He does have 350,000 subscribers and he takes long long breaks. Like sometimes he'll go like a year without posting or like nine months without posting just like I'm a suppress and then his viewers get a little bit pissed off but then he comes back and he gives them what they want which is just belittling you know public employees doing the usual fraud stickick and to my knowledge I haven't seen him eBagg in the past I haven't but in this one it looks like this is what the video is about. And um so we'll take a look. And the thing with this guy though is my wife has two frauditors that she strongly like that completely repulse her and she completely cannot stand it because of their arrogance and just how just smmy and annoying they are. Um, but you know, it looks like this judge is very intended on letting people have their day in court, and I'm sure she will let us have our day in court with our counter claims. He's he was deemed too insane to stand trial. And I found this like mindblowing. Like this guy is too insane to stand trial, but yet he's the one teaching us about our rights. Let me start out by saying this first thing. I am being formally charged with three misdemeanor crimes in Alama County. This all stems from videos that I did at the UC Berkeley International office. Okay, I'm sure you guys remember that one video that I put out. Let's go ahead and roll that right here so you can check it out. >> You done? >> No, I'm not. I just I just barely got here. I You see, I'm not familiar with this guy. I don't watch him. I find like all his videos are like super super long. So, to me, I I'm not really interested in that. But apparently, so this is something that already occurred. Okay. So, I I'm learning as we go. All right. Let me see if it's in the description. I see the GoFundMe. So, yeah, he's doing a GoFundMe. Uh, it says he raised 3,570 and that is, let's see, I think he just released it. So, that that is a large amount. That is a large amount. Oh, no. He released it a few days ago. Okay, so it's not new. Okay, but yeah, it looks like he's he's getting paid for this one. And you see, this is what I find a little bit silly, guys. It's like frauditors or lensers, they're like, "Hey, you know, you're asking for money. Uh, you're not better than a frauditor." He's asking for seven grand for a criminal defense attorney. $7,000. It's like, dude, you're tripping. How do you not have $7,000 as a successful YouTuber? Like, when I got served, I dropped 12 grand on it within minutes. Like, instantly, like this, you know? It's crazy, man. It's nuts. Like, how do they're begging and they can't afford like that little of a of an amount? Like, this whole lawsuit I'm facing is going to cost hundreds of thousands. Imagine if they were faced with that. They would be screwed. Yeah. Yeah. No, it's like I just explained the difference. I just explained the difference. I said if it was 7,000 bucks, I would I wouldn't need to say anything to anyone. And he shouldn't either. Like, it's like, how are you this stupid, dude? Oh my god. And didn't want to follow the law as far as our public records go. But the UC Berkeley police officers that showed up that day did pretty well. They let them know they had to do the public records request. They let them know that I >> Yeah. So, let's see. Where's the original video? I don't see the original video where he got slammed to the wall. So, if you guys know it, send it to me by email. We'll take a look. What's his recommend recommended video? I left very shortly after and it was not a big deal. Now about 10 days later, I went back to the UC Berkeley International office to pick up my records request and it was extremely bad. They had now put up signs saying you couldn't record on the door, in the lobby, everywhere saying that you could not video record in there. And when I asked the director about it, he said, "Well, we learned our lesson from the last time you were here. Now we have signs up." they gave me. >> So, I don't understand what's his problem here. He's complaining that there's no signs. When he gets there, he says, "Oh, there's nothing that tells me I can't record." So, now they fix your situation. They put the signs up and now you're tilted. It's like, dude, you can never win with a frauditor. They They always gaslight and move the goalpost. There wasn't any signs. It's a problem. Now there's signs. It's a problem. Make up your mind, bro. the runaround about my records request. You guys are going to see all that. I can't talk too much about the video and what happened that day. Just know that I was arrested outside of the office. The office is on the fifth floor and I was arrested downstairs. The officers were on the phone conspiring to arrest me. One of the directors or higherups there lied to police and said I pushed him. So, let's go into what I'm being charged with. I'm being charged with California Penal Code 242, which is battery for a higherup employee there. >> Okay, let's see what it says. He committed a misdemeanor obstructing or intimidating a business operator or customer. Well, isn't that every audit ever? Isn't that every single fraudit? What is he talking about? Okay, so obstructing and intimidating second count did commit a misdemeanor battery. Okay, so here's the thing. Um, the thing with this guy is that he has a lengthy lengthy lengthy criminal record for very serious crimes. And you know, I I think Andre Sloan made a video on it. I don't need to expand on it right now, but he has a very lengthy criminal record. So, even when you're talking about misdemeanors like this, um it's possible like someone without a criminal record would get a pretty lenient sentence. But in the case of Bay Area Transparency, it's highly improbable because he already has a lengthy criminal record. Yeah. So, it's not he doesn't want to get any charges like apparently. Okay. So he did five years in in the state. Like my freedom is so important. I value freedom more than anything. Like if you gave if you said, "Okay, I'm going to put you in prison for a month and I'm going to give you a million dollars." I would say, "No, I'm not doing it. I am not doing it." Because a month away from my kids, a month away from my family, from my wife, is a month you cannot get back. You cannot get back. It's gone forever. But frauditors, you know, they're willing to go to jail for a handful of dollars, which is, you know, or in this case, thousands of dollars because he's pretty successful. I find it kind of crazy, man. They don't value their freedom enough. >> Rajan who said that I pushed him. He came down and claimed to the officers that I pushed him. I don't have these videos. I I don't know how some people don't get it, but on my last video, I showed all the receipts together and it added up to 40 grand. And since then, I believe we got one more bill. So, yeah, it's expensive, but we got we got to fight, man. We got to fight. We cannot just stand around and let DMA do this to us unchallenged. One thing's for sure, he did a lot of time in prison, and I don't know why he's inclined to go back to write in the video. The videos do not lie. I am also being charged with California Penal Code 148, which is resisting arrest or obstructing a peace officer. The officers arrested me because they said that I had to ID even though I was not being under arrest at the time or being cited for a crime. So, they chose to arrest me on that. I am also being charged with California Penal Code 602.1 which says that you can't go to a public office and purposely intentionally obstruct the office from conducting business. Now, >> this is very interesting um because obstruct the business from conducting business, that is literally the definition of every single audit out there. They go in, they screw around, they [ __ ] [ __ ] up, and then that's what happens. And then the business is harmed and is slowed down. I mean, I saw a guy the other day, the he was doing a frauded at Walmart or was it I forgot what it was. It was like there's an emergency flood or something like that and the guy was or it was it Target. He was frauding Target. Like this the kind of [ __ ] these people are doing right now. They're completely unhinged. Let's keep watching. >> In that penal code, if you look further down in the subsections, it clearly says your constitutional rights cannot be that issue. It clearly says your constitutional rights cannot be the interference or obstruction of the business. The police kept my phone, my gimbal, my monopod, my microphones, everything that happened that day after I was arrested. I went to the county jail and I had to bail out. I had to post a $7,500 bond. I went ahead and got out. I went to the first court hearing and there was >> So, when he's saying I had to post a $7,500 bond, is he talking about $7,500 or is he talking about 10% of that? Cuz that's a big difference. Usually, you do not have to put the entire bond. Usually, 10%. But some people don't qualify. So, we'll give him a pass on that. not 100% sure. It it might be 10%. But it's possible that he is not saying, "Hey, I had to put up $750." Because, you know, it wouldn't have the impact. It doesn't sound like a big number. Um, yeah, it's most likely $750. I mean, you know, this guy, the thing with this guy is I don't know what he does with his free time because he'll take like months and months and months and without posting any content. And even though you have he has a big channel, he does get a lot of views. If you don't post, you don't really get paid that much. You just get a little bit of residual income, but not that much. So, I don't know if he's really strapped for cash. I have no clue. was no charges filed a month later. Then after I got back from Idaho, I received a letter in the mail from the Alama County District Attorney telling me I am being charged and I had a court date in October. I went to that October court date just to see if they were actually charging me. And yes, they are actually charging me. I now wait a minute. If this was in October, if he had a court date in October, why are we just finding this out about this in January, almost February? Why is there like 3 months of silence? That's kind of weird. That's a little bit unusual. I'll have to get a lawyer. I do have a lawyer I'm speaking to who is very, very good. He is highly qualified. I don't want to throw his name out here on the video. I will speak to him and see if he's okay with that. I would definitely promote this lawyer and he is very, very expensive. Bay fam, I'm kind of going out on a limb here. I don't like to ask you guys for anything. This lawyer is expensive. I need to come up with around $5 to $7,000, which should cover the retainer and the trial and everything else. I'm hoping since they're missing >> What are you talking about? He says it's very very expensive and it's5 to $7,000 to cover the retainer and the trial. What is he talking about? Because here's the thing, shorts views and full regular views are pay a very very different amount. So how we find out is we are going to copy this over here and we are going to look >> he's okay with >> is his channel mainly a shorts channel. No his channel is not a shorts channel. Matter of fact he doesn't have a single shorts on his channel. So in that case of 1.1 million views and the videos are very long the v they are 35 minutes 36 minutes 44 minutes 40 minutes 40 minutes um so in that case the videos he they're pretty long so he must make about 7,000 bucks a month that's what I would say yeah um thank Thank you so much SD Suman for the two bad doing the ebagging of shame. We want all the charges dropped and we want the win. I know that the video will prove everything is false. Let's just say these police officers still think that they get to obstruct and violate our rights anytime they want. Even claiming that my microphone and camera are obstructing a business that I was at. It's not okay the way that they act and we are going to be pursuing legal action on this one. It's not okay I had to post bail. It's not okay I had to go recoup $3,000 worth of equipment because they took it off when there was no crime committed. I was leaving out the doors before I was arrested and was telling the officers that they were making a mistake. I was walking out the door. The officer grabbed me, physically, pulled me back in the building, said, "You can't leave now." Decided to threaten me for my ID, and then place me under arrest after I was leaving. Okay. On top of that, wasn't kidnapping. That sounds like a kidnapping. We have a frauditor kidnapped. He was brought back into the building. Hey, if if we didn't see it, it didn't happen. I even talked to my last lawyers who handled my lawsuit with the state of California parole office and we did settle that case. Just so you guys know, that settled and they said they could not take the case because their case load was just too much at this point. Then the second time when he came after I picked up my phone, it was kind of the same thing. I did talk to a lawyer about pursuing lawsuits about that. As a matter of fact, I talked to about 10 lawyers about pursuing lawsuits for that. And every single one of them told me, "Only your gimbal was broke. You didn't get hurt. You didn't have to go to the ER. You don't need MRIs. There's nothing wrong with you as far as injury." They wouldn't want to take the case to pursue a $500 gimbal basically is the only injury that happened in that case. So, unfortunately, he got away with it and so did his company. I was not able to pursue a lawsuit in that case. I should have been updating you guys a lot sooner as far as these things go and I haven't been able to confirm it, but I believe I have an inside source that kind of confirmed it for me. I believe he was let go from his company. That's the information that we have. So, at least his company took responsibility and let him go. One of the Bayam members went ahead and replaced my gimbal for that attack and that broken gimbal. Thank you, brother. You know who you are. >> So, here's the thing. I actually bought a gimbal. It's just the the way I see it, and this is the advice I give to everybody. When you see a frauditor, you have a couple options. You can blast copywritten music. It may not stop them from posting the video, but it will force them to do one additional edited editing step. If they're live streaming, it might take their live stream down. So, you could do that if you want to. Another thing you could do is just roast them from top to bottom. just completely destroy them with your words and your words only. But the problem with that is that unless they're live streaming, they might just delete it. So, they might not include it in their video. And the third thing you can do is just ignore them. Just ignore them. And if you ignore them, you kind of take their power away. And they keep saying they want to be ignored. They want to be ignored. That's not true. They don't want to be ignored. If they were ignored by every single individuals, they would have no content. No one would watch it. So by ignoring them, you're taking away their power. But roasting them and playing copyritten music is also an option if you want to. I mean, that's up to you. But, uh, I would not recommend going hands-on and getting arrested and ruining your life and going to jail. It's not worth it. I I do not encourage that and I do not recommend that. er that was there at the time and she was very apologetic. She actually did a good job and believes very much in our constitutional rights. Their legal department had all the employees trained and from what I understand the only information that we have at this point is Dr. Libby's employment status was under review at that time. That's the only information I got. I do know that the security girl no longer works for that security company. I'm not sure though if she got fired or she quit or they told her to resign. I'm not exactly sure. I know they did get a lot of backlash for the way she acted and what she did. She should have not acted in that way in my opinion and she no longer works there. So, in my opinion, that's good because we don't want people working for our public offices or around our public offices dealing with members of the public if they're going to treat us like that simply for exercising our constitutional rights. They're not my constitutional rights, ladies and gentlemen. I'm exercising them as well, but they're all of ours. You guys need to remember that if we allow somebody to take one of our constitutional rights because they don't like the way we're exercising it one day. Yeah. Taylor Swift would do it. They're trying to make me pay for the body cam footage. They're saying it's going to take them all these hours to review the body cam footage and send it to me. Now, I don't think reviewing five or six cop 45minute long body cam footage should really take that long, but that's what they're saying it's going to do. So, it's going to cost money. I have not got that body cam footage yet, but I will get that body cam footage. I can promise you that. I got trust. >> Well, I mean, it does cost money because they have to hire someone to redact the personal information. That's why body cam footage costs money. And the thing is that the body cam industry is huge. And you know, that money has to come from somewhere. So, it it does someone has to do it and it does cost money. If you ask me, I was in a public building. I was in public places in that public building that other members of the public go. I was definitely in compliance with Bransburg vhaze as far as the media accessing any portion of the building that the public accesses. I didn't go behind any doors that had signs on them that said authorized personnel. As we saw in the video, every door had a sign that said authorized personnel. I was in hallways that had no authorized personnel signs. and their stance is, and I read it in the reports, just because they said that I can't go up there, then I just can't go up there and that's it. They're going to let every other member of the public go up there and you have to sign in. According to them, it doesn't seem the Boise PD really gets what happened. I filed a complaint and they came back and denied the complaint, said it was unsubstantiated. I was in private areas of the building. They tried to bring up this limited public forum nonsense that we always talk about. And limited public forum, people get that so confused. It doesn't mean that they get to just now make whatever rules they want. It's still a public building and they're still public area, right? They can't now say, "We don't like your shirt. You can't come in. We don't like your shoes. you can't come in. It's not the same as a private business. So the PD, the Boise PD, literally sent me a letter saying, "We're not substantiating your claim. It's a limited public forum." And they tried to explain all this nonsense. And they really don't know what they're talking about. So in my >> So let me get this straight. They tried to explain to you the law and it went in through one ear and out the other. You didn't want to accept it. It's like, dude, they laid it down for you. They tried to give you the ex the education you desperately need and you just ignored it. That is crazy.
