So this so last night at 11:40 p.m. we found CVS alert for a traffic stop. You guys had pulled somebody over and we were standing, if you are looking at the doors to CVS where the curb comes and the abupment ends from the curb. >> We were standing on that little abupment right there and the officer's car was all the way over clear across the parking lot. Clear across the parking lot. His window was up. We never spoke to him one time. We never said anything to him. We never got close to his car. We never interfered at all. We didn't do anything wrong. We just kind of stayed at the end of that abupment where the curb is and just filmed from that edge right there. >> Okay. >> I could see on his radio that he was talking on his radio. So, I don't know if he called for backup or somebody drove by and saw us. >> It was our assumption. That's >> that he called. Okay, >> the next officer that pulled up came over to us and it's Guerrero is who it was. Car 137. He said his name and badge number so quickly it sounded like 4390. >> All we heard is 43 for sure. >> I'm not sure what it was, but it was Guerrero. >> Guerrero. >> Guerrero. Maybe >> it's probably it was so hard to hear him. And I asked him a couple times just like we're speaking right now. I said, "I can't hear you. I can't understand you." >> And he pushed us back via the Halo law. said, "I already told you. I'm not going to tell you again something >> 25 ft." But that's but we have to have intent to harass and pee. It's 843 what I was saying where what was occurring. There was no reason for him to act the way he did. >> We didn't bother nobody. >> When we said that to him, like when where we were standing and you looked at the car as he walked up to us, >> we were already 25t away. >> You need to be 25 ft away. And I said, "We're clearly 25 ft away and we haven't said a word to anybody. We're not doing anything wrong." And he pushed us back and he identified very, very quickly. Like I couldn't even tell you his name. That's how quick it was. And I couldn't understand his badge number. And then he went right to the point to where it seemed like he was going to arrest us if we didn't move right then and there. So we complied and moved back a little bit from where we were. And then as he was walking away, he smuggly told us to get a job. because we were kind of giving it to him a little bit at that point because he had already given it to us. >> Not really.
