Thanks for not violating my rights today. I appreciate that. So, Lucilo tried calling two law enforcement officers to try and intimidate me for my first amendment right. These are individuals who do not care about our constitution, will never be held accountable. We all know it. They will investigate themselves and find no wrongdoing. This is exactly what he deserves. A peaceful first amendment protest with my LED billboard truck. [music] All right, fellow patriots. We are just arriving at the residence of Suffach County Police Benevolent Association President, excuse me, Malevolent Association President Lou Seillo pictured here. Can't get a cameraman to help me out with these kind of peaceful protests ever since what happened to my last cameraman where he was unlawfully arrested. So, this is my cameraman today, a 360 camera. It's going to get everything around me on its own tripod. So, I figured I would just put the actual video evidence of his tyranny on display for all of his neighbors here. And let me be clear, I'm not going to tell you where I am. I'm in an undisclosed location on Long Island. Long Island's a very big place. I'm not a monster like the individual you're looking at right now. So, I'm not going to give out his town or address or anything like that. That's not what I'm about. I never do that. And if any street signs are in this video, I will definitely be blurring them out. But I figured just here on the front would be good evidence of what happened to show his neighbors. This is his residence over here. He has a no trespassing sign, private property, and then he has another one over here. So, we will be sure not to step on the property of the police union president. And then on the back, right next to our cameraman, we have police union President Lou Seillo retaliated against journalists asking questions about police misconduct by one, oh yeah, I forgot to say your neighbor by one, unlawfully arresting journalist, two, putting on the handcuff so tight that it pinched a nerve in the journalist's wrist, and three, lying on a sworn report. Accountability, not protection. No one is above the law. And then on both sides here, I just have the video playing as such on both sides here. So hopefully this will be seen. There are neighbors in this house over here looking. That's the point. It's to peacefully exercise our first amendment right because we have been unlawfully arrested. Our first amendment rights have been retaliated against by a thug with a badge. That's what this comes down to. A thug with a badge. This individual with a badge who collects a six figure taxpayer funded salary and does no law enforcement whatsoever. He works his details at the PBA headquarters, the police union headquarters. him and five other or him including five other individuals which I'm sure are the individuals here like CJ Hunter, the PBA treasurer. Um I'm not sure who this individual is, but we're we'll get to know all of them in the federal lawsuit as soon as the district attorney either loses in court with his malicious prosecution andor does the right thing. It's unfortunate. I've heard a lot of good things about my district attorney here in Suffach County right tyranny. No pun intended. But you know, he is bowing down to the police union president. So I'm going to be protesting him as well. You know, some people say, "Oh, you go too far going and parking in public spaces in front of the residents of the tyrants." But just remember, these are tyrants. These are tyrants. These are individuals who do not care about our constitution, will never be held accountable. He will keep his job, keep his fully funded, taxpayer funded pension. We all know it. They will investigate themselves and find no wrongdoing despite the video evidence clearly showing he won't be I I shouldn't have to I'll say it this way. I shouldn't have to come to his residence. The FBI should be coming to his residence and arresting him for violating a citizen's constitutional rights. That's what should be happening here. But of course, that's not going to happen. He just endorsed the next attorney general, Todd Blanch. They did a video together. They met. They did a podcast, I believe. So, there's never going to be any accountability. He's very well connected with the legislature here, with the police department's hierarchy. Nothing's ever going to happen to him. So, since nothing's going to happen to him, I will peacefully exercise my First Amendment right by exposing him to all of his neighbors here. As you can see, his neighbors are looking out the window right now. And that's the whole point. Peacefully. I have no weapons, nothing. But I will continue to exercise my First Amendment, right peacefully in the face of tyranny. That's what the founding fathers of this country designed the First Amendment for, to make your voices heard against the government. So that's what we're going to do here today. We have our 360 camera watching us at all times. Hopefully things don't escalate, but I guess time will tell. So remember, we are parked in public on the right side of the street. Perfectly legally parked here. So we know we're in the right spot because that we have these Suffach County PBA stickers here. Union Strong, but they're expired. So I wonder if they still get out of jail free. Don't get tickets. All right, ladies and gentlemen. So it looks like the Suffach County Police Department is responding to our First Amendment protected activity. How you doing today? Just want to let you know uh I don't have any weapons. Thank you. >> So, apparently they got a 911 call. >> Two Suffach County law enforcement officers for our big, beautiful accountability truck. Let's see. Well, they're going behind closed doors. Hopefully, they do not break protocol and turn off their body cameras because we will be foil requesting the body camera footage from the Suffach County Police Department. So, the law enforcement officers are leaving the residence right now. >> How are you, sir? >> Good, good, good. Everything okay? >> Everything's fine. >> Okay, perfect. If I needed to go to like my passenger side, I would have to probably step like right here. But this is still public property here, right? Right here. This is like an easement. But do you want to test that water? >> I I mean, I I was already arrested for walking backwards, so I probably don't want to test it, but I mean I just I'm I just got to ask. Thanks. >> You know, cuz sometimes you get your rights violated here in Suffach County, but not today. Today, we're going to be sitting out here for as long as we want. They said to stay off their property. Obviously, I'm not going on their property, but if I did need to go to my passenger side, let's wait first uh for the law enforcement officers to leave. Let's see here. Despicable tyrant. >> So, they said they're probably going to come back, of course, cuz special treatment, but they come back for anybody else. Probably not. >> Stay safe, man. So the Suffach County police officers are leaving. So Lucilo tried calling law enforcement officers here, two law enforcement officers to try and intimidate me for my first amendment right, but it didn't go the way I'm sure he wanted those officers to be a lot more rough. Probably unlawfully arrested me. You know, that's probably what he wants. But at the end of the day, those officers did honor their oath to the United States Constitution, and they said everything I'm doing is First Amendment protected activity as long as I stay on the public street and that they do not want me on their property, which they have no trespassing signs everywhere. Uh, but if I did need to get to my passenger seat over there, I would have to like kind of step on it. But this is like an easement here, so it's uh, you know, it is what it is. It's public property up until I think the mailbox. But again, that's if I needed to go in my passenger side. I don't really need to do that right now. I'm not trying I'm just want to ex I'm not trying to get any of these people to come out and do harm to me. I'm just trying to exercise my rights peacefully. As is guaranteed to me under the United States Constitution, especially when my rights have been violated. I've been injured, my nerve damaged in my wrist, documented, and chained to a desk for seven hours. So I think if I had to choose between being handcuffed, both of my wrists handcuffed to a desk for 7 hours, my freedom taken from me, a pinched nerve that hurts me every single day, and a billboard truck in front of my house, I would 100% choose the billboard truck without [clears throat] question. Without question. So I'd much rather my rights be intact. I'd much rather not lose my freedom as an American citizen. But, you know, Lucilo had other plans and it's a little bit hard to see. I guess you could see it, right? But it's a little bit hard to see because the sun is like directly on it. So, that's actually pretty good. My billboard truck's actually pretty bright. So, and when I finally leave here, when probably the sun goes down, I'll be able to drive it around for everyone to see it. And I'll be back and uh, you know, just to peacefully exercise my rights, not try to intimidate anybody. Again, I didn't even show you. I have the images of the people who came in these two vehicles here, but I'm not even going to show you their images cuz they're relevant to to what happened to me. They weren't there that day. You know, CJ Hunter, the PBA treasurer, came here. That'd be a different story. >> One eternity [music] later. >> All right, fellow patriots. So, we have been outside of the police union president Lou Seillo, the thug with the badges residence for about I would say 3 to 4 hours. I think I got here 5:30. The sun is going down. So, we're going to be getting out of here. You can see my billboard truck of accountability. The big beautiful LED billboard truck is lighting up the entire block here. So, we're going to be getting out of here. We proved our point. We will be back. Guess what? When you take my freedom from me, have me chained both wrists to a table for 7 hours, force me to spend $1,000 to get my billboard truck out of impound because you illegally impounded it. All of this first amendment retaliation, Fourth Amendment violation, excessive force, pinching a nerve in my wrist, all of the pain I felt of last few weeks because of that pinched nerve. This is exactly what he deserves. a peaceful first amendment protest with my LED billboard truck. And I gotta say, I know Lou Cvil is gonna be watching this. I don't know if you thought I was joking, but when you put those handcuffs on, the tightest I've ever felt in my entire life, cutting off my circulation and pinching a nerve, I told you. I looked in your eyes and I told you. I told you, Lou, I told you I was going to park my billboard truck in front of your house. And that is exactly what we did today for several hours. A lot of the neighbors who are supporters of mine have seen it, have asked questions about it. I don't want them to be retaliated against. So, I'm going to try and keep their identities a secret because Lou will retaliate. He has a lot of connections just like he did right here. Retaliated against me. So, it's kind of hard to make out the truck cuz it's so bright. But if we get closer, you'll see police union president Lucilla retaliated against journalists for asking questions about police misconduct by unlawfully arresting the journalist, pinching a nerve in his wrist, by putting the handcuffs on so tight and lying on a sworn report. Accountability, not protection, no one is above the law. Your neighbor, that's a nice personal touch. And then on both sides of the billboard truck, I have the video playing with audio showing Lucilo arresting me even though for trespass, criminal trespass, which the district attorney has dropped the criminal trespass, but I currently am going to be maliciously prosecuted for the violation of trespass, which carries up to 15 days in jail. Not a crime, but it still carries up jail time up to 15 days per statute. Uh, so the district attorney is probably going to get a billboard truck in front of his house as well because guess what? Accountability is the most important thing. We need accountability in our government and that's what we're fighting for today. That is what we are trying to protest peacefully. Law enforcement officers get an A in my book. They came because they were called by the civilos and they shook my hand. They identified themselves properly and there was no issues. They went in. We'll get the body camera footage of them speaking to the cvils here, but we didn't step on their property. We stood on public property the entire time and uh the law enforcement officers left without further incident. They said they'd be back, but I haven't seen them since. So, they haven't come back to try and intimidate us. They were very professional, so I give credit where credit is due. My First Amendment rights weren't violated today. But this will not be the last time I exercise my First Amendment rights. So, make sure you stay tuned to the channel. Whether you're left, right, center, this is about up and down. This is about the people with power, the thugs like Lou Civo, and we the people exercising our constitutional rights. We need to stick together and rid tyranny, resist tyranny in our government, no matter what their political affiliation. I appreciate you guys.
