[music] >> One minute, everybody. One minute. And not quite. We'll give it a minute or two for everyone to file in here. 49 people in the house. Hello, everybody, and welcome. Uh yeah, it's another one of those days. I'd like to dedicate a moment to tomatoes. Oh, sure. >> For his dedication to brain-melting, brain-itching content that he is tireless in giving us, you know, shorts to watch so that we don't have to. Uh thank [laughter] you, the tomatoes. Thank you. >> on our Uh just to clarify, on our Discord server, he does snippets of every live stream of Julie Yes. >> and points out if he says anything that matters. So, And he requests Zoe's stat at emergency times in order to recover the brain melt. Yes. Yes. Thank you, tomatoes. Thank you, tomatoes. Obviously, um I guess we are the center of someone's attention again, but I'm confused >> Oh, Canada. Cuz cuz we were canceled, but okay. This is I'm giving myself cuz we are not we are not going to participate in this [ __ ] with him. I'm giving 1 minute left. [clears throat] >> One minute. One minute. One minute of my time to be spent on this issue. Uh Today, I guess he started his latest stream. I don't know. I don't watch him. His latest video, I got a heads-up with a two, three-minute discussion of us and something about not covering his big win in court. Uh we did. We did at the end of the show on uh April 1st, we went through it, and we basically read the decision or the decision. He got his hearing win. That's it. Uh I have not done any news articles this week since Wednesday cuz I do have company here. It's a big holiday, and I'll be catching up tonight or tomorrow to get the thing out. It's silly. You want someone to play with? Well, you can continue to play with yourself cuz we're done. Uh Yeah, that's all I have to say to you, Mr. Man from the North. Just keep it up. Do what you're doing, and thank you for the views. And that was 1 minute. So, uh if you guys have anything to say about it, there. It's It's Here Here's the official churches uh stance on it. >> [music] >> Uh Gia, I guess this means we're not canceled. So, I don't know. Uh yeah, he had that motion, that hearing win making you go into you have to you have to appear at the hearing. So, that's a big win, I guess, Randy. Uh Mr. Newman said in side chat, but I'm not allowed to talk about the Well, I can talk about the case. I'm just not talking about the person. Uh Mr. NCR, anything to add on this? I can give two [ __ ] about what's going on, honestly. Okay. Uh Gia, this means apparently, since he keeps bringing us up, I guess we're not canceled. So, what do you think? All that time I wasted on interviews. Thank you very much. Yes. Yes. Yes. >> Yeah. Yes. Thank you. >> Yeah. Thank you for that beautiful new suit I bought. Thank you. >> Yeah. Uh in fact, uh you know what? >> by the way, it has a very nice plunging neckline. I'm sure you would have gotten the job, too. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Uh just just to add, today we've been very busy with posting uh documents. Uh there's a ton either on our server or over on Merb's server in our document dumps area and in his curated area. Uh Mr. Newman has been busy. I think he two of his the two Reed cases are were finally dismissed. Uh I guess they came to an agreement on those. And uh a ton of updates with a bunch of other stuff going on. The schedule for the paper it well, we're going to have a uh clearinghouse tomorrow, so I'm going to be able to work on some tonight and work on it throughout the day. We're still going to have the uh the main deadline's 8:00 Sunday morning for the podcast to go out. So, I may keep Pants busy all day tomorrow cuz we've got at least three stories, probably four, to get to. Uh So, we're going to get a bunch of stuff out tomorrow. I honestly don't care if they get views or not. And that's the just one thing to add. We The story itself that he didn't like, it had 200-something views. It bombed. It bombed. It It It didn't do very many views. It's added another 100, but if he had just shut his mouth, just shut his mouth, it would have not gone anywhere. It wouldn't have all these people talking about it. Yep. Serves you right. It bombed. Serves you right, bastard. >> it was a nothingburger that he's all like uh a gaga over. But again, that's Friday night in the 1 minute. Uh Pants can can hit me with a wet noodle uh sometime overnight. Yes, Pants, yeah. Sure, you can do that. Uh you'll have to fly in on Easter, though, cuz someone has to wear the Easter Bunny outfit. Uh yes, we'll have another we'll have people over on Sunday, too, so This is the most exciting we've had >> truck rally. Right after the monster truck rally at the fairgrounds. Yeah, this is the most exciting we've had since a while, and uh yeah, it's also a really tough time cuz it's 1-year anniversary of my dad's passing. Wow, I'm sorry to hear that. Yeah, next Friday. >> Wow. Yeah, I'm taking next Friday off just in case. Rest in peace, Mr. Finch. Rest in peace. Yeah. So, uh if we get no production out of me next Friday, well, you can all well, anyone who complains can go off themselves cuz I'm not going to be very well next Friday. >> it. I know where you're coming from. I have a few days this year coming up that I'm going to have to take off myself. Right. So, Phil's already agreed to stand in, so you'll have Pope Phil show next Friday. I'm sure it'll be fine. Our other >> Don't abuse me. Don't abuse me. Our other big news is our marathon this month. Tomatoes is on the 15th. That's right. We're having a tax day marathon where you can torture me after you get tortured by the IRS. So, we'll be going from noon to 8:00. Hey, great and hey, everybody else. Uh noon to 8:00 and yeah, you can you can go Yeah. And then Phil takes 8:00 to 9:00 and all will be right in the world again. That's right, folks. All will be right in the world. Uh I ain't got no news today cuz I ain't been seeing nothing. I've got some of the the the Reed cases, which I'm sure nobody cares about, but they like I said, we're finally done. Uh and that's about it. We got cases that nobody else really cares about. Nothing new on Chili so far. He did say, "Thank you, Tomatoes." that he had some sort of arrangement or will have a video arrangement [clears throat] in the Ironton case at sometime in the future in order to get his warrant squashed. He's also attempting to get his warrant quashed in Oklahoma. He is demanding that one be quashed as well. >> Because of running for governor? Because he's running for >> Uh I guess or running from the cops or whatever he is. That's that. >> Oh, yeah. He's going to win. Oh, yeah. Uh Yep. Now, coming up right after NCR gives his news, we're going to go into the brackets. We have the semi-final or the quarterfinals of the most annoying uh related first amendment auditor related thing. Uh we've got this round ready to go. Uh yeah, that's my my voice. Uh that's my real voice. Now, this is my professional voice, but this is what I sound like most of the day and Pope Phil can tell you about that. Yes, I can. It's really [ __ ] annoying, Jim. It's really >> love talking about this. >> [laughter] >> You know, I keep telling you guys we need to take away those helium tanks out of his office, but no. I can't do it. I'm not trained and have We need to because helium's going up in price. We could sell that on the black market for a pretty penny. That's right. That's right. So, anyway, uh No, and no. We We will need some votes from side chat cuz we do have a couple of very close races including Pope Phil >> Vote for me. Vote for me. Vote for me. Vote for me. Uh the Grifties website Oh, great. See, Anthony, that happens every year. Uh they they clear it two or three times a year, so who needs? I mean, it happened I've followed it for 4 years now and every year that happens at least once. So, it it's just it's a gag. It's they take your money for your nominations and then they just clear it again. So, you have to pay again. So, it's a grift. I think that's part of the joke. Anyhoo, NCR, do you have any news for us today? I have three stories. First up, Liberty Troll went live today after a bit of technical difficulty on his first live stream. He went live for a second time where he announced the outcome of an interaction that happened I believe it was earlier this week or possibly late last week where he got into an incident with a construction worker outside of a dispensary. He announced on his live stream today that that particular employee has been let go from his place of employment. He said that they had told him it was because he was wearing a company shirt and acted in a manner that was unprofessional, bringing shame to the company, so they decided to let him go. He decided to take that as a bit of a victory. In other related news to that, Fappa has announced that on a community post if he would get 3,000 likes, he would doxx an individual he pepper sprayed as well. Achieving that, he went live and gave out the gentleman's name, showing his Facebook page, his LinkedIn, and what school district he works for. Apparently, the gentleman in question who he pepper sprayed, which sparked controversy in the anti-auditing world, decided to Well, I shouldn't say decided, but he he he confronted him. He did not raise his hands to him. He didn't touch him in any way, and Fappa pepper sprayed him. Well, of course. Now, Fappa could be facing charges for that and with the recent live stream, he could be facing charges in Pennsylvania of doxxing, harassing, and possibly stalking. Oh, good. And in last bit of news we have, the Tyrant Terminator decided to do it yet again. He went back to another rec center in in uh >> [clears throat] >> Excuse me, something's stuck in my throat. in Illinois to film around there to exercise his first amendment rights. Coming across an ice skating rink inside of the rec center, he began to speak to two gentlemen. He then entered a room with a woman setting up for a class who he decided to make uncomfortable. She decided to leave and get her supervisor, which he tried to play off as, "Well, she didn't tell me she was, you know, afraid or intimidated or uncomfortable." When she is up into a corner and very stunned and is looking at you and you're mumbling to yourself, I beg to differ. Right. He then also began to walk down the halls, finding two classrooms set up for children, and decided to try to film inside the windows on the doors. What a great guy. One person seeing that decided to stand in front of the window, and then a colleague decided to get some construction paper and tape up on the door window. At that point, he went to the supervisor and told them that he needs to tell them to take it down because it's a fire hazard. If he won't do it, he will then contact the fire department and have them be paid paying fines for not doing so. He then goes to a second classroom right next door trying to film again, and you can hear one of the women yell, "No, you're not doing that." Stands in front of the windows. They try to block the windows yet again, and then he goes and gets a They call one of their supervisors and ask them to call the police. The police do not show up. He leaves claiming a victory after filing a FOIA request and making the women feel uncomfortable with him trying to film children. Oh, wow. This is not the first time he has done something like this. There was the incident I believe it was in January where he tried he tried to film special need special needs adults at a rec center, which I covered, and well, people really didn't care for that from both sides. I mean, the most vulnerable people in our society are those who are special needs and children, and we must protect them. I would go to jail. I would go to jail protecting those children. Yep. I would punch that guy in the nuts for filming those children. That's what I'd do. That's just me. Now, I will say this, I I I do not care if you film outside of a building on a traditional public forum. I don't care if you're allowed to film inside there, but when you're trying to film children and special needs adults, I'm sorry, you're just You're just a bit of a creep and a scumbag in my opinion. That's just my personal opinion. You're a piece of [ __ ] You're a piece of [ __ ] That's the official stance of the church. You you are a piece of [ __ ] My opinion does not reflect the views of this channel. It's just me speaking my mind with my first amendment rights and how I feel. Uh you reflect the views of the channel. He's a scumbag [ __ ] Yes. Yep. I'm exercising my my first amendment rights to free speech and freedom of religion. The official stance of the church is you're a scumbag, douchebag, [ __ ] Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. I would go to jail and Phil would bail me out. I would be in there with you. Yep. >> We We really don't have a lot of news going on this week. It's mostly been a lot of recaps of stuff that's been going on with ongoing cases other than the whole thing with Lana doing her interview about her attack, but we covered that this week already. >> Right. Well, folks, we're going to move on to the semi-finals of the most annoying auditing-related personality. And if you can see on the screen, we've got uh couple of blowouts uh and one that's really close. So, let's start with Turtle Boy versus Silence Boy. Turtle Boy Silence Boy, and let's start with Mr. NCR. I'm going to have to go Turtle Boy with the antic that he pulled during the re-trial and all of his past shenanigans, I I have to say Turtle Turtle Boy. How about you, Gia? Okay, let's go on to Phil. Come back to Gia. Turtle Boy. Turtle Boy. Uh you're you're here? Okay, Turtle Boy too. >> Turtle Boy. Yep. Uh Philip, Turtle or Silence? I got to go with Turtle. Got to go with Turtle. What a creep. What a creep. No self-awareness at all. Okay, folks, you know what to do. Side chat, please put Turtle or uh Turtle or Silence Boy in side chat. Uh we're going to knock these out and then again, we'll put the voting up uh probably tomorrow and it will go till Tuesday for the quarterfinals or for Yeah. Yeah, for the quarterfinals. So, we got one in for Turtle Boy, two for Turtle Boy. Uh Yeah, exciting stuff tonight, folks. Exciting stuff. You know what? Something I've always found funny. What? >> What? You know what a Cajun term is for uh turtle meat? No. Cooter. Cooter. Okay, then. I'll let you have fun with that, Phil. Okay. Uh so far three more votes for Turtle Boy. Uh yeah, I mean, we're going to call it in a second. It's 26 to 9 right now. I don't think Unless 30 people come in and start voting for Silence Boy. I mean, I don't think it's going to happen. Yeah, we're going to lock that one in. Silence Boy loses 26 to 9. Okay, next up we have Clash with Bow versus Denver Metro Audits. And for those who don't know who Bow is, >> Don't. Well, he's only 93% creepy tonight. That's it. >> Jim. That's 93% creepy. >> I I I swear I hate you sometime. Ah. >> [laughter] >> And and he loves us, so so you know that. Uh folks, He's a channel member of mine. Uh folks, get your votes in side chat. Uh Clash with Bow or DMA. Let's go around the panel. Let us start with uh with Gia. Clash with Bow or DMA. Oh, uh Adolescent Boy. Adolescent Boy. Uh So, that's DMA? Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Uh Phil, I got to go with the cardigan. I got to go with the cardigan. Denver Metro cardigan. Yep. And >> Mama's boy. Mama's boy. NCR, I find them both quite annoying, but the most annoying in my opinion has got to be Bow. I'm sorry. The the stuff that you do with that graphic annoying and I hate it. I'd smash my own monitor, but then I got to buy a new one. Yeah, we've got uh looks like uh Bad Jim. Bad Jim. Uh DMA or Jim? Uh four for DMA, one for Bow so far. Uh Get them in. Get them in. Get them in. Hot hot hike. So, 1 + 4 is 23. Uh yeah, I'm saying uh too much. Going to get yelled at by Canada. Uh we're just going to go. It's It's 23 Uh yeah, he's not going to come back here. 23 to 12 final score. That sets up next round officially Turtle Boy versus Denver Metro Audits, folks, for the semi-finals. Uh now we have the case of Liberty Troll versus Long Island Audit. Uh get your votes in side chat. Let's go around starting with NCR. NCR, how do you think on this one? Well, I find them again both annoying. I can tolerate Zach when he's not amped up. I can tolerate him when he's just normally talking, but LIA, just something about him just I just I do not like him. I I don't think he's genuine and again with his past shenanigans, LIA. Okay, Phil. You know, only one of um uh strikes my violent tendencies gag reflex and that would be LIA. So, I'm going with LIA. And finally, Miss Gia. LIA or Liberty Troll? Marker Beard. Well, that's LIA. Marker Beard. >> Okay. Yep. LIA. Hold on, I just There we go. >> I can I can watch one of Zach's live streams and not like I can get mad and frustrated, but not to the point of wanting to break stuff. But when it's LIA, it's just I'm sorry. I feel like I need to go and start smashing something. Yep, you know, you just really want to just punch him in the face. You just You just really want to punch him in the face. Okay, well, we're going to call it LIA moves on to the semi-finals. Finally, in the closest match-up we have tonight, Mr. Pope Field II is taking on Jason Gutterman. The only three votes separate them. And wow. And all of them And all of them are the Jason Gutterman, a Jason Gutterman, and Jason Gutterman. That's right. Uh so, since we only have two votes on panel, please put in Jason Gutterman or Pope Field in side chat. Hey, Karen. Hey, Karen. Hey, Karen. Hey, Karen. Hey, Karen. Hey, Karen. Hey, Karen. Hey, Karen. Hey, Karen. Well, uh so Gia, Jason Gutterman or Pope Field is most annoying? Phil is like the king of annoying. He is >> [laughter] >> He is His His relationship is like a rose. >> [laughter] >> His wife is the flower and he is the thorn. >> [laughter] >> That is beautiful. Isn't it? It's beautiful. It's like every thorn has a sad song. Every thorn has a rose. Yes. It's a song. It's a song. Yeah, by Kelly Rowland. Uh miss Mr. >> [laughter] >> Mr. NCR. Uh Pope or Jason Gutterman? Dearly beloved. >> [laughter] >> You're pushing it, Phil. You're pushing it. Like you annoy me with that. >> [laughter] >> I could be I could be a jerk to you, Phil. You could. >> a friend and I know how much you want to get a win. Yes. And I could be persuaded. I gave you an envelope full of free appetizers. That is true. So, I'll go Phil because he gave me free apps. Yep. And I bribed you with strippers. Uh Brad is voting as well. True. The the trouble is uh our side chat doesn't agree. Jason Gutterman takes this round. Pope Field has been eliminated. That sets up >> [laughter] >> That sets up Long Island versus Jason Gutterman in the semi-finals. Now, over on the other side, again, please vote. This one is very close. Leroy Truth versus J-Town Press. Uh Truth or Press? Just put it in side side chat. Uh let's go with NCR. Leroy Truth or the J-Town Press? I have to go Leroy Truth. His antics are alone are enough, but he's also cringe when he goes to the the city council meetings with his harmonica cord. Oh God. It's cringe. Miss Gia, what do you feel? Uh Leroy Truth or J-Town Press? >> know who either of these people are, but J-Town Press, the name just annoys me, so I'm going with that. Okay, and finally Mr. Pope Phil, Mr. Pope Phil, Mr. Pope Phil. I'm breaking the tie. I'm breaking the tie. And the truth is I'm breaking the tie. The truth is I'm breaking the tie. So, okay, so it is 15 to 14 J-Town Press. It wasn't a tie. Uh let's get it side chat. Let's see >> panel it was a tie. On the panel it was a tie. Okay. Side chat we've got a J-Town, we've got a Press, we've got a Truth, and we've got a Leroy. Uh get them in, folks. Get them in. We need a couple more votes. And then What makes What makes Leroy What makes Leroy the most annoying is the dude has a is a talented pianist. Yes. He could have a successful career. And instead he does this annoying [ __ ] I mean I mean think about it. You go to your city council meeting, you want to address an issue like potholes or you know a a levy that you don't want to get passed. And then you got to deal with him and his motley crew of morons that go around and make a mockery of it. And then he'll stand up at the podium with a harmonica or start playing the the national anthem or the Star-Spangled Banner and accuse people of things without doing any real research. Without living there. Yeah, without living there. That's See, the auditors that go to their own city council, fine. The ones you come to from out of other communities like Reagan going to Denver's city council meeting, [ __ ] you. You don't live there. What? No. No, that's where you're wrong. She lives in Denver. She lives in >> Englewood. Englewood then. Englewood. Yes. Englewood. Yeah, you can't speak unless you live there, right? No. >> No, you can't. No, you can. You can. Oh, okay. Okay. But there are some cities that are making it where if you live in the town you get priority calling to the podium and if there's any time left they'll give it to out-of-towners. Okay. Yeah. No. Uh let's see. Parsons out of show city can't hear anything. I just wanted to leave a like and name the great There you go. Well, I hope Mr. Parson that you have a wonderful show and that you uh come back not empty-handed. We may even send a bride for you in a little bit. Yeah, he's chopping trees down today. Like He's like He's like Johnny Appleseed today. He's like chopping trees down on the chat. Uh we're on to Josh Abrams versus Reagan Benson. Reagan Benson versus Josh Abrams. Uh who do you have? Gia, Reagan, or Josh? Oh. That thing. That creature that that uh >> to be more specific. Okay. Uh the uh The male or the female? the the chewing cow thing. The Yeah, that. Yeah. Yeah. Uh get them side chat, folks. Josh or Reagan. Uh Mr. Pope Phil, what do you got? I got to go with Josh. I got to go with Josh. [ __ ] [ __ ] that's yes. Uh Mr. NCR, Reagan or Josh Abrams? I'm going to go Abrams. I I I watched the uh prank call stuff he did before. It's just annoying. It's juvenile. Plus he has a dog named Gia. Yeah, that's annoying. We've got one vote for Reagan Benson in side chat. This one's not going to be close, but give it another minute or so. Uh vote for Abrams, a vote for Josh. There we go. And a vote for Parson being wet. So >> Yes. Yes. Yes. Uh this one's going to end up going to Mr. There's another Josh. There we go. Uh yeah, we're going to give this one to Reagan Benson. Submit scores. That puts Oh, this is a good one. J-Town Press versus Reagan Benson in the semi-finals. So we have representation there. That's right. Representation. A progressive show. Yes, very progressive. Uh Now we're on to the worst I mean the the best category on the board. We've got Mr. DeCastro versus Mr. Canada. So either Canada or Chile. Put your vote in the side chat. Let's go on to Mr. NCR for the first vote. Uh who do you got? Uh Canada or Chile? You know, I'm I'm not picking sides on this, but I'm going with Chile because the fact that he ran amok in my home state and claims to be Latino, but does not really respect the culture. I got to go with it. It's annoying me. Uh Gia, what do you feel? Chile or Canada? >> D zero. And finally Mr. Pope Phil, Mr. Pope Phil, Mr. Pope Phil. What do you got? Oh, Canada. I am very petty. Uh let's see. You got one for Chile, one for Canada, one for Chile. Three We got four for or five Yeah, four for Chile, one for Canada. This one's not >> Oh, by the way. By the way. Um DTF St. Louis, the new series with Jason Bateman, is hysterical and worth a watch. It's fabulous. It's a great cast. It's fabulous. Yeah, just No. Yep. Uh our final category, and this one's another close one, folks. Fappa versus Irish Demon. Fappa versus Irish Demon. Who do you got? Gia, Fappa or Irish Demon is most annoying? Who the hell is Irish Demon? Okay then. Uh Mr. Pope Phil, Mr. Pope Phil, and Mr. Pope Phil the second. Uh who do you got? Fappa or Irish Demon? Demon. And finally Mr. NCR News Network making new Fappa. Uh stick them in side chat, folks. This one's still really close. Uh thank you, Parson. Can we marry and dearly beloved >> No. God, no. No. Jim, no. No. No, he asked a question. There's a difference. Uh We're not doing that. No. I I will I will destroy the office. I will I will need legal representation. There will be There will be There will be fire and brimstone. Uh we've got one for Fappa. So we are close. We are within striking distance here. Irish Demon or Fappa. Get them side chat. Get them side chat. Get them side chat. And we'll marry him off to somebody else later when he's trying to sleep. So there you go. >> Yes. Yeah. You're horrible, horrible, Jim. You know that? Well, we take the five bucks. We got I'm not giving the five bucks back. I'm not giving Uh here's one for Demon. Here's one for Fappa. Uh Parson says no fixing stupid [ __ ] Our great granny says Sorry, great granny. Uh so one here, one two there. Uh we're getting close. We're getting close and we are getting close. Then >> Carry the three, add two. We are calling it. So Irish Demon has moved on to face Chile DeCastro in the >> [laughter] >> semi-finals. Wait a minute. Are we getting a rematch? Are we getting a rematch outside the courtroom here? Perfect. Perfect. Yes. Yes. Because Okay, now let let's go. Uh in this bracket we can have a final or yeah, uh semi-finals. We have J-Town versus Reagan, Chile versus Irish Demon, but any of those four going on to the final or or semi uh to the semi-finals. Uh that's going to be a big deal. On the other side we have Turtle Boy versus DMA, and Long Island Audit versus Jason Gunnerman. Those are all heavyweights. You know what? I I don't really do this, but I'm actually going to call my prediction for the entire brackets. Oh. And I am saying that LIA will be the stone-cold lock of the century for the entire bracket. He will take number one. Now Now, Jim, I don't know if you noticed this earlier today. Yes. >> But on Cal Shi there was a $20 bet on LIA to win this tournament. I wonder who that was. I wonder who that was. Now, remember, if you win anything on this tournament, 25% goes to the church and another 10% goes to me personally. And remember, if you want to rig the vote you can super chat us at any time. Just say rig the vote. Rig the vote. Yes, rig the vote. You can rig the vote at any time. We're all going to hell. We're all going to hell. Hey, we just want you to feel like you're back home in Chicago. Yeah. Rig the vote. >> Yes. Rig the vote. Yep. And what is this? Athens, Georgia, 1940s? Maybe. Well this is Santa Fe County, New Mexico, for drunk college basketball player flees from accident and is found passed out in her car. Ooh. Yes, sir. You okay? Yeah, I'm all right. I'm just shook up. You're shook up? Yeah. So, what's what's happening? Yeah. Well, I might have cut him off getting on St. Francis, but I don't think so. Okay. Good driver. So, he came out from St. Francis going northbound? Yeah, he pulled around by the time I got to the bottom. He was right on me. Okay. So, I just drove and he just started smashing into my truck. A few moments later. >> [clears throat] >> Hey, Jared. 21, I believe I'll be out with the white Kia at the two. Carson, it's a girl, believe it or not. It's a girl who has road rage issues. At least that's what the title says. The title says and is found passed out in her car. So, yes, NCR is eligible to marry her. 89. What's going on? Huh? Okay, turn off your vehicle for me. Give me the keys. Okay, what's going on? Just chilling? What happened between you and another vehicle? Okay, what happened to the front of your car? What? You hope nothing? Yes. Okay, well, how did you end up on the side of the road here? Just Just lucky, I guess. Have you been drinking at all today? Yes, sir. Okay, cuz your speech is very slurred and your eyes are bloodshot and watery. So, what's going on? I think Okay, go ahead and step out of the vehicle for me. Okay, you're going to walk up to my patrol car up there, okay? Okay. Just go stand right in front of my car. Right by the bumper. Right there. All right, Jim. So, what I want you to do is come stand over here for me. All right, so I'm going to be 100% honest with you. Your eyes are bloodshot and watery. Okay, your speech is slurred. You were passed out in the vehicle. You never saw me walk up. You didn't even react until I opened the door. So, what's going on? You haven't been taking any drugs? No, sir. Haven't been drinking? No, sir. Okay, you're lying to me. Something's going on. So So, I'm going to be 100% honest with you, okay? I don't feel like you are in any way, shape, or form safe to be operating a motor vehicle.
