The Truth about Frauditor James Freeman's ARREST

What's up everybody? I hope you guys are doing fantastic. In today's video, I'm going to be talking about James Freeman and trying to expose the lies and the deception that frauditors are putting out there. And because they are using this moment to try to deceive people. So, let me break down what happened. I believe it was on Friday, James Freeman was released Friday morning. And then Press Harder a channel that is usually extremely irrelevant, doesn't even crack, you know, a thousand views per video, posted this video over here. Guess who's out? James Freeman makes appearance at the courthouse and gets into bruising or some nonsense brush up with police. So, what he's trying to make it sound like is that James Freeman is fresh out of jail and he went right back to frauditing and holding these damn tyrants accountable. Yeah, okay, that's not what happened. So, let's watch this video and then I will be able to expose the lies that Press Harder is putting out there. So, let's take a look. How you doing James? Extremely stupid behavior. Like, obviously he's just rage baiting the cop trying to get a reaction. And at this distance he's not going to get one, so he's going to decide to get a little closer. So, this is going to go on for a while. No reaction, so then he's going to record the gun. Now, it's not even about the video. I I'll show you the video real quick so you you can see what happened. A confrontation happens, but What the [ __ ] are you doing? Leave him alone. What the [ __ ] are you doing? He didn't do [ __ ] That's not a crime, [ __ ] That's not a [ __ ] crime. You [ __ ] bunch of degenerates. Um Now, people are going to say in the comment section like, "Enjoy this, cops. This is their new reality." A lot of people were saying, uh you know, "Welcome home, James. Keep your head up. Don't let the pigs get the best of you." People are really happy that he's out there and he's back at it again, just holding these tyrants accountable. There's only a problem, is that this did not happen on Friday. This happened, I believe, last year. And I'll tell you why. First of all, I remember this incident, so I've seen it before. But, even if you watch this and you've never seen this video before, you can tell that something's off. This did not happen in May. I mean, these people are wearing jackets, and I know that even in Canada in May, you don't wear jackets. Now, how the hell would they be wearing jackets in Arizona in May? Doesn't make any sense. This probably happened in November, uh December, or January, or some sh- last year. It happened a while ago. So, these dumbasses think that he went straight from being in jail for like 2 weeks straight out there to go harassing cops again. It didn't happen. And that's the thing, Press Harder is manipulating. He's spinning the narrative and he got 5,000 views out of it even though it's age restricted. And for Press Harder, 5,000 views is a lot. I mean, look at his channel. He usually gets 2,000, 1,000, in the hundreds. So, he is manipulating the dumb lens lickers into believing that James is out. And also, if you take a look at right here, this is how he was when he was doing these these DOJ impersonations. So, it was most likely early last year. And if you take a look at him now, now he looks a lot different. Let me show you. made a video on him. I think it was a week ago. Let's find out. Now, as you see here, he looks all uh you know, dead in the eyes, uh emaciated. He he looks completely different. He looks like he lost he lost something. So, yeah. Once again, I just want to clarify and point out the lies of the frauditors because someone has to. They are not going to come forward and say, "Yeah, actually it's a lie. He's not out frauditing. He's probably at home recovering, talking to his attorney, trying to figure out how he's going to squirm out of this." Now, another video I wanted to react to is this nonsense by Gavin Seim. So, Gavin Seim is actually a sovereign citizen fugitive. So, he's a fugitive from the states. He calls himself a refugee, but the word is fugitive. So, let's take a look. Hey guys, Gavin Seim, and I have been wanting to do a video on James Freeman for a few weeks, and frankly, I've I've just kind of lacked information in terms of of what's Yeah, information. Okay. Talking about information, let's just take a look at the new charges because he was and keep in mind, I'm a little late on this. This happened last week. There's just I didn't get a chance to cover this. I'm behind on so many videos when it comes to Frauditors. I have to make a video on Louis Johnson. There's a lot going on over there. I don't know if I'll get to it. It might become old news by the time I get to it, but basically, they reduced the charges. So, before he was facing four felonies and six misdemeanors, now he is facing one felony and five misdemeanors. So, you have disorderly conduct, domestic violence, a class one misdemeanor, disorderly conduct, domestic violence, a class one misdemeanor. So, he threatened or pushed E.S. and that's probably because it's a minor. They're not going to say the name. And he threatened Alicia Springer. Now, count three threat intimidate physical injury domestic violence is because he uh threatened or intimidated Alicia by word or conduct. Count four threat or intimidate uh he threatened or intimidated E.S. So, that's his daughter. And then you have the felony, which is the class five felony, which is, you know, fleeing the cops. And then you have count six criminal damage defacing. So, those are the new charges. Those are the charges that stuck. It looks like the cops put some charges um that the prosecutor wasn't comfortable with. So, that's why these are the actual charges that he will be facing. Um he might get some dismissed along the way. We'll see. But for now, let's watch this degenerate sovereign citizen make excuses for an accused woman beater. going on. And as soon as James got arrested in this so-called pursuit and so-called domestic abuse, uh what I saw >> Right off the bat, he is completely making a mockery of the what these victims went through. The calls did not come from the police. The call came from inside the house, and it was James's family that was requesting help because he had gone mad. And my theory as to why James went completely insane is because of his ego. He was used to getting praise, getting comments on his videos, and all of a sudden he doesn't have his channel anymore. He doesn't have all that, you know, ego fluffing that he was getting from YouTube, so it it just drove him nuts. That's my opinion. Well, let's keep watching. Well, it's a lot of people kind of jumping on board. Of course, his haters saying, "Oh, this is what we expected. He was crazy." And and I saw the, you know, these videos coming out of his arraignment. And I but I didn't hear a lot of like anything of what was was really going on. Nobody seemed to know. Nobody was communicating with me on it. And And this isn't rare, right? As As the guy who who started auditing over a decade ago now in this idea of, "Hey, yes, we film the police, but we also are journalists. We also flip the camera on ourselves. We also ex- I don't know how standing like 2 in behind a cop or impersonating Dodge is being a journalist. It has nothing to do with it. You're just a rage baiter. Like there's no way he believes this garbage. It looks like he really believes it, but yeah, I I don't know. I don't know how the hell you could believe that that's journalism. Like that makes no sense. You're creating a situation. You're not investigating something, you're causing something. So that's not journalism. blame, we also control the narrative. And that's really what the foundation of Auditing America is, even though sometimes it's seen as as going out and trolling and things like that. It's really being a journalist. And James Freeman is a is a phenomenal journalist. And the thing is, as a refugee from the United States of America. Fugitive. Fugitive. I like literally documented refugee. I'm usually not the first guy people call when when they're in jail because they're in the US and I'm here and I'm seen as an extreme rogue to the US police and government officials because they can't get to me. And and I'm always encouraging people to to not comply and to resist with honor. And and James was was excellent at that. Now, I did see a video. Uh there was a a GoFundMe started for James. Um and and it's actually raised a ton of money, which is which is super great. So this is something where we need to talk about this $68,000 of um fundraised funds. For lack of better words. Um Roy Tripoloni uh Pigs Under Pressure did a fundraiser for bail. The bail was 40,000. Now, assuming let let's just assume for a second that he took the 40,000, he paid the bail, and the 28,000 went to James for future legal expenses, housing, whatever. What happens when the case is over and James is either found guilty or innocent or whatever? If I'm not mistaken, Roy is going to be $40,000 richer. Like Roy is going to make a lot of money off this, a [ __ ] ton of money. Now, is there going to be any accounting, any detailed accounting like I did in my fundraiser? And you know, none of that [ __ ] happens over here. The money just gets raised and then, you know, that's it. You don't hear from it again. So, yeah, Roy over here, he's going to get paid. Like 40 grand is a lot of dough and it's going to go right back in his pocket as soon as the bail is refunded. So, yeah, quite a quite something over here. I mean, these lens liquors, man, they are something else. It There's no other community where you can be accused of of pushing your children and threatening your wife and being documented getting on a police chase and you are able to raise $68,000. That makes no [ __ ] sense. Let's say if there's a commentary YouTuber, any other type of YouTuber, they're like, "Hey guys, yeah, I just got accused of of domestic battery. Give me money." It's ludicrous, mind-blowing. But anyways, let's keep watching. So, starting by Roy. And so, it looks like they got a lot of legal fund money. And and it looks to me like I I saw this video and if somebody can confirm this cuz I haven't seen any posts as as most of us know, James Freeman uh because of all this battle he had going with this this city that was targeting him and arrested him. And of course, that's why they came after him is because he was exposing their corruption. Um because of this, he had turned off his YouTube channel a while back and it kind of gone had kind of gone silent. And I did see him in a video. This was posted This was posted just yesterday and it was him on the street here. Um I'm not super familiar with the Press Harder channel, but I saw James here on the street. So, it looks like he's out. Gosh, man, you people are so stupid. You people are so dumb. I mean, we're almost in June in Arizona and you think he's going to be wearing a long-sleeve shirt? And and everybody's going to be wearing jackets? Like, how stupid are you? Holy [ __ ] It's sometimes so frustrating to see this level of stupidity. This did not happen on Friday. There's not a chance in hell. And on top of that, I remember seeing it myself. I think like I think I even covered it. It was like a year ago or something. Huh, man. James is a lot skinnier now. It looks like he hasn't been eating or something like that. He does not look like that. We have video of him. He doesn't look like that. He's uh completely like hollowed out and all [ __ ] up. He does not look like that. >> on the street >> But but that's but that's again, it's the lies, man. It's the lies that are even from their own community. They lie about about what's happening just to push a narrative and these dummies over here, these sovereign citizens, they just swallow it up. So, it looks like he's out. And first of all, let me just say, you know, everybody This is the problem with being an activist is when this first happened, I even saw the other auditors basically come out and say, "Oh, James is in trouble. He did something bad. He did something stupid." And I was like, "What are you guys doing? Is there no unity? Do you have no concept of how this actually works? You're out there filming the police, but you don't understand that everything in a police report is a lie. You don't understand that the whole concept of the US justice system is to silence those that oppose its felony crimes?" So, everything in a police report is a lie. So, according to Mr. Sovereign Citizen over here, everything in a police report is a lie. So, whenever police catch murderers, they take uh rapists off the streets, it it's all a lie. Now, even if he wants to say if he want even if he wants to be a libertarian and say, "Okay, drug dealers are not causing any harm." Let's say we agree with him. What about the violent offenders? People that murder people, rapists, people that harm children, women. So, it's all lies. It's all [ __ ] according to Mr. SovCit over here. Like, holy [ __ ] how delusional do you have to be, man? And so, I saw people obviously the haters are going to come after us when they frame us in charges. And I don't know if if James Freeman had an incident or a fight with his family or something like that. I mean, we're human, you guys. And this is the problem. Have you ever noticed this? This is something I see a lot. Police can beat their families. They can murder people. They can beat people with batons. They can pepper spray people. They can scream. They can yell vulgarities. They can crash cars. The government officials can do any and everything. They can lose control in every possible way. And what do people say? "Oh, well, you know, you don't understand the context. Oh, they they were under pressure." Bullcrap. They're just not honorable people. They're criminals. I mean, there's a lot of everybody there there's a lot of types of people in every single profession. Like, when a cop does something wrong, it's it's not they don't deserve excuses. They should be held accountable. And if they did something wrong while they were in a position of power, they should be held even more accountable than the regular citizen because they should know better. So, this is [ __ ] What he's saying is complete nonsense. Cops get arrested all the time for driving drunk. Judges get exposed. I make videos on corrupt cops. I make videos on cops There was this one guy that was extremely creepy. He went to this Tik Tok Tik Toker's house. He was pretending that there was a crime in her backyard so that he could stalk her. I made a video on that dude. He got exposed. He got fired and he got sued and he deserves it. Like cops do bad things, but you don't put everybody in the same basket. So, anyways, it it's trying to reason with this guy is like talking to a brick wall. It's just not going to happen. But it is it is entertaining though to just dismantle his feeble little logic just piece by piece. And they work in organized crime. And then and this is why as an activist, I always taught from the beginning when I first started teaching uh methods for auditing using the camera, how to interact with police, how to get close and like draw them out, but also not get too aggressive and and keep control of the narrative, right? The highest level aggressive is who will be seen as the bad guy by the public, right? So, if you allow the police to be the highest level of aggressor, people even ignorant people will start to realize, "Hey, something's wrong cuz he wasn't doing anything, right?" And it's hard. I mean, that's not a bad strategy. If you want to make the cops look like the villains, then you should be calm and collected and let them get aggressive. That's not what Frauditors do. Some Some are good at gaslighting and passive-aggressiveness like Long Island Audit, but when it comes to James Freeman, I mean, he would go to the secretaries, completely berate them, say they're going to get fired as he's impersonating Joe Dodge, and he was obviously the villain and still the lens lickers just gobble it up and don't see how he's the aggressor. Anyways, ridiculous stuff. But I understand where he's coming from. It's actually not a bad strategy. It's hard to control that narrative because we live in a society so brainwashed by anti-freedom propaganda. A society so ignorant of the basic human rights of humanity, of our constitutions, that they see a uniform and they think good guy and they see somebody else and they think bad guy cuz they've been programmed to think that way. And then I see even the auditors as soon as James Freeman was arrested I saw people doing these videos not not even the auditors not really against him but kind of against him, right? Like kind of like oh well he shouldn't have done this. I don't know what he did but you know uh even you know even even Direct D who I who I've chatted with and and you know makes some good videos is like James Freeman is loony in his mind. Why are we doing this? This Yeah, Direct D is not um Direct D is doing a really good job at exposing pieces of [ __ ] like James Freeman, Fapa, all the other frauditors. It looks like at some point he was brushing shoulders with some of them because he was doing his cop watching but he saw the grift, he saw the scam, he saw that they were not accomplishing anything and he decided to start exposing them and I think it's great. I think Direct D is doing a good really good work and he's spreading the word even though I don't agree with what he used to do and his tactics. I made plenty of videos on him. I definitely do not agree with his tactics. Right now he's doing a really good job at bringing awareness of this little plague over here that we have with frauditors. Just to stop you guys and I made a video a while back trying when when James went offline trying to really put a cohesion behind what auditing really is because even guys like James Freeman, James Freeman started auditing because he was a fan of me and when I left the USA as a refugee he took up the tour. Fugitive. Fugitive. Not refugee. And he did a great job with it. And then all these other auditors that are now out there trying to make money out of this, they they came behind James. I remember those first days of them showing up to be with James cuz he was killing it. James Freeman is one of the best journalists of our time. Like how the [ __ ] do you say that with a straight face? [laughter] James Freeman is the best journalist of our time. It looks like he's trying to contain his laughter. I don't know if he really He probably does. He probably believes it. That's what journalism looks like. This idea that journalism looks like some some babe on ABC News reading off a police report or some dude like, "Well, we have a report from the county of blah blah blah that James Freeman committed this." No, that that's not what journalism is. You You know what journalism is? I'll show you journalism. I'll show you journalism on YouTube. So you can see there's Tyler Oliveira, great journalist. He went to Israel. He exposed Portugal's Indian invasion. I haven't seen that one. Um Tyler Oliveira's pretty damn good. Almost 10 10 million subscribers exposing scammers. Uh another one is uh Cunningham. I believe his name is Brandon Cunningham. So he goes into the underworld. Is that Is that him? Or maybe it's a Brandon. Uh anyways, I can't find him. Uh but yeah, he goes into the um I got the first name wrong. But he goes into the underworld of like uh he went to Toronto where he investigates the crime there. And that's like boots-on-the-ground journalism. And they still can make YouTube videos about it, but they are not the story. They didn't say, "Hey, I went to Toronto and pissed off this guy and then he attacked me and here's the news story. They're investigating something and they put a lot of work in their videos and that's why they get way more views than frauditors because the the general public sees that this is someone that has a genuine interest in investigating something objectively and documenting it in person and they don't have ulterior motives. So yeah, that's real YouTube journalism. That's not reporting. That's not journalism. Journalism is getting on the street with a camera. Journalism is getting down there and finding the facts and exposing the truth. Journalism is also not just watching other people's journalism and and commenting on it. And I see a lot of this too. Not that it's wrong to comment, right? I'm not in the states right now. I can't be on the street. I do do street sometimes like this in here in Mexico. But I'm not trying to be an activist here. I'm I'm just a photographer. But I've been meaning for a few weeks to get out there and just say if if you don't have something good to say, shut up. And I'm talking to all of you auditors out there. I'm talking I know the trolls are going to hate because they support a police state. But you auditors should know better. If you've been out there on the streets, if you see police behave in the way that they're violent and abusive and psychopathic, you should know better than to see when one of our own gets arrested, oh, he's accused of this. And I've seen this of people of various people that are journalists and auditors, they get accused of doing this, they get accused of doing that. These accusations mean nothing. They mean nothing. Most of the time they're mostly fabricated. And here's the thing, we're missing a So this is what I asked him. I I agree with accusations are accusations. That that's fine. Um so I wrote a comment here and I said innocent until proven guilty. I agree with you. But if he is convicted, will you continue to defend a convicted woman beater? I see people who are still supporting Warden. And And he was just talking nonsense. He's like, "Dude, stop pretending the truth matters to you. Um you troll for money. You're You Your soul is sold and rank." Never heard that expression before. And um I told him, "You got me figured out wrong. It started as trolling and having fun, but it's about holding you guys accountable. Tyrant Terminator was arrested 47 times and was deemed mentally incompetent, but still you people look up to him just because he has a camera and nothing better to do. My community provides the balance and criticism your community desperately needs." And he didn't answer. So, yeah. Uh innocent until proven guilty, sure, but I mean if his daughter and wife testify and said, "Yeah, he scared the [ __ ] out of us. He pushed us." Are you still going to defend him? Like, and how can you say he's innocent of getting on a police case when if the body cam comes out and it shows it and we can see it with our own two eyes, how are you going to defend that? It's It's It's an extreme amount of cope what's happening here. It's It's pretty intense. a really big thing. We're being conditioned to a society where when men have balls, when we're warriors, when we go out and we defend rights and we do so well, and they try and cri- >> This guy is so cringe, man. Warriors? Warriors, really? Like bullying secretaries, saying that you're dodge and you're going to get them fired. That's being a warrior? Get a grip, dude. criminalizes people fall for that. Why? Because we're being trained to think that to resist tyranny and abuse is mentally ill. That's how they're trying to portray us. We're unstable, right? You are. >> And so, a cop can lose control, throw things around his house, crash his car, get drunk. It's like, "Oh, well, you know, he's a cop. He's a hero. He's under pressure." But we as activists, as real journalists, as as auditors, if you want to call it that, whatever you call it, those of us who fight against tyranny, they're constantly watching us like, "Oh, look. Look, he he dropped a pop can on the street. He's he he litters. Oh, look, he he he got in a fight with his family. He's he's violent." And this is another problem of like families not supporting warriors anymore. Again, goes back to this idea that people who fight, they're the outsiders. They're the crazy ones. They they should just submit and comply. That that's loving and respecting their family. Standing up for justice. Gosh, though, it's so hard to watch when he says warriors. So, he's saying that his wife is not supporting James Freeman being a warrior. I don't know how their what their relationship status is, what's going on behind closed doors, but if she's still married to him after what, like 10 years of being a jerk off on the internet, I think she supported him quite a bit. Um so, yeah, completely ridiculous. And then you're saying like getting into a fight with your family. So, so this guy's like endorsing domestic battery, basically. He's he's saying that it's not a big deal if you're violent with your family members. Like, dude, what kind of crack are you smoking? Let Let me just ask you that. I know you're in Mexico, you probably have access to very good cocaine, but what kind of crack are you smoking? That's my question. Like, holy [ __ ] dude. Anyways, let's keep watching for another couple minutes. and peace, and loving your neighbor, and resisting with honor. That's loving your family. And I'm tired of these whiny, bitching attitudes of like, "Oh, like I had we we're just we're just stressed out because because of this or because of that." And everybody's like, "Oh, well, he shouldn't have done that." Grow up. We should have a society where if there's a a domestic dispute, it should be safe to call in the sheriff and say, "Hey, can we talk this out?" And the sheriff's like, "Bro, come on. Let's Let's take you away from the house for the night." I'm not saying that happened with James. I'm just saying Sometimes that does happen, but here's the thing. When you put your hands on your family members, you're taking that option away from the cops. If it's a verbal argument, of course they will try to separate the parties and try to mediate, but that's the thing. He He got physical. That's That's where he crosses a line that cannot be uncrossed. Like I I I don't understand what's wrong with this guy. He has no information at all about what happened, and he's just he he's just glazing. Like, dude, you know, James Freeman is not going to fly to Mexico and and suck you off. Like, doesn't matter how much glazing you do, it's not going to happen. Like, that Andy Griffith style of resolving a conflict should exist, but that's not how it works. The point is not to resolve conflicts. Police aren't there to protect you. Police are there to charge you with 10 felonies that are not actually felonies. I got news for you guys. Running from cops is not a real felony. You have a right to run from people trying to hurt you. >> [laughter] >> Yeah, put it in practice, buddy. Put it in practice. A >> [laughter] >> That And that's the thing. Don't listen to this guy. Look where this guy is. He's hiding in Mexi in Mexico as a fugitive. You want to take advice from this guy? I got news for you. Carrying a gun cannot be a felony, no matter how many laws you passed, because it's a right and the Second Amendment exists. I got news for you. If you get in an argument and have maybe a little pushing match with some of your family members, that's not a felony, either. Now It's not a felony, and actually they didn't charge him for a felony for that. They charged him for misdemeanors. So, you are correct. It's not a felony. People should respect each other. We should be kind. We should be loving. We should try and deal with our stress and and elevate ourselves. And be peace and be calm. But, these narratives that keep getting created and I see this all the time. I know so many people in jail. You have Jeff Weinhouse and James Freeman. You have Billy Pinson. Like, some of these people just got caught in the system and some people like Jeff Weinhouse were just actively warriors fighting and they're trying to destroy them. But, they're also trying to destroy the people that aren't even in the fight, right? And these people get wrapped up in this, too, cuz the goal is to fill prisons. It's to silence those that have voices and to fill prisons with the underdogs so you can keep the system going. This is why they constantly invent massive felony barrages, sex crimes. It's not that sex crimes and violent crimes don't exist. It's that most of the time that when police are accusing people of those things, it's actually what they're doing. And if you doubt that, look no further than the high All right. All right. Enough with this coping.
