Hey, what's up guys? Sean Paul Ray with Long Island Audit here. Back again with another video. Today is the day of the Fehee trial. One year later, we are still facing this injustice here in Corruptic. Right behind me is the Danielson Superior Court where Judge Guinari will decide my fate. I am facing up to 90 days in the Connecticut State Correctional Facility for criminal trespass in the third degree, which requires signage be clearly posted. And if you've been following this incident, you will know that the officers in their police report said it wasn't clearly posted. Uh the video evidence shows that the sign wasn't clearly posted and I left immediately when I was told to leave. So for most of you who do not know, for some of you who do not know, I am representing myself prosay. I kept my lawyers on retainer to help me behind the scenes. I wanted to face my accuser face to face today. And um you know, I'm having mixed emotions. You know, I'm excited to get my day in court finally after over a year. I think this whole fee situation is ridiculous. I think that I should have the charges against me should have been dismissed immediately. The video evidence shows that I am not guilty. So, I'm obviously going to be going inside the court now. My trial starts at 10:00. It is 9:44. So, we're going to head inside. But, I just wanted to reach out to you guys really quickly before I went inside and let you know that I'm okay. I'm in good spirits. I've been practicing and studying very hard. I know I'm not an attorney, but I've been working with attorneys here in Connecticut, the best of the best. Thanks to each and [music] every one of your support for your support and donations that you've given me, and I really appreciate that. So, I've had attorneys by my side this entire time. I've been practicing with my attorney yesterday. Everything has been practiced. I have scripts. I have exhibits. I have everything. I'll show you guys really quick. Stay right there. I cuz those of you who are in here, you're real Long Island supporters. So you guys like my tie. Hold on one second. One second. One second. No, no, no, no, no, no. [laughter] Um, so this is my trial book here. Lots of paperwork in there. And then also I have more paperwork in here, USB flash drives, etc., etc. So, you know, we do have some supporters here. I didn't ask anybody to come, but if you showed up, I appreciate that. You know, I just hope that you guys I want you guys to share this live stream. Like and share. It might be my last live stream. This might be the last live stream I do for quite a quite some time. Um I know I'm innocent. You know I'm innocent. Everybody knows I'm innocent. The video evidence shows that I'm innocent. But as we all know, this is a very corrupt government here in Corrupt. their corrupt governments across our country and that's what we're fighting to expose and this you know it doesn't always end on the side of justice and we know this. So at the end of the day lots of everybody just wants to be loud today. No, I'm just kidding. Um but at the end of the day I do this work, this activism for a reason and I understand the consequences that may come of it and what may come of it is tyranny. What may come of it is injustice. But I will never stop fighting for our First Amendment rights, our Constitution, the rule of law, and holding law enforcement officers like the despicable former Sergeant Brian Fe who spit in my face. He spit in my face on July 11th. August 11th, I'm getting another spit in my face by the Connecticut judicial system here. The state's attorney, John Fe. he allegedly no relation to Brian Fehee. So, it is what it is. I know I have all of you guys support. I know you guys have my back and I truly appreciate that. And to the people who want to see me go to prison, you know, I hope that your heart heals and you become a better person and you stop worrying and wishing hate on anybody. I wouldn't wish prison on my worst enemy. So, at the end of the day, I'm about love. I'm about our Constitution. and I'm going to fight for all of our rights and I will continue to fight whether the judge sentences me to any jail time today. I can be sentenced to up to 90 days for those of you asking. The charge carries up to 90 days in a Connecticut correctional facility. Criminal trespassing in the third degree. The state has to prove three elements today. They need to prove that I entered or remained on the property. They need to prove that I knew that I was unlicensed or privileged to enter or remain on the property. And they need to prove beyond all of these elements. They need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt. And they need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that there was a sign as prescribed by law. Clearly posted, conspicuously posted. So those are the three elements of the criminal trespass. Signage clearly posted. Men's Rehea, which is me knowing I wasn't licensed or privileged, and the entering and remaining. Obviously, I didn't remain. I did enter. So, but they have to prove all three of them beyond a reasonable doubt. And I don't think that they can do that. I know they can't do that because I was there. I watched the video. I was there and I watched it a million times and I've watched the body camera footage. And once this trial is over, stay tuned to the channel. If you're not subscribed, make sure you subscribe and have notifications turned on because the Groten Police Department, the police department who conspired with Sergeant Brian Fehee to unlawfully arrest me and violate my rights and retaliate against me, they redacted so much audio, so much important audio from the body camera footage that I shared with you earlier this year. But in Discovery, I got all the unredacted audio. I can't post it. I couldn't have posted it before the trial, but now that the trial is happening today, after the trial is over, I will be able to post the unedited and unredacted body camera footage, which I think you guys will find very interesting. I'm excited. I'm ready. I'm ready. Are you ready? Cuz I'm ready. I'm ready to fight for justice. I'm ready to fight for our constitutional rights. I'm ready to fight for the First Amendment. And I'm ready to fight against tyranny being perpetrated by the state's attorney, John Feahhee. Sergeant Brian Fehee, former disgraced Sergeant Brian Fehee, who spit in my face, and I'm not going to tolerate it anymore. So, you know, at the end of the day, we have the courthouse right behind us here. We're going to be going in there. Three elements need to be proved. Beyond a reasonable doubt, they're not going to be able to do it. And for those of you asking in the chat, how long is the live stream going to be? Um, how long is the trial, excuse me, going to be, it is going to be as long as it takes. Um, this trial has been scheduled for 3 days. I do not think that the trial will last 3 days. I think it should be over today. I hope so anyway. Uh but you know, there's witnesses, there's exhibits, there's evidence, there's body camera footage that are going to be played. And the best part is if you're not here to watch the trial, you'll be able to watch it because a news media outlet, Real News Network, has been approved to record the entire trial. So, you will be able to watch that on my channel in the coming days uh as soon as this is over and as soon as I get the video from this media outlet who was gracious enough to record it for me and for the people for transparency for the people so you guys could see exactly what's going on here in the state of corruptate. So, you know, I'm excited. I'm excited and I wanted to I I needed you guys I need you guys to hype me up. All right. I need you guys to hype me up. We're about to walk into this courthouse and take on some of the most influential, powerful people in government that we convey power to as we the people. And then they use that power against the people in a malicious, tyrannical way. So, I appreciate you guys. I I'm want to look at the chat for a second. I want to look at the chat. I want Where you guys watching from? Good luck. Good luck, Sean. Appreciate you. Appreciate you. Appreciate you. You got this, Sean. You got this show. Hype me up. Come on. Let's go. We will be deposing Brian Fehee two times. We will be deposing each one of these tyrannical, corrupt, graten police officers here in Rotten, Connecticut. I can't wait. Justice is so sweet. I've been waiting over a year for this day. I'm ready. I got my Afroman tie on. Hold on. I mean, I got I got the Afroman tie on
