The State ISN’T Calling Fmr. Sgt. Fahey As A Witness! How Is This Possible?

Hey, what's up, guys? Sean Paul Reyes with Long Island Audit here, back again with another video. I just got out of court. This is my last court date here in the state of Corrupticut before my upcoming trial on August 11th involving former disgraced Connecticut State Sergeant Brian Fahey. And the prosecutor here, his name is John Fahey. Apparently and allegedly, there is no relation there. So, I just wanted to come live and tell each and every one of you that the state, the prosecutor in this case, is not planning on calling former disgraced Sergeant Brian Fahey as a witness. Can you imagine that? Can you imagine that the prosecution doesn't plan on calling the complainant in this case, the owner of the alleged property in this case that I'm alleged to have trespassed on, uh which we all know, we've all seen the video. Apparently, State's Attorney John Fahey sees a very different video than each and every single one of us. Um but when I found out that he wasn't going to call Brian Fahey as a witness, I was completely shocked. I found out because I was requesting um Giglio information from him, which is basically he has an obligation to give me all of the information, misconduct, the the false statements, everything else regarding Brian Fahey and the Connecticut State Police and then before when he was a New London police officer, which I was told he was uh selling narcotics as a New London police officer. That's what I was told from someone inside of law enforcement told me that. But So, I thought there was going to be a whole bunch of stacks and stacks and stacks of internal affairs complaint for uh Brian Fahey as well as uh any other officers. So, he wrote back to me in an email, the State's Attorney did, and he said that he gave me a he forwarded me a an email from the Groton the Town of Groton Police Chief, and he had said that there wasn't any responsive record. So, apparently all of the corrupt Town of Groton police officers who participated in the retaliation for my First Amendment rights, um apparently they've This is the first misconduct that they've ever engaged in. So, I guess there's got to be a first for everything. So, next time they justify, at least they'll have this on their record. Um and then when I asked him, "Where is uh Brian Fahey's uh misconduct reports and and and such?" He told me, "Well, I'm not calling Brian Fahey as a witness." Uh So, what did I do? I decided to subpoena Brian Fahey myself. Remember, I'm Remember, I'm representing myself. So, I submitted applications for four different officers from the Town of Groton, as well as Oh, no, excuse me. Three officers total for the Town of Groton, Brian Fahey, and then also Kimberly Fahey. So, there was five total subpoenas issued for this trial upcoming on August 11th. I cannot wait. Um I believe the media has requested to record my trial. So, you will hopefully get to see justice prevail on August 11th. But, I have the the judge So, in today's hearing, the judge signed the my final subpoena application, and so I had the final subpoena. They will be served um due in due time. All of them will be served. So, at the end of the day, I'm excited for the trial. I'm excited to prove my innocence in this case. I've been innocent since day one. The charge that I'm being prosecuted for is criminal trespass in the third degree. Here in Connecticut, that carries up to 90 days in the county jail. And it requires not only that I awfully unlawfully enter or remain on property, it also requires that there be a sign conspicuously posted as prescribed by law. So, if you've seen the video, you know that there was no sign. My cameraman, who will also be testifying at the trial, Ta-heem Glover, knew that there wasn't any sign because we looked and the body camera footage and the their own police reports. This is why this trial really boggles my mind because the their own body camera footage and police reports state that the sign wasn't conspicuously posted. But yet they're prosecuting me on a crime that requires in the statutory elements that there be a sign conspicuously posted as as prescribed by law. So, at the end of the day, I don't see how State's Attorney John Fahey here wins this trial. Uh the judge in this case, so I'll get to the judge in a second, but the original judge that I had for all my previous hearings, he doesn't do trials. They have a specific judge here in this courthouse behind me that handles trials. And apparently, there was a conflict when he worked at the State's Attorney's Office between himself and me. I don't I don't know this judge or but he apparently knows me. So, he recused himself. So, the judge recused himself, so they brought in an outside judge, Judge Gwinari. I met him for the first time today and this will be the first time I see him and the last time I see him before the trial commences on August 11th, but I met him today. I don't have anything to say about him either way. He conducted himself uh professionally in the hearing today. And also, you know, I guess he's young. He's 30 I think he's 35 years old. He looks very young to me, so um I think I looked at him up. He's 35, so he's young. So, hopefully, he hasn't been corrupted by the the system yet, and he can still be uh fair and impartial because the evidence speaks for itself. The testimony will speak for itself. I'm planning on doing a very uh thorough opening statement and closing statement. And it's important to me that this trial be recorded for the world to see because people need to see. The people, not just here in Connecticut, the people across our country and across the world need to see what happens when you challenge power. You get retaliated against. That's exactly what's happening to me right now. I am being retaliated against by the Connecticut state government because I dared to knock on a door of a Connecticut state trooper, Brian Fahey. I dared to ask questions about his six-figures in overtime to boost his pension. I dared to challenge their authority. So, therefore, the Groton Police Department, the Town of Groton Police Department colluded with the Connecticut State Police, I believe, and to violate my constitutional rights. I think that's pretty clear from the video evidence. I mean, I I don't know what else to say about the matter. I will just end with this. I won't back down. I hope that State's Attorney John Fahey, who wasn't here today, the the lead prosecutor. Again, this is very unusual that the State's Attorney for this entire judicial district here is prosecuting my case. So, normally, the head State's Attorney prosecutes murders, serious felonious crimes. Uh this almost was a felonious crime a a trial because they charged me with felony voyeurism, if you remember, back when I was first arrested, which is insane to me. But, you know, at the end of the day, I'm going to continue to fight. I'm excited for the upcoming trial on August 11th. I'm excited to confront my accuser and prove my innocence in a court of law. The subpoenas have been signed and they will be going out to Brian Fahey, Kimberly Fahey, and three Groton police officers. And you haven't seen all the body camera footage because the one the body camera footage that the town of Groton Police Department released to the public was heavily redacted to not show what Brian Fahey and his wife said to the law enforcement officers on the scene. So, we didn't hear any of that, but in discovery I received the unedited body camera footage and I will share that with you after this trial is over. But, basically what happened was one of the law enforcement officers they were acting buddy-buddy with him. They knew his children. They knew of him. And they said he did nothing wrong. I think you did everything right is what one of the officers said. And you know what his response to that was? She told him, one of the female officers, McKechnie, told him, "I think you handled it perfectly." Without doing an investigation, without doing any sort of detective work or police work. You know, I thought I thought law enforcement officers were supposed to be unbiased. And even all in their reports, they say, "He parked a billboard truck in order to elicit a response." I mean, that's a statement that's not objective, that's subjective. Uh they made a lot of subjective statements editorializing in their police reports, the town of Groton police officers did. $75,000 bond. You know how the story went. But, for her to tell him, within moments of being there, that he that he handled it right, and then right after that he says, "I don't think I did." So, I can't wait for you to see that. Again, I want to bring you transparency. I'm under court order not to share with you any of the body camera footage or any of the police reports. I even have uh Fahey's mugshot from when he was arrested. So, I'll be sharing all of that, putting it together for you guys uh in the spirit of transparency because the state of Connecticut does not want you to have the transparency. They don't want you to see what's happening here. It's a violation of the Constitution. It's retaliation. It's malicious prosecution. And then after this, I will be filing when I win, when we the people prevail in court during my trial. At the conclusion of my trial on August 11th, I will be filing immediately a federal civil rights lawsuit to hold these tyrants accountable. Depositions, the works. So, make sure you guys stay tuned to the channel. I got some subpoenas to deliver. Well, not me personally. I don't want to get a gun pulled on me again, but somebody, hopefully somebody who's going to be very careful approaching Brian Fahey on his residence. Hopefully, he doesn't pull a gun on the process server, but should be interesting. Hopefully, he doesn't resort to violence like he did with me. And I just want to let you guys know this is the last update before the trial. The next video you see will be the conclusion of the trial. Hopefully, you will be able to see the trial uh if it takes place. I don't know if State's Attorney John Fahey he wasn't here today. He's out of the country, so it doesn't look like he's taking this very seriously. I've been prepare I've been preparing for weeks. So, and I will continue to prepare for the next 2 weeks uh so that way I can be fully ready for trial. But, this is the last update. Make sure you guys hit that like button. Share this video.
