so he definitely watches, but I just hope he hits the like button. That's all I said. But he was just an unhinged animal today in court. I don't know, maybe when you watch the video tomorrow at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on my channel, maybe you will see it differently. Maybe maybe, but the camera doesn't lie, does it? The camera does not lie and it won't lie for Mr. Fahey, State's Attorney Fahey, and how he disgraced his office. He disgraced himself. He disgraced this court behind me. And his closing, cuz after he cross-examined me and he wants to make it about a conviction I had 15 years ago and since that conviction state's attorney Fahey, I have been invited to speak at police departments command staff meetings, conducted ride-alongs, done trainings alongside police departments. I have also done trainings alongside district attorney's offices. I [music] have worked with law enforcement to bridge the gap. I have brought law enforcement officers on my channel to speak truth to power, multiple law enforcement officers and for the law enforcement officers out there who support me, I appreciate you. If you don't, that's your right. But there's so many law enforcement officers out there who support what I do, who know that former Sergeant Brian Fahey is an animal. He should You're going to hear tomorrow when the video comes out that I said, "You're not on I'm not the one on trial here." But I technically am. But that's because subconsciously, I don't feel like I'm the one on trial. This trial is the Sergeant Brian former Sergeant Brian Fahey trial. He might have skirted accountability because he got a protector, not a prosecutor, to not charge him with disorderly conduct and not felony threatening, not any of the other statutes that John Fahey, you know you could have charged him with. And you know if it was me, you would have gladly charged me with each and every one of them, wouldn't you, John? Wouldn't you? But because you want to protect the evil corrupt unhinged individuals with a badge, you charged him with disorderly conduct for threatening me with a firearm, spitting in my face, and assaulting me. But it's all good because you can't run from accountability in a federal court system. Brian Fahey already lost qualified immunity in my first in my first lawsuit against him and as soon as this case is over, I will be He said to the He He asked me, "You You threatened to file another lawsuit after this case is over, didn't you, Mr. Reyes?" And I told attorney Fahey, "I didn't threaten to file a lawsuit. I said I was going to file the lawsuit, and I will. And after in his summation, his closing arguments, he's like, "Judge, a lot has been said in this courtroom about the no trespassing sign and how it was in the brush and wasn't clearly visible. This case isn't about the no trespassing sign." >> [laughter] >> I bring it together. "This case isn't about the no trespassing sign, Judge. The animosity" Again, he's saying things he's stating facts that are not in evidence. "The animosity between Mr. Reyes and former Sergeant Brian Fahey is so palpable that he should have known he wasn't licensed or privileged to knock on the door." I brought up Florida v. Jardines, a Supreme Court case, and this state attorney, John Fahey, like, "Where'd you get your law license, man?" He's like, "A Florida court doesn't bind this court." "Florida state Florida v. Jardines is a Supreme Court case that damn sure binds this court, States Attorney Fahey." It's Just because it has Florida in the case doesn't mean it's a case from Florida. Oh, man, this guy. You know what? When you're on the side of righteous, when you're on the side of truth, when you're on the side of accountability, transparency, I have nothing to fear. Yes, could a lawyer Couldn't have an attorney done a better job during this trial? I'm sure they could have. I am not an attorney, but I did hire A lot of people have been making I've I've not a lot, but I've seen some comments saying, um you know, you raised money for an attorney. I still hired attorneys. You have to understand this. I hired my cameraman's attorney, and I hired my attorney. I've spent well over $20,000 on attorneys at this point. And they still helped me. You think I was just going to what? Just wing it? Of course I had attorneys that were going to support what I to help me behind the scenes, right? Of course. I'm not stupid. >> [laughter] >> Uh this case is an easy case to win, but I'm still not that stupid. I had multiple attorneys from Connecticut who helped me behind the scenes and had helped advise me in this case. Um a lot of them suggested I didn't testify, but I am glad that I did. I think I did an amazing job on the stand today because I spoke the truth. I spoke truth to power, and they hated it. They hated it. Especially State's Attorney Fahey. The coward who protects law enforcement officers, who protects law enforcement officers from misconduct, from criminality. You don't enforce the law, State's Attorney Fahey. You only enforce the law when it's against somebody that you don't want to protect. If it's not someone with a badge and a gun, you will prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. If they have a badge and a gun, you will give them sweetheart deals, won't you, State's Attorney Fahey? So, the judge, he was very well tempered, um very thoughtful. I think he took a lot of notes. Um he is going to be he is going to um uh deliberate and review all the evidence and review um a memorandum of law that I handed him at the end of the at the conclusion of trial, and he will be providing a verdict in this case in the coming weeks. It will be sometime after August 27th. I do not know the exact date yet. I will come on a live stream and tell you guys the exact date. We have 6,300 people here watching. So, in his summation, he said it's not about the no trespassing sign, Judge. It's about the private road sign. Mr. Reyes admitted to this court that he saw the private road sign. He saw it. And I testified that I saw the sign. I opened up my eyes and I saw the sign. But, that sign does not revoke my implied license or a consent to do a knock and talk. I cannot believe this man is an attorney. How do you not know about implied consent to do a knock and talk? Or what are we going to arrest Girl Scouts? He said, "The implied consent" He really says this and you'll see the video. He said, "The implied consent, your honor, is meant for delivery vehicles and utility workers. Not Girl Scout" No, he didn't say that, but obviously, he's implying it's not meant for Girl Scouts, it's not meant for Jehovah Witnesses, solar panel salesman, or independent journalists asking questions about a corruption story. Now, State's Attorney Fahey, if a Girl Scout troop leader were to knock on or political canvasser, somebody trying to get votes, or Jehovah Witness or the solar panel guy knocked on Brian Fahey's door, would you be prosecuting them so fervently today in court? No, you wouldn't, would you? It's because you, sir, have animosity towards me. This is why you're maliciously prosecuting me. And he goes on in his summation about this in private road He should have known based on this animosity that I proved that I didn't prove there was really any animosity because Mr. Reyes I testified that there was no animosity. I I truly don't have any animosity towards Brian Fahey. I just hope that he gets what he deserves. I hope he receives accountability one day. And if he doesn't, that is what it is. I don't I don't spit in people's faces. I'm not going to take the law into my own hands like former Sergeant Brian Fahey. I am not a criminal like Sergeant former former Sergeant Brian Fahey. I did my summation. I said everything that I needed to say. You will see it on this channel. And then after the case was done, the judge said he's going to deliberate. I am going to be occupied till October 27th. And he will make his ruling after that. August. August 27th. Sometime after August 27th, you will find me guilty or not guilty on the charge of criminal trespass in the third degree. I'll have to come back up here to Killingly, Connecticut, Corrupticut, very far away. I'm glad. I hope I never have to see this town again. Even though I love the people here. If you're from Killingly and I met you, I love you. Love you. But I'm not trying to drive all the way up here anymore. It has been one hell of a ride. But only one more time to do it. Um I don't think the judge would do that. I think this judge is very thoughtful. I think he's intelligent. I think that he did a good job uh managing the trial. Um I don't agree with all of his I don't agree with everything the judge did, but people can agree to disagree, right? But, at the end of the trial was concluded, I told State Attorney Feahy as we were walking to his I was walking to the elevator, he was walking to his office, and I told him, "I bet you love that you have absolute immunity, don't you, Mr. Feahy, because you would be named in that lawsuit right along your non-relative Feahy, right along the rotten police officers, right along with everyone else that I'm going to hold accountable the right way in a court of law for their constitutional rights violations." Got another super chat here. So, the prosecutor acknowledges Feahy had premeditated animosity and wanted to do harm to you that that you should have been aware of. I am nobody appreciates super chat. I believe he was trying to make the point that there was animosity and that he that I should have known that I wasn't licensed or privileged to knock on the door. I don't think that's really like a legal standard. He's just throwing stuff against the wall and hoping something sticks at this point. Um but again, he showed he showed no no no evidence of animosity on my part. He showed quite Wait. Let's be clear. He did introduce evidence that there was animosity and criminality, but he didn't he didn't show anything on my part. We seen the video when Feahy was in his pink shirt. He grabbed me. He broke my camera. The thug. The coward. Never do that. He would I wonder why he hasn't assaulted me since he's lost that badge of his. I wonder why. You've seen me since, right, Feahy? You've You've me since. Every time you see me normally, you assault me or pull a gun on me and and both or both. But now when you see me, you just give me dirty looks. Why don't you Why aren't you? Absolute absolute immunity. So, no matter what type of misconduct this tyrant engages in here behind me, I can't sue him." So, I told him, "I bet you're happy that you got absolute immunity so you can hide away from this lawsuit, this federal civil rights lawsuit." And he's like, "You're going to keep talking to me, Mr. Raase?" Yeah, I'm going to keep talking to you. And then his his bodyguard, the one that kicked out my friend yesterday from the courthouse, his assistant state's attorney, he says, "Hey, hey, don't come inside here." As I'm walking to the elevator, he's like, "Don't come inside the state's attorney's office." These people think they're so tough because they hide behind badges, whether it's their own badge or somebody else's badge, like the marshal's badge here. They're only tough when they're hiding behind a badge. And I'm a non-violent person. I'm peaceful. I like to de-escalate situations. I do not [music] want to escalate.
