Let's go. We'll be right back. We'll be right back. We'll be right back. Mr. Pope Phil has ditched us again. Of course he did. Where is he? Is he asleep? Is he watching the NBA? Is he watching baseball? He's crying somewhere. What's he doing? Crying somewhere. He's trying to clean his tip off. Oh, good Lord. And we don't need to visualize that. No. Oh, just the tip. Just the tip. Yeah. I don't know where Miss Pope Phil is, but hello, everybody. Welcome. And please make some noise inside chat. Yeah. It's been a day. I couldn't sleep last night, so I'm on like three or four hours of sleep. Oh, good Lord. I was working on a story all day that never came together. I just, it's going to be crap for 8 a.m., but thankfully no one watches our news on 8 a.m. Or on Saturdays. On Saturdays. We ended the show last night with the news that Chili de Castro's, his appeal of the Blue Bacon, Team Skeptic, and Daniel Clement situation was finally rejected because the cheapskate didn't pay $100. Wow. Yeah. Wow. Wow. Because apparently you had to pay the filing fee than a separate fee to the court clerk of the $100. And they told him this multiple times, and he didn't pay it. So, guess what? He never pays it. Someone else pays it. Yes. Well, guess what? This time it's gone. It is gone. Yep. And as we were advertising next week, Chili supposedly gets his channel back tomorrow. I bet it won't happen until Sunday. But we will see. Chili has not gone live since, oh God, how many days now? Like last weekend. It's been a while. He's in the bunker planning his strategy. Something. Something. Yep. He's doing something because he ain't selling board games. That's for one. It's still stuck on two. Uh. Uh. Uh. Uh. Uh. Uh. After how many years? How many years was that damn thing in development? Uh. Seriously. Uh. First low speed belly drag. The outcome is they, uh, denied the appeal. So, they dismissed the appeal. Uh. Basically, he didn't pay for it. So, the outcome of that case turns out that, uh, he voluntarily dismissed the case against, uh, Team Skeptic and Daniel Clement without prejudice. And then, uh, he tried to do the same to Blue Bacon. But Blue Bacon said, wait a minute. We've got a motion for terminating sanctions. I'm not. I'm not accepting this. If you're going to dismiss it, you're going to do it because of the terminating sanctions. And you're going to do it with prejudice. So, this idiot can't, uh, continue to come after me. And that's the judge agreed. The judge awarded more sanctions. Chili owes Blue Bacon $15,000 in sanctions. Uh. Chili tried to appeal it. The appeal went screwy. And, yeah. That's where it is. Kate Peter is still in that lawsuit. But Chili would have to expend some money to get the, uh, get her judgment turned into a default judgment. So, uh. No, Jim. Uh, hold on one second. Let me answer the question. Uh, Blue Bacon did not get, he, he was, he was given, he was awarded $15,000 in sanctions. But, uh, Chili never paid. Go ahead. Touche. I apologize for that. In certain cases in Washington state, he, the person would have to pay the sanctions in order to appeal it. And then, if they win, they get their money back. If they don't, it goes to the person that, that he was sanctioned for. Right. The other person. And, uh, yeah. There's, there's no, uh, chance at all. Uh, it's the insurance company. We'll have to go after it. Uh, I'm sure that Bacon will have to do some filings if he wants to go after it. Uh, Jenny, no. It's, it's, the best thing you can do is, is take a look in our Discord server under announcements. And the, uh, the notifications will show up there, but YouTube does not like us right now for notifications. And Jenny, you have two, uh, well, I'm thinking of it. You have two new, uh, vetoes waiting for you. Thank you again for, for being on our GoFundMe. And I am going to be nice. I'm going to be nice. Everybody, I'm going to be nice. We got half a chuckle. Uh, when was the last time you checked GoFundMe? I checked it this afternoon or this morning. I haven't seen it. Check it again. Okay. I will in one second, but I am going to just for Jenny. Just for Jenny. And she, she, uh, has donated a couple of times in the GoFundMe. She's been great here. And we truly appreciate her as part of the community. We are going to go to the regular main wheel. It's not a SuperSpan, but it's a regular spin. Uh-oh. Let's see what she gets. Uh-oh. I'm being nice. Dear God. Yeah. Love it. No snacks. I can't have snacks tomorrow. No. That means no, no chips, no cookies, no candy. And I, tomorrow is a day our, uh, I bought the refill. We have a jar of candy in the kitchen that I've been weaning myself off of, but I, I got the refill for, and it's supposed to come in tomorrow. Oh, wow. Do rice cakes count as snacks? Yeah. Yes, they do. Oh. Yes, they do. I was going to suggest you get some of those Quaker ones. Because those are actually really good for you. Yes. The styrofoam. Yeah, don't. Yeah, don't. They're not. They don't use like styrofoam. They are really good. Don't suggest good things. Don't do it. It's useless. It's healthy. I eat them. No, I'm telling you, don't suggest them to Jim, because it's useless. Why is it useless? I can't close. He would rather eat the siding off his house than a healthy snack. Now, now, now, now, now, that's not quite true, because it's metal siding, and I don't think my teeth would hold up. But still, we had a tragedy today. We learned of a tragedy. And it's a very horrible tragedy in our community, as sadly, our TGI Fridays is shutting down. So what? Our TGI Fridays. Oh, it's garbage. Can somebody hand him a handkey, please? It is shutting down. And, and, and, yeah, yeah, that, now, I mean, I'm half serious about being down about it, because that was the one place we could get, if we wanted, for like Father's Day, you know, to get the old man a meal, since nobody would eat his Arthur Treacher's or Long John Silver's, if everybody wanted the same meal, it was usually TGI Fridays. So their last day is Sunday. I think the last real meal we had was with him for a celebration was TGI Fridays. So today, I was gonna, you know, treat my mom to DoorDash, based on what's on the GoFundMe right now, or at least what was on this afternoon. I have not checked yet. I'm trying to get it up, get it the, I am stalling for time here, trying to let it load. You can't get it up. You can't get it up. Yeah, I can't get it up. Thank you, whomever, who put us up to $18,100. So that brings that person, what, 11 vetoes? Wow. I forget where we were at, but that person gets 11 vetoes. I wonder who that person is. Oh. Since, since, since, uh, yeah. Don't they get a spin, too? Uh, yeah. They broke $100, so they get a spin on the Super Wheel. Thank you for reminding me of that. Uh, no longer lists until, like, a week later. So it's like, I don't know who does what. But, you know, I just see the little donations go up. So, uh, yes, we're going to do a spin on the Super Wheel in one second. But GoFundMe's all screwed up. Uh, they just don't tell me anymore. So let's close that group. And let's go. So, for that special person who donated, got us 11 times vetoes plus Super Wheel Spin. Let's go to Super Wheel Spin. Wow. And hope to God it lands on something that punishes Phil for not being here. I mean, uh, let's hope it's, let's hope it's fair. Let's hope it's fair. Uh, hope it's fair. Now, I'm already going to be miserable without my snacks tomorrow. So, you're always miserable. Who's going to tell? Nobody will be able to tell. Oh, dear God. Besides their 11 vetoes, that person, who may want to speak up or wave her hand in the background here, uh, that person just gained three veto pluses. The big deal about veto pluses is they can't be countered by another veto. They're the last word. Nice. Nice. They're the last word. So, if we're doing the Uno card thing, veto this, veto that, veto that, that person, all she has to say is veto plus bitches. And her word is law. So, veto plus bitches is how you activate. Now I'm scared because I feel like my shit is my ginger. You should be. You should be terrified between 11 regular vetoes and three veto pluses and our determination that we are going to marry off five times tonight. Yep. Yep. I don't know. Why are you so mean? I have 11 as well. I, I, I, yeah, but you don't have any veto pluses. What did I do to you? I have 11 vetoes. 11 vetoes. I do. So, folks, this is one of those days where, uh, good Lord. Thank you, Touche, for gifting five memberships. Uh, so that's two more. Uh, I think that's two more vetoes. How much is that? I don't know. So, Touche has all the power of my fate. Yes, she does. They went to Matt G, James Russell, Maddie, Maddie did, Ryan Harper, and Boss Babe, Carrie. I think that's actually four more vetoes. So, uh, she gets four more vetoes. So, she's got 15 vetoes plus three veto pluses. Wow. I'm screwed. You are. Yeah. Yeah. What's it that he-man says? I have the power. Yes. Yes. Yes. Oh, dear God. Uh, this, this is a first, folks. This is a first. Uh, yeah. So, we have a bunch of new stuff. And remember, also, not this week, not next week, but the Saturday after that is Flag Day. And we will be doing it on noon till 8 p.m. marathon. It's gonna just be noon to 8 p.m. because we have that night off usually. So, we're going to have all the stars out, including Pope Phil, wherever the hell he is. If he is still with us in two weeks, he will be with us for the Flag Day Spectacular. I say dump him. Dump him. Dump Phil. Like I do. Dump Phil. Dump him. Dump him. Yeah, but we need, uh, you can't run the show Monday nights by yourself. And I need a night off. Yeah, I can. You can give it to me. That's, uh, let's see. You said new, but it sounds like nude. Ah, good Lord. So, uh, guess what? Uh, uh. Yeah, I'd have to teach you the back end, but you'd probably be better at it than Phil. Probably. Just saying. Just saying because I've already taught you how to get rid of something like this. Yeah. Ah, where'd it go? Yeah, don't you do it? A one in the chat if you want GN power. Put a one in the chat. Yeah. I mean. Yeah. Just remember on the back end, use more than your tip. That's true. Uh, Jim, what the hell, man? What? Lane Meyer. You love Lane Meyer. Who the hell I don't? You love Lane Meyer and his little bike outfit. His little bike outfit. You love his little bike outfit. You do. You do. So. I said I like Michael Myers. Same difference. Lane Meyer. No, there's not. One's a fictitious killer from a fictitious town. The other one is a psychopath that you created in an art render. Well, Lane Meyer's a real person too, I think. I don't know. Hmm. Hmm. Let's see. No, I don't want to add. I want to get rid of this one. There we go. Hide. Let's bring this back up. So, folks. Uh, so the Chile to Castro news we were at. Uh, we were at the, the, the Chile lost his appeal. But Chile's has a big deal. And I want to pull, I want to pull my compatriots up here as to what he's going to do next Wednesday. As he is supposed to be in, uh, Duncan, Oklahoma. He's supposed to be in Duncan, Oklahoma for that, for, for those hearings. And he has an active warrant in Duncan, Oklahoma at the same time. So, uh, just yes, no, or just tell me about it. Uh, will Chile show up to Shay? Will he show up? Nope. Uh, NCR. Will he show up? He will fame a fictitious illness to get out of it. And finally, Gia. Uh, will Mr. Chile de Castro show up? No, no. Now, just a reminder, he is not, uh, represented by anyone in this case so far. So, theoretically, I guess he could get a local lawyer to show up on his behalf. He did that in Maryland when Colin Campbell had those, uh, charges against him in 2024. He got a local, uh, a local lawyer to show up because he was incarcerated at the time. Incarcerated. Incarcerated, yes. He was in jail. Incarcerated. No, incarcerated. Remember, I'm still having allergy sniffles. Uh-huh. Go easy on me today. Go easy. Uh, tomatoes maybe, but it is criminal. So, I don't think they do that. Plus, uh, Floyd Wallace went through a ton of court dates and they never gave him a remote, uh, in any of his Oklahoma cases. They never gave him a remote. So, we will see next Wednesday. I did take a look at, uh, it's a 20-hour drive to get to Duncan, Oklahoma. Unfortunately, gas prices in my car would have been the same as flying. And I ain't going nowhere. Sorry, folks. Plus, more than likely, if I did the 20-hour drive for the one day in Duncan, Oklahoma, uh, yeah, Chili wouldn't show up and I'd just be the dope outsider sitting there looking fat and sad because Chili didn't show and I didn't get my story. Then I'd have to drive 20, 20, 20, uh, hours home in tears. Tears, I say. Uh-huh. Because I went so far, so far away, so far away. Uh, yeah. In other news, James Freeman, James Freeman yesterday, uh, yesterday he put in for a bond reduction in his case because he's out on $40,000 bond, which he paid in cash. Thank you to all his GoFundMe folks. He paid that in cash. And, uh, he's saying that because the original charges, which included, like, five felonies and gun charges, did not stick. Uh, he was not indicted for those by a grand jury. Uh, he's just got one felony, one fairly low-level felony and five misdemeanors. No real violence against the family. Uh, and the family, uh, allegedly wants to see him again. He wants to have a, uh, bond, he's gonna have a bond reduction hearing coming up. And, uh, he wants to have contact with his wife and his kids again. So, yeah. Merv discussed that on today's, uh, video over on Merv's channel. It's worth a watch. Uh, even though he doesn't particularly like James Freeman, uh, he does think the law's on Freeman's side in this case. Because 40 grand for fairly low-level misdemeanors, it's just, uh, overkill. It's even if you think James Freeman's a cult leader. Uh, yeah. And we'll have the story on that tomorrow sometime during the day. Uh, we did do captures of James Freeman. Thank you to Parsons who sponsored that. Ew. It was horrible. Now, Parsons is also going to be fundraising. For a character of someone near and dear to all of us. Near and dear to all of us. You know who he's requesting? No. You know that. He is requesting that I do a caricature of Mr. NCR. No. What? And put Mr. NCR in a pink tuxedo. No. No. No. And make Mr. NCR dance. Animate him. No. And put Mr. NCR in his pink, pink, uh, tuxedo on a t-shirt. No. I don't give you permission for that. Well, it wouldn't be you. It would be a caricature. So. Based off of me. We could do that. We could do that. We could do NCR. Would you, or, or groom to be, or will you marry me? Right next to, to, to you. You're smiling. No. No. Brilliant. On a t-shirt. We'd sell at least three of them. No. We'd sell at least three of them. That's. Do I get a cut of the fucking profit? Will you take this man? There we go. Yes. And then. There's the quote. There it is. There it is. Yes. Yes. Uh, uh. Will you take this man? Uh, Dave, I don't know. I think I can make a tuxedo now that the program's got some AI in it. I do think I may be able to put flamingos on the tuxedo, but we'll see. Uh, and put them on the bow tie. Uh, I don't know if we, if they'd be too small to see it. Oh, okay. So yeah, that's. I'll be right back. Uh, Parson is raising $300 towards all of that. So to bribe me with $300 to torture NCR and NCR would be getting a cut of every t-shirt sale. Should we do that? Uh, we do have a, uh, uh, uh, something store we do. It's at the, it's at the bottom in the window there. You can find it. I'd buy a sticker for my golf cart. I wouldn't buy a t-shirt. I don't wear t-shirts. Well, we, there's all sorts of things. We could put his face on a pillow so you can sit on his face. No, that's it. No, we could put his face on a pill. We could put Phil's face on a pillow. No, no. Look at that. Pope Phil's face on a pillow. That's, that's, that's. No. We could do that. No, no. That's, that's, I mean. A t-shirt? No. A sticker or a coffee mug? Yes. Okay. Well, at least we'd have one sale of those. One sale. Yep. Yeah, we've, we've had merch forever, but we've only had like three sales. Put a picture of Cicero, wifey on a pillow. I will, I will definitely sit on that. There you go. There you go. Uh, we will work on something then. Uh, yeah. I think somebody, either I bought it or somebody did because I got, uh, one of our chili as a clown t-shirts the other month. No, no, no, nothing. And I don't remember buying it, but thank you if you sent it to me. Uh, but yeah, it's a nice t-shirt from wherever. No, I don't wear t-shirts. I wear tank tops. Uh, from, from wherever. Uh, if we do an NCR one, the print will, the, uh, picture will be far bigger. It'll take up the front of the t-shirt. It, it'll look nice. I didn't know what the hell I was doing. Phil said we needed merch. So we've had three, we've had the logo, we've had, uh, the paper Roddy, and we've had a picture of chili as a clown on items for the past two years. So yeah, I, I, I don't know. That's, that's the extent of what we did, uh, merchandise wise. So, uh, yeah, so you can tell I am stalling for time as I have got no other, uh, information to distribute today other than the Colin Campbell things going on and on and on. He did make a paper today. I forget which one it was. The daily something. Is that the one I sent? Yes, it was. The daily mirror, I think. Yes. The daily mirror. He made the daily mirror. Yep. Uh, yeah, we're, we'll have a article about Colin who exact, who the hell Colin is. Uh, we'll have that up tomorrow or for Sunday. I've just not been in the mood to write. I've all sinusy. It affects your thinking, you know, it's like, uh, why am I awake? Why am I awake? Anywho, while I'm whining. I'm sorry about that. I had to take care of a family member. I had a family issue to take care of. Sorry. Now let's go to Mr. NCR who will soon be on a pillow. Yes. Why am I going to be on a fucking pillow? Because we're making it. Yeah. Do I get a cut? That's my main question. Yes. Yes. Yes. You'll get a cut. Yes. All right. You'll get a cut. Yes. Now, now, just so we can tell you, you can tell people to go sit on your face. There you go. And there's your pillow. There's your pillow. Now, now I think that this should be on a, on something. No, these should be on dog poop bags. Yep. How about that? That should, that's the greatest one. That should be on dog poop bags. Absolutely. That's, that's the, the, we should have stationary with, with, with that in the, in the bottom right corner. That's, we should do stationary from the desk of Chile to Castro. You're a sick, sick man, Jim. And you guys bitch at me. Oh God. No, that should be on his governor's campaign. That's right. Ah, so let's go ahead and see our, with the news. In a update to a story I brought to you guys, I believe on Monday. The E-Kline Frogan case has actually had some updates. If you're unfamiliar with the case, Ethan Klein was suing Twitch streamer Frogan for stealing, well, copyright infringement when her and several others and a entire subreddit group were sniping his streams. Well, she started this case last year in August where she's only filed one motion in the entirety of the case for an extension, which Ethan gave her from, I think it was September, mid September to October to come up with settlement. Well, this week, Ethan filed for a default motion. The default motion has been approved by the clerk. Now we are awaiting damages. However, Frogan has gone with coping by saying, no, the case is still ongoing. Now the judgment is in play and we are still technically, well, she's technically right. It's still ongoing, but we're waiting for the judge to rule in Ethan's favor for the amount of attorney's fees, costs of damages, statutory damages. And it's looking like Frogan may be also fraud. Nothing. Yeah, I saw that case. Yeah, she didn't use any of the money from her GoFundMes. Yeah, she raised almost $40,000 and in the entirety of that money she spent, she hired the worst lawyer she could find because he told her and only billed her $950 for a flat fee to cover the entire cost of the case. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And she is, who did we lose? Who did we lose? Who did we get? It was me. You lost me. I'm back. Okay. She had, she's in default right now. They rolled for her in default. And what people don't understand, it's, I just had this fight on my YouTube is that when you're in default, you don't get to argue your case. You are considered guilty of, or consider the charges against you are considered true, or that you lost said charges when you're put in default. You can't at the last hour of some people are expected Irish demon to do show up and say, this has been a prank and I'm pranking chili by being going into default and chili is wasting all this money and all this stuff. Now she does. She will have a say in the damages phase. Uh, but right now she's got no say. She's considered guilty. Uh, she, there, there is rumor going around that she is trying to claim a bankruptcy. However, for copyright infringement in the state of California, that's one of the things you cannot declare bankruptcy from. You have to pay those damages. Right. You can't do it in civil either. Yeah. You can't. Uh, she's screwed. She's screwed right now. Yep. Uh, and she's getting a huge backlash because she didn't pay for, for nothing so far. Essentially. There are people talking about, they want, they want receipts on everything she's paid for when it comes to the money, because the way she's phrased it in her go fund me that she was going to use the money for legal fees and personal expenses related to the case. Right. But it's looking like she used the money for her nails, food, and not the case in, in, in its entirety when she's only filed one motion for an extension for the, um, what, what's, what was it? Uh, I'm going through my notes here. It was an extension for a settlement agreement. Yeah. And, and she raised $40,000 on her go fund me 40 K and only use $900 for legal fees. So something ain't math. It just, it ain't math. Why am I still? Well, in other news, we actually had a fraud or do something good. It isn't. So vigilante actually did something nice and charitable. What was that? He went out and actually distributed socks to homeless people in his town. You know, that's more than Regan Benson has done all fucking year. Yeah. He's my French. Uh, he calls it project life sock where he's taking some of the process, the proceeds he's making from his YouTube channel and actually going out and handing out socks to homeless individuals. Now charities that do work with the homeless, they encourage you to donate, you know, money or clothes, particularly, uh, socks and underwear, because that's something that homeless actually can use and need, you know, it's like the, uh, one sock company. They, you buy a pair, they donate a pair. Bob's right. That's what it is. Bob Bob's. Oh, okay. So he actually did something good. I, I, I, I, I, I'm not going to say anything bad about it. I know I've criticized him in some of my videos, but him actually doing something nice. I actually can, I can actually get behind that. That's something. And he, he really wasn't doing it to plug his channel. He was just going around in a video that he put out today, handing out socks to people, asking him, do they need socks? What he adds, uh, black and white. He all through pairs doing something decent and nice. So I don't think we can have an issue with that. Right. The last piece of news I have evolves. Evolves one of our favorite journalists from Boston. Oh, thank God. Oh, thank God. Thank God. Thank God. I said favorite, not hellish. He's not my favorite, but, uh, I used the favorite in sarcastic tones. You didn't invoke the Boston demon. So Boston demon. Turtle boy was supposed to make an appearance today on the temple IRL podcast. However, temple's legal team received a, a, a four page letter from turtle boy's attorney. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. What are you saying no to? Well, turtle boy got a letter from Tim's lawyer. Oh, my mistake. Yeah. Well, Tim pulls attorneys had advised him that they do not want him on the show because it would open them up to possible legal ramifications or indemnities because of some of the statements that. Aiden had made on his channels and in his writing. Yep. Yep. To the point where people now are saying that Tim pull is trying to encourage people to go to his channel, subscribe to him, follow him. But yet. Uh, good night to Shay. Good night. Night, dear. Yeah. Yeah. He posted the, he posted the letter. Turtle boy. Didn't get it. The other guy posted it. That's what I'm on. Yep. Uh, turtle boy did receive it because he did, uh, repost the tweet from Tim pool on his own channel. Uh, currently I believe, yeah, the temple podcast is, uh, going live right now on rumble and they did address it where he said the legal ramifications of actually having him on there would be very devastating to his channel. And he does not want to take the risk of catching a lawsuit because of something that could be, uh, defamatory, untrue or libel. That is all I have for news. Uh, folks were a little over on news tonight. So we're going to jump into some drunk girl in a second. I am revising the super wheel as we speak, uh, to include an NCR option and a GIA option. What the hell did I do to get an option? Uh, and, and we just got word from Mr. P docs that, uh, Chile's extension of 60 days for the LBMPD case appeal was granted. So he's got July 20 something to file his opening statements in his appeal in the LBMPD. Oh my God. Yes. Uh, yeah. Uh, yeah, they granted it. So thank you, P docs. Uh, yeah. So, uh, we are going to an airport tonight. We are going to go to an airport with a blonde woman, a blonde woman at an airport, uh, who is going to marry NCR, whether he likes it or not. As we go to, uh, entitled and obnoxious first class airline passengers arrested for disorderly intoxication. Oh. Sound starts in five seconds. It's a board and I just observed her because obviously she's drunk and I said, I just watched her insane. And then she ran up the jet bridge to go get a bag because she left her bag at Gasparilla. Then I was going to have a conversation with me and I know she'd been drinking, blah, blah, blah. Well, I told her she wasn't going to board until we had the conversation. She ran down the jet bridge and kept going after I told her to come back up here and continue. Now she refuses to get off the aircraft. So we're removing her off the aircraft that she will not come off the aircraft. So that is what you're walking into. Well, I guess we have to wait. Well, Tony's on his way. She's got a cell phone. She did tell him that she didn't come off. She wanted to win. All right. Well, we got a supervisor on the way. We can go down with the board. Yeah, we just went on the plane. She came off and went back. Yeah, we haven't had an airport one in a while. So. All right. Yeah. Like I said, our supervisor's coming. So he's got to be the one to go on and like kind of get her to come off. So is there any interference? She had gotten left-paste to the captain and the first officer. Uh, was young at the number one. I'm the captain. I'm the captain. I'm the captain. I'm the captain. But nothing physical, right? We just- I don't believe so. Do you have a scanner? There's a scanner. Hold on a second. Yeah. Um, so- We've already been informed. Can you tell her police to turn her to go? No, I've already told her that. She ran back on the airplane. Well, police are here. I know. But here's what if you could kind of do this. If one of you, she's sitting right in the first class. If one of you could kindly go behind any out and the other one ask her to come off. We cannot go on the plane. Only supervisor. Only supervisor. You gotta empty the plane, Gareth. Oh. So you can, but your supervisor can? Yeah. Okay, alright. Yeah. I'm already gonna assume she's not gonna be no longer fine with you guys ever. Uh, yeah, they're a second off decision, but tonight she's not flying with us. Yeah. And I'm guessing her ticket is gonna be no longer. So, yeah. If she refuses on the supervisor to get here, then you'll do plane and she'll sit there and then she's getting assisted off the plane. Uh, so just a quick synopsis. So I guess she probably was hanging at Gasparilla. She checks in, she walks down, but then she runs back up because I guess she forgot her in the bag, but I guess she may have been a little belligerent. Yeah. And the agent went to stop her to kind of be like, you know, you're not flying with us now. I just completely runs by her and just jumps on the plane. Then apparently got off the plane, but then went right back on. Got you. So apparently, well, I guess the only way she'll probably get off now is if she sees a police officer, from what they're telling me. So hopefully she'll come off when she sees you. Uh. Hey, how are you? How are you? So I'm going to go stand behind her. She's her second seat in the green. What's her name? Her? What's her name? Lauren . What the? Okay, I'm going to stand behind her now. Lauren, her name is Lauren. What? And she's a fly. And... Gia. That's me and Christine in first class. That's how we fly. We have a blast. We never cause a problem. And you're always front row. Front row. Yeah, we're always in first class. I don't know if we get for a row, but we're always in first class. Uh, Gia, do you feel like performing the ceremony tonight? No, I do not. You do not. Okay. I do not. I do not. We will go forward a little bit then. Hi, miss. Can you come off the plane with me? Um... Oh, boy. Dearly beloved, we are gathered here to unite the souls of this beautiful young blonde woman who's apparently a little bit tipsy and her own raging tipaholic, Mr. NCR. Whoa. Miss tipsy woman, do you take Mr. NCR to be your lawfully wedding? Your lawfully wedded husband to have to hold this day forward or until he tells you to get off his lawn? What? What? What? What? What? Mr. NCR, do you take this wonderful girl to be your wife for the evening for next week and probably until, uh, Flag Day, uh, to have and to hold in sickness and in health and to share your beloved bottle with... Oh, fuck no. ...247. ...vermint stays with me. I don't share that. Uh, what do you say, Mr. NCR? No. Mr. NCR, the true Mr. NCR, Gia. No. Yes, I love her. No, no, no, no. No, no, no. I love her. By the power of... I'm going to get my revenge. ...Gia's Discount Sun Tanning Steak and Shakes and Tire Rotation Services, I pronounce you drunk and drunk. I'm not drunk, I'm sober. I'm below zero today. You may drink, you may drink with your new bride. Aw, man. How dare you, Jim? You can explain to me the reason why. I'll explain it out there, but we can't. No, I was like, no. Miss, this is what's going to happen. Everybody's going to get off the airplane and then we're going to have to take you against your will. And we don't want to do that because you're going to upset all these other passengers. No, here's the thing is I'm not really worried about the other passengers. Oh, that's true. That's a little plane. What I am worried about is my rights. Of course not. And my rights are... That's a tiny plane, so... She's not worried about everybody else. She's worried about her rights. Yeah, I had to fly in one of those from LaGuardia to Detroit once. And you have to stay in your seat. They all can't be moving around because your weight will throw your... The plane out of the damn sky. They tell you that in those little planes. So having a drunk person who you don't know who's already acting insane. No, it's a no. It's a... This woman has to be off the plane for the safety of everybody on board. But yet you'll force me to marry her. Well, yes, because you don't fly, you don't drive. Yep. Yep. Yep. For obvious reasons. You can fix her. No, I can't. You can fix her. Yes, you can. No, I can't. You can keep her grounded. No. You're loved. You're warm. You're warm. You're kindness. You're humor. Yes. No. Yes. You're charming. You cannot fix her. It stays there. Your face on the pillow. Uh, your face on the t-shirts. Yep. Your face on the top hat. Yes. No. Yes. Yes. We should have some top hats printed up. Printed up at the very top, Gia. And the circle on the top will be NCR's face. So he's always looking down on people. Wow. Yes. That's weird. He's always looking down on one. You are to explain to me what it is that is going on. I've done nothing wrong. Okay, so let me explain it to you. I can't, but you are going to listen to me first. I'm going to explain it to you. And you can after I'm done. Okay. So I'm very well- Let me back. After I'm done. Very well educated. Clearly I'm sitting here. I paid for this. I'd rather- Two weeks ago. Okay. I would rather have Scott Steiner explain Steiner math to me. There is something wrong with people that were doing for this airline that are outside. Right. Which has made the complaint against me. I've done nothing wrong. So if you guys want to tell me- I ain't done nothing wrong. Talk to the hand. What it is that I did wrong, then maybe I'll cooperate. Well, will the captain of the airplane- No, the captain of the airplane is right there. And you don't have a guarantee of this. Jenny, yeah you can. He does not believe this should be happening. I'd have to find a new video. He's there and we're here. And he's right here. And he told me to- Jenny, yes you can veto. Someone else can always counter the veto. I would have to find another video to play. So yes, you can veto her if you need to. No, we don't stop the video. We just- Yeah, we have. No, we've stopped videos before. Yes, we have. Why? If the person is too obnoxious, they can veto the person. Just like if I'm too obnoxious on a night that Phil's here, they can veto me. That's- Well, that would be every night. Basically. Excuse me! And you forced this marriage upon me. So, yes Jenny, if you really need to, you can veto this fine woman, but it does not veto the marriage. She is still married to Mr. NCR. Oh! But make up your mind. Okay. Make up your mind. Back off, Jenny! Back off! Because, yeah, Gia could use one of her vetoes to reinstate this. I want to watch this. Yes. And then we have an Uno fight. Yes. There you go. Good. Yeah, and yes, you were too late to veto the marriage. Because it's been- Thank you, Jenny. I know you tried. You tried your best. I'm, you know, I'm not mad at you. I'm mad at Jim. Thank you. You have no reason to be mad at me. I'm an innocent. I hate you, Jim. I am as innocent as New York snow. I am. The snow in downtown New York. When you fall, you can pick that up and eat it. That is right. You can pick up the snow in New York. That is how clean it is on the streets of New York City. That's how clean and innocent I am. Bullshit. I am. I am. That's right. He said this is out of his control. Right. So that's why we come in. Please contact. Please. No, but you did. I am first class, miss. I am first class. I am first class. I am first class. I am first class. I am first class. You exhibited some, some behavior that's not conducive to them. And am I exhibiting that behavior? You've either ingested or taken something that's getting in front of your judgment. That's all I'm saying. Sir, I would not indulge. So we're going to have everybody come out and then we're going to have to take you out. Sorry, can you take my bag that is. No, ma'am. You're refusing to, you're refusing to come out. No, I'm not leaving here without my bag. So, we'll grab your bag and we'll take it, we'll take it with you. Good. You can do that. You can do it. You can do that. That's your bag. So you do it. Are you saying he's really this sick? Are you, you, you, you, you, you've had this conversation. Are you kidding me? Are you really this sick? No. Listen to him. With a finger. I love the finger. I love the finger. It's going to be worse. Are you kidding me? No, he's not. Just grab your bag and go as it. I haven't done anything wrong. Well, you've exhibited some kind of behavior that's concerned. No, what we're going to do right now. So, let's grab your bag. What we're going to do right now is we are going to start recording this. We are. I'm recording you two, so that's fine. I have no problem going on YouTube. Grab your bag and let's get off the plane so you upset the rest of the airplane. I've already upset the rest of the airplane. You have, yes. So, let's just get out, get your bag, and we'll leave. And it's guaranteed your woman under control. Uh-huh. She's not my woman. I'm not responsible for it. Get off, lady. I'm just going to have first class. Okay. First class. You know what? You know what I don't like? You know what I don't like? Excuse me. Not my problem. She's not my woman. Let's see if first class is okay. She ain't wearing my hat. All these people don't matter. Yep. We can though. All these people don't matter. Yeah, that's a small plane. Yeah. Puzzle. There we go. Oh, I hate those. All right. Can't you guys have more important things to do? We do. Yeah, we do. But this is one of the important ones. No, it's not. It is. No, it's not. No, it's not. No, it's not. No, it's not. No, it's not. No, no. You're telling me what to do. It doesn't work that way. No, but here's a . It doesn't work that way. Grab your bag. Listen. What's going to happen? Listen, my God. In about five seconds, you're going to hand it off. There you go. Oh, I hate those. Oh, I hate those. Oh, I hate those. All right. Can't you guys have more important things to do? We do. Yeah, we do. Yeah, we do. Yeah, we do. Yeah, we do. In about five seconds, you're going to hand it off. What are you going to do? We are going to arrest you for disorderly conduct. How's that? Thank you so much. Thank you. Listen to my dog. Please. Please, my. All these people. Ma'am, continue up. Give me a second, would you? We've had plenty of time. Go ahead and go up. Please, my. Please, my. Please, my. Please, my. Please, my. Please, my. Please, my. Please, my. Please, my. Please, my. Please, my. Please, my. You haven't had an annulment yet. And I can marry, but I can't anymore. You guys are paid for. It's not okay. Technically, none of these marriages are binding unless they are consummated. What happens while you're asleep is not my business. Listen, here's the thing. I can walk. You don't have my address. We're not pushing you. You are. I don't. You're talking to me on trouble. Yeah, you don't. I don't know why you're sitting here. I don't. Gia does, but not Jim. Yep. Are you sure? I don't care. You talk something here in the grave. Put my street on private check, man. If you know where I live. I don't know. I don't know. You have nothing. Look at me in my eyes. Look at you. Yeah, because you don't. I've just grave it. That's science. That's science. I can't because you know what I'm talking about. And if it comes down to it, that's science. We get into every opportunity to go off the plane. I know where you live too, kid. And I have a mutual destruction. Everyone knows where I live. Everyone knows where I live. Literally. Since 1997 my address has been public. No, no, what you are doing is not okay. Well that may very well be, but I'm the one who's willing to use, uh, a nuclear option. Hey Virgo, welcome back. Can you at least use this? It's hurting me on my neck. Yes. Yes, I love her. I love her. I love her. I love her. By, uh, G.S. House of Pancakes and Rotary Repair, we, uh, that power vested in that service. House of Pancakes. God. I, I, I screwed up right. And that's funny, because I used to own a building that was a house of pancakes. It was in a house. There you go. There you go. No, it's not because it's the five-minute rule, remember? Oh, my God. No, no, no, no, no. You're changing the game. You're changing the game. Because when she... No, no, no, no. When Jenny tried to veto the first marriage, you said no. That was like 10 minutes later. No, no, and no. Are you vetoing my rule? Is that it? Yes. So you're down to nine vetoes. Don't even play that game. You're down to nine vetoes. No, I'm not. It was a standing rule. We had the standing rule. Even so... Oh, God. Just ban me. See? Now you sound like the girl who's being handcuffed. Just ban me. Ban both of us at this point. No strength, don't we? I have no idea. Oh, yeah? I veto banning the both of you. Okay, put you on the side. Here. Come on. Come on. We're going to put you on the side, all right? You don't get no vetoes. I got tons of them. I print them up every night before the show. I just wanted to go to my house. You guys are stupid. I just wanted to go to my house. I just wanted to go to my house. What you wanted to do was grab me from behind when I was leaving. From behind? That's why you're going to jail. What do you mean from behind? One, two, three. No. Let's drive from behind. I would like an officer with a license. I did not try to grab him from behind. You're not doing this, all right? In the body cam, I did not try to grab him from behind. I never tried to grab anything from him. I have nothing wrong with me. I just want to see my dog. I never tried to grab my dog from behind or that guy from behind. What the f*** do you ask me? Okay. She's got nothing on her. I have nothing on me. That guy was mean to me. He got over trained by me being a big girl. Go feed him up. Is this? Yeah. That's mine. Hold on, hold on, hold on. She's not double locked. Let me get her double locked. I need badge numbers. Badge numbers? Badge numbers? Of each of you. Badge f***ing numbers. Stop. Richard, what? Stop. Badge numbers. Name numbers. I don't give a f*** what you were doing to me is unreal. What you were doing to me right now is unreal. I don't give a f*** what you were doing to me right now is not okay. We're trying to check for you for weapons. I'm trying to go to my house which is behind me. I had no weapons. I asked him if I could park in my spot. Stop. I asked him if I could park in my spot. Sit down. That's it. It's over. It's over. Just sit down. I'm fine. I'm fine. Sit down. Guys, I'm f***ing fine. Sit down. I'm fine. Just sit down, alright? It's over. That's it. It's over. You're going to jail. It's not over. I know I'm going to jail. Sit down. My dog needs to be taken out. Sit down. My dog needs to be taken out. Because he attacked me, I'm going to jail. Who will get another charge? No. Why? Your feet inside. Tell me why I'm going to jail right now. Why? For battery on the enforcement. Why? What did I do to him? I did nothing to him. I did nothing to him. I did nothing to him. You were all going to jail for battery. Sure. You're all going to jail, Mr. N. Scar. Copy that sir. Thank you. Going back to one. I, uh, still rolling. It's a parking violation. She's going on. She's the one that called about, like, the blood block. She's the one that called. She lives here. She says, uh, I leave at 10 o'clock in the morning. These f***ing people are parking here. I said, man, that's not the patrons from Vixens, you know. The spot is here now. She's getting real close. I said, listen, stop. I can smell alcohol in your breath. Okay. You're going to leave the car there. Because you don't want to go to jail. She says, take me to jail. I said, no, I'm leaving. Have a nice night. Go to get in my car. She grabbed me from behind. Yep. So I had to push her up against the sign. Yep. She keeps reaching, like, in her pocket. And then it's like, jerking arms away. I had to take her down to the damn ground. And then I was in a stalemate. I couldn't move her on. I don't know what the hell is happening. Dude, it's a good night. He's a good night. Okay. So, that's all that I do. Five. Ten. Sorry, I got my UB. Fifteen, twenty, twenty-five. Thirty-five. Forty. Forty-one. Wow, you loaded. Forty-two. Yeah, this is loaded. Forty-three. Forty-eight. Forty-nine. Forty-nine. Fifty. Fifty-one. Wow. That's a lot of coin. Yeah. She's in there screaming. Yeah, but is it on? It's on. Fifty-six. Wow. Fifty-six dollars. I'm jealous. I know. I know. Debit card. Uh. Keys. Phone. Phone. Pardon. I'm jealous. I know. Peas, makeup, debit card, keys, phone. I'm jealous. Hey, sir. I didn't know if I had the crowd. It knocked my earpiece out of my ear. That's why I couldn't hear the voice. I came here just like I am now. She's here talking about she can't park here because she's blocked. I said, no, it's not blocked. The guy from Vixens walks over. She's complaining that, okay, when I leave at 10 o'clock in the morning, I can't move because the Vixens people are here. I tried several times to tell her, ma'am, if it's 10 o'clock in the morning, it's not Vixens employees. Right. And she's going on a tangent with this guy about when you ask permission 4 o'clock in the morning before you moved in, I said this. So I told the Vixens guy, I said, look, this has nothing to do with you. You can go, sir. So I tell her, I said, ma'am, the spot is empty. She's going on about, well, what do I do when I can't get to work? I said, look, it's okay. You can, you know, the spot is empty now. You'll be able to get out. She's like, no, no. She's losing her mind back there again. So finally, she's real close. I said, listen, get your vehicle there. I can smell the alcohol on your breath. You're interrupting me. We're done here. Okay. You're not blocked. We're done. She's like, arrest me. I said, I'm not going to arrest you. I'm leaving. I'm leaving. What's your name and your badge number? I said, I'm leaving back away. I go to get in my car. She grabbed me from behind. So I turn around, push her against that sign. She keeps reaching down by her bag. I grab her bag. I said, stop reaching. Stop reaching. And then she starts screaming. Help me. Help me. Help me. Help me. I said, stop, stop, stop. She kept fighting. I had to take her down to the ground and just hold her there. And that's why, that's why I was trying to say 1013, but I was my earpiece wasn't hanging out of my ear. All the crowd started coming around. She's like, get your knee out of my back. I said, it's not in your back. It's on the ground. Other guy was like, Hey, he's not hurting you. Just stop. And she was just screaming bloody murder. Bloody murder. Help me. 911. All this other crap. So I said, okay, you're going to jail. Well, he's still screaming. You can hear it. I went from a fucking violation to that. No injuries on me. No, that's why I'm about to say most concerned. No, not at all. I took, yeah, she lives here. She's still listed as Roosevelt Boulevard. Plus she said she lives here. And her dog needs to be walked, by the way. So that went from zero to 100. Could you take care of that, please? When I told her we were. Can you guys help me get out when we're in the other? Yeah, we're going to leave in a minute here, sir. So yeah, I went from zero to 100 in like a second. When I told her I was leaving. There's no parking violation, ma'am. I'm leaving. And that's when she lost it. So I just pinned her down because I didn't know if I had the crowd or not. And I was able to hold her back. Nice, Matt. Some of the people here were like, he's not a team of people. Don't worry, Matt. Put your hands behind your back. What a team he is. In his honor. Yep, yep. So you can go. Yep. Sure. Isn't he like 95 now? He's pretty old, yeah. John Williams. Yeah. He's got to be. Yeah. Okay. I'm starting to focus first by me. Give me injuries on me. Is that anything you need to decide to go up on the front of the staff and try and pull him after he's leaving from the vault? Yes. He's pretty loud. Is there any reason that you can jump on this officer's back and try to pull him away after he told you he was going to be leaving? When this officer, when I asked this officer to drop for a car, is he scary on you? Yes. After all of that was done, he said he was leaving. Is there any reason you can have him and grab him for you? No, I didn't grab him the way I did. I didn't grab him. He grabbed me. I didn't grab him. I grabbed him. I grabbed NCR. I didn't put him in the front. They weren't in the car. She slipped him. Well, let's fix that. Okay. Take her off the scale. She's going to find me. Yep. You have no worries. Alright. We're going to be taking you out of the car to put your handcuffs behind your back again. Okay? If you decide to resist again, it's going to work out poorly for you, I promise. That's okay. I'm going to see every single badge number, every single name. Oh, you'll have all. They'll all be on your arrest after you. Every single report. So let's step onto the car and turn around and get your car. That's fine. That's fine. Every single name, every single badge number that's listed on this. Why? You're not going to do anything? Get drunk out of it. Yeah, absolutely. I know. Alright. Ma'am, are they all these handcuffs? Yes, sir. Absolutely. Completely understand. What the hell is she wearing around her neck? I don't know. I don't know. I'm taking this to the whole extent of the law. Alright, this was, you're obviously like one kind of free pass from moving up to the front. If you do that again, you're going to have an additional charge. Do not move your handcuffs to the front again. I don't know what you just said, but I will also like hurt you to the full extent of the law. Like, you guys, I did nothing wrong. If I can put you in jail, I'm going to put you in jail for the rest of your life. Yeah, I thought so, man. Yeah. And I know that you died. I'm going to be able to get you. I'm going to be able to get you. I'm going to be able to get you. I'm going to be able to get you. I'll put you in jail for the rest of your life. I'll put you in jail for the rest of your life. Still, wherever you are. What did I do wrong? What did I do wrong? That's what I did wrong. Slame the door on my leg and break it. Let me see. Is there a seat on the line or not? Yeah. Do it, lollipop. Can you turn your head? No, turn your head. I don't know how. I don't know how. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. I can't. Thanks for looking out for us, guys. Thanks for looking out for us, guys. Instructing the justice on the society that it needs, huh? Putting the bad people away, eh? Bad parking people. I hope every single one of you guys gets cancer of the epidermis. There we go. Wonderful. Another chili. Yep. Yes. She's the perfect man for Mr. Carson. Yep. This thing. When Carson wakes up to her tomorrow morning. Okay, man. We're going to come out. Let me take off your seatbelt. We're going to walk through that door that's open over here, okay? Let go of the seatbelt, man. Let go of the seatbelt. Let go of the seatbelt. Let go of the seatbelt. Oh. Oh, crazy eye. Where the f*** I am. Here we go. No, I want recording of where I am. My body cam is recording right now. No, I don't trust you. Are you refusing to get out? I want recording of where I am. Please record him. I'm recording. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. I am recording of where I am. I am recording of where I am. I am recording of where I am. I am recording of where I am. I am recording of where I am. I am recording of where I am. I am recording of where I am. Wow, get the chair. That is narcotics. That's not alcohol. That's something, yeah. Get the care. Yep. That is. Thanks, sir. Refusing to exit. Can have a CO come down, please? Yeah, we need a care. Thank you. Night. Night 3, come on. Night 3. I'm just making a note. She's refusing to exit the vehicle. I've asked for a corrections officer to come downstairs. She was charged with felony battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer without violence. On February 11th, 2025, she pleaded guilty to an amended charge of misdemeanor battery. She also pleaded guilty to the resisting charge. She was sentenced to one year probation, which included attending AA meetings, completing a mental health and substance abuse evaluation and treatment, writing an apology letter to Officer Beerbauer. Uh huh. Or let's see if there's more. There. See if they get her out of the car. There you go. Hey, Chad. I want his name and his badge. I don't care. It's going to make it worse. He's coming inside. I'm scared, dude. What do you want me to do? I'm scared. I'm scared. I'm terrified. I'm going to make a picture of him. I'm scared. I'm scared. I'm scared. I'm scared. I'm scared. I'm terrified. I'm scared. I'm scared. I'm terrified. I'm terrified when I go see the show. What a wonderful night for her. Oh my god. Oh my god. I'm a nice girl and this guy was just there for a while. he was pouring away he bought. I'm a nice girl. I am a person who is like I am a menace to society in one way. I am a menace to society. I am a menace to society. I am a menace to society. That doesn't make sense. It doesn't make sense to my value as a human. It's not okay. It's definitely the same. Yeah, but I'm a little bit. Good night, Virgo. We're almost out of here. Couple more minutes. No, I know so. You knew something to this? Like somebody who's been through AA for years? Yeah, I know so, sir. I'm cool. I know so. Okay, folks, that's the end of that. We're at the end of another night. I want to thank everybody for being here. I want to thank everyone who contributed. Remember, you don't have to contribute to be part of the show. And suck it, Phil, for not showing up. Suck it, Phil. And suck it, Phil, for not showing up. Yep, yep, yep. Good night, everybody. If he doesn't show up tomorrow night, we're going to make the wheel of Phil for Tuesday. Yep, dump him. And with real ramifications. Best thing that ever happened to me. I dumped him. Yes. Yes. Yes.
